Decent rooms. Friendly front desk staff at check in and check out. Breakfast was usual, waffles, juice, cereal, bagels and toast. I mean, if you want more go to out for breakfast or pay more for your hotel. If we need the size rooms in Austin, we would stay here again.

Location & service are great. The ac in the room want working great… Everything in the room was damp from humidity.

I was disappointed by this hotel the bathroom when you flush the toilet the whole floor shakes and it runs constantly we shut the door so we didnt have to hear it the bathtub is disgusting! The indoor pool is so cold you cant get in it… the jacuzzi has so much bleach it burns your eyes and makes bubbles the roof in there looks like its molding. And the elevator rocks and sounds like its going to break while your in it and doesnt have the certificate that all elevators are supposed to have I updated my review to a 3 because I stayed here again and they are renovating everything.

A good hotel service breakfast it was nice comfortable and friendly.

Our vehicle was broken into during the night. Hotel clerk wasn't concerned. Ours was not the only vehicle broken into. Obviously not enough security. Room had extention cords running the lenght of the wall dangling from the TV.

Clean room and friendly staff. They were cool with my husband and I bringing in our bicycles.

We needed a handicap room with a handicap shower and this place was able to accommodate our needs Very clean and quiet. Great that they also have free breakfast. I was very pleased with this location.

Good value, convenient to downtown.

Smelled bad, looked very run down. Went to dinner, came back to no parking. No manager there to help. When the got a hold of one they said sorry for the inconvenience, and nothing more no suggestions. Promptly left will never return. I suggest no one wastes their time here.

Room was clean, air conditioner didnt work very well, fridge leaked water all over the floor. Also, they are doing remodeling so everything seems to be in chaos. Housekeepers were very friendly. Check in staff was not friendly at anytime during the two night stay.

Rooms are recently renovated, the rest of the hotel is still under construction. Bad smells and I'm positive the room had bed bugs. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money, stay somewhere else.

I booked a room for a guest visiting our company from out of town. The hotel's location seemed ideal because it is very close to our Company. When I booked the room on-line I provided a company card for the charges. When booking online they provide the option of paying for the room prior to the guest's arrival/check-in, which I opted for. All was good and dandy. I wanted to make sure our guest would NOT have to pay with a personal credit card on his arrival so I contacted the front desk the day our guest would be arriving to make sure it was all set up and was told an authorization form would need to be filled out with the credit card info and signed by the credit card holder, no problem, so I asked for this authorization to be sent over to me via e-mail and never received it. Our guest arrived and at the moment of check-in was asked for his personal card and charged. Exactly what we wanted to avoid in the first place. So I call to correct it and asked for a manager and I am told there is no manager on site and no one can tell me when a manager will be there. Really?! no manager available? No one is in charge? It's ridiculous. As if this was not enough… I hear from our guest that he had some issues with the shower and no one from the staff could help him out, that he was just given the excuse that the showers were recently updated and no one knew how they worked yet.

Very dirty, very outdated, many things are falling/crumbling apart. Dirty bedding, extremely dirty pull out couch with no bedding for it, sink is literally falling out, and breakfast is tiny.

Good Service. Near by Interstate Highway. Complementry breakfast is good too.

Still not worth the price. The bathroom was so bad we couldn't stay in it. The man at the desk was really nice and understanding. He said they're renovating the hotel January 8 and the bathrooms will be the first thing to go.

Disgusting, rude service man at front desk, housekeeping does not clean, dirty bedding, they will not replace, will pretend to clean. Dirt, smell like marijuana all over the place, full of prostitutes and immigrants. Sketchy parking lot. Front desk lady cassandra is nice, but she cannot account for the rude daytime front desk clerks and breakfast lady, housekeeping people. Also some rooms are missing items like chairs! they have broken showers! they will try to run a scam on your credit card beware. Look for additional charges to your card when you leave. Check bed-sheets for blood and yellow stains. Also be careful not to take too many coffee creamers the hotel staff will become irate. Don't waste your money breakfast is served days old, can make you sick! I have this guy on video being rude and disrespectful!

Rooms were okay for price. However this place could use some renovations. All and all for an overnight stay it was sufficient.

The bathroom was in great need of updating. The shower was stained and the walls and counters were damaged. If it were more than a place to sleep I wouldn't have stayed.

Nice clean rooms… on the way out counter person would not hold bags for people going to formula 1… and had no solution for them just sent them out… let them know that cota would keep at the entrance at there own risk.

The only thing I didn't like was the bath tube, it seems like it was dirty. Everthing else was ok. Good and fresh options on the breakfast.

Customer service wise they were pretty good. The room was dated. The bed was probably the worst part of the visit with it be as firm as a boulder. Lucky for me I didn't see any of the pest and mold some of the other users have posted around the internet.

Poor customer service. As far as over all hotel cleanliness and beds, it's fine. Certainly could be cleaner. But the 2 moments that disappointed me 1) no sheets on pull out couch. Awful matress on it with blood stains etc. Lady at desk claimed the hotel didn't even own fitted sheets that fit the thing! 2) breakfast: your typical Sub par hotel fair. But get this. This is a umm "suite" with microwave and refrigerator in every room. So obviously your welcome to make a meal there or something. But when I left the breakfast bar in the lobby to bring up a biscuit to my wife the guy at the desk stopped me and said "excuse me sir, we don't allow breakfast in the rooms. " Management policy. Beyond stupid and inhospitable.

Breakfast is good except for juice which is more water than juice. Room is spacious, beds are confortable. Tube needs to be changed and the water pressure is not so good.

Stayed for 3 nights during a short stay in Austin. The hotel wasn't dirty. But felt like it could have been cleaner. Breakfast was subpar. Inedible egg, or egg substitute, cold biscuits, and barely cooked sausage. Coffee was good. Attention to the breakfast area could have been better if the attended would have gotten off her phone. We love choice hotels, but this one seems to be below standards.

I love square pillows and the bed was comfortable enough but this place is falling apart. We were checked into two rooms and both had chopped away pieces of the shower. Needs a good overhaul to get any higher rating from me. The staff were very nice though.

Well its not bad as far as room size but the beds are very bland fills like a hospital bed, then there free breakfast was pretty gross. There are no vending machine but your right behind a circle k so watever. The worst thing and I think this should be known. On our trip I packed a bunch of snacks like little bags of chips and cookies bc we have a 3 year old and they like to snack. So my daughter n myself were leaving for the zoo and she had a bag of chips with here. When we returned later and I came to the lobby to buy a 16 oz. Coke for $2! (which is crazy) the sign says to pay front desk person for any snacks or drinks. When I handed her the 2 dollars she asked me if I was going to pay for the chips my daughter took earler then went as far as to say or the chips you took for here. Omg I was very upset so I went up stairs and grabbed the big bag of small bags of chips just to go and prove that not only was my daughter a thief but I wasnt a liar. She argued with me about what was said saying I never said you stole them really are we going to go there. She had not seen either of us take anything but assumed we had bc she herd the sound of the chip bag as we were walking out. Either way if it was an honest mix up you should never accuse a customer of stealing unless you saw it happen! So yes very rude.

Hotel sucks leaky ceilings AC not working cold breakfast was no good leaks in the shower light stays on all night worst place I've ever stayed can we stay in a lot of states and a lot of cities for out of work I would never recommend it to anyone give it a zero no stars at all.

Comfy room with two queen beds and pull out couch offered lots of room for my family of four. While we did not stay long enough to eat breakfast the hotel does provide complimentary breakfast.

This hotel appeared to be very old. There were cracks in the shower, the window didn't lock closed (and was actually open when we checked in) and the a/c struggled to keep the room cold. They have an indoor pool, but since it's not heated it was almost too cold to use. All that being said, the staff we very helpful and friendly. If you need a cheaper place to stay for a night, this will do, but I wouldn't recommend it for anything else.

First room the air condition wasn't working. The bolt to the door wouldn't lock and the internet is really slow. They moved me and the second rooms remote didn't work. The tub was filthy and there were black stains on the pillows… However I gave it one star cause the staff were very friendly.

The hotel is older and conveniently located south of Austin. The staff was very friendly and we had great customer service. The room was nice and clean, I thought the bed was very comfortable. Although I thought it was a little overpriced, we would stay here again.

I booked this hotel over a month before my stay to avoid any issues. Or so I thought. I called the day of check in to confirm the room and let them know we would be checking in late that evening. Everthing seemed to be a go. When we got there we were told the 2 queen bed room we booked AND confirmed earlier that day was gone and that we were somehow switched to a 1 king bed room instead. The front desk actually tried to suggest we sleep together, or one of us could sleep on the pull out couch as if them switching our room was our fault. As it turned out, this particular weekend was a graduation weekend and most of the hotels in the area were completely booked, so we eventually found another room at another hotel, but I will NEVER book with this chain again.

Average stay. Clean but felt dingy and slightly outdated. Staff were very nice. Slow free Wi-Fi, creaky elevator, and the workout room has broken, ancient equipment. My partner was not impressed with breakfast.

Wonderful service comfortable room when I come back to Austin I would definitely come back there again!

Affordable and nice, in that order. Staff was kind and courteous The room faced an interstate but it wasn't as noisy as I had thought it would be. Breakfast was good.

There's hair in the shower, an old cap to a shower bottle on the floor. There's hair all over the ice tray and cups. The first room was worse and this is the second room. There's hair built up in the corners of the bathroom. There's trash all over the floor.

For the price it's fine. The staff is always friendly. It's a $100 hotel. Ask to be on the side away from the Freeway.
