Very spacious rooms with stove, full fridge and microwave. Full couch and office area and dining table. Never seen this before. But, water was turned off at 11pm-5am🤦‍♀️

Insects in sheets, front desk employees very rude, managers unprofessional do not stay here I got ring worn in the pool employees on drugs experience a housekeeper with black hair a woman give another pregnant woman marijuana pls keep your kids safe and your self DO NOT STAY HERE!

Big rooms and appliances if you need to stay awhile and they will pick up your groceries from local store too.

Great room! I travel for the week and has everything I need. Full kitchen, great staff. And a pool and jacuzzi to relax in.

I usually don’t provide reviews unless I have a GREAT or TERRIBLE experience. I travel for a living and have been traveling for work for 5 years. Staying here was the worst experience I ever had staying in a hotel. I stayed one night (I was supposed to stay for a week) and there were cockroaches in the living room, and I mean big cockroaches. Once I saw that, I had to go through all of my things to ensure they didn’t get into my “open” suit case. I checked out after staying there one night and will never go back! I recommend everyone avoid this hotel.

Every time I come to this city, I will choose to stay here. I am very fond of the breakfast in this very comfortable environment. I choose a variety of dishes and delicious.

My hotel room was not entirely cleaned upon arrival. Trash on the floor, used towels and no shampoo/soap. No other issues during our 3 night stay. The complementary breakfast was adequate.

Excelente experiencia. Los cuartos estan muy comodos y en general el servicio es muy bueno. El desayuno gratis deja algo que desear, pero no está terrible tampoco. Me quedo aqui muy seguido cuando voy a Laredo ya que son muy consistentes con la calidad.

La habitación estaba limpia, usamos el sofá cama pero el colchón está viejo e incómodo. Los baños están limpios y de tamaño mediano. El hotel ofrece desayuno incluido limitado pero cumplidor. Al hacer el checkout nos pudieron guardar las maletas en recepción unas horas lo cual fue muy buen detalle. Está ubicado muy cerca del mail del norte y sobre la avenida principal. En general fue una buena experiencia.

This could be a great hotel with improved housekeeping. A remodel does no good if the sofa is too nasty to sit sit upon. Two minutes with a cleaner and wet rag would do wonders.

I’m a trucker so just checked in, slept & left. But my room was clean, sheets & bed were comfy. That’s all a trucker can ask for, very comfortable stay for the X amount of hrs I was there. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the room size very big and relaxing. Loved they had a full size kitchen. Nicely decorated. I think housekeeping could do a little better. Rooms wernt real dirty just a few things I didnt really care for. Kinda had a werid smell when we first got there. I dnt know maybe the carpet or something. Didnt really care for the view though. Staff was great. I would return but defitnely need to do something about the weird smell.

Not Good. Switched rooms because one TV didn't work and it took different remotes to fully operate the tv. Next room had only one working remote and the bed had a huge sag on one side and when I tried to sleep on the other side I would eventually roll back to the sag. I showed the front desk clerk a picture and she couldnt believe how bad it was. Both rooms work a bit outdated and there was a carpet fan in the hallway trying to dry out wet carpet, which left a musty smell. The only positve for this place was the friendly staff and good breakfast. Sad Marriott.

Everyone was so accommodating during our stay. Hannah did a great job at feeding us excellent food in the mornings and evenings. Best I've had in a while. Other people that made our stay rewarding were Servando, Federico, Cassandra, Sylvia, and of course Beatrice who made to great us each and every morning. Great job guys! Keep up the good work.

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast included as well as an evening meal during thei week. Spacious rooms that are well equipped and very clean.

After a pleasant stay last year, we decided to come back and we loved it. Very friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms with a totally equipped kitchen in case you don't want to go eat outside, good breakfast, and a great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in need of renovations. We stayed on points so it was doable. There was a problem at check in, however it was taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. I think the service deserves a better rating than the hotel itself.

Great place with large rooms in an all suite hotel. By brand Residence Inn by Marriott is a long-term stay hotel that can be booked for short stays and gives you all the comforts of an apartment style room. Average rooms offer a king bed with a sofabed that turns out to the size of a double. The desk and living room area gives you a grand amount of space for all types of work to be done. And of course the fully equipped kitchen offers a full size fridge and stove area that even include pots / pans with utensils. I stayed in room 404 which offered a nice pool view, but there could be some adjustments made, the a. C. Filter area was popped out and unscrewed near the bed, and the restroom faucet handle popped right off when trying to use the sink. No big deals, the bed was amazing and hot breakfast was great as always! *Bonus! Check out the Residence Inn Mix during the weekdays for beer, wine, sodas, and a light meal, all free!

The sheets on the bed were dirty, blood on mattress cover and the bed cover was dirty.
Left word for manager to contact me with 2 different people. They have yet to contact me.
We had to go get new sheets and bed cover from desk and change everything ourselves.

Friendly staff. I arrived and was taken care of promptly. They had a MNF appetizer happy hour with great cheeses, hummus, wine and beer. Complimentary too! Bery good free breakfast topped off and pleasant stay.

Very nice, polite and helpuful staff, Rooms very clean and spacious, we normally travel every 6 weeks or two months, this is the place for us to stay every time.

The room with double rooms is very good.

The rooms are beautiful but the location is right next to a club that blares music late at night. On the bright side, it is pet-friendly and has easy access to the highway.

Love this place. Spent a couple weeks a month here for the last 5 months. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Food near by. And a few nights a week they serve food and drinks for free in the lobby. My favorite part is the BBQ grill on the pool deck. Makes long stays better.

Liked the fact that it is pet friendly. We are evacuees from Corpus Christi looking for a safe place to stay when Hurricane Harvey hit.

Loved this place it was a perfect mini vacay for my boyfriend, our pup, and I. We loved that we could bring our dog down to the pool with us so she didn't have to be alone in the room. The rooms are spacious and nice. The evening we stayed they served burgers as a thank you meal and they were a bit dry but it was free so we can't really complain. Warning to people who bring their dogs though, the dog fee is about as much as another room.

It is the perfect place to stay. Has spa, pool, breakfast great and plenty of room to sit at, all and all a perfect place would recommend highly for a great place to stay.

This is our 5th stay in Laredo. Although there will be more reviews to follow, I would rate this my 3rd favorite. It could have easily made first if housekeeping was improved. Stains on carpet and sofa. Staff was good as was the location. Buffet within walking distance is a must.

I thought the kitchen and the living room were nice to have. Comfortable beds and even though there were some kids staying very close to my room I didn't hear them at all. Amazing staff and house keeping even brought me Tylenol!

My third stay at the hotel and it still remains an exvellent place to stay in Laredo. Easy access from I-35 yet the rooms are generally fairly quiet. Very comfortable rooms with new flat screen tv's, microwave and separate sleeping area. Plenty of hot water at all times with v00ery good pressure. Staff very friendly and eager to assist you. AM breakfast (daily) and evening meals (Mon to Wed) are terrific. No need to. Leave but if you do a Lin's Chinese Buffet is a 1inute walk away. A Krispy Kreme will satisfy any donut craving you. Have. Other eateries are just a short drive away. The Mall Del Norte is a 5 minute trip. These are the reasons I keep returning.

Not long ago, the hotel was new and had good service. Has declined a bit, too full and we found insects in the bathroom.

Excellent service, located to one side of LINs, 5 mins from shopping centres, good facilities. Very well.

The service was top notch, the manager was very attentive, to our surprise were the rooms that are best seen in the page ínternet, very clean, the climate and the bathrooms excellent, it really is not liked is the breakfast, the food taste really put me off, failed to comply with the standards of Marriott, it would be nice to hire a chef to train their staff, I hope that the next trip, change of opinion regarding the breakfast.

Last minute reservation but upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly gentleman named Hector. He made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. We were given a great room and I have to say that it was way more than expected for the price. We were extremely satisfied with our room and overall ambiance. It was our first time in Laredo and we will definitely stay here again.
