Nice Atmosphere and beds are so welcomed, and also, nice staff to affordable care at this hotel! This is Welby!

Room and common areas were very dirty. The effort put into breakfast was half-hearted, at best.

This was one of the better hotel stays, I’ve had. The lobby and our room were very clean and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was much more than I expected, with fresh hot food available.
The entire stay the facility remained clean with wonderful employees.
Best Western definitely earned my future business, based off of this remarkable stay.

The bugs crawling in that room was disgusting made my skin crawl. Even the apologies and the discount, and the excuse was not sufficient for the bugs existence in the room and the room next door. I do not recommend that hotel nor will I ever stay in another BEST WESTERN. I do not think proper protocol was used in anticipation of guest especially when reservations were made prior to our arrival.

Nice clean hotel. Air worked good and room smelled nice and clean when we entered. Shower had pretty good pressure with different speed settings on the shower head. Beds are nice and soft to where they form to your curves. First time in a long time I woke up without back pain. Breakfast was tasty with their scrambled eggs, sausage links and country potatoes. In walking distance is a Waffle House, Texas Roadhouse, and Genghis Grill.

Nice quiet place to stay. Nicely done rooms and good customer service.

We love this hotel. The most comfortable beds we have ever had. The air conditioner is very cold on hot summer days. The staff is excellent and the price was very good!

I was very satisfied with my stay here! They were fast with check in, polite over the phone, place was quite and clean. The breakfast was ok looking but there is a waffle house in the next parking lot. There is a Texas Roadhouse next door too! Will more than likely stay at this hotel whenever I have business in Kilgore.

This is a nice hotel on the loop north of Longview, which is excellent if continuing north on Hwy 259. The surrounding area has lots of eating and shopping options. The facility is in good condition and the staff very helpful.

My stay at the Best Western was lovely. The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was my favorite part of my stay. There was a wide variety of hot and cold breakfast items to chose. If I am ever in Longview again I will definitely stay at the Best Western.

Everything went well the room was ready when we arrived the staff was nice. Breakfast was just right. Will stay here again.

Friendly welcome from Robert when we arrived. We were early but only had to wait a short time before our (2) rooms were ready. Room was clean and spacious with a microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific hotel. Iced beer and soda on Tuesday evenings is a nice touch. The room rate was very reasonable, we paid around $250 (tax included) for a 3 night stay. Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It is also conveniently located to stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Staff at the front was great… pool is a joke. Extremely small. Think a large hot tub… parking is bad, very few spaces in the front so you have to park in the rear but there's no door to enter the building in the rear so you have to walk to the side. Room is nice… restaurants​ in the front parking lot to eat.

Great service. Stayed here 3 nights during a power outage. Housekeeping, breakfast, and the room itself were all amazing.

Easy to access, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms. We have never had a disappointing experience at this hotel — and we come here often with our son at Letourneau University. Whenever we need to make a trip to Longview, Best Western is our hotel of choice.

Clean accommodations, pleasant staff. Basic breakfast, but the waffle iron made Texas-shaped waffles, so you can't go wrong.

Totally awesome experience, I'm out of town most of the time traveling around, this is one of the cleanest and well-maintained Best Westerns I've ever stayed at, The staff is excellent, and the overall motel with the location is excellent, there are three very good eateries all within 300 foot of the front door.

Staying at a Best Western will never happen again. Reservation was a total disaster and even with a confirmation number they refused me a room. Real horrible customer service, better at the roach motel.

It was clean and had a great restaurant next door however not a whole lot of parking for large vehicles.

Had a 7 week stay. Atmosphere and service was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, movies.

Called in to request reservations and was met with a VERY rude person who went on and on telling me it was "his discretion" who he gave rooms to and whom he did not. It's supposed to be a public hotel, not private housing.

Room was cleaned daily but not very well, bathroom floor was dirty for over a week. I ending up cleaning the floor with the towels and water. I got tired of having my white socks turn black walking around the room. Pool is small but kept clean thou you have to ask to have it unlocked most days. Have wine and snacks but seem to be out of wine most of the time during the Mangers hour. Elevator is SLOW and you will have to push the buttons several times. Tile on floor by elevator is missing on second floor. Depending on who is working in the morning you may or may not get a hot breakfast, they are often out of food and do not refill the items as needed. Over all not good and next time will try another Hotel Stayed end of July and some of August 2008.
