I love this motel 6, I've stayed there 3 times in the past 2 months. The employees at the front desk are very nice and helpful. I called for soap and the man actually brought it to my room. All 3 rooms were very very clean. I thought it was a new motel and it is not, this property is great. And you can't beat the price!

Was expecting a mini fridge and microwave. All other Motel 6 I have stayed in have them. I had no where to keep my insulin cold over night. No way to heat my breakfast.

I always stay at Motel 6 when I come to town. I could care less about pools and breakfast. However I have always had a mini fridge in my room without asking. This is good because I have medications that need to stay cold. This Motel 6 does not have fridges in every room and did not have another room available with one. I am trying to keep them on ice tonight. If this doesn't work I will not be able to stay here again. Other than that I have no complaints at this time. Employees are really nice.

The rooms was very clean, I like it I will recommend this to a friend and the the lady in front Ms. Karla is very friendly she was very helpful getting my three rooms together I will be back.

I have stayed in many Motel 6 in the past and I have always been satisfied with my experience. But this Motel 6 was horrible! I had to pay for shampoo and soap. The cleaning lady used her key to open my door while I was showering to ask if I was leaving the room. Mind you it was 10 am clock out time is 12 pm, the good thing is my daughter was there if not im pretty sure she would of walked all the way inside. Overall this stay was a horrible and very unpleasant.

I would not recommend this motel. The room was clean. After the first night housekeeping was knocking at the door at 9:30 am. I requested a small refrigerator, which was in the room, but not plugged in. I paid the $4.99 times 4 for streaming internet. I was given one code for the internet. The next day I found out I needed another code for the internet and went to the office and was given a code. That evening I could not stream movies and called the office. Someone came by my room with a note with the phone number to tech support for the internet. I wasted 2 hours on the phone with several people and they couldn’t help me. The next day I received 2 more codes for the internet and could use the internet during the day, but not at night. I wanted to sit at the desk and plug in my laptop to charge and found out there were no outlets except for one corner of the room, which had 3 outlets. I ended up dumping my trash daily into a trash can outside my room so it would not build up. Lastly it was a nightmare getting to and leaving the property. I have stayed at this property a handful of times and will not choose to put myself through that again.

I am pretty satisfied when I am there. I have 3 rooms that I regularly request. I love that the staff respects my broken/wounded body and try their best to get me in the same room. The building, tub, furniture is older so the scale is more for the staff than the hotel itself… it tends to be pretty noisy especially now with construction.

Great staff the manager Michelle was a great help she didn't mind assistant me with getting my belongings out the car. She was very attentive and polite just because of her I'll stay again.

A bad experience, vectors, wandering, sheets broken, and a horrible smell of cigarettes.

This hotel has bugs, dirty sheets, very small hard beds. It was absolutely disgusting. I would never recommend any one staying here…

Place was horribly ran down. Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Zero amenities not even ice bucket in room. Lady at from desk was nice but does not make up for it being so run down. Even the table in the room was broken.

This motel is very good and clean and they give breakfast.

Best management. Stayed here many times in past 8 years due to working in town. Past management was horrible. New management is great. Very accommodating and polite to customers. Doing a lot of improvement to property.

I always request a specific room downstairs non-smoking. I completed my reservation and called to get my specific room. I was told I had my room and was booked the next day went to check told my room was not available. Unfortunately, all the rooms have not been updated and or worn down. The room I was in had a rusted, scratched up tub with no drain cover. I was unable to soak due to injuries, main purpose of booking motel is to be able to stretch out and soak for over and hour. I had no working tub and was downstairs under other guest that were loud, slamming doors and squeaking, sexting all night… Unpleasant with no rest. This time not enjoyable at all. Thou staff is wonderful room was NOT!

Great quiet place. Nicely furnished. Really wish they wouldn't have woke us up for room service. Supposed to wait until checkout… But they woke us up at 9. After a late night. Wasn't happy but still a great place to stay.

It was a good price for a ok room. Close 2 just about anything you want 2 get 2. Room could have been better. But for the price it was worth it.

Laminated floors were coming up and I definately did not want to walk around in the room in bare feet. There were some sketchy people just hanging around the breezeway and stairwells smoking cigars with marijuana in them, that smell was everywhere including the room coming in from the AC unit. No ice machine, no small refrigerator, no electrical plugs to charge phones or laptop. People loitering outside meant no sleep. So much for the non smoking rooms on the second floor… I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, and I mean anyone. I was supposed to be able to check in by 3pm, I was told to come back after 630pm because the room wasn't ready… Only reason I give it 1 star is because I was allowed to cancel the 2nd planned night without being charged.

I only needed to stay here overnight for business. Very friendly, easily accessible even with construction going on, and decently priced. I suggest this place for anyone who needs a nice place to stay.

We stayed there for 4 nights and cancelled the rest of the night. Not a good place to stay for a vacation. No shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Only one tiny bar soap and a few very thin towels, that's it! Hotel is very dirty and all the housekeeping people doesn't speak English at all. If you decided to stay at this hotel, better to bring everything your own, even a towel! My suggestion go check out Intown Suites. Cheap price and a lot nicer & cleaner.

The room upon first glance wad clean but it had a stale smoke/water to mold smell to it and when we asked the housekeeper for air freshener she said to ask management (when it was right there on her cart. The room upon further inspection was a unappealing to the eyes: the bed was worn out and hard with cigarette burns throughout the covers, we had to take showers because the tub was rotting away, there were gnats (by the sink area), ants (by the door and sitting area), and nickel sized spiders (around the bed's headboard), the site advertised free breakfast (nothing but a cup of coffee) and Wi-Fi (charges from $2.99 to $4.99 a day for service) the only thing positive about the stay was the manager on duty who kept apologizing for the conditions. If you're in a bind and need an emergency room then go for it but if not then go where you can get your full money's worth.

The room overall was clean. The bed was awful, the mattress was old with no support. The frame of the bed was not secure to the wall. Each time I sat on the foot of the bed, the head of the bed lifted off the floor. After one day the unit smelled of mildew as if it had old water sitting. The staff was friendly and respectful. The sheets and comforters were worn with cigarett holes.

I reserved a room for my father after his home flooded during Harvey, within 24 hours of his scheduled stay. We had to cancel that reservation but we're still charged a penalty for doing so, despite appealing to customer service and explaining his situation and why we had to cancel. It was disappointing that, given the demand for rooms at that time, they weren't willing to be more understanding of an 83 year old's situation during a time of crisis.

Horrible stay there were bugs all over the room, the bed was uncomfortable and the house keepers are rude. I liked the woman that checked me in very friendly and she did everything to get me a better room but all the rooms were just horrible. How does over 100 dead love bugs get in through the door. Management fix your roof, it rained and the whole bed got water leaked on it, I'll never return here.

We had such a great experience at the Jones Rd 290 location. We needed a room quickly. My wife called and the Front Desk clerk (Michelle) immediately accommodated us with an early check in to a clean, non smoking room. Additionally, we had to end up bringing our dog. My wife called again and asked about the additional rate for pets. She was told that Motel 6 was a pet friendly hotel and no additional charge would be added. We were shocked and happy! Every other place charged additional fees and had all sorts of policies about pets. The pool was clean, the staff was wonderful and very friendly. The price was just right too. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for an inexpensive, clean, safe, place to stay in Houston.

The staff is always very pleasant and very helpful. This Motel 6 is it a little step Above the Rest or other motels in its class since it does have a pooled which was very enjoyable. I've stayed at this location before and it's very enjoyable because it's always nice and quiet. Keep up the good work.

The bed was collapsed. The pillows were flat, very uncomfortable overall. The shower had absolutely no pressure. I think my piss has more PSI than the shower. After all this, they charge for Wi-Fi. 2.99/day and it's just barely enough to stream Netflix. And the final thing… There's nothing within walking Distance. I won't stay here ever again.

I didn't have any issues staying here. I love the fact that I can bring my Pit Bull with me and they don't have an issue with it and in fact put me on the first floor. I also like the fact that the Jersey Village Police drive through the parking lots also. The only complaint that I had was the bed was a little uncomfortable. But when I come back to visit my daughter I will stay here again.

Horrible customer service over night. Young lady was upset I had woke her up around 1am to get a room even though it is her job? HOUSEKEEPING ENTERS ROOM NO MATTER WHAT! I had payed for the room AND HAD A DONT DISTURB sign up and housekeeping walked in on my husband changing? NOT ACCEPTABLE! Why did they walk in when no one answered after they picked up dont disturb sign from door lock? The young lady who works nights gets upset if I make her get up from sleeping? She refused to give me clean sheets so I slept on towels. Next day they still refused to give me sheets claiming they had no key to laundry room? Very rude manager and staff. Talked to them about the same rude night worker and nothing has changed. Getting an attitude with customer is not the way! Been here for almost a month and still don't get weekly deals even though the drug addict workers who trim bushes by get free room? NOT FAIR. Someone needs to fix this asap.

Sometimes I go here Just for the pool. Clean and quiet. Wish they had refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms though. Nice staff.

Decent sized room for the price. TV only had analog cable which defeats the purpose of having a good sized screen. Poor bathroom: has commode on one side, shower on the other, but there's no divider! There's just a shower curtain and a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Not cool. For the bargain price though a lot can be excused. Hard to find due to being behind a car dealership off the highway and the next street.

Professional and pleasant personnel as could be expected, especially during daylight hours. You get what you pay for (The bare minimum). Some of the customers look as miserable as the business. If you do not have a readily available vehicle, this is definitely not a good motel to choose, as there is only a single mexican restaurant within practical walking distance. Expect to hear neighboring rooms quite clearly. Only cheap bar soap and towels are provided, expect nothing more. The water pressure is good for a pleasant shower, some rooms do not include a drain plug if you prefer a bath. The railroad and highway are clearly audible with the doors and windows closed. The on-site vending and laundry machines are dated and only accept coins even though it is the year 2016. The bathroom does not include a ventilation system, windows and mirrors will fog quickly during and after bathing. Which can harm electronics. Minimumal washcloths and towels are provided. No Iron, ironing board or hair dryers. Clearly visible damage to almost everything included in the rooms besides the vandal resistant mounted LG television Aesthetically displeasing interior and exterior design.

This place is disgusting. We asked for a non smoking room but there is an ashtray and burn holes in the floor. There were roaches all over the second floor walkway. You have to walk around the bags of trash to get to your room. The beds were horrible and there was only 1 towel in out 2 bed room. If you can find another option I would suggest you do. We're only stopped for 6 hours and it was too long!

The amenities are meager, but the value is good for the single night. The parking lot is littered with potholes — this must be fixed. It would change the entire face of the motel. I do not understand why this is not done. I have stayed here many times — I am always watchful for driving dangers and for safety in general. Upgrading the grounds would go a long way toward this end.

Being a travel nurse and staying at numerous motels when I'm away from home, this was by far the worst one I have ever stayed in. The place was dirty, inside and out! I almost went to sleep in my car a few a few times. Pull back the sheets to find a hersheys candy bar wrapper. I ended up leaving before the sun came up rather than sleeping in til 9am on the only day alloted this week to do so. I feel sick thinking about the money I wasted on such a reputable company. I'm posting this, so you can save yours…

This place has gone down hill. The beds are crap. There was no shower curtain. It smelled. Yet the price keeps increasing.

Horrible horrible motel. The moment I booked the room I had 2 guys try to follow and talk to me. Banged on my door at night. And kept calling the hotel phone in my room. I went to the front office and the lady called me a liar. Even though my phone rang 4 Times and the guy said his name is Rico. Kept calling. This place is horrible. Tube t. Vs hairy bedding. Horrible.

The people in reception were very nice and helpfui they even helped us infinding tourist spots, the room service was good and every time we went to the reception in our 15 days stay the receptionists were welcoming.

I have enough knowledge and often in hotel rooms because whenever I travel a lot and I can say that this was one of the worst hotels we stayed in! The staff is polite, but the bad often guests put the sound of the car too loud midnight, too much noise from guests, I came across a spider in the bathtub, ants and flying insects that can not even imagine where they came from! very few outlets and lamp in the room. Broken bed. No hair dryer, no microwave, no coffee, no mini fridge, no tissue, no iron to ironing, the sink tap out water drop counts and the shower also do not have your best pressure. And to finish, the Wi-Fi Will not is included in the room rate has to be paid, ie no more I stay in the hotel chain 6.

Don't believe the pictures. The sign on the highway is on the ground, in pieces. The room smells bad, the bed is horrible, and the TV is about a 9 inch model. Surprisingly, it is color. The bathroom has no doorknob on the inside, and there is. Something in the tub. don't come here. I am not sure we're going to stay another hour. I would rate less than 1 star if I could.

Whenever I have family in town I recommend them to stay here. Friendly staff, very clean and modern rooms.

Stayed there a couple months ago. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The King bed had a giant sag in the whole middle if the bed, very hard to sleep like that. Had no hot water and they offered a partial refund. Really they should have given a comp check for a later stay.

This Motel 6 is the cleanest Motel 6 in Houston. I have seen most of them and they were filthy, I drove from Motel 6 to Motel 6 across Houston within the Airport vicinity and was not pleased with the other ones. I checked the room before I paid and what I seen I would not put my worst enemy in those Motel 6. Jersey Village Motel 6 I and very impressed with. I will come back to Jersey Village Motel 6 every time I visit Houston for Medical trips.
