This place was a whole lot better when it was crestwood inn & suites! I wouldn't advise ever staying here! 1. ) no dishes pots and pans 2. ) only get 2 towels when u check in and u have to wash them itself for the time u are there. 3. ) My bathtub never drained while I was there! I asked everyday to have it fixed… Although it never did. 4. ) the guy across the hall had a huge waterfall of water pouring outta the ceiling on him 5. ) has roaches! This would be my very last resort b4 I reserved this room ever again. Looks like the city health and code inspectors should do a thorough investigation!

This place shouldn't be called an extended stay hotel. It should be called a rundown studio apt. Complex with weekly and nightly rates. They have a kitchenette but you have to buy your own pots and pans, plates and bowls and silverware etc. They supply you toilet 1 roll of toilet paper and the thinnest hotel soap ever once, after that you have to buy your own. Does not offer shampoo and conditioner. You cannot change out towels or linen. (Towels are very small and super thin and used up) So if you accidentally spill something on your sheets, oh well you gotta figure it out in your own. Housekeeping is done every 7 days. She will not wipe counter tops etc. Horrible sweep job but she will make up ur bed nicely. Overall cleaning sucks. The ceiling has water stains. There is mold in the bathroom. The guy one floor below our room came up to us to tell us that we were flooding his room. That was about 7 at night when we had just returned to our room. No one had showered since 11:00 am that day and our bathroom was completely dry. Location is the reason for 1 Star because it's in between two other hotels. Hampton inn and Red Roof Inn so you can switch hotels lol.

Cheep rates usually mean cheaper products. It is no different when it comes to hotel suites, outdated, poorly maintained. Everything felt like it was falling apart. Do not recommend this at all. I didn't put one star just because the staff was very helpful and nice.

I was visiting a good friend. The place is in good shape. I think it would look better with better maintenance. My friend has had a very good time during his stay.

All staff are friendly and curtious. Rooms are clean and it's a very quiet place.

Needs a bit of updating, however good value for price. Nice employees.

This place has gone to hell. We stayed here before, when it was Crestwood and loved it. Now the rooms are messed up, damaged counters, dingy walls. The rooms used to have dishes and silver for two people, now nothing. Plus the pans, coffee machine toaster etc. Are gone as well. The old management would prorated your rent if you had to pay for one day at a time after you had been here a month, not now, the daily charge is $60 for a small room as opposed to about $260 a week, and $80 for the queen suite versus about $360 a week. Last but most ridiculous for these exorbitant rates, they don't even provide you with new towels toilet paper or soap/coffee. You have to wash your own towels, the machines cost $3.75 a load. People used to think this place was ghetto! The staff was as helpful as they could be and courteous.

Walked in with my 3 year old about to pee her pants, needed to use the restroom. Would have gotten a room here but the person at the desk was very rude and wouldn't let her go to the bathroom first. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The place seemed pretty decent, the room had a kitchen with stove oven and full size fridge. It's a place to stay for extended periods of tone so of you have business (or like the bulk of the guests were forced from your home by natural disaster like hurricane Harvey) then it's a decent place to stay for a while. It's right off the freeway but the construction of the road makes it a little hard to get in and out of, however it's located around lots of places so you don't have to go far to go to a store. Plus you can get delivery from amazon prime now there.

This place is absolutely hideous. It's old and has a horrible smell. The staff is seems to be kind. A little condescending tone but nothing offensive. Keep the Air conditioning on as low as you can because if your room gets warm then a strong urine odor hit. The toilet constantly recycles the water and is beyond annoying. I brought it to the general manager Adam's attention and he seems to not care but when he receives his water bill then well… He told me in reference to the smell that it can't be a urine smell maybe mildew because we shampoo the carpet after each guest. Which is unrealistic but he is aware that every room has a smell. Hmmm! This place is just not the place to stay.

BED BUGS ALERT! This place is very cheap! So you pay for what you get. I thought that only meant bad service or old carpets, or something simple. My 2 year old nephew was getting bumps all over his body, we thought it was just a skin allergy or something. Nope! We found out it was bed bugs when my 7yr old niece had bumps on her as well. So we told the guy Adam, HE TRIED TO BLAME THE BED BUGS ON US. I booked a hotel somewhere else the same day. There is plenty around that are better. : — (see pictures.

The hotel it's self is pretty nice. The rooms are decent. The hotel rooms & building is pretty clean during the day. Now, one of my biggest problems with this hotel after a certain time the office closes. And they have someone to call after hours if you need anything. Which is all fine and dandy. But at night time there is a lot of people coming and going. I would recommend having security after nine pm or so. Someone to walk the halls & outside. I've seen alot of hotels do it. And it helps a lot. Also, the soda & snack machine isn't the best. The soda machine doesn't work at all. & the snack machine works about half. Other than that this hotel over all is pretty nice.

So far, I can't complain about anything! For the price, you can't beat it! Granted there are hookers walking the halls at night without bras, but they keep to themselves. Wished for better cable and Wi-Fi connection. That's pretty weak.

I walked in here with mixed feelings as a result of some of the bad comments I read online. I met with the manager Adam and I thought this couldn't be the same place I read about, he said there's a new management in place. The place is now owned by intown suites. So far so good, it's been 1 beautiful month already here and I honestly love it. Adam and Mitchel are so wonderful and doing a great job overseeing this place.

The manager (Adam) and staff are awesome. They listen to and care about your concerns. We had a peaceful and comfortable stay. They keep it very clean.

I lived here for a year and my stay was spectacular. Adam (manager) was always very nice and considerate. If I every stay in a hotel again my first choice will be Crestwood Suites. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

I've stayed here several times over the years. At one point me and my cousin actually lived here for a few weeks in 2013. Its always Quiet. Clean. Staff has always been very helpful and attentive. I stayed here earlier this year and was the same nice quiet experience.

Staff was attentive and quick to help resolve any issues I had.

Everything is what you'ld expect for the money. The whole experience is passable.

All on all its a pretty good place to live.

Low scale place pretty sure everyone there actually lives there! A lot of illegal activity going on there.

Manager is friendly, the place is not brand new but great for the value.

Great place. Clean, friendly staff, and safe.

The place is a little run down. Have problems SOMETIMES with getting the room cleaned but management is good and helpful resolving some issues. The beds in some rooms are about as old as the hotel. I feel its time to replace them. I feel its a little over priced for condition and location it is but overall a pretty quiet and nice place to live.

I do not recommend stating at this hotel I stayed there longer than 30 days and my taxes I was suppose to get back was never there they stole it they charged me more than what my payments where suppose to be just so they can pocket the money the manager don't know how to be a manager they have bed bugs throughout the hotel and roaches I got bed bugs in 3 different rooms the washers and dryers hardly work they locked my wife out for 2 hours knowing that I don't get off until after 6 to make a payment they left random people in there are people constatntly dealing and doing drugs people getting drug and banging on your door house keepers don't know how to clean properly not to mention the manager Nancy will tell you to deal with it when you tell her there are bed bugs I wouldn't want my worst nightmare to stay there very unsafe and in sanitary not to mention they kick you out because you tell them they have bed bugs.

DISGUSTING! I don't even know how this place was rated a 2.6 or even rated one star! I would never recommend this place to anyone. The room smelled like animal urine and feces, there were random people walking around the hotel and parking lot at all hours of the night. Broken down vehicles were in the parking lot on bricks. There must have been 8 people staying in a room next to me and they were always outside drinking their beer and smoking weed going in and out. It only gets worse, I start roaming around the facility to find the laundromat and workout area and there were people in there high as a kite. When I asked to checkout early the woman at the front desk told me no problem my money would be pro-rated (the $300 I had paid for the week), turns out pro-rated to them means the nights you stayed there are charged the daily rate of $80 which is ridiculous for this dump! I asked to speak with the manager, she said there was nothing she could do so I asked to speak to her boss and of course i'm still waiting on that call. This phone tag has been going on for 3 days now and I still haven't been reimbursed. The ONLY thing that was decent about this hotel was that the staff was nice and friendly. Bottom line this place is unsafe, you are better off going to a motel 6.
