Nice hotel near the airport. The rooms are nice and staff was friendly. There is a convenience store nearby at a walkable distance, and food delivery options.

Our preferred hotel in Grapevine. Hot tubs are a perk! Never been disappointed by the customer service either. Decent breakfast.

Really beautiful, spacious clean rooms. Check in and check out was super easy, and the staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is great, with lots of variety and hot food! The location is a bit strange, but it's less than a 5 minute drive from Grapevine Mills Mall and about 10 minutes away from Main Street. Definitely the place to stay next time you're in Grapevine!

I just wanted to say this was the best hotel that I've stayed in, in a long time. Our room was roomy, clean and the staff was more than exceptional. I just want to say that I was really sick the night I checked in the staff was more than exceptional. If you are looking for a place to stay kid friendly, clean and affordable this is the place to stay.

We had a great time. It is close to everything we wanted to do. Breakfast was kinda crazy getting 6 kids taken care of but that's everywhere we go. Kids loved the pool and I think that's where they spent most of thier time.

We had a beautiful suite perfect for keeping track of my 87 yr old mother who has dementia very clean and friendly staff I would definitely stay again the next time we are in town.

Newer property and nicely appointed throughout. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was unremarkable but no better or worse than similar hotels. Very close to DFW airport and perfect for those needing that proximity.

Cozy, nice and clean. Helpful & professional staff. Nice and quiet. Lots of surrounding places and activities in the Grapevine area.

The staff was helpful and understanding when our a. C. Didn't work, and quickly got us a new room. The tub was huge and amazing, which made up for the pool being ice cold and outdoor. The breakfast was decent but the bar wasn't planned well. The line for waffles gummed up the whole process due to placement and lack of space.

Nice, clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Great bed. Breakfast could start earlier than 6 a. M. This being an "airport hotel".

The Rooms we're clean and large. The staff was wonderful. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and spacious room. There isn't anything really close by so you either have to walk 20 minutes to the mall or restaurants or take an Uber! The hotel itself is fantastic!

Good location is the only good thing about this hotel. Lobby is under renovation. Entry door does not open fully. Had to force open. Breakfast buffet is nothing to write home about. Terrible service. Running scrambled eggs. Meat is rubbery. Waffle maker is trash bound! Old and does not work well. Toaster does not work. Old toaster. Juice is watery and diluted. Water taste chlorine.

We were staying in Grapevine to go to “Ice” at the Gaylord. Didn’t want to stay there and chose this hotel based off of value and location. We were very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My son loved the jet tub in the room. Breakfast was less than expected, but for what we paid not a deal breaker. There was renovations going on, but not a big deal.

The rooms and the staff are nice. The included breakfast is pretty standard. They're renovating at the time of my stay (11/21/17) but they seem to be making pretty quick progress from what I've seen.

The new renovations here are awesome. The rooms are wonderful, clean and bright. Staff is amazing and helpful. The Jacuzzi tub is wonderful too. Very nice place.

We had a horrible experience here. They double booked rooms, much like flights, and blamed it on a "glitch" in the system and the front desk staff was not polite at all. I have never taken the time to write a review on any site, but this experience was horrible. We had just come from our WEDDING and wanted to stay the night here before our flight the next morning. We show up at 11pm and they tell us that our room was taken and that they "called around" to see if other hotels had vacancies. Of course they didn't, so we had to drive to FLOWER MOUND, 20 minutes away, after all the back and forth with the front desk. My wife specifically wanted this hotel for after the wedding (King suite, jacuzzi tub, fridge, etc. ), and instead we get a normal hotel room with two queen beds somewhere else. We booked this hotel months in advance and were shown the door. Horrible customer service. Someone should not have to worry wether or not they are going to get a room that they booked months ago. The front desk clerk said I could call her boss in the morning, but that didn't help us because it was only a one night stay. I tried calling the corporate number only to be handed off to other people and later disconnected. Just all around bad management.

Great customer service. Breakfast was delicious. The room is super big and I can fit 4 people in my bathtub. I'm not… it's just huge. Complimentary soaps are usually not so good. But there's smells fantastic and do really well with my hair. They have a laundry room which needs ventalation. Turns into a sauna if you are drying something. 2 in 1?

Hotel room was clean, newly remodeled, nice amenities and close to airport. The bathtub was HUGE! It was a great fit for myself and family. We were very comfortable.

Rooms are awesome, clean, comfortable. Bathtub is huge, could easily double for a 4 person hot tub. They also provide complimentary breakfast. The only gripe I had with my visit was that the water went out between 4pm and 8pm. They alerted the guest beforehand that it would, but they said it would only be until be until 6:30pm. I just felt it would be more reasonable to do it in the middle of the night.

The room was wonderful. King sized comfy bed. A nice corner couch. A large tub with Jets. My stay here was heaven. Unfortunately I can only give it four stars because the parking lot was completely full the second night of my stay.

The location was very convenient as we simply wanted a place to stay overnight to catch our flight out of Dallas the following day. The room was pretty clean, aside from a few small, green stains on the carpet. The bathroom was great and had a huge tub. It was a refreshing way to relax the night before our early 6 am flight. There was an outdoor pool and hot tub, but this didn't interest me. The hotel shuttle service worked great! We were able to return or rental the day before we left, and Comfort Suites picked us up and brought us to their hotel. The next morning they took us to the airport at 4am — 24hr service! Very convenient. Overall it was a pleasant, convenient experience that worked great with our schedule.

Rooms are nice. The bed is to hard. There was a mistake with the day we were suppose to leave so we were locked out of our room. The key cards were program wrong.

Basing this entirely on the check-in. The guy was there at 3 in the morning waiting to help. Fast check-in and he was clear to what was needed to finish it. Gave recommendations for late night/early morning snacks.

Hotel appears to have been a nicer hotel in the past. And it's still nice for an economy hotel, it's just a bit on the dated side now, and could use some modern upgrades and a tad more upkeep.

We was looking for rooms after the Diana Ross concert. Everyone was booked or rude. But, we pulled up to the Comfort Inn on Enchanted Rd. The clerk showed us the room which was amazing, clean and spacious. Bath tub was huge. Looking forward to staying there again. We live in Desoto, Tx but willing to make this drive.

Nice rooms, huge bathtubs and showers. You can literally seat two people side buy side in the bathtub. Breakfast is included and pretty good. They always have waffles, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, danish, bagels, toast, coffee, milk, and juice. Overall a nice place to stay.

Stayed here for two nights. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to deal with. My only complaint, which is not a reflection on the hotel, is the location can be a bit confusing to navigate with all of the road construction, but that should be resolved. Great places to eat nearby too.

Great time here! We had a family reunion and enjoyed the meeting room. Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good breakfast bar. Overall, a wonderful stay!
