Complained to front desk night I checked in, was told they had to rent room because they were booked up, did not offer to move me but the the leak had been repaired, it rained two days later and it was still leaking and I had damaged property from the water (ruined my laptop on the desk), complained to manager and he said they thought it was fixed and offered no compensation for my damaged property and ordered me to leave. I did get heated and said a few choice 4 letter words and he threatened to call the police and said “I was not allowed to talk in his hotel” (afraid other guests would hear my complaint). He obviously does not care about his customers.
Close to everything. Fresh and clean. Room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Everything was perfect. Will be my new Dallas area stay! ❤

DO NOT STAY HERE! We were supposed to be charged for one room for two nights. My mom was paying for a second room I reserved. I was charged $285. Then another $285. Figured my mom and I could settle up. No problem. The problem is after the first night's stay there was ANOTHER $571 taken out of my account! Then another pending charge for $235 on check out day! There is absolutely NO REASON for all that! I was treated rudely by front desk staff, they seemed irritated I was frustrated to be charged over $1300 for what should have been $285 with a $50 refundable deposit! Our entire stay was ruined by being out $1300 until it is refunded. The manager, Hunter, needs training on customer service. He has not contacted us AT ALL to rectify this situation. We normally love our IHG experiences but this is OUTRAGEOUS!
