Service was prompt right when you stepped through the door. Lobby was very clean and the room itself was very nice and cozy. Free breakfast wasn't terrible like some other hotels.

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! They were extremely friendly to my family and I. They helped us so much with going to see our family member at the airport as we were absolutely clueless. I really can’t express how kind the staff was to us. The room was pretty good too. The view was outstanding. Loved seeing all the planes.

It could have been in a better location where it had easier access. The rooms were actually fantastic, and the service.

I love "new" and I got that feeling when I stayed here! I had a King room with a pullout couch for my college student and we fit and slept comfortably. The a/c worked well to keep us comfy in the Houston heat and humidity. I even loved the decor. The front desk guy at check-in lost a star.

I always stay at SpringHill Suites when I travel and love them but this one is in the middle of the ghetto. Tailgate was stolen off of my truck. Wallpaper is peeling off of wall in room. Have been here 5 nights, had 9 more to go. Absolutely not! Will add the extra 20 minute drive to stay at the SpringHill Suites in the Woodlands.

Very nice hotel inside and out. Large, spacious rooms, bathroom are huge as well. Very accommodating for handicap access as well. Hotel smells so good in the lobby too. It's very clean and the staff was very helpful as well.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, fitted bottom sheets on the bed! In room coffee, work station, mini frig, microwave, blow dryer and great shower and free continental breakfast! This location even has a bar.

Comfortable rooms and a nice breakfast in the morning. We have stayed here a number of times, and it has always been nice. The desk work area is really useful if you need to get things done.

Very clean & easy to find hotel. Adequate parking with security cameras. Spacious closets. Comfortable beds. And the breakfast was great. The only thing I didn't like is that the dryers for my laundry wasn't very good. It took me two times to dry my clothes but other than that I had a great experience. I still believe they are a bit overpriced though.

It was amazing. TV was huge lol and we had a lot of fun in the area.

The rooms are excellent. The breakfast and dining puefe improve you lack variety. Rooms overlooking the I45 are noisy at night.

Nice hotel clean great service from the check-in to the meals. Good location close to airport.

We got stuck in Hurricane Harvey while traveling from Sarnia Ontario Canada. The staff were great. In particular the waitress/ cook/ bartender who was an amazing young lady, I wish I got her name. Though, the most amazing person was Terry Traylor who had a smile on his face and warmed our hearts all week long. If everyone had people skills and the love and kindness in their hearts that this man has, the world would be a better place! It may have been hell outside in Texas that week but, Terry keep everyone warm, safe and comfortable trough it all. Police, military staff, stranded people of from all walks of life sought refuge here and Terry greeted each and every one of us like we were his family. The hotel chain should be extremely grateful to have representation like him. A nice hotel is not hard to find but, Terry in one in a million!

A few things to note: 1) They need Credit Card operated washer/ dryer. No cash. No coins. No charging to your room. Sigh. 2) Roaches in the laundry room. 3) A fire alarm at 8am 4) No USB charger ports in the room. 5) For a higher end hotel these things should not be an issue.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are new, modern and we're very clean when we arrived. The free breakfast was surprisingly good. Very impressed with this hotel and the management we interacted with.

Rooms divinely designed. I accidentally booked the room for a month after I needed it and thankfully they were able to change the reservation for the date I needed. Elevators were down so they gave us a room on the first floor which was super nice. The room was modern and I loved everything about it especially the bathroom. After hours the second door is locked and the front desk must open it for you. The breakfast was awesome and how can you beat Texas shaped waffles? There was a variety of cereals, eggs, vegetarian sausage (delish) and condiments galore. They even had nutella! Over all the experience was great the only downside was our room telephone didn't work when we tried to call the front desk but in a world with cell phones it's not really a biggie.

I walked into the hotel to check-in and the people were really nice and I even got to take 2 lollipops. I got in the room and thought it was beautiful. My room had a desk, t. V. Pretty bathroom, 2 beds, a nice couch, and a microwave and fridge, along with a coffee maker.

I love staying here. Thay have a great staff. Also thay make you feel like your at home. And the times that I have stayed here. John the night manager is awesome. Very polite to me my wife and my kids.

For the price it was nice an comfortable. Good breakfast for a hotel free meal.

The hotel is excellent very clean with very nice decor. The included breakfast is good, I would have liked more fresh fruit. Only complaint was the noise from the traffic on the highway. If you stay all for a room on the show away from I-45. Without the nose or would have been a 5, even with the odd placement of the bathroom sliding (milky opaque) glass door right in front of the beds.

Built in 2015, rooms are spacious and clean. Nice aesthetics thoughout the hotel. Great breakfast, bar and bistro available in the evening.

Second time staying here and it was just as great! Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly front desk staff and love the modern updates. There is also a bar which is an added bonus!

Great hotel all around! Clean, modern rooms with a cool Asian influence. Comfortable beds, great breakfast with alert and friendly staff. Don't stay on the east end of the building (lower 100's & 200's) I-45 traffic gets a little loud.

It's a great place to stay for a few nights. Very comfortable with a gym and outdoor pool. The only problem I had was my bathroom door would not lock. Either way, I would stay again.

Loved the room. Bed was very comfy. Love that it had a desk and plenty of lighting available. Didn't get to take advantage of the big pool or the bar.

Excellent hotel ever Staff nice but when I check in they ask me $40 More for deposit I don't know why they take this. I book online and I paid advance full payment.

This place was amazing. Very clean. The staff was very accommodating and intuitive.

Was attending for Army Battle Assembly. Very few issues other than there was two of us in the room and they gave us a single bed.

Rooms where clean the staff was nice but rooms way over priced.

Fantastic! The only down side was that the little store didn't have eye drops/contact lenses items. But, that falls on me, not them.
