Stay at Best Western all the time. Due to COVID they have completely removed any guest amenities, no effort for breakfast, even grab and go, no coffee available in room. Staff not friendly.
Would definitely not recommend this to anyone. My husbands truck got broken into on 8/11/19, along with 7 other vehicles there. The police officers informed us that the day before on 8/10 there was another vehicle break in and that they have already asked the owner to do something about it and have security as this has happened multiple times. We were informed by the police officers the hotels camera systems are trash as their film is always blurry, and doesn’t work properly. Not only were we treated disrespectfully, the whole situation was suspicious and hate to say it but I wouldn’t doubt it if the employees there have something to do with the thefts. The owner refused to reimburse us for our stay there and for the stays of the rest involved. They stated they were not responsible for any damage or thefts. They had two small signs on the front side of building but not all around like they should. This is a POS place who is not worth a stay at and who obviously has not done anything about the multiple thefts taking place. My advise to everyone DONT STAY HERE!
