My family and I loved it. They had a pool and miniature golf course on the property. Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had an island feel. We stayed in room 201 upstairs but it was still great. It was between a grab and go and Continental breakfast. We stay 5 nights. During the week Monday thru Thursday they have cereal, danishes, bagels, mini kolaches, milk, coffee, 4 different juices, yogurt, and apples. Weekends Friday thru Sunday they also added boiled eggs, fresh fruit mix, and pancakes. They definitely get 5 stars from us and we would definitely stay there again. Schlitterbahn water park, airport, and moody gardens is right across the street. I got a really good price for the amount of days we stayed thru Agoda. Staff was all very nice too.

Drove by it all the time an always said hey that's a cute convenient place so we booked it with my dad wife and niece rooms are really nice very clean and huge everything looks new and fresh and the mini golf for free is a jam up plus to keep the kid's occupied the pool isn't open but that's understandable with everything going on right now it is off the beaten path so it's really quiet and relaxing the staff was very delightful and nice we will definitely be back.

Have stayed here in the past and enjoyed our stay. This time not so much. The pool was closed “indefinitely” and the breakfast is suspended as well, but was not informed of this during booking. When we checked in we found out, and was too late to cancel and get a room somewhere else. Putt Putt course needs to be redone, the greens are torn and the grass is overgrown. The hotel carpet smelt like mildew, mixed with the strong smell of bleach coming from the laundry room. The refrigerator in both of our rooms barely works. Horrible experience— we will not be staying here ever again.

When making this reservation through Hotels. Com, I immediately called after making the reservation to see if we needed to make an additional reservation for the shuttle to the port of Galveston. They looked up my name, knew I booked though Hotels. Com, told me I was fine. Shuttle will be available. About a week before our cruise, I called again to double check, reservation was looked up, was told we were good to go. Once we arrived at the hotel, the front desk person was not friendly at all. When asked about the shuttle, we were told it was full. Nothing could be done. That because we booked through Hotels. Com that it didn’t garantee us a spot on the shuttle! What?! I explained what happened and how I spoke to someone two different times, she says-yeah. “It’s full. Some people Uber. ” And that’s it! Doesn’t offer to make it right, doesn’t offer to make another shuttle run, nothing. We had 9 people with us, including my 2 yr old son. We ended up paying for parking by the port. The whole advantage to staying here is so you can park your vehicle the whole week there. Please make sure you double check & triple check before you go! Our room was nice-no complaints. Front desk staff very rude, could care less about making you feel welcome or good customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay together with you'll for our honeymoon. We love the miniature golf and everyone is very friendly.

Affordable. Clean. Close to Moody Gardens, etc. Breakfast leaves a Lot to be desired. Too Crowded to even move around Pool is great and so is the Put Put coarse.

Very good service! Rooms were clean, breakfast had a large variety of choices and the pool and mini golf kept the kids entertained when we didn't have anything else planned.

Horrible experience! Hot water in showers did not work, nasty carpet, sweated all night due to air conditioner not working right and the TV would not work… would not recommend this place at all, worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered.

We had a great stay during the fourth of July! The room was large, the beds were soft, the breakfast was good. Only a few blocks from the seawall and steps from Schlitterbahn and the Moody Gardens! Thanks.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very spacious and clean rooms, helpful staff. I personally enjoyed the Continental breakfast, the fresh fruit selection was great, bagels and pastries, pancakes and cereal. Security walked and drove the parking lot steadily throughout the night. We loved the mini golf course, and the pool was nice and well maintained!
Negatives were parking is tight, you can't get towels after 11, and there were 4 of us in the room and they only gave us 3 towels… 3 seems like such a weird number.

Looks like you removed my ratings… That is not right. We stayed at this hotel from Oct 5th thru 8th. The stay was okay, just a few things that were not worth the money we spent for this stay. Oh by the way… have not received that $50 refund at all… looks like you are holding my refund hostage cuz of my first ratings comment, and removed it… People needs to see the truth about this place. when we arrived on friday to check in, no smile, horrible attitude, demanded p…ayment, etc etc… door card did not work at first, TV didnt work at first. cleaning people knew little or NO english… breakfast food was ok, but not worth the money we spent for this stay. the only thing I loved about this place was the mini golf and the pool now. Where is my $50? lady at desk said it will be refunded. So where is it?

My family and I decided to stay at this Hotel for our vacation, and we loved first off that it was affordable and second it was nearby specific attractions. As well as the mini golf out front. The hotel attendants were such a blessing and accommodated us with whatever we needed to extra towels, bedding when it became freezing in the mornings and always greeted us when we came to the front office with a smile! I am so appreciative of each and everyone who works here even the ladies who clean and were patient with us to make our stay comfortable. We will recommend friends and family to stay here as well as be back ourselves.

This Inn is great for families! It has a mini golf course out front and a nice pool. The rooms were clean and super spacious and service we received was great. It's about a 2 min drive to the beach and the views are of schliterbaun. Short drive to Moody Gardens. The only con to this place is the very thin walls in the blue building. We could hear everything all the time. But overall a good stay!

Very quaint place… I have stayed here before that's why it was my first choice when I knew we were competing here again. The staff is just wonderful and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and fresh and housekeeping will clean daily, if that's your preference. It location is perfectly located to all the attractions and restaurants, beaches, the strand, the seawall… just wonderful! Pool is lovely and kept very nice and clean! Continental breakfast is available… we love it here!

We stayed at the Inn at the Waterpark for Memorial day weekend. It was fabulous! The room was big and clean, the parking was free and they had a complementary breakfast every morning. My kids loved the pool and mini golf. It was also a very short drive to Seawall where we spent most of our vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is great my family and I had a blast when we stayed here for 2 nights, a little pricey but like I said we did enjoy our stay, their rooms are spacious our room offered a sitting area slightly apart from the sleeping area with plenty of room to move around. While the bathroom only offered a small stand up shower stall it did have the toilet separate from the sink and shower. They have a good size pool with plenty of seating pool side and It is very well maintained and clean every morning, and the jungle cafe is right next to the pool and they have some good food there, they have breakfast in the morning with a good selection of food. But perhaps the most delightful thing is they also have a Minnie golf course you can play at stationed right in front of the hotel near the pool. I would definitely stay here again. Great place for the whole family. Staff was friendly.

We stayed here for a family vaca to the beach. The room was nice. The beds comfortable. It was convenient to everything we planned and my son loved the Putt Putt golf, which is free for guests. The associates were helpful and friendly. We will most likely stay here again in the future.

The rooms were average, but nice and clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. The grounds were clean, green and smoke free. The continental breakfast was mostly various bread products (including self serve pancakes) coffee, juice and boiled eggs. All in all it was a good experience for the price. So if you are in Galveston and are going to the beach or Schliterbhan, they are in a great location.

This motel has seen way better days, especially for the price they were charging this weekend. At best, it's worth about $50 a night, not almost $250 after taxes. Smelly rooms, dirty carpet, broken grout around the tub, rusty water when you turn the water on, and air conditioning vents that need to be cleaned. Our first room had a broken bed and we had to change rooms at midnight. The free breakfast has only one low carb choice, the rest are carbs and sugar. Trust me when I say that it was the pool that made us give it even two stars. The pool and restaurant attached to the pool were awesome.

This hotel is fine. The rooms are nice enough. Breakfast is decent. The mini golf is fun. It's also close to a lot of stuff. What made our stay unpleasant was the bored security guard. He was extremely aggressive and intentionally trying to intimidate. It's blatantly obvious he's looking for trouble, rather than preventing it. Apparently taking smoke breaks outside in designated spots means you're a criminal. He did this for 3 nights in a row. We weren't the only guests he was acting this way toward either. I would've recommended this hotel to anyone if it weren't for Paul Blart in the white Dodge truck.

In our experience on 5-11 5-12 2018 what turned out to be an extended stay got cut short. They have free Wi-Fi, free putt putt, swimming and a hotel restaurant that's kind of like a low scale diner. The rooms had webs in the corners, the beds were not comfortable and the people are extremely extremely rude rude rude rude! This simply turned out to be a place to lay our heads for one night at $$$$103.00. If they change the staff then I would recommend it. Sad.

The hotel was a little out dated, however not the reason for my rating. My husband and I chose this hotel over many other options because of the price and the ability to leave our car here for the duration of our cruise, complimentary with our one night stay. We reserved our room online, using the government employee option (as my husband is active duty military). This locked us in at a rate of 99$ for one night. We drove 5 hours to get here! Upon check in we were told that active duty military is not considered a government employee (I still don’t understand how, as Uncle Sam surely pays his checks). The best part, and what really sent me over the edge, the military rate is 160$ for the night! What would we have done if we didn’t have the extra 70$ to pay for the night? Especially considering that you must give 48 hours notice to cancel. We found other places cheaper than 160$ and would have went there in a heart beat. I felt stuck like I had no choice but to fork over the money and stay here. Mia, the one checking us in, was also very rude and refused to accommodate us in any way. I would also like to add when booking online there is not military discount option, it only states government employees, so you can understand my confusion and frustration.

Great place if you're on a budget. Directly next to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens. Clean rooms, very professional & courteous staff, and just an overall good experience. Only "negative" thing I can think of is parking. If you drive a truck or SUV, parking is extremely tight. If you drive a car you'll be perfectly fine.

My family and I have been here 4 nights leaving tomorrow and it has been such a joy. We've had great service, the room was actually more than I expected after reading some reviews, and breakfast was your normal continental (my 20 month old LOVED the pancakes). We stayed in 208 so original building but didnt have any issues with noise. Mini golf is fun as was the pool. Only complaint which isn't a huge complaint is no restrooms near pool. Thanks so much Inn for making our first family vacation a great one.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is an older hotel but it was clean. The breakfast was good. My complaint is the shuttle back from the cruise. They told me to call after I went through Customs and they would be there in a few minutes. I called at 8:35 am and they told me the shuttle was dropping off some people and would be there as soon as they got unloaded. At 9:51 we were finally on our way to the Inn. I have a mobility problem and had to stand out there the entire time. I was also traveling with my autistic grandson. I rate this experience a 2 because of the shuttle from the Cruise Terminal.

I would have given it zero stars, if that was possible! It is not a hotel, it is a motel that charges an outrage price for what it’s offering. The room was old, lights and TV didn’t work. I stayed in motels that looked better than this hotel and they were much cheaper!

Excellent motel. We were overnighting before we left on a cruise. We were able to leave our vehicle parked there, and took a shuttle to the pier. The employees were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable.

Very Ok at Best. Received the wrong room and was offered a handicap accessible room (more space) but had a handicapped shower — we did NOT need a handicapped room. (all they could offer) Rooms smelled and had very few channels. Overpriced for a 2 star hotel.

Not happy at all. Won't go there again. The place was dirty. The bathroom stool needed fix. 4 people in the room, towels for two. The carpet was very dirty. Took a shower, after walking around on the carpet, my feet were dirty on the bottom. We're talking Black. No thanks.

It's nice how close it is to everything but it's like it got stuck in time and never left 1990. Wish they would invest a little money and get the carpets professionally cleaned or replaced, walls repainted, new decor and a deep cleaning. There were a couple german cockroaches in our room, that's expected if a place isn't cleaned properly. Next time I will spend the extra money to get a nicer place.

We absolutely loved our stay, the price was great, we played putput golf every night for free, the restaurant on the property was delicious. It is an older hotel, so our light in the bathroom took a second to turn on and the water would go hot to cold (not freezing) but it wasn't anything unbearable. You can hear everything though that goes on outside your room, at times it sounded like a herd of buffalo going by. The breakfast was good, they have a lot of options. It was one street over from Moody Gardens. I was so very pleased with our stay, I would recommend them and would love to stay here again on our next trip.

Our stay was mid July. This is a great family hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast area is dated with very little seating & gets very crowded, however the staff handled the crowd very well. Selection was good, pancakes, pastries, cereal and fruits. The room was very roomy, double queen beds with a fridge and microwave and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Mini golf was a plus, my grandson enjoyed it.

In a very good location. Very close to the seawall as well as Moody Gardens. Rooms are very nice. I only had two issues. Firstly non of the cleaning staff I have encountered understands English so it was very difficult to ask for extra towels. I also feel the breakfast is a bit lacking.

This hotel was chosen for the free parking with stay and shuttle service to cruise ship. The rating is for the shuttle and I would give less if the system allowed it. The hotel does not operate the shuttle service, it is through Moody Gardens located next door. The shuttle driver was great but overwhelmed with the schedule and amount of people needing transportation. Our group waited over an our for departure at hotel and pick up from cruise ship. The hotel rooms are large but need to be updated. The cleanliness could be improved. The breakfast area was extremely crowded with very limited seating. I will not use again or recommend.

Absolutely loved this place. We stayed from 7/23-7/25 and we had a blast. Breakfast was good and had a variety to choose from. Tje earlier the better if you wait till the last minute it will be a little of a wait. Staff was great very friendly and very attentive. I would definitely recommend very clean hotel and very friendly staff.

It was a very convenient place to stay only roughly three Texas blocks a way from seawall strip. Price was ok staff seem ok really never saw them so nothing say bad or good really on them. The room was great except the floors pretty sure are as legally thin as possible I keep getting hit on floor for patrons on the level below because my youngest has a heavy foot while walking so. The breakfast was a scramble the area to eat is small so it get very crowed but staff was on point making sure there was plenty to eat for all but that dam pancake maken machine poor thing it was on overdrive lol lol.

We stayed for the weekend. We had a few issues including none of the vending machines worked which was very stressful considering we had to walk around the whole place, the Wi-Fi is very slow, the floors are so thin you can hear every movement from the people above you. And the people below us kept hitting their ceiling thinking we were purposely being loud. I called the room below us and asked why the kept hitting the ceiling and the lady who answered said we were stomping all night which is not true. We just walked like normal. The breakfast area was so crowded we had to eat in our room. Not a very big selection mainly bread items and cereal. The putt putt was really fun and so was the pool. Putt putt and the pool are the best things about the hotel. The jungle cafe was very delicious. I don't know if I would stay here again. Considering we paid 100 a night is very disappointing. This place would most likely be a last resort kinda place.

Is good thier isnt that many ppl so its usually quiet service is good hotel workers could be a bit nicer maybe a little happier rooms are good two beds is good and I have a family of 6 lovation is great beside a water park but terrible how they use that waterpark as thier advantege to get guest to come and then tell them that u have to pay 50 dollars a piece to go to the waterpark.

Just stayed here on 7/3/16. The room was large and pretty clean. The ottoman that went with the lounge chair in the room was broken and was unsafe for my 17 month old son. Also the upholstery on the desk chair was ripped pretty bad and it looked very ugly. The bathroom was very spacious but all but one light bulb was out and it was pretty dark in there. My biggest issue though, was with the front desk agent who checked me in, Brittney. She was rude and when I asked a very simple question she snapped at me. It was very off putting. We got a voucher for the free breakfast at the Jungle cafe. The food was definitely better than what you would get from a continental breakfast, but was still pretty mediocre. There was not a lot of table space and it was extremely hot inside. My son was red in the face and sweating after maybe 20-25 minutes inside. Overall I loved how close it was to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens, after a long hot day, it was very nice to have our hotel just down the street. The room was alright, customer service was definitely not great, and breakfast was ok. For $219 a night I expected a little more.

Front desk personal was very friendly and made additional request easy. Rooms smelled great and very clean. Pool was clean the kids loved it. Restaurant on site was convenient, very good hamburgers and just a little pricey! We got 3 hamburgers (no fries) 1 bowl of gumbo and 4 drinks ($40). Overall stay was great!

While the staff was very friendly, the room was not up to par. The carpet was stained and dirty and there were holes in the walls. You cannot charge your phone by you on the nightstand because there are no outlets. When you can find an outlet it is loose and shorts out constantly. Overall I would not recommend this establishment. The only plus was the cafe located next to the hotel.

Very affordable. The staff at the counter was friendly, answered all our questions. Room was clean. Only complaint was the view out our window was a giant concrete tank. But they dont have much control over that.

My daughter, her bachelorette party and an one of the dads booked rooms and went to check in. Because we didn't have one person over 21 in each room, they would not let us check in. There were no exceptions. This could have ruined my daughter's trip, but instead we called the Boardwalk Inn. They were able to book a condo for us that would accommodate the whole party, including the dad. I would highly recommend staying at the Boardwalk Inn instead of this place. It has a better view, better customer service and more things to do anyway.

The website presentation you will see is nothing like the property. When we arrived it was clear this was not what I pre paid for. That being the case I'm a single Mom and this is this the first time I have been able to take my under 10 yo to see the sea … Or a vacation for that matter. When we pulled in I paused and sat in the parking lot for a little while pulling up the pics and comparing to what I was seeing in person. I shook it off and we end to check in. All was okay. The young man was very professional in his advisement that while I am here they will have no liability to my 1. Our Overall safety 2. My belongings left in my room. Whatever. Get me to my room. Keeping positive. Was instructed that our room was in a building behind the check in desk (we had our bags in tow as the website indicates to be expected). We walked back out drove around and found the hotel. It is exactly what the price is but completely a lie on the website. I'm chin up for my kid but stay away from this property. So so so many other options that look so much better. Meaning any of the hotels close to the beach are close in price and are right across the street from the beach. Maytbe the room are the same as what I am dealing with but its so close the sand. Other things: — I put the do not disturb sign on door when we got back from lunch it was gone. — I have killed three spiders tonight. Sincerely scared there is a nest under the bed.

This place rocks all of the guest services are wonderful the complimentary breakfast was not just a doughnut, pancakes were served! The Jungle Café next door was splendid, fresh every morning! Great mom and pop restaurant!

I normally don't leave comments, but in this case it is necessary. This hotel is impeccable. In the middle of the night, I ran out of milk for my child. I went to the lobby looking for milk and the receptionist went to the store for me at 12 am to get me some! He also had a crib brought up for me so that I didn't worry about her falling from the bed. The hotel is very clean and everyone is friendly. I will most definitely return.

Honestly these rooms are great, the people are friendly. Two major problems. The room we are in can not reach any Wi-Fi so all my paper work I was expecting to get done… Not happening. Second we asked for queen beds. My husband and I are 6'2. Their "queen" beds are below standard. More like full size.

We stayed here with 2 adults and 4 children for a week. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The kids enjoyed the mini golf course more than anything. The room was clean and well kept. We were told beforehand to arrive at breakfast early due to it getting full so we did. We got there about 10 minutes before 7 and we were able to all sit down and enjoy breakfast. We woke up late one day and the line was out the door for breakfast so it definitely pays to be there early. Some mornings we just got our breakfast and went back to the room to eat. This is definitely our top choice for a hotel when we travel to Galveston especially with four children.

We were very disappointed. Was not greeted very well, reserved a smoking room on-line and get there and NO smoking rooms at all. The pictures are not what the rooms look like. Very dated. Had to unplug the microwave because it beeped while opening door and did not stop. Spend the day at Moody Gardens, get back and swam for a while. Breakfast was a joke. Took 10 mins in the toaster for 2 pieces. Please someone read this and get a new toaster. They have a pancake machine that is old. A kiddy bake oven could have done better. Went to sit down and there was syrup stains in every chair. I know that you get what you pay for, but we did pay 150.00 for one night. Won't be going back again.

Surprisingly affordable for fourth of July weekend. Came to Galveston and had to change plans to find a hotel at the last minute, and this place helped out at 2am on the phone with us. We ended up getting a great sized room with a single bed and a pull out, nice new bed, clean sheets, LCD TV I can hook up my HDMI cable to, half size fridge, and plenty of room to walk around. I have worked in the hotel industry and this place is very nice for the price. No it's not the hilton, but it's much much nicer than anywhere else for the same price, I don't feel like I should put my socks on to walk around the room. Will stay again if I come to Galveston again. It's very close to the beach, walkable if you don't mind a 5-10 minute walk.

Great place. Putt putt. Pool awesome. Check in awesome. Friendly staff. The rooms are in a new building. We had windows to moody gardens. And schlutterbahn. Nice new beds. Large rooms. Nice bathrooms! Totally worth the pricing. So glad that you'll are here! The other competitors are so pricey. We could afford 3 nights here.

I have to agree with the other reviewer who said the complaints about this place are from some seriously picky people. The room was the least expensive in Galveston. Yes, the room was dated, but I didn't book this hotel at $70 a night for a 5-star luxury room. The point of vacationing in Galveston was to NOT be in the room! Anyway, the breakfast was fine (I suggest getting there early so you don't have to wait for pancakes), the room was dated but the beds were fine, housekeeping was very nice and did a great job cleaning up every day. Decent restaurant next door, small and warm pool, mini golf was fun. You will want to bring mosquito repellent if you want to play mini golf due to the recent rain the mosquito population is booming. All in all, the Inn at the Waterpark was very convenient to other attractions and a good value for what we paid.

Hotel is okay, but not really worth the price. Carpets need to be replaced, water pressure was low, pool was full of bugs. Other than that it was okay, but I expected more for the price. Good location near Moody Gardens and Schliterbahn.

Most of the negative reviews about this place are some picky people. At $55 a night this place is great. Yeah it can be noisy (it is right next to schlitterbahn people it is a family inn), yeah the breakfast sucks (what do you expect for $55 a night? ) It is a steal for what you get,. 01 miles from Schlitterbahn and close to moody gardens. Free putt putt for the kiddies, and a decent lil restaurant next door. It was not dirty, the Wi-Fi was fine and the staff was nice. Could it be better? Hell yes, but then you would be paying more.

Definitely a great place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi has a good strong signal. Their check out time is noon, which is good if you are cruising. I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

Should have been a sign when the lady in front of us told the hotel receptionist to call her a cab because she wasn't staying there because the place was filthy. My husband had just swipped the card to pay for our room when that happened. We get to our room and it wasn't that dirty. The walls were scuffed up and the carpet was somewhat dirty. Well anyways we go to turn the heater on and nothing works at all. We even gave it a minute to see if it just needed a minute to get going but nothing. It was about 45° outside so there was no way my family could have stayed overnight with no heat. We packed up all our stuff and headed back to the office to get our money back because we were so frustrated. On the way down. The elevator was filled with cigarette smoke and smelled horrible. My husband goes back in the office to get our money back. They offer us another room but by that time we did not want to stay at this place at all. He says no we want to leave give me my money back but the receptionist refuses a refund because the manager wasn't present. We requested her call the manager and she said it was too late. Needless to say I dont recommend wasting your time or your money at this place. Horrible service ever.

I have stayed in worse places. The room was clean, staff was friendly, and is in walking distance to schlitterbahn and moody gardens. We had a room in the new part of the property. I wasn't aware there was a newer part at booking. I booked through Trip Adviser and got a good deal, especially that it was the peak days for Festival of Lights at Moody Gardens. We really didn't explore the whole property but we did get a good shake at the restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly.

Got called at 1am and woken up. I have 3 small chdren with me, we were all asleep by 930pm. TV was left on at 25 volume. Call from front desk woke my baby up. Clerk says he got noise complaints from about my room, I asked him to hold on, because that wasn't possible, because we were all sleeping and told him he just woke us up. He raises his voice saying that multiple calls have said things are being thrown around in my room, again I said it wasn't us, but I did say that I had heard loud noises myself, he then asks if I had, why hadn't I called. I let him know that it wasn't my room and he got louder again and said he didn't care, the call was on us and we needed to stop, I let him know that I thought he was rude and would be reporting this, he then told me to do whatever I wanted to and that he would be filing a report on us. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life and have stayed at hundreds of hotels. I will never be back here again because of this person, too many choices to deal with such utter disrespect and just yesterday I had told friends how nice this place was. I will be following up with management.

This place isn't even worthy of a star rating! Just checked out yesterday. Stayed for 3 days in the hotel our FIRST room toilet was not working got moved to another room. Had no light bulbs and sink didn't work. Called the staff told them and they said ok they would take care of it got one light bulb. Breakfast was blah to say the least. Not worth a dime to stay at this place. Booked using my debit card and paid cash at check out and wouldn't you know they charged my debit card to! Called the manager which was a complete bitch to say the least. Ghetto rude and how she has a "Manager" title I have no idea! I was told that a room isn't free and I said yes but I paid cash she said for me to wait a few days and see if it drops of my bank statement! I will never recommend this hotel to anyone! EVER! STAY SOME WHERE ELSE.

This place is a JOKE! Other than it being clean, It's outdated for the price you pay you might as well go stay somewhere else. The breakfast staff was rude, I was trying to get breakfast for my family and she was taking all food down while I was still in line. About the only thing she didn't do was take the food of my plate. Also, I had to call the front desk staff twice to inform them that other guest's were being extremely loud, I don't know why I even bothered because the staff didn't do ANYTHING about it. Please, don't waste your money.

I can't tell you to not book a room at this hotel, but I can tell you that if you do, not only will you be wasting your money, but you will also be subjecting yourself to an extremely unhealthy environment! We found old dry BLOOD on our sheets on one of the double bed! When we alerted the front desk, she simply said she would have housekeeping come and change the sheets. Needless to say, we checked out and left that night. What shocks me almost as much as the old blood on our sheets? The fact that NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON affiliated with this hotel attempted to contact us about this experience! They were not even concerned about this! They subject their paying guests to diseases and germs and don't even care. Please, don't waste your money or risk your health for a cheap room! It's not worth it! This incident happened on June 8, 2014.
