Pretty quiet and decent hotel to stay.

We requested an hypoallergenic room. I pulled back both nightstands and discovered this! Marriott is not keeping us safe! I’m so disappointed in this hotel! My husband has severe allergies and he sleeps with a Bipap! He has been so miserable! Since we checked in. I went to the front desk and requested another room and the man informed me they were sold out until Sunday!

Excellent customer service, clean and an overall nice hotel.

Love the area…. Located in a beautiful shopping area. The hotel staff was amazing…. Food was really and the rooms were perfect. Marriott always gets 👍🏻 from me.

Employee of mine was staying there from out of town this evening. Room was broken into, all electronics and wallet stolen from him. The manager said they only have one security camera in the entire hotel, at the front door. Didn’t even offer to move his room. How bad was this service, They’ll make it right” is what the manager said. A little late for that. How about having security for your guests? That would make it right before things like this happen!

Beautiful place. The place is fantastic.

Nicely renovated rooms with laminate flooring. Hotel carpets always creep me out so a nice clean floor makes me comfortable. The staff is friendly. The bar is small but always happening in the evening. The food and drinks are good. Onsite Starbucks. Th ballrooms are spacious and the Colorado meeting room has theater seating, great for training and presentations. Across the street is a scenic park and a couple of dozen shops and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away.
That said, the hotel event coordinator and her staff are top notch; they will make any event you plan there a 5-star success.

I attended a conference today and was pleasantly surprised at how nice, comfortable and convenient it was and beautiful lobby area. Awesome breakfast brunch and the ladies room was obviously designed by a woman!

Went for a very large banquet that we preordered food 2 months in advance and they changed the menu items as they served the food. Many people had dietary restrictions and the Marriott removed 1/3 of the food options that were designed for special diets and they had nothing to eat. Over 75 people paid $40/plate for food they could not eat with nothing more than a “sorry” from the wait staff. Would not recommend this place for any size banquet — not even one with 600 people in attendance. $25000 spent for our banquet and 15% of the people couldn’t eat.

The stay at Marriott has been awesome. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, tons of restaurant on walking distance! I enjoyed the breakfast at the Marriott buffet this morning and food was delicious.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Stayed 2 nights and ended up in 3 rooms. 1st rooms toilet ran all night and then when my husband used it that morning it overflowed. The 2nd room was unfinished, didn’t have a bathroom door, we were gone most of the day and came back around 4 to a room that had not been cleaned. You can hear EVERYTHING the people in the next room is saying or people in the hallway. Our 3rd room had dust everywhere. Great location but horrible hotel.

Worse place I have stayed in a long time. Staff was not helpful, dirty dishes, hair in the silverware (the pulled the hair out and left the silverware) bed are terrible. Working is this is a full service hotel or a circus.

I’ve been staying at this property for over a decade. Always fast and courteous service. The remodeled rooms and gorgeous. Highly recommend if in the Frisco/Plano area.

By far, this is one of my favorite Marriott properties. The Concierge Lounge is top notch. Amazing location — literally perfect for dining, shopping, etc. All in walking distance from the hotel… And excellent dining within the hotel as well. Definitely, a notch or two beyond the standard Marriott, which is already good. The bar is so beyond what one expects from a hotel. One word — EPIC!

Very nice location, right next to a shopping area. Clean rooms, good service. All the employees are very nice and happy to help. The lobby is very well decorated and is very open. Although I didn't need it, I was a bit peeved that the computers and printers weren't free, or at least cheaper, $1 per black and white page and $2 per color page is a bit outrageous if you ask me. Altogether a great experience.

Brother and me stopped to get a drink a the bar yet it was full. The only reason we stopped. Yet walking into the restroom was a charm. Clean and well kept than most of the other places near by. Great for families wanting that extra secure feeling. BYOfood at the bar is very cool.

Very well kept, clean and elegant hotel! Location is really great if you’re trying to get access to legacy town center! They have a self park garage for free! Which is always a plus! However their valet staff is great! No problems at the check in. Very nice front desk people! Definitely recommend!

You can not ask for anything better. My wife and I a weekend get away here and it was the best. The staff was very polite and accommodateing. Upgraded our stay to a king suite. Location is great with all the shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The shops at Leagacy was wonderful. Most definitely will be back. Need more than a weekend to enjoy the many restaurants & shopping mall.

When I showed up I was told the hotel was completely full, and therefore I was 'upgraded' to a suite. Problem is the suite is not meant for someone to stay overnight. It is meant to host a party. The room had a large dining table, kitchen and sitting area but no bed, closet or dressers. I had to sleep on a fold-out couch in a back alcove. And the shower in the bathroom was not meant to be used. There is no lip on the shower floor and the entire bathroom was covered in water when the shower was over. The rest of the hotel was nice, but be wary if they offer you an 'upgrade' …

There was not much available parking, meaning we needed to walk several blocks. We were attending for a school banquet. The food was excellent, but portions were rather small. The staff was very friendly and quick. The atmosphere was very enjoyable and the building was clean.

I went to a professional event. The hotel was clean and the people are very friendly.

This hotel was very busy but nice. The room was nice and clean. Room service was very good and fast. The hotel is near several shops and very good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I just had the worst experience of our lives ever at a hotel at the Marriott Plano Legacy. We booked the hotel to be close to the location of a meeting with Cain & Waters and to be able to walk to restaurants nearby. Our flight was delayed 3 hours due to a mechanical issue. Upon arrival we were told that our room reservation (made 5 month’s prior) was given away to a “group contract” and that they were sending us to the Drury Inn 7 minutes away. Can’t even express how this made us feel. If this is how this hotel and this company treats its customers we will happily take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

Enjoyed my stay. Room service was nice and hot; the food was good and ordering was easy. I would stay again. Construction in the lobby should be completed by now.

Good for individuals, if you're taking a large group just be sure to check and double check your plans. Communication between back room and front desk at check-in needs improvement. Great location, decent rooms, check-in staff need work. GM is very good about following up. Good luck!

Amazing location with lots of options for restaurants and entertainment. Hotel could use an update in room amenities such as mattress and a larger hot water tank. But friendly people and perfect for conference setting.

The hotel was clean, the staff attentive and friendly. One really cool thing is they have these exfoliating salts for your hands in the washrooms that are really interesting. The food was amazing and didn't feel like your regular hotel conference buffet. Our event has been here two years straight and probably more years to come.

Stayed at the Marriott at Legacy town center for NYE and saw the Walton Stout Band and had a blast. Had a beautiful room on the 5th floor. Staff was very nice and the food was good.

My husband and I arrived early for checking the registration desk agent was very nice and set my room with a very nice view looking out of the water pond and the buildings was my first time stay there along with this our plan for New Years Eve. Our room was very nice and clean My husband and I was very happy; it be two years we have not enjoy ourself. I will be back for New Year’s Eve. Plus the food was great and tasty and love the 2018 ice sculptures. And all the dessert. Pedro and Maria Alvarado Dallas, Texas.

I always enjoy this location, their bar, and breakfast. Customer service is usually pretty good, they've always been helpful when we lose our key cards. I love that it's within walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants.

Clean room, good view from the window. Pool area was nice and the gym has decent stuff to work out with. Hotel staff was friendly and big ball room for large crowd was nice too. Gotta pay for Wi-Fi which sucked. But overall pretty good.

This hotel is a bit hidden but located in the middle of the town square within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is updated and very visually attractive. It has a full bar, restaurant, swimming pool, and workout gym. The room we stayed in was very nice and comfy. Large TV, mini-fridge, a safe, sitting area and a desk. The bathroom was very nice and equipped with quality towels. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

Great venue for a professional event. Plano Chamber of Commerce in this instance. Good was fine, visibility of speaker was good. Meeting hall was very large. Nice hotel, at least what I saw of it.

Great location that's within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Conference center was terrific as well with very attentive staff. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower features rain shower head and instant hot water. Would love to return!

One of the best Marriotts we've ever stayed at. Staff was great, room was great. Wifi is reliable and FAST. Front desk team is guest driven! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Or conference room was spaciuos with a full array of beverages including My Dew and non-sweetened tea which I going odd being as we're in Texas. The chairs were very controllable. Staff was very accommodating. The only downside was the restrooms are small. Only enough room for two people at a time.

My husband and I stayed here after our wedding in a suite. It was a beautiful suite with a great view, but we didn't have hot water in our shower for the entire time we were there. They ended up giving us a free night, but it was incredibly frustrating to not have hot water to shower in. I can get that at home, no need for a luxury hotel if I cant even get hot water. But the staff were very accomodating and did try and fix it.

I've been to so many Marriott's and this one like so many of those, do not disappoint. The entrance at night, reminds me of the Marriott's in Puerto Rico but this one has the best lounge as far as food choices.

Amazing Restaurant — Copper Bottom. Delfido and Debbie are/were fantastic! The crab cake is a dream! My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Great place, beautiful food and people. Mom, I, and everyone we know will be back. Also, the hotel service is Awesome! Come check out the restaurant and lodging, hopefully you will be highly pleased!

Way bigger than it looks. There's a basement with tons is convention centers and a very nice lobby. I would recommend having your next convention here. Can't speak to the rooms as I did not see them.

Very nice accommodation. Open architecture feels spacious. Smells clean. The front desk staff checked me in quickly and with humor. I do use the Marriott so which does grease the wheels. Room had everything you need except USB charging capabilities.

Excellent location at Legacy. The room was clean, modern, and upscale. The restaurant offered a unique, disparate menu and service was top notch. Conference space and parking garage also make this a convenient location. I would stay here again.

My second visit here. The rooms are decent, large TV, your own coffee station (if you drink a lot of coffee you'll need to ask for more than the 2 packets you normally get). Breakfast is good with a large enough buffet spread (and a friendly chef cooking eggs to order in the corner). There's also a Starbucks drip coffee station to take away which is handy. The bar/restaurant has some great craft IPA, good food (will priced and large portions) and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. It's located very centrally within Legacy centre with lots of bars and restaurants within 2-3 mins walk.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Marriott. There one downside was that my room was really far from an elevator, but when I walked in and saw the view overlooking a beautiful pond with a majestic fountain in the middle it was worth it. The free shampoos are very nice as well. After my first shower I was determined to take as many home with me as possible. The rooms feel pretty updated for the most part. I don't know if I've ever had a 70" TV in my room before. It made watching the basketball playoffs at night just incredible! Like I had court side seats. I must say that the most serious disappointment I had was with the breakfast buffet that the hotel provided for my conference I attended here. It was mostly good except for the bagels. I had hoped that the bagel would be a satisfying source of carbohydrates, instead it tasted like a mass produced preservative laden bagel that probably came from a bag at a super market. Overall a great stay with access to more restaurants than you could possibly want. Also I think I left a pair of socks so let me know if you find them.

Attended a banquet function. Everything was clean and well prepared. Plenty of staff on hand to assist with the buffet and clearing the individual tables. Chicken dinner entree was delicious although fettuccine was overcooked and the dessert had very odd texture (not sure what it was but had great caramel and chocolate shavings). The service was fantastic.

Great service, extremely comfortable beds, delicious food, clean, good Wi-Fi, and creative touches throughout the stay (sleep tips on your pillow, welcome amenities in room upon arrival, fruit water in lobby, etc. ).

Pretty outside main entrance especially at night, nice but not particularly special lobby and conference rooms area. Parking garage seems sufficient, but accessing the hotel itself from the Tollway access road and small roads is very difficult at night as smaller streets are not well lit; as such you could easily drive right past them.

Lovely banquet hall, can be portioned off. Wait staff ifsfriendly and efficient. Location is good, easy to find entrance. Would recommend attending and hosting events.

Great accommodations and venue for our company activity. Very comfortable rooms and the bed was great! The breakfast looked really good but I was unable to go because of an early flight. Helpful staff, very clean and accommodating.

This place is way over priced for what you get on the amenities and comfort list. I had anticipated a full hotel for a New Year's Eve overnight stay, but did not expect the most drafty and less than insulated hotel for the price point. $189 a night should be a posh, semi luxurious experience. Our stay can be summed up as loud and obnoxious neighbors, who could be heard at opposite ends of the hallway since clearly there is no sound deadening or insulation in the walls or doors. I've paid less for hotel rooms in Vegas where you could hear a noise fart under the bed! Save your money and stay away, you won't get more than 3 hours of sleep from all the yelling and slamming doors at 4am…

One night so far. Nice and clean, but pricey. Charges extra for Wi-Fi (usable speeds) and parking. Friendly staff and great location. Loads of great restaurants at walking distance.
