Great place. Staff awesome, best place in Terrell to stay. Great breakfast and convenient to other restaurants. Room was excellent, clean, and comfortable. Conveniently located near the highway and somewhat quiet area… Recommend it over any other Hotel in the area.

Hotel was just 7 weeks old during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located next to several restaurants and a large travel center. Very nice and well priced hotel.

I am a Travel Agent and Im pretty picky with my hotels. I was very pleased with my stay. Check in was a breeze and the gentleman working the front was very nice and accommodating. Previous reviews commented on the water not getting hot but we had no problems with this during our stay. The property is brand new so it made for an enjoyable experience from the new beds, carpeting, bathrooms and everything else. Not to mention you have a Buc-ees, a Taco Cabana, a What-a-burger, a DQ AND a Starbucks all within walking distance (literally less than a quarter mile). They are all very new too. Pretty convenient indeed. All in all I would stay here again without hesitation. Don't let the previous reviews scare you. The kinks seem to now be worked out at this new Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott.

The only issue I experienced was the cold shower. The water would not heat up.

Amazing, friendly staff from check in to morning staff! Rooms clean and fresh! The beds are comfortable and the comforters are soft and fluffy. There were a few glitches with the continental breakfast due to unforeseeable electrical issues but the eggs were real and were cooked to perfection. The only real problem with breakfast was the loudmouth jerk who kept berating the front desk staff and the manager about the wiring and circuitry (things which they had no control over) and just kept loudly saying how stupid it was. Other than him, everything has been phenomenal! (but he was a customer, therefore the hotel is not responsible for his ridiculous outburst)

This hotel isn’t even open yet! I was looking forward to staying here.
