Loved our stay here. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend. Staff were the best!

My sister and I did our annual sister trip at this place this year. It was our 22nd year and our best! We give all the credit to this wonderful place and the awesome staff. Words cannot give enough accolades to what a precious experience we had, and we feel it was the staff that made it so special in so many ways. We enjoyed the evenings around the fire with s’mores and wine and fellowship with others so very much. The breakfasts were indescribable, and the staff was almost like family. We highly recommend!

I loved everything about this place. Everyone was so friendly. The food was delish. I give this place 10 stars.

There are so many things here. This is our favorite place to stay in Jefferson Texas.

Went to Jefferson for the weekend and stayed at the cutest B&B. The owners Jessie and BW were great host and we met some really nice people who were also staying there. They have a beautiful garden with fire pit seating area where you can drink wine and visit till wee hours of the morning. The next morning they served us a five star breakfast on the covered porch complete with mimosa’s or Bloody Mary’s. They are only a few short blocks from downtown Jefferson which can easily be walked or they have golf cart rentals which can be drove all around the downtown area.

Beautiful place to stay, amazing breakfast, and the most courteous people are employed. I would recommend this place a million times over. Hands down if it were ranked on a scale 1-10 this place is a 12.

My family and I came from Shreveport to visit the town and this was my very first time here — and let me just say I LOVED IT! Friendly service, great accommodations, welcoming atmosphere, and wonderful food. 10/10 will be back! Thanks again, Jessie. 💛

We had a great time this weekend! Very neat and clean place. The owners were awesome, everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was AMAZING! We weren’t able to do dinner there this visit but definitely will on our next trip. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Amazing accommodation, food and overall experience this past weekend! Just what we needed for our sister retreat!

My friends & I stayed at a 2bed/2bath cottage. The house feels very spacious, it even has a full working kitchen!
Let me tell you about Ms. Jessi’s cooking, every morning she will make these amazing breakfast! Each day the offerings changes and they’re all delicious! The staff at the main house were all so friendly and courteous. A truly southern hospitality!
We are definitely coming back for more experience!

Where do I begin?! These two and their staff were absolutely amazing! They make your B&B experience so wonderful! The house is co cute and the courtyard was so cozy with a fire. Oh, did I mention breakfast?! Bacon Gouda grits and BLT quiche was amazing! She also made a homemade biscuits with cream and fresh strawberries. So good! You can tell they have a true passion for serving people. The BEST experience ever!

Great weekend getaway! Dog friendly, Fabulous Food, Great accommodations, Close to Caddo Lake and Antique shops! We will be back!

Breakfast was amazing! They also provided s’mores on the patio with the fire pit. There was a fridge with water, cokes & wine which was all complimentary! Our house was about 2 1/2 blocks from the main house. It was quiet & comfy! It was a great experience that we will definitely do again!

Came here with a group of friends. Staff is great, Friday dinner was exceptional-as was breakfast. Can’t wait so see what’s in store for tomorrow!

We had a lovely relaxing time and felt totally spoiled the whole time. The breakfast was excellent! The rooms are comfy and quiet. The landscaping and gardens are beautiful and peaceful. We will definitely be back!

The moment I arrive, the relaxation begins. I know I will be well cared for, extremely well fed and have a sense of coziness like a second home. I hope they always have a room for my husband and I. Love this place. Love these owners.

Great gourmet breakfast, snacks coffee drinks at all times and on Fridays and Sat. They have dinner as well. Big porches to sit out on. Great hospitality.

This place is phenomenal! The owners and staff are terrific, they went out of their way to make sure our wedding yesterday at their B&B was exactly as I the bride wanted it! Also the food is beyond delicious! Breakfast was fabulous and so was Dinner we had! They are pet friendly, home away from home, relaxing place to go and we will be back! This BnB is a gem. This is exactly what you should expect from a BnB, but rarely get. Jessi and BW make you feel part of something special, and it is! From being greeted by name as we arrived by BW to the absolutely delicious meals prepared by Jessi. They have thought of every detail. It is rare to find people who obviously enjoy you being there as much as we enjoyed our time there. Enjoy a meal, have some wine, read a book, sit by a fire and enjoy life a little more slowly.

So… I have to preface this by saying that I did not actually make it to my reservation date but I still would rate this B&B at 5 stars due to the amazing customer service I have received. I had an emergency pop up and needed to cancel my reservation on somewhat short notice. I called the B&B and told them what was going on and the very kind lady running the front desk needed an "OK" from the owners that were out of town to ahead with my cancellation. She called them right then when I could hear how busy she was in the background. She stopped everything to help a person that was cancelling spending money at her establishment. This speaks volumes to me! The owners and managers run this business with a true "about the customer" mindset! They had every right to tell me no to my cancellation but they did not and still treated me kindly, respectfully and went above and beyond for me. Although I will not be visiting very soon due to other travels, I will definitely make it a point to get there in the near future and thank them in person.

Beautiful accomadations and friendly owners. Free water, snacks, wine and even s’mores. We sat around the fire pit with the owners and drank wine and made s’mores. Breakfast was a delicious sticky bun plus a ham, mushroom and spinach crepe with hash browns and fruit. Delicious! Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Jefferson.

If we could give this place a 10 star we would. The best breakfast in town. Jess does a GREAT job.

We could not have asked for a better experience during our stay at The Carriage House Bed and Breakfast! The hospitality, accommodations and food were beyond perfection! Jessi puts together the most flavorful and delicious breakfasts… starting with dessert of course! This was the perfect weekend getaway to relax and get recharged! Can't wait for our next stay! And we will be sure to try one of Jessi's 4-course dinners! Job Well Done!

Lovely environment. People, rooms and the breakfast were all outstanding. Only complaint is the sheets were not cotton and no ice bucket. Besides that it was wonderful! We'll definitely stay again and recommend to others!

My friend and I recently stayed at the Carriage House. We stayed in the Jay Gould cottage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was wonderful. The owner was friendly, courteus, and generous with amenities. We loved the patio and breakfast on the large wrap around porch. I'm hoping I get to stay there again.

My husband and I stayed here this past weekend and loved it! The owners are amazing! Our room was located across the street from the main house. It was very spacious with two bedrooms, one bathroom, dining area, mini kitchen, and sitting area. We brought our two dogs with us also! They are one of the few places that allow dogs! The breakfast alone is worth the stat! It was amazing!

The innkeepers are phenomenal! I can’t say enough wonderful things about BW and Jessi. Our room was immaculate and not overly decorated like most bed and breakfasts. I loved the location, the accommodations, the recommendations from Jessi were just spot on and OMG the gourmet breakfast was out of this world incredible! I have never had breakfast enchiladas and would gladly eat them again every morning! So charming and downhome feeling. I highly recommend this lovely property.

This was first time to a B&B and I loved the experience so very much! Jessi, the owner, is a people person and you leave there feeling like you've just made a friend for life. She has thought of everything! The rooms are great and extremely nice and clean, the ambiance is warm and inviting like going to grandma's house when you were a kid, the people we met there we really enjoyed and exchanged phone numbers to keep in touch but oh the crowning glory was breakfast the next morning! Beautiful presentation, incredible dishes of food and taste like none other I've ever experienced! First class accommodation all the way! Also, it is pet-friendly which I loved even though my pets weren't with me. Jefferson has many B&B's, but the Carriage House is within walking distance of great stores, boutiques, restaurants, general stores, antiques, etc. It was so nice walking to dinner at 8:00 pm and feeling so safe in this friendly little town. All in all, a wonderful experience! And although this was my first time there, it certainly will not be my last! I highly recommend this establishment!

The best bed & breakfast I’ve ever stayed at. The owners and staff are great and very accommodating. The breakfast may have been the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten. The location is great just a couple of blocks from Jefferson’s attractions. I highly recommend and cannot wait for my next visit.

If you are coming to Jefferson stay here! Everything about our stay was wonderful! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with such great southern hospitality and felt so welcomed. We stayed in the Daniel Alley cottage across the street from the main house which provided a little more privacy and yet we had access to all the amenities of the main house at all hours of the day and night. I even went over to swing on the front porch with a bottle of wine at midnight in a Thursday. There were blankets left out on the porch which I made good use of. It was so peaceful. Breakfast on the porch overlooking the garden was a great way to start our day. The food was amazing! Service was excellent! Make sure you say hi to Birdie! She's the sweetest little doggie ever. Just can't say enough what a wonderful stay we had!
