How disappointing it was to arrive and not have our correct reservations. We have stayed at this hotel for 6 years and always had room 104 reserved. Not only were they doing remodeling and had several downstairs rooms facing the pool unavailable, they didn't care about our reservation or their former manager's commitment to us. I don't think the new owners/management likes Veteran's, motorcycles or possibly both. Last time to stay at a Baymont Inn.

The room door was cracked and he didn't have a room and had a smart mouth and we told him to give are money back. Be careful stay away. Get a different hotel or sleep you big rig or car.

Sorry, folks. We chose this place So we could park the 43' RV. The price was right also. There were 4 of us. There were 3 towels and 3 washcloths and the clerk wouldn't give any more until we brought the first 3 back. The fridge had been disconnected from the wall, but we didn't know that until we opened the door this morning and the food was not cold. The sofa was too soiled to sit on. The lamp table was thick with dust. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The bathtub faucet leaked constantly. Other than that, the beds were comfortable. We won't be there again.

I stayed here on Saturday I booked for two days. The room was decent enough but at some point of the night I checked the bed. Not sure if it was mold or someone spit tobacco on the corner of the fitted sheet so I decided that my 4 year old, and I would sleep on top of the bed. I didn’t sleep at all that night for fear of bed bugs. When I had gotten up that Sunday I saw that on the comforter there was dried blood where they had it folded. I took my child and left fast. I will never go back to this particular hotel again what started out as a mother daughter weekend was ruined.

It was a ok for last minute place the tub seem like it would sink in at any given time there was a hole in the wall that was covered with tissue? Would not recommend it though.

The tubs don't drain in any room. Hair and toe nails clog the tubs. The Indian or Pakistani doing the morning check out is an a/hole.

Horrible place to stay! Nothing works. Just sleep in your car. House keeping is good.

Read the reviews but this hotel was closest hotel with truck parking. Very glad I took the chance, room was one of the cleanest and nicest one I've stayed in. As a "Hot Shot" truck driver I stay in hotels every night. So don't believe the negative reviews.

The knob for the shower was broken so you couldn't adjust temperature. The toilet wasn't bolted down, and rocked if you lean…

I wouldn't even give this hotel one star but it won't let me post without giving them at least one so number one I got my key went to walk into my room and there was three guys smoking marijuana in the room the room was supposed to be vacant but somehow these three guys got in there. The marijuana was so strong you could smell it from the parking lot so I went to the office to tell the guy at the front he acted like it was no big deal he then gave me another room didn't even tell me he was sorry for this incident happening gave me a room to the one next to it ask him if he had anything else he told me no. Number two my bathroom door wouldn't even shut. Number three the sink wouldn't even drain I could barely brush my teeth without it over filling, and then our TV did not have a remote and he told me he did not have another one. If I would of had anywhere else to stay I wouldn't of stayed there the next day I told the property manager what all had happened he told me the cops were called but I had my door open and didn't see no cop I let him know that my stay was not what I intended in fact it was horrible and reassured him I would never be back again told him what all happened and he just said okay to everything I had told him not even caring that his hotel was horrible even a sorry ma'am would've been nice but no like it was no big deal to them the stuff happened all the time or something do not go let me save you some trouble and money.

Very nice place. The room was clean the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice. I would recommend this location.

What can I say about this place, that hasen't been said about vietnam!

I'm only giving this place 5 stars so people can see my complaint. Where do I begin with the awful customer service skills all of the staff has here? First we woke up at 7:30 am to get breakfast, they only had one thing and I'm lactose and tolerant so I can't eat anything dairy so I didn't get to eat anything because everything was gone and they didn't have anything left after 7:30. Another thing, after we checked out of the room, the housekeeping women started to point at me because my ride wasn't here until a hour later to pick me up. The housekeeping women started to point and shake there head at me for the whole hour I sat outside to wait for my ride. I could see them talking about me rudly. I wouldn't come here if you plan on wanting good customer service because clearly these people have no idea how to treat a person kindly.

You get what you pay for. Not bad, staff is friendly, rooms are dated but semi-clean.

Decent place. Parking lots could have been a little cleaner but other than that it was fine.

We stayed here one night and I would not stay another. The rooms are so dirty and dusty. The carpets are so dirty they made our feet black definitely don't take any infants or toddlers here. The comforter had cigarette burn marks in it. The pull out mattress on the couch had pee stains. The non-smoking room had cigarette butts and smelled of smoke. The tub was stained and dirty. They had beer cans laying on the stairs that the maids walked by over and over and didn't pick up. There was a dirty broken couch in the parking lot in front of the stairs. I didn't even want to go into the pool for fear of what nasty the water could be since they don't keep the rooms very clean. The only thing I can say positive about them is they didn't make a big deal that we stayed a few hours after we were supposed to check out. This hotel could be really nice, clean and family friendly hotel if they had better management.

Was great for our one night stay. Some of the towels and sheets were dirty, but nothing major. Good location for where we needed to be for the nigjt.

Clean room, bed was a little firm but ok, toilet seat was cracked and pinched me. Told the manager and he apologized and said he would fix it right away. All in all a decent room.

Extremely disappointed. The hotel itself is very nice and appears to be well maintained, and the price was reasonable. That was the extent of the good things. It is roach infested. I checked in, and went to my room. I was there for a very short time, and I saw a roach. I killed it and went on about my business. I know it happens. However, as I was sitting watching TV, something caught my eye, and it was another roach, and then another one. I killed 4 of them, and then noticed one was crawling out of the alarm clock. I unplugged the clock, and took it to the front desk. I told the person at the front desk I already killed 4 of these in my room, and they are starting to come out of the alarm clock as well. He told me there was no way a roach could get in the clock. I proceeded to take all of my belongings out to my truck. I went back to the room and over the course of the next hour or so, 4 or 5 more made their appearance. The person at the front desk never apologized, never offered to get me another room, never even offered me a can of bug spray at a MINIMUM! He simply said, I'm calling the exterminator in the morning. By this time, it was after midnight, and I'm a truck driver. So, moving to another hotel wasn't an option. Needless to say, it turned out to be a sleepless night for the most part. I was not anxious to close my eyes. I certainly didn't want to wake up to find these critters crawling on me.

For starters, the AC took FOREVER to cool off, and it still was not quite cold enough to sleep well. Also, the bed was VERY uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on hard springs the entire time. The next morning we had to get ready with minimal lighting because the light outside the bathroom went out and would not turn back on. Every now and then, it would flicker, but never would turn on. The mattress cover was pretty gross. The overall room could have been cleaner, but I guess that is what we should have expected from a cheaper motel. Lesson learned for sure!

This room smells like skunk.

We stayed here in Jan 2013 We absolutley loved it clean, safe. "smoke free" room & lobby area with a nice clean breakfast area with waffles. The lady at the front desk was super nice & the price was great around $55.00 this is the best & cleanest place in Terrel we looked at all of them & the Wi-Fi is strong:) we will be back May the Lord continue to bless this best western, also we had plenty of room for our horse trailer & truck.
