I will be honest with my review and professional cause I work as tech at Marriott hotel,, room was so clean and smell fresh and I liked that the bed was comfort some details need to be improved like shower head, electrical outlet,, the TV was not giving true color and I think its about end of life channel,, all lights needs to be replaced with LED,, curtian up cover looks old,, fridge had about 5 inches long scratch,,, any way I hope the management and the owner take all those points in considerations so they can attract more people and develop they business,,, thanks.

Thank you for the Good Night Sleep bed was comfortable & sheets smelled Fresh room was Clean/Cool Staff front desk/House keeping friendly Breakfast was above average 530 am HOT real scramble eggs sausage patties & waffles we also went for a swim in the pool really enjoyed the stay the warm Chocolate chip Cookies made it just a little Sweeter we definitely will be your Guests again.

A cockroach in the room when we checked in. The clock was not set. The room was very cramped, little room with 2 Queen beds to move around in. Breakfast missed a few things. Like no syrup. Other foods ran out. Plastic ware was terrible.

I like the Baymont. It's not, in my opinion, as nice as the Hampton, but it's a hell of a lot better than La Quinta and for the price you can't beat it.

Enjoyed a good stay for work locally with a reasonable price. My wife and I are usually Hampton Inn folks but this room was quite comparable to the rooms they have. If they were not full I would have missed this chance. Good job Baymont.

Price point versus quality of hotel wasn't great. It's kind of between Hampton inn and motel 6 in terms of quality. Only slightly cheaper than a Hampton inn. Front desk lady seemed extremely inconvenienced when I called 2 weeks later for a copy of my receipt. I'll continue to visit Hampton and stay away from this place.

Beds are nice. Getting nee curniture in. Plus great service.

I was really impressed by the work of the cleaning staff. I've stayed at nicer hotels for sure and even paid less. However, it was nice not having to ask for anything. Shampoo, towels, coffee, beds made, etc everything done without a mention. The breakfast was a nice perk and I like having a fridge and microwave. The only down side is the place shows some wear.

Good place to stay. For family vacation and good for honeymoon.

Service is good. Floors are dirty and it was supposed to be no smoking but my room smelt like smoke. Beds are the best.

Amazing rooms, very sweetly chosen in decor. Comfy bed, and great service, don't even get me started on the breakfast, your allowed to choose it to your own taste. Its a great place to stay.

Pillows were tiny, uncomfortable squares. Breakfast room was trashed and really nothing worth eating. $125 (with taxes) is no worth it.

I was happy to get a room after Hurricane Harvey, all the hotels were booked. I happened to show up when some people had checked out. My three co-workers and I were working the disaster relief and were very disappointed in our current hotel. When we came in we were greeted with at smile by Emily the hotel desk attendant. Emily was professional, courteous, friendly and made us feel welcomed. We told her our situation and were looking for a good hotel. Emily was knowledgeable about Baymont Inn & Suites pointing out how large the king bedrooms were and showed us because we were skeptical. We had a pleasant visit.

Wish I could go lower than one star. Didn't mind the fact that they are remodeling but the place reeks. Our room looked dirty and have seen a few roaches in the morning. Just go stay somewhere else!

Bathroom reaks of mold/mildew. Spoke to front desk and asked them to follow-up, which they did not. Carpet in rooms were in horrible condition along with years and years of spackling built up with no consistent texture or paint color. Bed was decent. Finally, they are currently renovating the carpet in the hallways and half of the second floor was closed due to remodeling. I was not told this when making my reservation and though I don't think it a bug deal, but would rather have a respectful management team that volunteers this information to keep your business in the future. I am staying in this area for the next 9 weeks, and will not stay at this facility again due to the lack of communication and information that was given to me.

Check your charges! If you have an old debit/credit card you need to get rid of… stay here. Your bank will end up replacing your card due to fraudulent charges. Need more "whatever" attitude than a emo teen going through puberty, they have that too! Need to speak to the manager, don't worry… they don't exist. At least that what it will seem like. "It's not allowed to give the manager's phone number out. " But the manager will be here tomorrow… while you're at work. With all the other options that there are near this place, you can stay somewhere better. Rooms are nothing special, parking is horrible, and breakfast… might as well be out of a vending machine.

I was not pleased with quality of my room there were little no no lighting in the room. The bathroom was not clean and portions of the furniture was falling of. The look of the dinning hall made me not want to partake in the continental breakfast. The staff was nice but to casual. I will never stay here again.

Manager is not top class, cannot remember rates or agreement she agrees to for long term guest. Rooms are standard, not bad but not top shelf for 2400.00 per month. Washer breaks down continuous. Employee tried to burn hotel down and we had to stay at a local hotel while investigation was going on… needless to say when the manager decided to up our rates even more to almost 5k per month, we decided to decline. Original staff was wonderful, near the end of our stay, we never saw the same face more than a few times. May be acceptable for quest traveling and just staying a night or so, but for the contractors who are here from out of state building this community, there are better options to choose from.

Staff is not professional. Would never stay here again. I cleaned our room everyday staying here. We called ahead to get a crib and have everything ready so we could go to sleep when we arrived. Told them what time we would be there and they said they would have it all ready. We arrived nothing was in our room we had to go and ask several different times. I gave up when the lady at the front desk was smoking right next to me and our kids telling me she didn't know where a high chair was but she found the crib. I was disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism. I've stayed in many hotel rooms but this was the worst. The water in the bath was a light brown. I was very concerned to say the least. I didn't want to bathe my kids in it. As we were leaving the cleaning crew did everything in their power to get in our way as we were leaving. They were staring at us as we were trying to get past them and didn't move. We had to move an air conditioner that was left in front of the elevator. I wanted to scream I was boiling mad. I will never stay at a Baymont Inn ever in my life. You guys win. I'm done.
