Clean rooms. Busy but quiet. Pool was nice. Very close to the beach. Easy access from their location. Walmart was just a couple miles down the road. Would stay there again. Staff was slow checking in but they were extremely busy and apologized for the wait.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. They also offer a free breakfast that offered lots of choices from eggs to cinnamon rolls. Coffee was good too! The best part of staying at this particular hotel was listening to someone tell me how their child received a surprise from a member of the staff because she stopped to clean up a mess she had made. Whoever you were, you didn't have to do that, but you did, and it will be something she'll remember. Thank you for your kindness and for trying to make a difference. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay and for hiring people willing to try and make a difference in a positive manner!

We stayed here for a beach wedding that we were attending over the weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the mornings were very nice. The staff was hospitable, even when my 3 year old kept pushing the call button in the elevator. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that was looking for a nice and reasonable hotel to stay in.

Super clean. Night staff was great! Quite rooms. I was sick and was able to rest without being awake from 4pm until the next morning.

Rooms are good and the beds and breakfast are great. The only thing I didn't like (and why I give this place a 2 star) was when we got there the floors were really slippery and the tub is EXTREMELY slippery. I am 7 months pregnant and almost fell 2x. My daughter slipped 2x and my mother slipped in the tub and hurt herself. Just be careful with a flooring and tubs!

My daughter and I stayed the first weekend in February. I dealt directly with Carmen at the front desk. She is amazing. She was very professional and very helpful. She made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast was fabulous and delicious. The lady taking care of that area was very diligent in keeping things clean and stocked up. We have booked again for the first weekend in March. Carmen deserves to be recognized for her dedication and devotion and wonderful cutomer service qualities. We will continue to stay there each month. Ty again for the best Hotel stay ever. Good service, nice beds, kind people.

Great not perfect. Room was big, beds were comfy. For the price, I expected nicer rooms. Had a cheap IKEA feel.

The hotel was in a great location. Close to eateries and a five minute drive to shopping mall. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and everything worked properly in the room. Nice visit close to the areas I needed to visit.

Third time at this hotel and still one of the best Holiday Inn locations I've stayed. The staff is always very kind, the hotel always fresh and clean, easy access and decent breakfast.

It's in a great location and the hotel was very clean and neat. We have no complain about the hotel because its very great. I really recommend this place.

Hotel is clean and the front desk was very helpful and nice but the only complaint is the breakfast wasn't very good.

Possibly older model hotel under renovations. Lower income area surrounded by reniferies. Stayed 3 days and Breakfast had inconsistent quality. Have exactly what you need to stay here but far from luxury. Budget friendly I suppose.

It was very comfortable. Great complimentary breakfast. Well equipped, quaint workout room. Rooms were spacious and very clean.

Convenient location to industry in the area. Clean rooms. Service was good.

Bait and Switch. We pre-paid for a specific room type. Upon checking in we were given a lesser room. When escalated to management to resolve the issue, we were told by the management we could walk away from our pre-paid room if we did not like it. Manager was rude and never listened. Manager never offered any resolution or compensation. Stay anywhere else than here.

The internet is a whooping 200 Kb/s right now. It's 2015 and broadband is classified as 25 Mb/s download. This is 1/25th of that. Oh, and their TV remotes are those super simplified ones that keep you from changing the input on the television. Also, the television doesn't have an input button. I hope you have an IR blaster on your phone and an app to do this if you want to. Did I mention that their internet firsts routes to FLORIDA! So your ping will be about 100 ms and you may not be able to connect to certain services because of their network structure. Yes, I will give a hotel a 1 star review for these reasons. It's not the turn of the millenium anymore. Korea has LTE on their cell phones that goes up to 50 Mb/s, and this hotel cannot even muster 8 Mb/s (which is fairly common now for hotels). A hotel room is not just a box with a bed inside. There are services which should be included, and this hotel has failed miserably.
