Great price for a decent clean room.

I would go here again. Not very clean.

Great bang for the buck place. Was clean most importantly. Accessories worked. Was roomier than I expected. Little hard to get to off the exit.

I want to start off by saying the staff was really nice and it took a few mins for me to check in. Now my 1st was wasn't clean at all, my 2nd roomed smelled weird and it was not cleaned either the sink and toilet was just nasty. The carpet had not seen a vacuum this year the sitting area was gross I don't know what that stain is on the the sofa but it look like some one or thing got sick. Wash cloths was NOT clean one even had hairS on it… I can go on and on. The housekeeper has to come change my sheets while I watch. The need housekeeping training.

I loved the hotel for their kindness and hospitality. I'll be back again and again.

Been here couple of times. Room is descent for the price. Dont get bothered by office or employees while trying to relax. Security is secure. Only thing is the rooms do need a little update. Paint or something but good so far.

Found used soap bar in the shower. Towels tattered and torn. Badly stained couch and cigarette burns in blanket in a non smoking room. Nasty place you should avoid.

For the location, it may have to be one of the best hotels I have been to in a while. I would highly recommend this hotel. Did I mention the weekday prices are amazing?

The customer service was splendid. The staff made sure to meet my every need and I had no complaints about anything. Thank you for the great service! Will definitely be coming back!

The rooms were nice enough. The service from employees was a joke. Took us like 20 mins to get checked in. And the continental breakfast was laughable and upsetting there were two babanas, one apple, and like four little Debbie cinnamon rolls. For 80 dollars a night I wasn't too impressed.

Great staff, very nice and spacious rooms, and best of all affordable rates! The hotel is located near multiple restaurants/fast food, Walmart, and many other tourist attractions. It is also 15 minutes away from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Excellent service.

I have been here and the service is wonderful, I will enjoyed my stay and to the staff keep up the top notch service.

I have visited this location several times over the years and never had any complications. First I got a jacuzzi suite which usually comes with a complimentary bottle of champagne, they were out of stock on it. Then the room had an odor which I was able to mask. We finally used the jacuzzi only to discover it was leaking unto the carpet which covered half the room. Upon a dressing it with the front desk it was going to take several hours to get into a new room. I did that and in this room the jacuzzi did not work. The DVD player did not work. The a/c was not cooling properly. This time I wouldn't be able to be accommodated until 10:30 the following morning which was 30 minutes before check out.

I Don't ever leave feed back But I felt I should do so I paid 150.00 dollars for an over night stay here an it wasn't worth the money at all for what experienced here. The room was nasty the World pool was dirty did get to use it, had to be switched to another room air wasn't working, head board full of dust. The head board was made into the bed same type of material as the bed it needed to be vacuumed. I walked into this placed respecting what I saw on the Internet these rooms are old the Internet pictures must be from when they very first opened. Because this room wasn't clean like that I felt like I was in a cheap striper room I simply wanted my husban to relax for a day. He laughed at the room I was to embarrassed to sickos the price to him I knew he would be pissed an there was no Refund signs posted. So we made the best of the night please ignore this write up an go see for your self I'm sure you will post your own comment after mine too. I wished I didn't have to put one star up for this place…,

Not bad at all for the price $65 tax included for a single. Clean room. I didn't notice and bugs or crack heads running around. Will stay here again if I need to while in Houston.

Best your going to get! When all other places are busy raising rates for non reservations, this place has a normal price and it's worth every cent. Room was very clean with fridge, tv, dvd, and even an actual radio/cs player. Mattresses are even covered and sealed! I went to all the major names around area due to a car break down and the few that had a room wanted more then double the normal price. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I stayed there for 5 days, although it was very far from my conference location (OTC Conference in Reliant Park), but the hotel is a great place to spend some quite time, clean, polite and friendly staff. My room was fantastic with Jacuzzi, cleaned every morning once I leave for my Conference. I recommend it to anyone that loves a quite environment.

In short — great value for clean, quiet room conveniently located near 45N and Beltway. Excellent choice for daily or extended stay if you need to stay in this area. I give it 5 stars for overall value for what I needed. Details — I recently got job in Houston in this area and needed a reasonably priced place to stay close to Greenspoint Mall. After trying several offerings in the area and dealing with 25 — to 35-minute commutes to work, noisy/scary patrons and spotty service, I chose this business based on several factors: 1) Convenience — 10 minutes to my work near Greenspoint Mall (regardless of traffic), several decent places to eat (Chilis, Starbucks, Pho noodles, Jalisco mexican food, Wendy's, etc) and shop (Best Buy, Wal Mart, Ross, Fry's, Academy, etc) within walking and short drive distance. Sam's Suds laundromat on Veteran's Memorial Dr. (within a few miles) offers clean new facility for laundry self-service, or excellent 75-cent per pound same or next day wash and fold service. 2) Safe and quiet — Management is on-site 24 hrs x 7 days and is very engaged in ensuring a nice stay. The Inn is located in a quiet little area on the West side of 45N just South of the Beltway between an NTB and an insurance business. They are out of the way of the noisier attractions and activity on the East side of 45N. The parking lot is fully fenced, and all traffic in and out of the inn passes through the portico attached to the management office.
