Greatest place! So beautiful, terrific owners and delicious breakfasts. Perfect place to spend a special time or just to recharge and relax.

Great room, breakfast, and amenities. The innkeepers, David & Tammy, are awesome and super friendly. Daily breakfast was amazing. We had the Mardi Gras room and loved it! Would definitely stay again.

Such a wonderful place to stay! The Veranda Room is spacious and comfortable — love the private porch overlooking the backyard! Dave and Tammy are perfect hosts, attentive and accommodating, and great chefs — breakfast is so very good! Already planning a return trip! Thank you for your hospitality.

What is not to recomend about White Oak Manor. The food was absolutely delicious, the hosts were warm and friendly. The B and B is close enough to downtown to be convenient and far enough away to be quiet at night. My husband and I could not have asked for any better. We will definitely be going back in the future and staying at White Oak Manor again.

We spent our 25th wedding anniversary here. I've stayed in hotels all over the world but never a Bed and Brealfast. This was a unique experience. One of a kind for sure. We'll be back. The breakfast was the best part.

Fantastic bed and breakfast on a quiet corner in Jefferson, TX. Amazing hospitality with incredible food. The home and our room were very clean. Wonderful bathroom with a beautiful clawfoot tub. The bed and bed linens made it difficult to get out of bed and get moving, so comfortable! David and Tammy were excellent hosts that were personable, friendly and truly helpful if you needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice little getaway. The town is full of antique shops, old stores and little restaurants on every street. The town is full of rich history and friendly people!

One of the best Bed and Breakfast I've ever checked in to. Very unique, super clean & on top of everything the people who own the place are extremely nice. I've stayed in a lot of B&B's but this one has got to be my favorite. I'll definitely be coming back to stay next year.

We loved our visit here. Dave and Tammy made us very comfortable and I so appreciated their accommodating my vegetarian diet. Their B&B is clean and beautiful! We enjoyed visiting some of the shops in Jefferson and talking with the people that live there. The town has a relaxed and simple atmosphere. For a little variety of scene, we drove over to Marshall for a couple of meals. Marshall is more developed and it was easier to find vegetarian food at the restaurants there. Marshall has more of a classy feel to it and we highly recommend a visit when you're staying in Jefferson.

I really so much ejoyed our time at the White Oak. Tammy and David were more like long known friends. David's breakfast were the best I've ever tasted. I loved setting and talking with them. Down to earth. Can't wait to come back… I told everyone I know about David and Tammy and the White Oak Manor Bed and Breakfast. I give yall 10 stars …

I loved everything about this beautiful place. The home was beautifully decorated and smelled very nice. My husband and I stayed in the Mardi Gras room. The room was very well decorated and very cozy. The bathroom had a claw foot tub for those who like to take a nice long soak or tub bath. The bed was heavenly! It was so comfortable that I had one of the best nights sleep that I have had in a long time. I even asked David and Tammy the next morning for the brand of the mattress. The stuffed French toast that David made for breakfast the next morning was out of this world. The weather was very nice when we were there so we walked to an early dinner and then came back and sat on the porch for about an hour. The porch is perfect for sitting, and the yard is beautiful. The location was excellent and it was very easy to walk to restruants and shops. We will definitely stay with David and Tammy if we ever go back to Jefferson.

I am giving a 3 because I have not actually stayed here, but I am very disappointed that I cannot book due to the fact we must book at least 2 nights. My husband works late Friday night and we both have to be at work early Monday morning. We will be going somewhere else for our anniversary.

We enjoyed our stay at White Oak Manor Bed and Breakfast in Jefferson and loved meeting the owners Tammy and David.
It is a beautiful house! And what an awesome breakfast! Hard to pick my favorite spot, but we did find ourselves on the porch swing a lot!

My husband and I have passed through Jefferson many times over the years and always said some day we have to stop here. Someday finally arrived and we decided to spend our 28th anniversary weekend in Jefferson. After researching B&Bs in the area we chose White Oak Manor and are so glad we did! The house was even more appealing in person than the online pictures showed. From the white picket fence, brick walkway and inviting porch to the antique decor and warm colors, everything we saw made us feel welcome. Our room had windows that overlooked the front yard and a very comfy bed, antique furniture and a step-down sitting area while the large bathroom had a claw — foot tub and shower and a beautiful stained glass window. Our host David (wife Tammy was out of town) is the chef and presented us with delicious breakfasts: Mexican fritatta and scones on Saturday, lighter-than-air waffles with scrambled eggs and sausage on Sunday. Yum! David also shared a wealth of information about the area as well as recommendations. We had a wonderful stay in Jefferson and hope to return again. We highly recommend White Oak Manor to all!

My husband and I were unable to get a room here for Valentine's Day but Mrs. Tammy still let us come by for a tour of the house and to see a few of the rooms. The house is just beautiful and rooms (especially the Southern Charm) are just gorgeous! We have booked our room for our 10 year anniversary and I cant wait! ❤️❤️

My wife and I stayed at White Oak Manor this past Friday and Saturday night. What a nice place. The house is very clean with a warm home-like feel. Tammy andDavid are both very friendly and make you feel right at home. Our room was great and my wife loved the old claw-legged style bath tub. We also enjoyed a cup of coffee on our second floor patio deck each morning. The electric fireplace is a nice touch too. Adds a romantic feel to the room. The food was very good and we enjoyed the company of friends we met from El Paso, Arlington, and Dallas. I highly recommend White Oak Manor. Only 5 blocks from downtown too! Chad and Kathy Hughes.
