Love this place. Front desk is always so friendly and always going above and beyond for their guest! The room was very clean and very comfortable! Breakfast host was on top of wat needed to be refilled and a such a sweetheart! That's why I keep coming back!

Super close to the border. Hot breakfast. Lady in charge of the breakfast area was nice and helpful. However, we were quite uncomfortable with the condition of the hotel. It is rundown, outdated and dirty. No central heating and AC, so the rooms have window units. Ours had a broken vent, mold around it and the power cable was "repaired" with electrical tape. Seems like it's been like that for quite some time due to all the mold we saw. I didn't feel confident about the cleanliness of the carpet either, so I couldn't bring myself to walk barefoot on it. Also, don't know if all the vending machines have problems, but the one I used kept some of my money. We will not be staying here again.

Excellent only when we have to leave if there could be a general room with a labeller for the person who stayed in the hotel and is only going to last a few hours can buy comfortable would be very good, I always go, and if they could put Bibles but in Spanish please if E Ntiendo English but I would like in Spanish, thanks.

This is a great place to stay. I had to stay a couple days due to work. The staff is very friendly. My room was clean. The hotel in general was clean. They do have smoking and non-smoking rooms which is even better (cause I'm a smoker). They also have a small gym which was great due to the fact I'm a truck driver and don't get much time at all to walk or run or well do anything but drive.

A little rough but not too bad… I still stay there from time to time… The rooms are always clean. Only complaint is that I book on Priceline and when I get there the guy always tells me he doesn't have any non smoking rooms and then when I go to call Priceline he magically gonna one… It's happened at least 5 times.

I stayed here because I was trying to run away from Hurricane Harvey the room was okay the restaurant attached was awesome all in all my experience was pretty good I would stay there again just don't get a room in the smoking section if you're a non-smoker because it is bad I had to get moved because it was burning my nose.

I was not expecting more than a normal and adequate facility for my one night stay in Laredo Tx but I was more than pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the employees and the condition of the offerings available at this hotel property. I was intrigued by the number of buildings at the facility, as there are 3 buildings … each very accessible to the main building facilities. The breakfast service room was clean and equiped with tv's. The food plentiful — they were prepared for any number of guests to enjoy the hot breakfast which included eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, 2 types of fruit juice, coffee and a Belgium Waffel machine with syrup. There was also 3 types of cereal and milk as well as bread for toast and jam or butter. There was a pool between the buildings that I noticed was being utilized by children and adults when I checked in during the afternoon. There was also a group of men that were making use of the bar-b-que grill outside that accompanied the park benches. I did not visit the fitness center, but it was adjacent to the modern and clean lobby with small business center. The front desk staff as well as the shuttle drivers and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Of special mention, were Ann and Greg of the front desk, who made me feel very welcome and right at home.

Good experience. Staff is helpful, rooms clean and spacious, and grounds/lobby/pool area well maintained. Obviously, managed well. I will stay here again for sure when in town.

The room wasn't clean had a nice bed and TV. The breakfast was good and the fitness room was nice. The restaurant attached is over-rated.

Friendly service and clean rooms. They have free Wi-Fi, breakfast, a pool, fitness, an adult gameroom, and it's located in a good spot where the stores are not a far walk away.

Clean and excellent location almost across from the North Mall. It Includes breakfast, they speak Spanish and their staff is very friendly. Recommended to spend 1 or 2 nights with little budget.
If You like me, You don't smoke. Request non-smoking area.

Room in non smoking area, nice has microwave Frigobar 2 beds very comfortable room.

Very comforting only that on Fridays and Saturdays is full and it is difficult to find a room available to rest as the lovebirds find it very romantic this place.

It looks good but, lack of customer service. They don't ask you if you smoke or not, they give me a room in another building with a big smoke fog. Sorry I'm not a smoker.

The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious, the only thing I did not like is that at breakfast the table area was very small, there were not enough tables free and only one lady was attending. Otherwise there was no problem.

1 star hotel at 4 star prices. Bathroom smelled of sewer. Staff was rude. Worst Day's Inn I've ever been to.

Good people and a comfortable place to stay for this trucker. Adequate bobtail parking and very, very limited truck and trailer parking. Very limited so look at the satellite view beforehand. Shuttle goes to the carriers around exit 12 and other places closer to town but usually runs on a schedule. La Noria c-store is a block north and there's a Golden Corral and Danny's Restaurant (good Mexican food) a short walk south but anything else is on the other side of 35.

As a hurricane Harvey evacuee from corpus Christi this place was very welcoming, provided free lunch, pizza, 2 days in a row and bottle water. Staff was very helpful. The pool was great for the kids. Would definitely stay again.

It was a decent place room was ok. Decent breakfast nice staff I would stay again… also had a mini mini mini casino.

There are no convenience stores within walking distance. Not having a vehicle and checking in late, I was stuck at the hotel and starving. Thank God there's a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel, but it closes at 9pm or so, I just made it in time to order some dinner. The food was good, but little quantity, the meal could've been a little bigger. My toilet was also acting like it was in the middle of trying to clog itself. I was so tired I was just happy to get a shower and have a bed!

4 stars because of Greg's EXCEPTIONAL customer service. Unfortunately, the last day I was there, I was in a time crunch and needed the shuttle back to the work yard. Hours. I Do understand it's a Complementary shuttle service but Still, people Count on when they are Told a time; Do IT! MAKE It happen! I Get carpooling, several benefits, but, people DO have OTHER People Counting on them for F (expletive) k Sake! We Are Paying, in hour room costs. Called the Days Inn & Suite but the reservations people answered the phone. The reservations people sat me up with an non-smoking room! When I got to the Days Inn, I was told by the front desk that they didn't have no non-smoking room available and the young man at the desk said he couldn't do anything about. The reservation people told me also that I couldn't cancel my reservation. The room was ok but still it was a smoking room and from me being an ex-smoker, I still could smell the smoke. What upsets me, people not having the right information and I paid my money and I expected more.

Clean room. Fridge needed defrosting. A/C works great. Large TV. You have to ask for your receipt at the desk. Strange huh.

How's the truck driver I stayed in many hotels throughout us I always enjoy staying in Heidemann hotels they have been wrong very nicely and I have enjoyable stay.

Wi-Fi is spotty and requires calling the front desk to have them reset their equipment multiple times. Building is old, but clean. Not enough electrical outlets in the room.

I stayed here twice. Both times, no one helped me with my bags. I had a medium duffle bag, two backpacks, a food bag, and a blanket bag. The second time, the shuttle driver at least opened the front door for me but when he dropped me off, he didn't get off to help me out. He ended up driving forward after he dropped me off and stoping to close the trunk door correctly. He didn't get off to close it for me and I struggled with all my luggage and couldn't easily put down bags to close it. He was however respectful when we talked. The receptionist were all very polite and helped me with my questions. The rooms where clean if a bit worn here and there. I don't like carpets and this hotel uses them. I probably stepped on years of other people's dead skin cells, etc. The first room had a restroom with the door opening the correct way. The next room for whatever reason had the door opening towards the toilet. Given the small distance between them and the size of the room, that was an absolutely ridiculous decision. Any time I see cheap toilet paper, it tells me a lot about the business and its priorities. There were also other inconsistencies between rooms, such as how the lights are turned on. They have blue lights on some of the lamps I used. They should know blue light interferes with a persons sleep. The hotel does provide shuttle service to locations like restaurants or Walmart but it's at the mgr discretion and at specific times. There's a pool and a workout room.

I'm not sure what all these people are complaining about on here. I as well, am told to use this hotel by my company; Celadon. The lady at the front desk today was really so very nice. The housekeeping manager helped me out with my TV remote and was also so very nice. As to the room: I have a single room that is in great shape. Everything is clean and in working order. To tell you the truth: I have probably never seen a hallway at a hotel this price point as clean… Please, don't believe everything that's written on here and give it a try. I even have a small pet that travels with me, and they had no problem with that if I pay a small $10 per fee. Thank you Days Inn for all you do. Staying here again May 31st: great hotel: shuttle driver so nice. Great room with refrig and microwave. My truck doggie welcome. What more can I ask for? Maybe my truck getting fixed more quickly? Lol.

We stayed at the Laredo Days Inn and it was horrible. It had a funky smell! And the pull out sofa was broken!

Fast Internet good food, good coffee and clean room.

This is a remarkable hotel, I stayed here 15days, March 1 — 15th and the service was great! Friendly staff, especially my house keeper and the shuttle driver's. Thanks Lito for having a Wonderful hotel for my stay there. Oh, and I can't forget the great breakfast every morning. The lady in the breakfast area says good morning to everyone. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Laredo, TX.

Manager very rude doesnt know how to treat guests. Frontdesk either bad service never come to these hotel they treat you bad.

All them whiners are themselves stuck up and rude to the staff, who are not paid to be spittoons. Treat them like human beings who are trying to provide you a safe place to sleep, they happen to be offering a large number of amenities for free, considering the price.

Horrible! I stay at a lot of different hotels for work, therefore, I think I can make an educated evaluation of the services I received. I'm putting my 2 cents in bcuz this was my second time around. I decided to give them a second chance after I was treated horribly the first time… Nope. Turns their service and attitude suck all of the time. And the worst of them is the manager. I've bn doing mystery shopping for some years now and I watched as this manager treated all who approach him differently according to their Ethnicity. It was truly deplorable. Also the second time I checked in, they ran my credit card b4 telling me they only had smoking rooms left… I don't smoke and the smell was horrendous!

Shuttle driver was really professional, helped with my bags! Not bad, not bad at all for $66.00 a night it's good. I've stayed in some nice looking hotels but the rooms are dumps. Agree the rooms are dated but the room was clean. No luxury linens but rembers it's only $66.00! Internet was fast,, that is when I stayed connected android phones don't stay connected but now if you have Mac Air you won't have an issue. In all its a good place, it's no Ritz Carlton but for the price it's not bad…
