Everything was great. Staff was very helpful.

Ove Hilton hotels but this bunch here… world class rudeness. Now the GM and Hilton diamond member guest specialist rocked to make it right… But they lost money over horrible service. At least for one of the stays and definitely not going back in the next few weeks. I have to stay in that area 2x a month and I'm going down the road to their sister property idc which one. As long as after a 4.5 hour drive I dont have to deal with a Jamie night assistant. I was totally surprised. Never bad experience w Hilton stays ever.

Friendly service and efficient. Exactly what you want from an airport hotel. Oh and nice clean rooms.

Even under construction it was a good stay. My room was hem and very nice. Loved the wagon in showers! Nice stag was also a wonderful bonus.

Staff is very nice and friendly. The suite was big and modern. The AC was not what I wanted, it was warm all night and I had to ask for a fan because I was sweating. I could not sleep either because of the noise of the fan. At the Embassy I would get another room or points to compensate the bad night. I got nothing. I had to leave the room at 5:30 am to get my flight. In my next business trip I will try another Hilton.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Book your shuttle to the airport when you check in or you'll be buying your own Uber…

Who thought that. A remodel that replaces regular bathroom doors with sliding barn doors was a good idea? IT'S NOT. They are neither sound proof nor peek-proof. Not a place to visit if you're traveling with teenagers. The staff was courteous and welcoming. The hotel room was clean.

The room was really nice, I booked the king suite. The hotel is under renovation, the floor I was on was finished. The lobby was being worked on, it will probably be pretty nice if it come out as nice as the rooms. The room had a mini refrigerator, microwave, large desk and chair which was quite comfortable.

The staff and espically the management are not typical of what I have come to expect from a Hilton property. They are not accommodating or at least friendly. I am a lifetime diamond member so I have lots of experience with Hilton properties. The staff at this location treat guests as though they are doing you a favor and don’t realize travelers have choices on where to stay. Prepare to be taken advantage of if they can. My recommendation is to stay at a different location.

Lovely room. Modern and comfortable. If regular rooms had microwaves I would give 5 stars.

The hotel is right under the flight path of landing planes, so you hear everything. I didn't find the staff particularly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was good.

Nice hotel, close to the airport. They are completly renovating it and it is very nice. Not super quiet, but they give you ear plugs.

Very nice hotel, beautiful rooms and great service. The location is ideal for access to the airport, my room was very nice and clean, everything worked well and the happy hour was a nice touch.

The rooms are very nicely appointed but that clashes with the relative disrepair in the flooring. Also, the "fitness center" is a total joke. When I called in advance to ask what equipment they had, the guy I spoke to (who didn't pick up until the tenth ring — he wasn't at well professional either) couldn't tell me much about it. They have "an elliptical and some other weights and stuff. " They do have an elliptical. They also have a treadmill and an unusual exercise bike and 4 medicine balls, the heaviest of which is 8 pounds. They also have a bench but literally nothing else. My work booked the hotel so I had no choice in the matter but that was amazingly disappointing.

Convienient location next to airport. Gas station, Jack-in-the-Box next door. In process of upgrading rooms at time of this review. I've had the new rooms twice and they are very nice.

I stayed in a suite. Rooms very comfortable, nice and spacious. Front desk personnel was friendly. Hot water from the shower took a while to run.

A little noisy with the planes next door.

The rooms are very good. They are big and renovated. The only problem. Is you gonna hear the flights landing and taking off. The staff was very friendly. The gym is small with 3 equipment only.

Great staff, very friendly and informative. Do not stay in room 209, you can hear the drain from the ice machine draining all night. Airport schedule is speedy you won't wait long.

Hotel is going under a complete renovation but the work wasn’t that disturbing… Good price, friendly service, comfortable rooms — hopefully in the future they will add microwaves and fridges to each of the new remodeled rooms. Love using the digital key instead of having to go to the front desk to check in.

Nice hotel. Loved using the app to check-in and unlock the doors. They are remodeling so one floor was kinda noisey during business hours but that was fine after hours. You really can hear the planes taking off.

Stayed overnight and staff were nice. They need to increase staffing levels since it took close to an hour for the shuttle to show up at the airport. This due to the fact that the driver was servicing 2 hotels. And then the next morning he was also the night staff and left his post to shuttle us to the airport. Room's carpet had just been cleaned but was not dry so it had a musty smell. Air conditioner was very loud and needs repair.

Pleasant stay… I had a room right next to the airport but I did not care in the slightest. Staff was very pleasant and welcoming.

We purposely choose the hotel for my 72 year old mother, who had an overnight layover in Houston as part of her international trip. We were unable to contact the hotel directly so that she could ride the supposed shuttle service provided by the hotel for airline travelers. I contacted their chat support and was given the same number found on the hotels website, and additionally the support chat also gave me the hotels fax number too! I'm still not sure what good that is going to do for my mother or myself. If you select this hotel for the shuttle convenience, think again! Not worth the price.

Not a good hotel or staff. More interested on perso al phone calls than guest. Paid way too much and treated horrible.

The room was very clean, and the front desk artendent was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and hot and the eating area was clean and well attended. I was very satisfied with our stay, and would stay here again.

I loved the ladies at the front desk and their hot breakfast was phenomenal! Only 2 problems I had was the incidental fee I wasn't told about when I booked the room over the phone and the temperature of the room we were in. Air did not cool the room whatsoever. Other than 2 things, everything was amazing.

Nice Hotel, little load because of the planes, but still good. Manager on the other hand was rude, we spoke about the issue and both understood. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Location is great and they have a free shuttle to and from IAH airport. Rooms are big ours had a fridge and microwave but no safe. A Church's Chicken (not good) and Jack in the box are very close… Also a Shell station is very close by for drinks etc…

Good looking rooms with good accommodations the office, living room, and kitchen area looked good with nice decorations. The breakfast was fulfilling. Kind staff, extremely polite.

Staff was excellent and very welcoming, the carpet in the room felt sticky otherwise okay. Airport air traffic noise was not an issue. Shuttle to the airport was on time. Would pick another place to stay next time.

Very nice facility, updated amenities. Great free breakfast and work out room. The only issues we're a musty smell in the room and some of the wall paper was peeling off the walls. Other that that very nice place to say.

Very close to Park N Fly which was great for a pre-flight stay. Room was clean and very spacious and the staff was friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection and was fully stocked. I would stay here again.

Hotel rooms have a musty smell. First room had small (fruit? ) flys in it. Was quickly moved to a room without Flys.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staff very friendly. Manager goes out of his way to help his customers. Our flight was rescheduled and we were able to leave our truck park at the hotel parking at no charge but the manager went out of his way to bring my wife and I to the airport so that we wouldn't miss our flight. We appreciate your generosity. Definitely we will stay there again.

Stayed here for business, very relaxing, the decor is upto date, very clean hotel, conveniently located near restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport with several restaurants within walking distance. Our room had a king size bed and a sofa bed with plenty of space. There was a coffee maker but no microwave or refrigerator in the room. When we arrived there was no water in the room, a fact that was not mentioned at check in. I asked for bottled water and was given one bottle. When the water came back on, it was yellow. Again I was given one bottle of water when I went back down to the lobby. We were three in the room and eventually needed more water but asking for another bottle, we were told that it was the last free bottle. Any others would be charged to our room. Eventually the water in the room did clear up. The free breakfast buffet in the morning was insufficient for the amount of guests on a Saturday morning. With two hours left for service, they were out of oatmeal and the attendant had forgotten to get mix for the waffle maker. Egg and cheese omelet and sausage was passable. Needles to say, although room was very clean, service was lacking.

Great for it's proximity to the airport, there's not much in the immediate area (although a convenience store and a couple of fast food restaurants are within walking distance) and you will likely be treated to the nonstop sights and sounds of planes. But the room was clean and decor tranquil. On this visit they were working on the plumbing. After a 12 hour flight, not being able to shower was kind of a bummer. Warning about this upon checking in would have been nice. Worse still, the tap water was yellow. Although the staff expressed surprise and gave us 2 small bottles of waters, when the water continued to come out yellow late into the evening, they expressed disbelief and said we'd have to buy more water. Considering you wouldn't want to brush your teeth with brownish yellow tap water, I'd have expected the staff to be more accommodating. This was pretty disappointing for a typically reliable hotel brand.

The hotel was nice enough. My only complaint really was that breakfast and the shuttle service didn't run during early morning hours. It wouldn't have be so bad, but the front desk agent tried to mislead me into using a taxi service to get to the airport. She said that Uber wouldn't take me to the airport because the hotel was too close, even though Hilton and Uber have a partnership agreement. Side note: the Jack in the Box next-door has a 24 hour drive thru, but the dining room closes around 10 PM.

Large rooms. Courteous staff. Stayed before cruise from Bayport, and they arranged private car arrangement per trip, not per person, so we were able to reduce our fare by splitting it with other guests on our cruise.

I felt that the hotel was decent, not great nor bad. The service and rooms were nice.

I wish all hotels were this wonderful. CLEANLINESS + ROOMS: The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, quiet. They had up-to-date air conditioning and heating controls in the room, too. Loved that. CUSTOMER SERVICE + STAFF: The customer service was AMAZING. I arrived at IAH airport at 11:45pm, called for a shuttle to take me to the hotel, but they weren't able to make it because the shuttle stops at midnight. Instead, I took a taxi in which they offered to reimburse me when I arrived. They took care of me! // Thanks, DJ! :) I requested a taxi in the morning, the morning staff was equally as helpful and friendly as the night staff. continental breakfast: delicious. Lots of options. PRICES: The most economical in the area! Seriously. With the quality combined, I will always stay here during my layovers in Houston.

Clean, standard Hampton Inn, really close to airport. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to store luggage and hang around at pool while we waited for evening flight. Shuttle to airport efficient & it was a really great hotel for our family.
