So, literally JUST checked in. Room is nice, i'll give them that, but absolutely NO customer service. I've been traveling all day and the food I picked up didn't give me a fork to eat with. I asked the lady at check in for a plate and a fork so I could eat and she told me no, all the supplies were "locked" in the kitchen. Seriously?!?!?! So now my husband is walking over to the gas station to BUY some silverware so we can eat our food. What in the world is wrong with giving a paper plate and a fork to a paying guest? I'm so aggravated. Nice room but we won't be coming back.

Our room was one of the newer remodel rooms. It had a king size bed and the room was very clean and the looks of it was wonderful. The staff there very friendly and helpful and my first time there and I'm definitely going to come back here when I'm near by.

We had reserved a room here to attend an out of town family funeral. However, we could not attend the funeral due to my grandmother's emergency surgery. We did not call 24 hours in advance, but we did call before check-in time to ask to cancel. The attendant AND general manager, Ms. Beatty, were very rude to us and told us that we could not even have a credit with the hotel, or change the reservation to a future time (we cannot attend the funeral but could always use the hotel in the future). They did not even care about our circumstances or apologize for the situation, they only acted very rude. If they were at least helpful we would consider using this hotel in the future but due to the absolute poor customer service they provided we will never consider Super 8 again and neither will our family or friends.

It was ok. Stayed three nights and the room was very well cleaned each time. The beds were comfy. They need one more waffle maker though because there was a line at breakfast.

I loved every second here. The bed felt like heaven, the air conditioning added to the comfort, and the best thing, free soap! One minor problem was that every few seconds, the alarm would go off (low volumed) after 12:00 AM. Either way, I still loved the experience! I wanted to stay longer, but we had to return to our home town. Thank you for the delightful experience! 9.7/10

Large Room, very quiet. If you are very sensitive, you should not stay here. It's superficially clean. The Carpet is dirty and feels disgusting. You can't do it without Shoes. Also, the Room smelled sweetly musty. The Pool is not welcoming, it was very hot, but I didn't want to get in there. The Coffee is good, but breakfast offers little Choice. If you like to have a hearty breakfast, you won't find anything. Just Sweet. The Proximity to the Space Center is positive. Brenda at the Reception was very friendly and is having the Best in the Super 8

Have stayed here often. Staff has always been nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pet friendly ++ since we always have our dogs with us, it's nice to know there's a nice place we all can stay. If you have special needs, call the hotel itself as wyndam reservation often messes it up offering rooms not available.

THE BED! Was like sleeping on a literal cloud! The room was very clean and tidy, bathroom was nice as well. Favorite thing was the design of the room of the green and the beach photo. Breakfast was wonderful! A+ will be returning soon.

Not the best, not the worst. My husband and I wanted to visit the Houston/Galveston area so we chose this hotel because our trip was last minute. The website said pet friendly and there was no option to state that I had the pet when I reserved online. When we arrived the lady at the front desk (that looked a bit sickly, might I add), said that she could either give me a smoking pet room for a 15 dollar fee or non smoking for 50. We are not smokers so we chose the non smoking room. Regardless pet fee was not stated anywhere within the website. Overall, the hotel was clean. Very minimal, pretty decent area. One incident occurred that wasn't really the hotels fault, however, while I was taking my dog out to use the bathroom a man walked out of his dog and behind him ran out a dog that started attacking my dog. The man pushed me out of the way and grabbed the dog and opened the door back up and threw the dog at the women inside. He screamed at the woman calling her some choice names. So, not the most safe place but for one night it was okay. Also not much grass for dogs to use the bathroom.

So much more nice than I expected. I am VERY picky: (But I must say: Clean, good service, decent breakfast, bed was very comfy and 5 comfy pillows! I was very comfortable and got some well needed rest. Would recommend :)

I would give this Super 8 in Nasa, Texas ZERO stars if it would let me. Not only was my stay unpleasant but the General Manager, Anita was extremely rude, not even caring enough to get up out of her office chair while I was talking to her at the front desk. The air conditioner in our room was broken providing no cool air, the fan provided was also broken, making it miserable to sleep in an 80 degree room with little to no air circulation. After talking to the GM she told me (with an attitude) that she’s in charge and since the room was used, (all hotels near us were booked thus we had no other options) that the best she can do is discount the room $25. After driving 15 hours from St. Louis it was a very displeasing experience and not only will I never stay at another Super 8 or any of their sister hotels but I will make sure everyone I know also does not waste their time or money!

Very bad place. Drove all the way from Dallas thinking it would be clean because it was close to alot of tourist. And was the 2015 best trip advisor. That is denitley a lie. Toilets are small. No got water room has musty smell to it. Not worth it's money. No got water. We were about to sleep and our mattress had blood and weird stains on it. I will never go to any motel 8 hotel again. Very bad experience.

Office staff are great. Cleaning staff don't speak English, so getting anything from them is a pain. No hot tub as advertised.

Front clerk, Chrystal, went above and beyond to help us resolve an issue we were having with Priceline. She heard us out and made sure we got a room, all with a friendly smile. Great customer service!

Quiet, good location. Parking late sucks, but beaides that was very comfortable for a super 8

This was not a bad motel. It was actually very clean and quiet. Was impressed with the night clerk named Liz. She made the ONLY impression the whole stay. I went specifically to take a hot shower and have a place that I could have heat. Well, I feel like a big fool, I ended up taking a very cold shower and they would not even consider reimbursing me the entire amount, or even half of the amount. I was SOOOO angry. I booked it through price-line and price-line called the lady named Rosie at the front desk. She said they would not even consider a reimbursement. I will never ever stay at a Super 8 again. That's too bad because I really tend to enjoy Wyndham Hotels. What a let done.

Reasonably nice hotel in a very convenient location. Rooms were quite large for the price. Breakfast was better than average for the price range. Overall, would recommend for anybody in the area.

The staff is really really nice and helpful. In fact, it may be the most genuinely nice staff in any hotel/motel including 5 star hotels. They even called in to make sure the room was ok. The room (king size bed non smoking) was big and cleaned. The reasons why I am taking 1 star: (1) No minifridge or microwave. This is now standard in most super 8 and definitely in other super 8s in the area. The room has plenty of space for one. (2) The window unit was very slow to heat up the room. On many days this won't be a problem but that day it was freezing and took 5 hrs to get warm. (3) The bathroom is teeeny tiny — — you can just walk in and close the door, you have to be in a specific spot.

Service was great the people at the front desk were wonderful and the rooms were very clean and in top shape. Located right off 45 and nasa rd 1 I recommend coming to stay a night or two!

Mrs Anita the manager is amazing. She is giving and cares. During the flood she helped all of us while she herself was flooding in her home. And she loves her job and people.

This was our first visit to Houston and it was a great stay. The room was clean with a nice mattress. Breakfast was impressive as well. Great location with a 3 minute drive to the space center. The staff and manager were friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure I had everything I need. 10/10 would stay here again!

The room surprised me with how nice it looked, and the furniture and facilities inside of it. The rest of the hotel was what I was expecting — adequate, but not luxurious or elegant. Super 8 has a reputation (at least in my mind) of function over form, and their prices reflect it well. So the added surprise of the room was wonderful!

Rooms quite large and good beds. Nice welcome. And very close to the space Center.

Stayed in the hot tub room very clean but the tub leaked other then wet socks it was good.

We actually checked in Wednesday evening and the service is excellent, the room is spacious, a big bathroom the swimming pool area they keep the gate locked while not in use. No chances of anyone drowning. Breakfast is excellent love this place.

It was great for a night getaway. The beds were a little firmer than we like, but it was definitely a nice experience. Would be nice if they had fridges in the rooms tho.

The rooms were decorated nicely, however I wish there had been a refrigerator and microwave, as it was a slight vacation from my home. Also, the door to the bathroom opens right in front of the toilet. In the king bed room.

Stay all the time! We love it.

Had to cancel room due to weather. Stupid no refund policy. The entire chain has seen the last penny from me.

Oct. 5th 2015 walked into our room and lasted 10 minutes. Our room smelled like mold the second we walked in. Unbearable. So we asked for another room, it didnt smell much better and they tried to charge us for 2 rooms because I used the bar of soap in the first room and threw some trash in the garbage. I have very low standards for hotel/motels yet this place found a way to irritate me. staff was nice at first until they tried to charge me for sitting in the first room for 10 minutes. It's close to NASA so thats the only reason it has 2 stars.
