Horrible! This was the worst place we could have stayed. The front door was locked when we got there; the girl was outside smoking! We got to the room and the tub was patched up with some nasty looking brown glue. There was no towels, and only one small little hand soap. The worst part was that there was ROACHES! I had picked that room because I needed a stove well we ended up throwing all the food in the trash because all the roaches started coming out when I was cooking! The room cost us over $100! I ended up not sleeping all night; and I could smell smoke it got so strong that we had to open a window. This ruined all our plans because we weren’t able to cook, my kids couldn’t take a shower, the roaches got on the food and I could go on! Do not stay here!

Worst place I've ever stayed. My husband is staying here for work since it's the only extended stay hotel in the area. There is no clock, no coffee pot, no iron, not even a lamp! Just one super bright can light over the bed. There weren't even any pots, pans, or utensils in the kitchenette. Why even have a kitchenette? As if I'm going to bring my own pots and pans to a hotel. The bed was broken and the blankets were so thin. I understand that house keeping only comes once a week since it's an extended stay hotel, but they should give you more than 2 towels if thats how they're going to do it. I can't reuse 1 towel for a whole week. The hallways smell like a nursing home and when you're walking into the building through the back door there is constantly water dripping on you. The only reason I gave a second star is because the staff was extremely nice.

Clean. Full size fridge. Microwave. Close to fast food. Front desk lady didn't give me a hard time when I asked for extra towels. Would stay here again.

The NIGHT front desk lady was very nice Although I Will not stay here ever again dont give refunds for the days your not there and refuse to clean your room! Stay away! I REALLY WOULDNT GIVE THEM NOT ONE STAR…

This the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The housekeeping go through your thing and won't even clean your room. Every room smells awful and all of them are non smoking. The only good thing about this hotel is the one lady that work the desk other than this place is not the place you want to stay at especially if you have children.

We booked we arrived and informed us that they did not have rooms available. Poor attention and with very little disposition to solve the inconvenience.

Awful. I could feel the springs in the full size bed. Uncomfortable. Front desk seemed confused. My friend got stuck in the restroom. No one answered the after hours numbers. I had to find a house keeper to get the same front desk lady that was supposed to have the cell phone. Maintenance came and fixed it. No dishes, no couch. Good thing we were only here for the weekend.

I have the best sleep ever they're so courteous there and very clean.

Staying at WoodSpring Suites in Corpus Christi was a terrible experience. We rented two non-smoking rooms. The beds were broken in both rooms. One room smelled incessantly of smoke to the point my eyes watered and my throat hurt every morning. There were several false fire alarms during the course of our stay. My towels were not changed a single time; I had to use my own towels. There were other peoples' toenails in the carpet. I don't know if the carpet had ever been vacuumed. It certainly wasn't while I was there. Housekeeping stole my bleach, which I used to clean the room myself. It was not safe there at night. If I could have moved to a different place I would have before staying even one night there.

, McAllen Roofing says this is a great place to stay when you are in town or need a long-term place. And we are just down the Street if you'd like to see our showroom.

For extended stay and price. Bed and set up there's nothing to brag about. Lower then standard. Check out others first.

The Staff is very nice. I love my room, no one bothers me and the people are friendly too. I'm a FEMA Survivor and I love going to Woodsprings Suites, that's my gate away from for peace and quite.

As soon as we walked into the hotel the smell of cleanliness just hit us even the stairway smelled like bleach. The room was also nice and clean and was very inexpensive. I was paying the same price for a room down the street that reminded me of the movie "Vacancy ". The Asst. Manager was awesome she took the time to help me with any and everything I asked for during my stay… the front desk manager not so helpful and always seemed to be very frustrated and made us feel like we were a burden for asking for towels or toilet paper. Other than that I absolutely love this place.

Didn't even feel like a hotel/motel. It felt more like a transition detention center with less cleanliness. There is a kitchenette, but the hotel doesn't provide cookware, dishes, utensil. There wasn't any toiletries except soap. No plastic cups, coffees etc.

Hotel is easy to find and in a safe area. Staff does not come in toll 10am so of you need assistance before then… dont need assistance no one is there but housekeeping.

Just about the worst place I've ever stayed. Just had the bare minimum. The bed was hard, and no comfortable chair in the room. No continental breakfast or even coffee like most other hotels have. To top it off, there's nothing within walking distance. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Around 10:45pm I arrived to the hotel after work, discovered my key did not work, and no one was at the front desk and no one answered the phone numbers provided to get assistance during my lockout. I tried for an hour to reach someone but it was late and I had to work in the morning so I opted to pay for a different hotel for the night rather than potentially die of heat stroke in my car or be even more stressed out. They advertise 24/7 service however that was not the case and I am highly upset that this happened to me.

There was nothing sweet about this place. It stinks. Literally. The odor of stale cigarettes and wet dog permeates the entire facility and is able to offend even the strongest nostrils. The room was completely stripped down and damaged. You go to a hotel to sleep, but you can't do that here. We had two full beds and both were broken. Every time you moved, the springs would creak. You could feel every spring in the bed because they were all popped. We could hardly sleep, and the back ache you wake up with isn't worth it. The linoleum tiles on the floor were coming up and would actually move under your feet. This place is advertised as an extended stay hotel, but offers you no amenities to stay there. There was no coffee pot or ice machine available. There are cabinets with nothing in them. They only provided a single bar of hand soap and no other toiletries. No hand towels. If you needed additional towels, you had to walk all your dirty towels downstairs to get more, and then you get towels and no washcloths. Water damage was visible all around the bathroom. While in the bathroom, I discovered an earwig. When these things were mentioned to the desk clerk, she acknowledged that management was fully aware of the broken bed issue, but would let them know again. For as much as they charged, you would be better off sleeping under an overpass. At least you would expect the bugs and smells.

The housekeeping could do better, we asked for extra towels we had to go up & get the old towels to get new towels. We asked for toilet paper we had to buy our own because we was on a one roll minimum. The housekeepers spent more time on the phone & hiding in the rooms instead of cleaning. My room was suppose to be ready by noon but I didn't get it until almost 2 pm. But in all it was okay.

It was good for our extended stay except my dad had reserved a first floor room because he is handicapped and when we went to check in the said they didn't have any available and the room he booked was taken. We ended up with different too in the 4th floor. Half the time the elevator didn't work. It was clean and the staff was friendly and it was in a great location. A few adjustments and I wouldn't give it 5 stars.

I've had a bad experience since I got here. It's in a bad part of town, very noisy. It smells like mold on the inside and out. After my first night here I wanted to leave, I asked them if they could refund the rest of my stay and they said no refunds. By the second night, by back was hurting so bad I couldn't move. The bed is so uncomfortable I don't understand how they could allow anyone to sleep on these. The room smelled like pee the entire time I was here, and the room wasnt very clean. They leave a note on the board in the room saying " please leave us a good review" but how could I? If I ever come to this town again this place will not even be an option for me.

I would recommend people to stay here.

I stayed there 3 different times for work in the last 2 months. I have to say I've really been impressed every time I stay everything is clean and some of the best office staff I've ever dealt with, specifically Amber at the front desk always very helpful and super professional. Nice to go to a place where staff do their job and still have a great attitude even though it's busy sometimes. Thank you I will definitely be recommending and staying there again.

This is not a hotel. It is more like studio apartments that employers can rent for there workers while in the area. There is a price tag for everything. Including not taking your garbage out, staining towels, or not cleaning. As an apartment or more like college dormitory it would be great. As a hotel, not so much. There is no lobby. There is not round-the-clock help if you arrive late or have problems with your key to get in your room. There is even a fee if your key demagnatizes and they have to reset it. Not a hotel! More of a dormitory. The people were nice. The rooms were clean. But it does not feel like a hotel.

Worst experience at a hotel ever. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. We reserved the hotel and got a quote, when we got there they said it was gonna be $60 more. Our room never got clean in two weeks. We told them we work nights and that they could acommodate us but the day our room was to be clean they woke us up at noon. The second week we stayed there we couldn't find another hotel because it was spring break. They charged us $30 more than we had paid the first week but said if we didn't stay the whole week they would give us a refund they didn't not we only stayed 3 days. They charge you $10 a week for Wi-Fi and $10 extra for clean linens. I wish I could give em no stars or better yet negative stars and tell anyone I know to stay away it was the worst experience at a hotel ever. And I have stayed at some shitty hotels. It was not worth the money we paid I've stayed at nicer hotels that were not as expensive and they cleaned everyday free Wi-Fi and breakfast.

I am a disabled Veteran with a Service Dog … I must say that it has been a joy to stay at Value Place for the last six months. The staff is excellent! I have seen them go above and beyond to care for the people staying here. Everything is clean inside and out. Other than the charges for linen exchange the rates are in alignment with other Extended Stay Hotels in the area. I would recommend Value Place in Corpus to anyone who is planing to stay in the area longer than a week.

I did not get past making my reservation. My fiance was in Corpus Christi, TX for work and the Value Place there told him there were no rooms. The online reservation told me I could make a reservation. I called and spoke to them and she told me yes it would let me make a reservation but when he got there she would have no room for him bc current tennants were extending there stay. Not acceptable business.
