The rooms were very clean, and the hospitality was very prompt when it came to needing extra towels. Thank you!

Room had a really strong smell. Room was recently renovated but still smelled. Bathroom was nice.

This is no longer a Super 8. Its a Sure Stay. I didn't bother to stay. I was handed a used, dirty, crumpled key holder. Not a good start. Then when I got to the room, there seemed to be someone still in the room… the TV was on, an empty food wrapper was on the bed, lights in the room and bathroom were on. Luckily, they gave me a refund.

Doing remodeling right now, Staff is alright great Breakfast in the morning a little high on room prices but one of the better motels to stay at in Terrell, Tx.

Got closed for remodeling shut down by the city failed on code and health issues and serious bed bug issues. Upper management always changes the price. Does not follow motel 6 rules, if you complain then he puts you on the do not rent list and corporate offices, does not look at the complaints.

Very clean. Better than average Super8 breakfast. Night shift extremely helpful. Heard hubby just out of hospital & then his coughing; so she moved us to downstairs reservation. So very appreciated.

Front door difficult to close. Heater did not work initially, but front desk clerk was able to get it running. Bathroom door is a really odd sort of barn door that was noisy when we had to use it at night. It woke my husband up! Room was clean, and looked as tho they are in the process of updating it. Comfortable bed.

INFESTED WITH BEDBUGS! The lady did give us a refund for the room but do not stay here!

Nice rooms. Good parking for truck with a trailer. Wasn't the fanciest room but it was comfortable. Close to stores and food. Id stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the hotel was in a good spot off I-20. The rooms were decent. There was an a live cockroach in the bathroom and trash tucked behind the bed-side tables. Unfortunately, these factors play a part in my decision not to use this hotel again.

Clean and up to date decor… pet friendly as well as people lol… would recommend.

Recently Remodeled… New beds, sofas, carpet & more. Very clean.

Clean, air conditioner was working well. The only issue is location. It's right across from a bar which can be nice but there were drunks all over the place until 4am.

Room was in poor repair, had to fix the sink so it would drain. A. C. Unit was old and sounded like a freight train. Would not recommend staying again.

The location was convenient, the rooms were clean. The blankets on the bed were thin and scratchy. The toilets were very loud, almost a roar, when flushed. My husband had to fix the sink before it would work.

Staff was friendly. The room was $108 with my military discount. However their "new beds" are hard as a rock. The door in my room is misaligned and will not lock unless you lift the door up. The room smelled so bad that I sprayed cologne everywhere to make it manageable. Found crickets on the floor. I walked down to the lobby within 15 mins and asked for a refund. Since the blanket on the beds were disturbed, from my kids sitting on them, I was denied. Also, there was dog hair on one of the beds, pubic hair on the bathroom wall, and (not that I used it) but it looks like some hobos had an orgy on the ironing board. We did get two small towels and a rag for the shower though. I do not like to complain and this is the only review I have ever given. I felt it may help someone later on.

Great staff. Very clean room and location and had coffee for those checking in from bad weather. Pet friendly and affordable rate.

Nice hotel to stay the night and not hurt the bank account.

Hey it's a super 8. But the clerk was nice, the room was okay, and we got our sleep.

Switched rooms 3 times because 1st door lock didn't work and 2nd bed wasn't made. Shower didn't drain and coffee still in pot.

Worth a stay! This hotel is in a very convenient location to interstates, restaurants and other shops. We stayed only one night but would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean. The staff was courteous and friendly. All the rooms were Clean, modern design. King size bed was very comfortable. A breakfast with a variety of choices is included. We found this hotel much nicer than many 4 and 5 star hotels and hope to stay again when in this area.

I didn't actually stay here, but I reserved a prepaid room for the wrong day. They were already booked, but they actually canceled my reservation and didn't charge me and they were nice about it. Thanks. That's east Texas hospitality for ya!
