I wasn’t able to check into my room due to Joanne at the front desk being rude and racist and not answering my questions. She saw me waiting at the front desk and left up the elevator anyway which resulted in me having to call the front desk to get her to come down. She was rude and told me I couldn’t check in because my card wasnt real (it is). I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau!

For starters front desk clerk was rude and then bathroom was horrible, shower had mold and so did toilet and it also had pee on it, and it looked like it hadnt been mopped in some time. It also looked like construction In bathroom wasn't finished.

I stayed last night with family due to power outage and was treated terribly by one of your front desk employee the one who checks rooms we had late check out for both our rooms and she kicked us out of room 321 claiming no late check request ect. We stayed in other room with family until check out and when we left and dropped of keys for second room the lady at the front desk informed us we had late check-out for both. I'm very upset the baby was woken up as well as the other kids and she threatened to charge for other night and was very rude and spoke loudly and rudely! if your in the hospitality industry be hospitable!

I stay here when I travel to the Plano area. I like the convenient location and the rooms are comfortable. Plus, the front desk and housekeeping service staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I will never recommend this hotel for anyone. Room is filthy, sheets are dirty and hot water temp fluctuate. Breakfast cold, I also checked the experation date on the yougart I found it was expired for over 3 days. Complained but I found them back next day and offer it to customers.

The staff provided great customer service, the facility is fine — minor repairs needed here and there, but it was clean. They have a policy to replace towels and bedding every three days, but don't provide a towel rack to air dry the towels. In a room for 6 people, the shower rod just isn't sufficient.

The staff was really nice and the rooms are clean but the breakfast area wasn't kept up during breakfast. I saw flies in the pastry drawer and the utensil was always dirty. Luckily there's breakfast places nearby.

A tiny bit rough around the edges, but generally well maintained and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice location. Stay is friendly and the rooms are well designed and clean. The only drawback is the elevator is slower than fried molasses! Other than that, I have enjoyed our time.

Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The continental is what you would expect it to be. The only knocks on the hotel is some maintenance repairs not looking up to par (ie. Shower tile repairs with clear silicon instead of grout, laminate doors severely chipped, etc. ). Adittionnaly, the hair dryer in our room didn't work so my wife was able dry her hair. When I asked the front desk for a replacement, the only thing they offered was to unlock another room for to use the dryer in there. Overall, not bad for the price, just make sure you bring your own hair dryer.

Very bad maintanence. Poor customer service at the front desk. Trashes werent emptied out when we first occupied the room. It was very disgusting to see left over food and trash from previous customers. /occupants which werent cleared out. Which made us wonder if the bedsheets were changed at all for us.

Front desk clerk could be more professional. Housekeepers don't speak English, need more housekeepers that's are least bilingual. I requested to have my bed made while I was gone and when I got back my bed still wasn't made. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice and clean hotel. Large room size and abundant amenities. Wish there had been more water pressure in the shower, but that's pretty typical of hotels. Coffee wasn't too great either. It was a great place to stay, regardless.

I love this hotel, quiet and peaceful and relaxing place to go to when you getting away or traveling, clean rooms, great breakfast, clean parking lot, plenty of parking spaces.

This is our usual location we stay at when traveling to this area. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.

Can't complain about this place. Jacuzzi. Swimming pool, excellent service. Toilet paper a bit to rough and towels are not soft. Other than that, convienent for local travel.

We had a great time staying here and visiting family. The room was nice and spacious. We even used the indoor pool for the kids!

I was very presently surprised and impressed by this place. My room is clean and spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd give them six stars of I could.

Great rooms! Clean rooms! I am very picky on the beds I sleep on because of my back and this was a very comfortable firm. Rooms are quite spacious. It was an enjoyable stay and breakfast was your typical boring hot continental but it was filling and good.

I enjoyed my stay. My room was very clean. I was given plenty of fresh linens. It was very quiet and relaxing. They continental breakfast was great. The hottub was really hot and just what I needed when my hips and knees were aching. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great rooms. Quiet hotel. Large breakfast with good hours. The pool and hot tub are quite small though. Easy access to George Bush Turnpike and 75.

Smaller motel with inside pool and fitness room and also a nice breakfast bar. Our room had a lot of room with microwave and refrigerator and good grab bars in the restroom.

Clean neat and a good place to stay! The breakfast quality is good, tastes even better. I spent a couple of weeks here and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook if I have to. It was raining one day, I requested for an umbrella since I wasn't carrying one. Though, the front desk lady didn't have it, she lent me her colleagues' for the day.

Very nice people here. It is always clean here too. Rooms are all suites and have fridges and microwaves. I also like their small indoor pool and hot tub.

Comfort Suites is a great hotel chain. Comfortable rooms, decent Continental breakfast, and reasonable prices.

The rooms have always been nice, the TV in my particular room was on the fritz I called the desk and they came promptly to get it working, but it went out again. Not really using the TV much anyway, the staff has always been friendly. I'm not a big fan of the "lobby coffee machine" or the room coffee 4cup options, I'm a bit of a snob about this. The location is great to access the many offices nearby in Richardson, TX off 75, and to the metro terminal. But it's not the most intuitive location if you have to travel by car to the area immediately east of the hotel.

Garland/Plano location was great. Front desk was super nice and welcoming. Room was wonderful and so was the breakfast. Will stay again.

Always great but tring to find a vending machines on the 4th floor is impossible I really needed a Dr pepper.

Great service! Great value! Great location! Very close to shopping and restaurants. The suite I had on my recent visit was quite spacious and comfortable. The room was a great size with an absolutely fantastic bed! The halls were quiet & I slept well. The complimentary breakfast was by far more than I ever expected for a hotel breakfast! I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Plano area! The staff is very friendly and helpful. There’s also plenty of parking.
