We stayed here for a few days. It was nice and newly repainted. Smells weird outside but not anything the motel could control. The smell was only outside. No views or anything but it served its purpose. A place to sleep and have breakfast every morning.

Excellent service. Courtesy. Very clean and great continental breakfast. Pool and spa very clean. Cleaned daily.

The Front Office Manager during the Night Check-in was helpful and the morning Breakfast was decent. Good value for the money when visiting the Kemah Boardwalk.

What. We had a good. All clean areas.

Very nice and clean. Quite basic but it's what I expected from an economy hotel. Not a lot of options for breakfast, but again, what more should be expected? And remember… breakfast is free! A person shouldn't complain about free food. If you want lots of choices, go to Denny's. My visit is during the week and the place is not busy.

Enjoyed my stay staff was very nice room was clean and nice for the price for sure I went down there to purpose and everything was perfect.

A gem hiding in the open. Clean rooms, well maintained, great people, good location. It is a nice place and a great value for your dollar.

Pool and hot tub were closed but they didn't tell us when we made the reservation. Maid was mad when we weren't ready to leave but it wasn't checkout time yet. She wanted to start cleaning early.

Nice, big room with kitchenette. Beautiful blue walls throughout to accentuate being close to the water and made it look up to date. Room was clean. Desk attendants were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard, but fresh! No complaints here.

I wish I could give this a hotel a better rating, the service has been good and the staff have been friendly and helpful. The fact is the quality of the room is lacking. There is a significant amount of noise that comes through. Ceiling creaking from people on floor above, even kids walking/talking in hall on floor below. I can hear conversations through walls on both sides and people are talking in normal voices. When I was in the bathroom this morning getting ready it was like the other person next door was in a stall next to me in a public bathroom. You can hear everything. Some of the other reasons for the rating: mold on shower curtain, rather dank/moldy smell in the hotel in general and room, poor quality of breakfast, but certainly biggest drawback is general noise from adjacent rooms.

Got caught on a cruise ship in hurricane harvey and had to get off in nola even though we sailed from Galveston. The hotel we parked our car at (because we got their cruise package) was going to charge us $300 to stay the night when the cruise package we bought was $100. So we fled Galveston after we retrieved the car and decided to stay in Kemah. Great decision. The hotel was very nice considering the price and was very peaceful. It was also close to the boardwalk and it was really fun! I'm glad we found this place and will book again if we are in the area for a quick getaway!

Our home is without electricity, and has high water due to Hurricane Harvey. Days Inn in Kemah, Texas were so helpful in accommodating us. Friendly, professional staff; clean, roomy, attractive room. Priced very reasonable. Highly recommend this oasis in the middle of our storm!

First night, room would not get cool. Hallways were hot. Weak water pressure. Drain in tub was slow. Soap scum on walls of shower. Little fridge frozen with ice and dripping water. Over all not good. Will never stay there again not recommend it to others.

Nice and clean hotel. Nice employees. The only complaint that I have is that they need to do more for breakfast. Cereal, frozen eggs and you have to make your own waffles. We would have liked bacon, eggs sausage freshly cooked. At a $122.00 a night, breakfast should be more than cereal, frozen eggs and self made waffles. I would stay there again because it is nice and clean.

Personnel was Unfriendly. Refrigerator in room didn't work. No ice machine on room floor. Called about items left in room after check out, front desk couldn't understand me.

My overnight stay at Days Inn Kemah was not bad. It was close enough to where I needed to be the next day. Both inside and out, including the room, looked nice and clean. Of course, the price was where I needed it to be for the night. The only thing that I didn't like was that both the lobby and the room had a funny smell. It was NOT gross or sour. It was only just Slightly unpleasant. Other than that, I am happy with the my stay at the Days Inn Kemah.

Just made my reservations and the staff was very friendly once again and cut my rates! I'm paying120 for two nights and lemme tell ya I seen the rooms and location so we are blessed to have a good Christmas at a awesome place! Really what more can you ask for? Give all thanks to God a bove!

Liked absolutely NOTHING! Hurricane was in the Gulf but still came because of "NO REAL REFUND" and was told every 2 minutes until 10pm indoor pool would be closing. Requested a room change due to the fact our 8 and 9 year old made a little noise and had a complaint. Was told there are no room changes unless requested 30 minutes after checking in. A/C doesn't work and is making a loud noise, smells like mold! Definitely would NOT recommend.

I definitely don't recommend this place if you're visiting to spend time at the boardwalk. The room is nice and seems safe and clean but they staff is not very friendly and very slow. We asked them to call a cab. They refused and said it would take 45 minutes for any cabs so might as well just walk. So, we had to walk to and from 4 times (no shuttle or anything) and most the walk is not the side of a hill in grass. The pool also closes bedore 10pm. If you just need a place to stay the night this place is fine, but if you're planning to hit the boardwalk or lighthouse distract, I'd go with Holiday Inn.

If you check in right at 2PM, which I suggest you do to make sure you get your reservation, be prepared for a lot of noise because housekeeping is still cleaning. Towels weren't ready. While we were napping from our drive, housekeeping tried to go in to give us our towels, but the door was locked. We came back from the boardwalk, and asked for towels. The front desk didn't seem to believe that we didn't have towels in our room. I do like the tall ceilings, and the room is clean. Only a mile from the boardwalk instead of spending $250+/night at the Boardwalk Inn.

Pool had to much chlorine made MY baby boy very sick and the hostess was very unprofessional.

With a chance of rain in the forecast, I booked the room because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. When we got there my 13 year son and husband immediately went to check it out only to find the pool freezing cold and the hot tub also cold and very dirty. The room was musty and the pillows were flat. My shoulders and neck are killing me. Save your money. This place is not worth it.

Thought it was great, went on a road trip and ended up there and stayed for two nights cause it was clean and nice and quiet. Staff was amazing. Got a great price for the second night, manager was willing to give us a good price for staying an extra night.

We love it here :) front desk guy is so friendly, pool and Jacuzzi was awesome, my kids enjoy the lil gym and rooms was so clean and comfty :) deffenetly coming back here.

We called to verify we can check in at any time. They said we could. Then during dinner my phone blew up with a number I did not knwo, and I never answer my phone at the dinner table. They left no messages. I get to check in at 9 pm and they gave away my room.
