Enjoyed the restful time and ammenities spent at this location and the common areas nearby for eating, entertainment and socializing safely.

Room was dirty, smelled like sewage after the ac shut off. 2 lights didn’t work. Called the desk and told them about these concerns had to wait an hour to go down to the front desk and was told that they forgot to call someone to come up to the room. The next morning we asked for a garment bag and was told that they only clean the rooms every 5 days but we were there for 1 day. It was a terrible stay and will not come back.

Stayed at TownePlace Suites in Grapevine for over 13 weeks and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. It felt like home and was tough to leave. In addition to its central location with easy access to shopping and major freeways, the staff go above and beyond if you have any questions or requests. They accommodated as they could, especially as my stay coincided with the beginning of the quarantine period (March 16). Highly recommend!

We came for our 16th anniversary. Nice Jacuzzi room. With everyone going crazy with the covid19 it was great to find a hotel close to home with a private jacuzzi. Complementary breakfast was made to order and amazing. We had a great Anniversary.

Our room was ready. And it's very peaceful.

What a Great Place to stay for the holidays. We were shuttled to ICE and then taken to Main Street in Grapevine to see holiday lights & dinner. I was treating 5 teenage grandchildren and we were given a wonderful hot breakfast. 5 STARS for a Christmas Holiday stay! Today we shop at Grapevine Mills Mall … right up the street.

Very nice place to stay! Staff is wonderful especially Brooklyn! Has a bistro/bar onsite. Only drawback for me it there isn’t anything within walking distance BUT with that said they provide a courtesy shuttle for our convenience. Had three different drivers. All were great!

The king size bed was hard as a bus bench The "bistro " had a very limited menu & was over priced but the only other option was to leave the hotel and drive five miles to a decent restaurant.

The only reason we stayed here is because our company put us in this place. Rooms were small. Backs up to a high power line right outside the window. Noise from landing and departing aircraft from DFW is very intrusive. Rooms are not well laid out and are small. Embassy Suites is a much better value.

Very nice accomodations! Out door pool, in house Bistro and Coffee bar. Excellent atmosphere and close the Gaylord and Grapevine Mills Mall! Would recommend a stay if in the area.

There are a lot of things to love about this place. The staff remembering your room number, the housekeeping team being as friendly as you could possibly hope for; the rooms are clean, the shuttle is convenient… let's be honest after 100 hotels and 200 nights per year spent away from home this team and this location are the best I've ever had or known. The only thing I could possibly say that is negative about this place is that the walk to the If you're looking for a place to stay near the airport, or outside of dallas, or both — look no further.

Clean. Great location. Took 25 minutes and two phone calls to get a blanket brought to the room.

Nice hotel, our room had a lovely kitchenette and even came with some coffee. Also there was free hot chocolate in the lobby so this is basically the best hotel I've ever been to.

Nice hotel. Don't know why they kept charging my credit card when we prepaid and didn't charge anything to the room. They said it was a hold not a chatge but they charged me three different amounts according to capital one. We'll see.

Quick overnight stay. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff service was excellent, especially Rachael who took great care of some small challenges. Will definitely stay here again if im in the area!

I stayed here for a business trip. Nice rooms and good service. A good place to stay if you are doing business in or around Coppell.

I've stayed here many times for work. Only draw back is pool area doesn't have a hot tub.

This Marriott had the BEST customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel. Many of us were stuck due to airline cancellations. It had been a long and exhausting day. Once I boarded the shuttle everything steadily got better. They were warm, welcoming, hospitable, and very kind. I just had to let people know how great they were here. The front desk staff, shuttle driver, and bistro staff were all absolutely wonderful. I will stay here every time I end up stuck in DFW. That actually happens frequently.

Clean. Easy check in, easy check out. Free cookies, a Starbucks downstairs, and an decent gym. No complaints.

Great location for conference and business meetings. Nice staff and banquet food is decent. Never had a bar experience. Been coming here for over 3 years. Central location for DFW convenient for people in both sides of the metroplex.

This hotel is the best I booked a room on the top floor and had a comfortable bed and nice AC to nice breakfast and beverages will stay again.

Great location, wonderful hotel, comfortable beds, great bistro. We stayed on the sixth floor and it was such a nice room-no outside noise at all.

Great location relative to the Gaylord and other nearby points of interest. It's also set back aways from the main arteries so it's quiet. It is in the direct flight path of DFW International so you'll have several airplanes flying directly overhead which can be kind of annoying but if you love aircraft like I do, you'll get a little rush. Rooms were really nice with plenty of room. Big walk in shower and two sinks with plenty of counter space. Overall feel of the hotel was pretty classy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Everything felt a little lacking in the design aspect. Like it was all put in the room without checking to make sure it was comfortable or fit.

Friendly staff, took me in at 1AM after a flight cancellation, pet friendly, free breakfast, and free Wi-Fi. Great room, comfy beds, and all amenities needed. Amazing stay!

The Bar staff was great, Louis got me speedy service, and when my food came out late the Supervisor Leo took care of my needs and made me feel important and satisfied. I will be coming back to this hotel again and again. Thanks Louis and Leo for making my Stay a great one. 10s across the bord.

The room was fantastic. It had a great view and some really neat features like dimming lights and automatic curtains. The tub was great also. I would definitely stay here again if traveling.

Did not care for the place. Breakfast set up designed by incompetence. Bed not as good as the Hilton properties.

Lovely staff. Clean room and comfortable bed. They had an adversity of epic proportions and while recovering everyone gave 100% towards trying to avoid disrupting the schedule of our meetings and gave great service.

Great hotel. The rooms were big and clean. Decor was modern but still inviting. The staff was friendly and the hotel over all was pretty clean Like and follow Tombstone Critic and Clements Lawn Service on Facebook.

Attended an event for my company. The food was good but the service was a little lacking. Had to ask multiple times for items that other tables already had set up for the meal. Overall, I would recommend this venue for a small lunch meeting or conference.

Clean and fairly up to date. I had a few issues with my room: 1. The room was almost 80 degrees when I walked in. The thermostat on the wall was set to 72. I turned it down to 67 and nothing happened. There was a separate thermostat on the fan unit so I turned that down to 67. It turned on for 2 min then off again. I found a "constant on" button and used that. Temperature went down, but fan was blowing directly on the bed all night. 2. Every time you turn on the TV it showed a message to press the "guide" button and you couldn't do anything else (change the channel or volume) until that went away. However, there was no "guide" button on the remote. Also, the remote was not strong enough to work from the bed. 3. The iron was left in the closet with water in it. And the ironing board was broken in such a way that there was a large ridge in the middle.

Not my favorite environment. It's small in the conference rooms. The food was not wonderful but good. Seems like a reasonably priced hotel. Nice enough.

Nice new looking hotel. It has a very nice lobby. I really LOVE the super bright lights in the parking lot. I'm sure those who want to break into cars hate the bright parking lot lights.

Place is very cozy. It has a kitchen and you can prepare your own food.

I have stayed here twice. The first time I had wood floors the second time the room had carpet. The room is open concept aside from the bathroom. The hotel has an unusual shape so the view from my window was a wall about 4 ft away. Breakfast is not free but good if you are willing to pay. The free internet is ok but not very fast.

My experience at this hotel was anything but great. I stayed for 2 days. After checking in we went to the room to find that out key wasn't working. We had to stand in the hall for 5 mins waiting for someone to come fix the battery on the door. The room was in my boyfriend's sisters name but he paid for the room and went in with her so they would know we were staying. Today we called early in the morning to request later checkout and was advised that we could check out at 1pm. At 12:10 pm we went to use the computer because we were going to stay a few extra days. Upon returning to the room we discovered the key wasn't working AGAIN. Went to the front and the lady asked for i. D. My boyfriend advised her that the room was in his sisters name and that he could call her because she wasn't here at the time. She asked him if he could identify anything in the room and said she had to call her manager down to confirm the items. We then had to be walked back to our room that we had been in for 2 days just to verify the items. I've stayed at towneplace before and this was never an issue at the other location. Not to mention there was a guest that had come to check in and he wasn't asked for an i. D. After After that we decided not to stay as we were treated like criminals. If you're a person of color I don't recommend you stay here most of the people here are prejudiced, don't speak, and act like they can't even see you if they're walking past you.

Fairly new (2013) clean and comfortable property in a quiet spot which adjoins a Marriott Courtyard. Has an exercise room, pool and gas grills. Grassy area behind property abuts woods and is sufficient for walking dogs. Convenient to shopping; DFW Airport. In our room, the dishwasher handle was broken. Complimentary breakfast is substandard. The scrambled egg "product" was gone a half hour before closing; when politely inquiring as to when more would be put out was informed there would be no more. Unless free is a must, do yourself and your digestive tract a favor and choose the Courtyard's Bistro or an off site restaurant. Overall, staff is polite but not particularly attentive. This is a decent property, but nothing special.

Very Clean, and convenient. Nice rooms and amenities, as well as a very nice and spacious lobby for watching games or trying to get work done.

The rooms are very big for someone who is tein to stay for more than a week has its refreshments and has plenty of room to live well.

Loved the hospitality and the warmth showed by a fantastic staff here! From the reception desk to the bartenders to the security and event crew! What a show of the meaning of home away from home. On point… definitely retuning when I am in Dallas again.

Our company held their annual Christmas party here and have done so for the past 3 years. Each one, they've done a great job of hosting us. Food was delicious and the bar tender was obviously skilled. We always have a blast.

Nice bar/grill area. The southwest Cobb salad was really good and substantial. Rooms were nice as well. You could easily hear the planes overhead unfortunately.

Clean and quiet rooms with full kitchens, to include pots pans and dishes. There is shuttle service to the surrounding area and a nice fitness center. There is a courtyard attached to the towneplace, and they have a restaurant. There's a guest laundry by the fitness center.

Its beautiful. Very comfortable. Hosting a wedding downstairs and its still peaceful and quiet.

Very nice clean, comfortable rooms. Service is not good… we put our breakfast menu out for room service, no breakfast came the next morning. We asked and was told security guard picks them up but he is out! They made to other arrangements to collect the orders & that means no security — very poor management. The restaurant area is very disorganized too. If you don't care about customer service, then this is the place for you.

They always take care of me and my dog. I stay here for months at a time and love most of the staff and the Area. Thank you thank you thank you for being so amazing! They have a restaurant open till 11pm, free breakfast, tons of free parking, pets allowed, housekeepers who actually CLEAN the rooms, pet walking area w/bags, free shuttle rides up to five miles in any direction, staff that care about you (I had to take ambulance and they took care of my dog, there was a flood last year in my room and they watch over my dog… so yeah this is an amazing place! ) Thank you for being a diamond hotel at 3 star prices :-) Love, Bradley bear & his mom Amber.

I stayed here this week after a missed flight in Dallas due to weather. I arrived just before 11pm after a long day of traveling, with no luggage, and nothing other than my purse. I was tired and disoriented when I walked out of the airport. My shuttle driver was so nice and kind, and when I arrived, the front desk staff and the Bistro staff were also just as nice and helpful. I did not have time to explore the hotel, but my room was lovely, the staff were great, the Bistro staff went above and beyond to accommodate late night arrivals at closing time, and I would definitely stay here again. The young man at the front desk when I checked in and checked out early the next morning was especially nice and helpful. The kindness of all the staff was greatly appreciated after a rough day, thank you!

Nice simple hotel. With a free breakfast and Wi-Fi. The pool and the gym are with the courtyard next door but it's a great pool.

Had a good time and comfortable stay. Power outage in area (not hotels fault). But had constant tapping sound fthroughout the night from water pipes or heating unit.

Great location — next to the Mills Mall and dfw airport. Service people are wonderful. Front desk gals are awesome and can make me laugh! Met friends there, but made some new ones, too. Will be back and will pass on a good recommendation!

Two hotels share a pool and the outdoor area with a firepit. The Courtyard is right next door, and has a cafe/ bar/ Starbucks on-site. This hotel is the hot breakfast buffet and a store for snacks and drinks. Totally family friendly, since all the rooms are suites and have a small kitchen! Love it!

Outside pool with whirlpool, exercise room, great lounge area in the lobby where food and drinks are served. Rooms are spacious and have microwaves and refrigerators. Staff is courteous and accommodating!

I had amazing experience at Courtyard Marriott Dallas DFW Airport North/Grapevine hotel. The hotel interior was exquisite. And after a long day of delays at the Airport in NYC, it was wonderful to be greeted by such a welcoming staff. Thank you again for your Kindness Rhoda. My room was very spacious. The bed was was so comfortable. I didn't want to leave it. And the bathrooms are very clean.
We had our company Dance competition this past weekend. And the ballroom was very elegant. And the staff was very attentive to all of our needs. They were all so warm and friendly. It was great to experience the southern charm people say about Texas. And the food at the bistro and fine dining staff are very talanted. The chef even came out to our students with allergy needs. They really do go the extra mile. I was very pleased with my stay. And hope to visit again in the near future.

I liked this Hotel for our combined Family Vacation/Business Conference, I especially loved the service Unique provided to us for Breakfast and Lunch. She was very pleasant and always eager to please! She deserves a big raise!

The stay was excellent. The customer service was great from the beginning til the end. The room was clean. The gym was clean. The lounging areas was very nice, and the outdoor pool and lounge areas were extremely relaxing. I actually looked into staying at a Courtyard in my next vacation next month.

This is a great hotel. Nice staff, free Airport pick up and shuttle with in 5 miles of the hotel. The pool is magic and the gym is nice but they don't supply water there which is a little weird. But would stay again!

Stayed here for 3 weeks. Rooms and larger than traditional hotel rooms with a large work desk and small kitchen. Kitchen includes small fridge (not a mini fridge, this is an actual fridge and freeze like you might find in a small apartment), dishwasher, microwave, sink and dual burner stovetop. Good friendly staff, nice bar and pool and good fitness center with free weights and up to date cardio equipment.

24 hr gym facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms come with everything you need microwave, stovetop, and fridge. Rooms are spacious and well cleaned.

Not bad, but I wish they had more choice for breakfast. The only option was an expensive "Starbucks". Not many choices for kids. My wife and I went there with our 2 year old. The small Mac and cheese kraft was priced at $4.00 for 1. So we spent a lot of money eating out. However the employees are extremely pleasant.

Rooms are very classy and staff is pretty accommodating. Had a cousin's wedding there and the servers were absolutely amazing. Quiet but cheerful and extremely efficient. Desk staff was also great. 10/10 would stay again!

My family decided to spend a couple of days in Dallas and found this location after seeing some positive reviews. The whole area has a fresh new feel to it. Centrally located close to the Airport, Grapevine Mills Mall (Legoland), and close to many options. We booked online and had requested some extra pillows, blankets, and a top floor of possible. Nailed all of this without us having to follow back up upon arrival. This nearly never happens. We were very impressed off the bat. The staff were all very personable and curteaous through the stay. We only had one issue with a backup key not working and they addressed it quickly. Rooms themselves are modern and typical. Bonus points for having a vent in the bathroom. TVs in the hotel all had abnormally GOOD picture feeds. Easily the best that I've seen from a hotel. Breakfast was light and typical. Egg, oatmeal, waffles etc. The unfortunately have the worst sausage I've ever had. (Turkey sausage, it was what I imagine cat food is like. ) Overall minus the sausage they couldn't have been better. Very impressed and would recommend easily.

I was only visiting but it was disappointing that they allow smoking in the pool area. Also drinks at $3 is robbery. Besides that the facilities were clean and everything looked great.

Their catering was pretty good, chicken, mashed potatoes, asparagus. Dessert could have been better but over all the catered lunch worked well for my group.

Not much in the way of location but the hotel is great. Very nice outdoor pool and lounge area, happy hour at the bar downstairs, and a very nice gym! Complimentary breakfast is pretty standard for hotels… no complaints. 5 stars comes mostly from the nice gym and great pool area.

The hotel was very modern and had a great look to it. Staff was nice and helped out with reservations for the event I was attending. The event I was attending was perfectly set up and run. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, retaining the modern style. Location was close to airport, and shuttles were available also. Overall, I had a great time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

The service was very nice helped me and my family with early boarding because of problems with my leg. The suite was very comfortable and was cleaned very fast nice AC!

We have been a resident at Towne Place Suites over 6 months. We love the suite; they clean rooms well and timely, the free breakfast has a large variety and since it is connected to the Courtyard; there are also Lunch and Dinner options including the bar. The hotel is also conveniently located to Restaurants and the Mall. The only problem is a staff member becoming too friendly with my significant other. I spoke with management about Aracelli touching my man inappropriately but not only is she still working here; she is also ignoring me as a guest when I need service. This should be unacceptable. I am offended by this treatment and shouldn't have to deal with such behavior from a Waitress.

This place appears to be relatively new. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Price was average for the area.

Even though it's fairly new there was signs of ageing already. Great pool and view of airplanes.

The rooms are fantastic. They are clean, comfortable, and up to date. The only thing I was not impressed with was the complimentary breakfeast selection.

I really enjoyed my stay. Loved that the room had a couch and that it's so new I could charge my phone just using usb. The front desk staff made me feel so welcome when I arrived, and if I weren't there for work I totally would have stayed another night.

A friend of mine is a flight attendant so she's always placed there when she flies in. I visit her from time to time and hang out with her coworkers. The hotel is very nice and hospitable. The lobby and rooms are pretty nice.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was spacious but the sheets were so old that you could feel the thread knots when you sleep. They should check the sheets and towels and throw away the old ones. Breakfast was okay, but the turkey patties were very burnt.

Terrible location unless you like airplane noise. Terrible service. Do not disturb sign means nothing! Worst stay ever!

The building is lovely, and the area is well kept. Rooms are spacious, and the staff was lovely. You get complimentary breakfast at this location, and there is a shuttle to DFW Airport that does run 24-7. There was also another shuttle that ran a 5 mile radius around the hotel that ran until 10PM. Parking is free as well, so you won't need to worry about this either. You can enjoy a fitness center and outdoor pool as well if needed. Overall a fantastic stay if you're wishing to stay in the area, or are visiting the Gaylord Texan for ICE!.

I had reserved a room block for my June wedding. I was primarily communicating with Jessica B, who was very friendly, helpful, and timely to respond. She was a wonderful help in arranging wedding transportation as well! Unfortunately, my wedding had to be relocated three days before due to Grapevine Lake flooding in late May, so my husband and I were not able to utilize the accommodation Jessica had helped us plan. She was wonderful when we told her that some of our guests would be canceling their rooms as well. She helped us confirm all of the arrangements for the guests that were able to keep their reservation and guests who were flying in or leaving a day or two early. Jessica helped make our transition seamless so that all of our guests were taken care of in just two days! She even sent a thoughtful follow up email after the wedding to make sure everything had gone well.

After a crappy day at the airport about 8 hours of delay, Sandra saved the day, even though my reservation has not gotten through when I got there. The room was amazing, the staff was helpful, I will stay at this hotel again.
