I was very impressed and wowed from the minute I stepped in. The two clerk lady Cristi and Vicky where amazing they left me speechless. I been to so many motels in different location and never experience a service so friendly and joyful. I give it a big 5 star. I recommend this location to every one.

It was great. I requested a room in a certain and was given it. I left happy.

All the Spanish ladies were nice and helpful. Not rude. Checked on me to make sure I was ok… Pool was clean and maintenance was right there when requested. Other than the 109° weather, it was a cool experience. I drive trucks so definitely will return.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and will keep coming back! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting management, which has always gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and staff has always been extremely helpful and courteous. No complaints at all! My room has always been clean and a pleasant home away from home.

The rooms are clean. We had stayed over 2 weeks going for our 3rd. We appreciate that they are respectful. They have coffee from 7am to 10am. Clean sheets, clean pillows, overall good service. Great prices online.

Every 6 months we travel through the states from Canada. Throughout the years we have always stayed at Motel 6's. In Laredo we usually stay 2 or 3 nights, on our way to Mexico and then back again. This year we arrived earlier than we expected to. I was very ill when we arrived. Our room which we reserved wasn't ready yet, but lady at the front desk had our room made up right away so I could lay down. Above and beyond. Excellent service as usual.

We stayed here because we thought it would be nice to go swimming or have a nice bubble bath and first of all the pool was dirty then you would open the foucets ans the water smelled so bad like a sewer…

Cockroach in the room. For Wi-Fi you have to make additional payment. Reservation was for 1 king bed but received a double bed.

I give it a 4 star just cus the water when u put it hot it would give u only cold water I had a long day that day all I wanted was a hot shower.

It is very nice to get to Motel 6 de Laredo Tx. The only thing that could imedir that I arrive again is that in Mexico we need to appear the name of the company and the ID Gov. Mdexicano and you may not be able to put it on the bill with the new system. Antges if they could do it.

It fulfills its function as economical option to spend the night, I had a problem of cleaning of the room. Staff reception very friendly.

Staying at Motel 6 north Laredo is a restart for hours of service and most of my stay was good. It is Saturday night 2:42 a. M. And people and children are yelling and car alarms are going off outside my door. I only have a few more hours before I am back out on the road. Going to make for a long day. I hope not to get laid over her again.

It's cheap… but there is no elevator or breakfast. It is complicated to the stairs when one is going to laredo for shopping.

Rooms very clean, affordable and quiet. Although service was just bad, front desk was rude and housekeeping doesnt knock before they open the door or even advise they are coming into the room. Very bad experience thank god we were descent when the cleaning lady walked in on us.

Excellent service, I booked two weeks in advance. We Arrived and everything was in order. We Had a probem of water leakage, but they fixed it right away.

My family and I rented a handicap-accessible room last-minute. The room was very accessible, cozy, and the beds were comfortable. My reason for giving them 4 stars is the fact that they charge for Wi-Fi. Other than that, we had a great experience.

The worst experience with the customer service in my life had me wait 4 hrs for two rooms. I paid for the 3 days before. Never staying at motel 6 thanks for ruining my vacation stay.

Very, very spartan furnishings. Could only sit on bed, no chairs in room. Shower didn't function, and could only get hot water. West facing window made room uncomfortably hot during the day. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall, decided never to stay at a Motel6 again, if other choices available.

Everyone at motel 6 have gone over and beyond to make my stay terrific I don't think I would stay any where else. From the front desk to the maid service everyone has gone out of their way to help me. From the motel 6 in North Laredo and the one I am currently staying at in San Antonio, Texas at 126 Kenley Place. Even the woman that helped me over the phone to book the room I am currently in. I just couldn't be happier with the service and the rates and will definitely recommend motel 6 to my friends.

The staff was very supportive and helpful to us when we stayed to evacuate from Hurricane Harvey. While we were emotional and the staff was understanding. The rooms met our needs for shelter and a clean place to sleep during the storm. Thank you for taking us in.

The 2 stars are for the housekeepers because they were nice and did their job. I was very disappointed with our stay in our room. I booked a room online for 3 days and I chose a king size bed for my husband, 2 kids and I. When we got to the hotel I saw what looked like a full size bed but apparently was a queen size bed. I have 2 kids under 3 years old so there was no way I was gonna get a room with 2 beds cause I wasn't gonna risk our kids rolling off the bed that's why I got the biggest, a king size bed. I was frustrated cause we nearly had room on that small bed with 4 people and to top it off I have rheumatoid arthritis so being in pain and having 2 little kids kick at you and hit you when they're trying to move on a small bed is not comfortable. I rechecked my email to see if maybe I had accidentally picked a full/queen size bed but no I had chosen a king size bed. I decided to go the next day to the office to let them know about our situation. The lady in the office told me there was nothing she can do about it because when they receive a reservation it just says for how many people and not the size of the bed. I was told I needed to put in the comments that I needed a king size bed cause I have 2 kids which makes no sense cause if I click I want a king size bed I shouldn't have to remind y'all that I want a king size bed.

If you've been to one Motel 6, you already know what to expect: not much. Very basic amenities, no shampoo, and unbelievably, only little hand towels. One the plus side, it's pet friendly, and if you have one, it will suffice. It's also very inexpensive, which proves the cliché it's a you "get what you pay for" world.

Outstanding communication and support from motel staff. I received a call the morning of my arrival to verify the additional requests submitted when I made the reservation online. Great room for the value. Excellent location with relation to shopping and dining venues. Pet friendly is a major plus!

The motel was all right what I hadone a problem with was the people from across the fence. Apparently they were from an apartment complex and they were very rude.

Clean rooms, firm bed, working TV, refrigerator, microwave, good Water pressure, quiet night, smoking room didn't smell of smoking.

I call in to reserve a room, I'm she'd if I drive a semi truck which I said yes. The receptionist (Elizabeth) tells me we are full. I called back again asked to reserve a time, same same question (do you drive a semi) this time I said no, same female (Elizabeth) tells me "let me go ahead & book your reservation"! This question is to Motel 6 district managers, Do you know about truckers not getting rooms but none truckers are?

They charge for Wi-Fi lol… Like wtf… Dont bother on smoking outside after 12 cause the security guard will tell you to go inside your room. Disliked it.

Nice hardwood floors. A variety of restaurants nearby. Room is clean.

I always stay @ Motel 6 when I am in Laredo because of the cleanliness and the good attitude of the front desk personnel.

It was alright the family gardens down the road is much better and just a little bit more.

Truck parking. Golden Corral 2 doors down. Danny's Me restaurant next door. Rooms are always clean as is the entire property.

My expectations were high for Motel 6, because although they are a cheaper hotel, the last time I stayed in one, it was SUPER clean. Anyway, my first complaint is that there is no public bathroom. Perhaps this is the norm in Lorado, I wouldn't know as this is my first time here. But I had to go to the bathroom REALLY bad, and the girl at front desk want sensitive to that at all. She was nice and polite, but she was taking her sweet time while I'm stranding there writhing in abdominal pain! (lol) Anyway… there was hair all over the bathroom, the towels were dingy, there were dirty looking spots on the bed clothes, and trash under the bed. It was livable, I've seen much worse, but still. I think these things are unnecessary, the place has great potential. It's cute, simple, a try at modern design, but when smell a hotel towel it should smell and see that it's been when in bleach and hot water. Our towels were dingy and some had black stand on them. There also shouldn't be a DNA trail of hair leading to the housekeeper in the room (it was more than typical hair shed) and there shouldn't be tar-like stains on the bed. I wouldn't say that I would never stay there again, but I would try other hotels first. It wasn't a horror story, but I'm a little OCD and a germaphobe… so these things freaked me out. They just need to crack down on standards of cleanliness, otherwise the bed and pillows were really comfy and the front desk people were nice.

I've been at this motel many times b4 I was never really happy with this place. The reason for staying here was the price was right. But now they have raised their prices to like 82 $ a day wich is a little extreme if u ask me. I can stay in a much better place than this for that amount. And I will in the future and I recommend u do the same.

RUDE! Lady at front desk would be fired from any decent motel. Her name was Eflenta or Influenza or something. Stay at the Days Inn three doors down. For five bucks more you get FULL breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy) and free Wi-Fi. Also no bugs and no CRAP from the front desk.

I read the negative reviews but decided to stay here anyway thinking that these people just had high standards. This is Laredo after all, you really can't expect much. But I was wrong. This place is terrible, even for laredo. They charge 2.99 for Wi-Fi and it sucks, the rooms are super expensive for a Motel 6 and there was NO HOT WATER. And I'm not saying the water was just warm, I mean ABSOLUTELY NO HOT WATER. Am I expected to take an ice cold shower? Spare yourself the displeasure of staying here. The only good thing about this place was that the staff was friendly. That made it hard for me to go to the front to complain about my experience.

August 2013> I stayed here 3 nights. $50-60 trucker rate, depending on night. The airconditioner was sub par. The room looked to have been recently renovated. Simulated wood grain floor, nice tv, good truck parking. The front desk harassed me about how I parked my bobtail, and the ice machines didn't work all weekend. Uncomfortable temperature in the room, but nice pool, security at night, and "Danny's" restaurant right next door had excellent food. As always pet friendly, and an overall good experience. Wi-Fi internet sucked, it's not worth the $2.99. I'd stay again but not in the middle of the summer and not if I needed internet.
