I rented a non-smoking room. A couple doors down was a smoking room. I was parking and when they opened their room's door the smoke hit my kid's and me like a wave! No joke. Worst part was that it was marijuana. Other bad is that trash cans had no liners/bags and window curtains were faulty. Felt I had no privacy.

First of all, you shouldn’t call yourself “Inn & Suites” if you are a motel. Bedding is unsanitary. You can see multiple faded blood stains in my sheets/pillow cases. There are bed bugs here! I woke up with at least 30 bug bites. I physically saw two bed bugs in the bed I was sleeping in. I am so upset. I do not recommend this place.

I was actually visiting a friend that staying there but it's always very clean and pools nice and clean I would definitely stay there.

Great price and very clean room. Will be back to stay here when in East Texas. Easy off and on to Interstate 20 and the city of Longview Texas. First and Second floor rooms.

Its a nice place, amenities plentiful n comfortable beds… however… it's been a little difficult getting the rooms we reserved, even tho we have stayed s few nights n planned to stay a week-and we did but really had to push for the accommodations we require being both seniors n both disabled… and the bathtubs are clean but stained up… ok well it's been over a week since I started this post and I must say the staff on the day we were moving out, even tho we paid half a days rent extra for about 2 n a half hours past the 11 o'clock checkout, they were extremely rude n confrontational! I was astounded! We are both over 50 n both disabled yet were literally bullied n patronized to as if we were vagrants trying to stay there indefinitely and for free. Now that wasn't everyone who working there that day but the two young women who were "in charge" even threatened to call the police! For what!? I told them IL call the police n I meant it. Idk why in this world these unpleasant, unprofessional people keep their n jobs. They surely won't keep guests!

Room was decent however when we arrived there was a used towel hanging behind the door the trash cans had no bags in it and there was a gum wrapper behind the bathroom door. It was late when we checked in and were just ready to go to bed after being on The road all day.

Disgusting and everythimg is broken. Ice machine, wash machine and door lock were all broken. The swimming pool is a toxic green. But the worst was when I went to get in bed. When I pulled back the sheets they had blood, hair and other fluid stains on them. … As well as bugs. I slept in my truck that nite, of course.

Nice beds. Clean and cozy that is the difference between a cheap co and a company that cares for their drivers. Horizon tranportacion put to sleep in a cheap oversized mattress inside the truck this company they paying a hotel for mi. Every night and is giving me predime so no way I'm going back to any sand hauling company no way.

Sketchy in the back. With broken fence. Beware of guys hitting on your girl.

Great budget friendly hotel! Super clean room with newer bed furnishings and over clean feel. Really friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk into the lobby. If I ever have to stay in Longview again I will be giving these guys my business every time!

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, cable & internet Staff was Great… I was here for work, for the price I would come stay again!

This was not at all what I was expecting at all the pillow cases were torn, the place was falling apart and I found hair in the bath tub, and they don't give u any complimentary soap or anything. I will not be staying here again for sure!

1st room they gave me, bedbugs. 2nd room smh I should be went somewhere else. As a wyndham diamond member, this is hands down the worst baymont I've ever stayed in. Breakfast. What breakfast. A few items that's it.

Front Desk, House keeping staff friendly and courteous. Double room with two beds spacious and elegant. Need to improve and focus on good Breakfast with hot food. Longview has a good Manager. Perfect place to stay when you choose Longview.

Can't offer zero … There was. A brown stain in the floor and bugs scattered around. There was no fridge no microwave. The toilet did not flush. The waffle maker didn't work neither did the juice machine, in the contiential breakfast. This is not the caliber I am used to for a Baymont nor will I ever stay here again…

Hopefully no one else leaves anything behind. I left my blanket behind and apparently they couldn't find it so Idk if that means they threw it in the trash because it was never turned in.

Loved this hotel; front staff very professional and friendly; Cracker Barrel across the parking lot.

This place needs to be closed down and condemed. Deferred Maintenace is everywhere. Fencing falling, concrete drive is severly cracking everywbere. Pool drained, beds leaned against the back wall of motel… strong musty smell, mold on ceiling from leak. T. V didnt work, felt unsafe…

Stayed here for the balloon festival. Nice rooms, nice staff, nice price and easy to find.

It is a quick interstate hotel, mainly for travelers and trucker's, it's kept clean but it's not a four star but it is pretty quiet and it does have security cameras and friendly hostess enviormenrvand parking in front of your rooms also far enough from the interstate so it's quiet.

The air conditioning works very well. The bed and Room was very nicely put together. The bathroom and washing area was very clean and had no stains or smell.

I stayed here for about 2 weeks about 2weeks ago and I really enjoyed my stay. The ppl at the front desk were really nice as well as housekeeping. My room was spacious, beds were comfortable, clean carpet, non-stained linen (A BIG PLUS FOR ME), besides, I had my little girl with me, made it even better. My only complaint is the pool wasn't very clean to swim in. This will not stop me from going back though! Will I go back? I sure will! I appreciate all of you for making my stay a pleasant one!

Rooms are clean, most of the staff is very nice and freindly. There are a couple that seem to need some training in public interaction, the night shift front desk person mostly. I have had to speak to him twice about how he talked to my children, when all they did was go in ask for some towels. Other than that our stay was pretty nice.

Travel agent booked us in Longview instead of Henderson and we had to stay. Don't think the other reviews were fair at all. This is a very reasonably priced motel and the staff is very nice. The beds were actually extremely comfortably and House Keeping did an excellent job. We are very used to staying in 5 star hotels but in a pinch, this place served its purpose for a short business trip. Thank you Baymont Longview.

Nice clean room at a good price.

Bathroom door is falling off. Bugs in the sheets. Carpet reeks. Someone else's hair and stains on the towels. I worked at a Mariot and this would never have been allowed to happen. Who inspects you're rooms when Housekeeping is finished? Anyone? They need to seek new employment.

This place SUCKS! go somewhere else don't waste your money.

This dump! Garbage, don't waste your time with this place. The manager has no clue how to run a hotel! Bypass and find somewhere else to stay.

The owner is the biggest jerk, talks to guest like crap. Avoid this place!

Worst place I've ever stayed in. I went there last night with my kids bc our power was out first room had poop on the bathroom door and tub, shower didnt work and ac was leaking in the room and had floor soaked. Second room I was moved to didnt even bring my things in bc ac was leaking so bad it made splash sounds on the carpet. Third room I was moved into after being refused a refund, and was told the manager was too busy to help me. Had tools all over the room and all lights and pictures were laying on the bed, ac also leaking. 4th room ac leaked but I was so exhausted and so were the kids we just crashed. Called to speak to manager and I'm being avoided. So I've contacted the health dept. And called the 800# and reported them. Oh almost forgot room number one had mold in coffee pot and room 4 no microwave or fridge.

Out side looks bad but the bedroom was clean, flesh and beautiful. Down side they ran out of towels.

There telling me the sheets are bedspreads. Didn't have no frig or microwave then was told I would have to wait till the next day wouldn't give me another room and just saw the housekeeper with blankets but they don't have blankets here just two sheets. Never never again!
