Fantastic hotel inn suites to stay in excellent staff and family friendly atmospheres.

The restaurants very good food and the hotels clean and very elegant, congratulations.

Very cute place wish they had room service though.

Everything was beautiful. So elegant. They will listen to all your needs. My Husband and I celebrated our 8th Anniversary there and so moved on how they put a card saying happy Anniversary on the bed. Loved it.

Wonderful view. Very relaxing pool. No stress.

This was a surprisingly clean, quite and reasonably price hotel. It is hard to find and weird to get in and out of. The location seems a bit odd as there isn't enough to do at the boardwalk to stay there for more than a couple hours, let alone overnight, so I am not sure what the draw is to stay there. I stayed there because it was recommended as I was traveling for work. I wouldn't be opposed to staying there again. But this little hotel and boardwalk make me think this place is one of those NO-TELL-HOTEL type of places where you go with your mistress or sugar daddy to enjoy some alone time. But it isn't sleazy like that.

This is our second stay here and I can't say enough about it. Hotel staff is absolutely amazing! They went out of their way to accommodate us. We got in a little early and they tried their best to get our room ready so we could check in. I highly recommend signing up for Landry rewards. Lots of discounts! Great family hotel.

Did a 2 room condo for family vacation. Worth every penny. Whole family had a blast. The proximity to the boardwalk is awesome. Had private Wi-Fi at the condo. Beds were comfortable. Overall everything was awesome.

Everything there was GREAT! Great service, and awesome rooms. I got a room so I could watch a concert that was being held in the center of the boardwalk. If you're out from somewhere else, you should defiantly try it out!

Very nice hotel right on the boardwalk. Room was clean and we'll furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Two things kept it from 5 stars. 1. The pool is small and warm. Not refreshing. It is hidden on the 3rd floor and the whole area just bakes. 2. Our upstairs neighbors were so loud. Even after we called to the front desk. (There are posted quiet hours starting at 11pm). I hope they got their gymnastics routine down.

Very nice and clean and great patio view, prime location. Downside they have I feel excessive rules and stipulations. Makes you feel like your walking on eggshells … ie…. No coolers,. No outside food or drinks yet they don't offer any except for the fancy restaurant connected… cant leave patio door open while sitting outside etc…

A fun venue for a social event in the Summer. Everyone was nice. The parking garage was well lite with attendants everywhere not just in valet. After the function it was nice to walk around in the cooler eveving. Lots of places to eat for adults and children. The boardwalk puts on a fire works display after dark then all the boats come in to dock.

Nice quaint hotel, makes you feel like your at home. Close to tons of restaurants and neat attractions… roller coasters, etc. Fire works of Friday nights over the bay, great marina. But the choo choo train at night is loud until 11:30 PM. The service and staff are super nice and accommodating.

Very pretty hotel set right on the Kemah Boardwalk. Many restaurant venues available as well as rides & arcade games. Great family place.

This is an adorable hotel! The bed was comfortable and the room sizes were great. So many great restaurants and the rides and attractions are awesome! Super friendly staff… We wanted to stay an extra night but the hotel was booked… They put us on a cancellation list and we got blessed with another night. Needless to say, my seven year old was ecstatic!

What made this trip was the effort of my wife and myself and seeing my 2 year old have fun (mostly at the FREE beach in Galveston. And my $$. A little over $1100 for two nights (about $600 for the room). The hotel is nothing special at all. I’ve stayed in way nicer places for far less. The restaurants were all very good.

The people at the desk were very helpful and wonderful people. The rooms are spacious and very modern/up to date. Beautiful view from the room belcony.

The place is nice. The walls are thin. We heard the adjoining room’s show the entire time. They were great in providing an infant bed in our room while we were away. The staff was great the whole time. The boardwalk is right outside of the hotel. The train is loud throughout the day as it starts early AM and stops around 10 in the evenings.

LOOK! Most people only give reviews when they are displeased about something but this place, these people DESERVE the FIVE star review that my wi my grandsons and myself are giving the Boardwalk Inn at Kemah, Tx. The hotel is clean and beautiful. We can walk to great restaurants and shops. The grandsons love the amusements, also close by (we never had to move the car). The greatest thing about this place, however, are the people! From the moment we checked in and throughout the stay, we were treated like royalty! They did everything they could to make our stay fun and enjoyable, from the desk clerks to the maids. They must really have an awesome manager because EVERYTHING IS PERFECT. Example: while I was checking in, one of the ladies insisted that she go help my wife park the car in their private parking lot. Everything went UPHILL from there. I hope the staff sees this review — Thanks guys, for making our vacation wonderful!

Well the first night stay we thought we booked a room on the plaza but when we got there they put us in a room in a condo about 4 blocks away (not what we wanted nor paid for). The night manager gave us 4 all day ride passes (which made it a little better). We ended up wanting to stay one more night and the male at the desk was extremely rude and we almost left to go stay somewhere else until the day manager interjected and took care of our request to actually stay on the plaza unlike the night prior, but we ended up staying on the plaza and we checked out the following morning. Will we stay here again? Probably not. The only reason they haven't received a 1 star was because of the customer service the day and night managers portrayed. Still not happy we booked a room on the plaza yet was put in a condo…

It's very nice and quaint. Right on the boardwalk so you can enjoy all the festivities. Easy access from parking garage too. Only downside was the TV didn't work during my stay.

Very great place I loved it and they have the best bathroom and room setting and no they don’t have breakfast but I hope they get a breakfast bar on site at the hotel so other then that my stay was Great I’ll be back more often.

Truly enjoyed the bay atmosphere from our private balcony. The staff was wonderful and met my needs. Great place for a romantic getaway. The Plaza suite was awesome and view over the promenade was gorgeous especially, at night. Thanks, Kemah. Will return again.

Cute rooms perfect for the beach theme. Very clean, staff was very nice, and lots to do with children. It is very kid friendly, so if you are going without kids for the reason of being away from kids, this is not the spot for you. With kids it's perfect! All rooms have a great view. I only have a few complaints there are no black out curtains so the sun will greet you very early, not good if you'd like to sleep in a little. The beds are very firm, which is ok for some but I enjoy a softer bed. And last it is very loud but again that is expected with all the entertainment going on. Overall great little hotel.

Paradise on Earth… do I need to say more? … been celebrating My Birthday Fathers day and end of school year @ Kemah for the last 3 years, We always stay @ the boardwalk inn and love it, view to the main stage, Friendly service, pool with jacuzzi. Fun all around… can't think of a better place to celebrate, thanks for the great service and hospitality, see You soon!

We booked this room and then when we arrived we were told that they overbooked and could not put us in a room. Then after 10 minutes I received a call telling me they needed to cancel my reservation. After asking them "where the fuck they expected me to stay? " They apologized and magically found me a room. At this point it was 9 pm and we had not eaten so we waited for keys that took another 20 minutes and finally got our parking pass. We parked and went to our room to find our keys did not work. We spent 20 minutes waiting for them to sort it out and then asked them to call us when they figured it out bc we had not eaten. They told us that would be fine but the restaurants close at 10 so we may not find food. We first tried Bubba Gump shrimp. They refused to seat us but luckily red sushi had a table. We got back at 1045 and had sorted it out. Once in the room the air conditioner had a high pitched screeching sound and the tub was lined with mold. The remote for the TV did not work. It blinked but didn't do anything for the TV. There was a huge scratch down the middle of the TV as well. In the end the only good reason for booking this hotel is location. The balcony was nice and viewed the stage (who cares since the entire boardwalk was closed by the time we got in the room). Overpriced, rude staff, and unintelligible. But I guess that's Landry's for you.

Everything they charge is worth a very good option to stay and rest.

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the staff was helpful, friendly and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed. The only small complaints were a loose toilet seat and the fact that whoever made the bed put the sheet on top of the comforter. But otherwise a very nice stay.

Nice accomodations that was central to everything we planned for our trip.

You have to be out of your mind to stay here. Great views, nice restaurants but… they run a little kids train until midnight blowing the horn to avoid people every 30 seconds. You won't sleep. Room had wet carpet. Worst hotel pool for the price level I have seen. Could be great but the carnival outside makes staying here difficult. If you can tolerate the noise, the views and food and staff are terrific. If the little kids train stopped running at 10 and the band was moved to another location I would give it 4 stars.

Our church gave our pastors a night for them to enjoy and they charged us twice and they were treated horrible. For a large location I think they're very unorganized.

If you have the cash, it's a great location for everything. $300.00 or more a night. My wife loved it and me as well.

Stayed in room 303. Room needed repairs but nothing worth complaining about. Good — Location for the entertainment, parking was great and staff was very helpful. Bad — No fridge, Cable TV was only a few channels, room was very noisy, location to elevator and mechanical room didn't help, Especially the train whistle. There's no curtains on the windows so you will be up from the Sun. Just fyi — Odd rooms are toward the restaurants. Even rooms are overlooking the square.

I stayed here over a weekend and was quite dissapointed. For well over $500 for a 2 night stay I had a few expectations and this hotel feel short. No breakfast, no restaurante (except for a very slow short order grill next door), no fridge in the room, and very small TV with 20 channels, decent blinds on the door and window but no shades or curtains at all and it was by far the loudest room I have ever stayed in. With noise comming from the boardwalk until after 11:00 pm, and then noise comming from something mechanical in the hotel for the entire night. Now, the room was large, and the bed comfortable, but with nothing to offer other than size and sleep, this hotel is not worth even the discounted rate you would pay on travel sites. The fact that it is right in the middle of the boardwalk makes up for some of the shortcommings, but with nothing else to offer, this was not worth half of why I paid. And if you are a smoker, your are banned from even smoking on the balcony outside of your room and deligated to going up to the terrace or outside all together.

Always a nice get away for couples and family.
