First impression when we walked in was how dirty the room was. Food on the walls (and not just one), hair in the bed, caked on “something” by the microwave. We’ve stayed at other Hiltons during this pandemic & have always found the rooms to be spotless so imagine our disappointment. We highly doubt our room was sanitized… in the middle of a pandemic… We did complain to the front desk & they did attempt to correct the problem so I’ll give the hotel points for customer service.
Next issue… the breakfast. This hotel advertises free breakfast. Typically it’s a continental breakfast with fruit, milk, yogurt, etc. Sometimes it is hot items. This hotels breakfast? Bagels. No cream cheese. Cereal. No milk. That’s it. And we were there an hour before closing. Needless to say, as frequent Hilton stayers we won’t be staying here again.

Very clean, very polite employees, comfortable rooms, huge breakfast, conveniently located to tons of attractions.

Husband is a Hilton Diamond Member and we are terribly disappointed. As I was getting ready for bed I discovered housekeeping had left the previous guest’s used towel hanging on bathroom hook and unchanged sheets on one of the beds. The front desk told me to bring the dirty towel down and he would give me a new one. Really? He brought new sheets but they were different sizes and only gave us pillow protectors, no pillowcases. Yeah, we had to take the dirty sheets off oursel…ves and change the sheets. Cleanliness wasn’t the only issue … the adjoining room door deadbolt wasn’t locked. The business center was poorly maintained with no ink in the printer … plus maintenance had to come to the room to fix the air conditioning. The wall thermostat doesn’t work. I wish this hotel was as good as the front lobby presents itself to be.

Great hotel and the customer service is A+. I highly recommend this hotel. Indoor pool and then wake up to waffles and fresh fruit. The room was great with king size cozy bed. The also have suites.

The hotel was super clean. The gas station that's a 1 minute walk has an excellent selection of beer and wine also.

Good location, rooms are nice. Kitchen isn't a real kitchen. It's just a microwave and table. Housekeeping is hit or miss. The pool is great.

They care more about signing me up for their rewards program then giving me a confirmation number. 15 minutes and 3 phone calls and still no confirmation number. EDIT: This was a 1 star upgrading to 3 stars because the front desk person at the hotel was great on the phone while the 1-800 corporate number is awful. Don''t book through the corporate number if you don't want to waste your time.

Nice hotel, very friendly night clerk. I got in around midnight and he was very helpful and courteous. I'll stay here again, next time I'm in town.

The pool is very NASTY and cold. The water was filled with gobs of hair and floating wads of spit. Staff misentered my 2nd room wrong in the system. No points transferred to my account. I was on the phone about 40 minutes with the Hotel during my booking. During this time I was told there was a heated pool with jacuzzi. And, my room would have a large tub. No heated pool. No jacuzzi. No tub. Only a shower was in my room. Never again.

The pool is absolutely NASTY! We booked here for our Anniversary. The reason we picked this Hotel was for the Heated Indoor Pool with Jacuzzi and to enjoy our Kings Room with a nice big tub. No Jacuzzi. No tub (only a shower) and the Pool was REALLY filthy. Gobs of hair floating around. Giant Phlem Wads (at least I hope it was Phlem) bobbing around the FREEZING cold water. We purchased an additional room for our friends and it was entered wrong in the system. So, they got to enjoy a family barging in on them early in the morning. Also, we did not receive ANY of our points after being assured they were applied to our account during our check-out. A grand total of $265 for our 1 night stay. One would think, with these heavy prices, that the accommodations would have been AS PROMISED and CLEAN. Very disappointed. We will not return to this Falsely-advertised-unorganized-overpriced-Hotel. Let's not forget about the Non-existent Jacuzzi and freezing-stagnant-germ-breeding-headquarters of an Indoor Pool this "fine establishment" offers. Crushed my dreams of swimming and relaxing without the kids. Instead of lounging by the pool, as we had planned. We explored Downtown Grapevine and had a GREAT time at Willhoite's! Good food, music and the people were awesome. We will definitely go back there. Way to "excel" in customer care Hampton Inn… just a damn shame.

Good breakfast comfortable beds nice shower, refrigerator and microwave was very convenient. Theres a mall with lots of nice stores and big food court and other restaurants around it and it's like 2 miles away! Pool is nice and looks inviting! Overall nice comfortable hotel!

Best Hampton Inn ever! Amazing staff! Great service and the hotel is super clean. Breakfast is one of a kind! When near the airport this is my new go-to Hotel!

Would love to give negative stars to this mismanaged hotel. My business plans changed due to my associate coming down with the flu last minute and because it was inside the cancellation policy, they would not cancel the room without penalty. In the worst year for the flu, make sure you only get sick outside their cancellation period or these non-human Hilton robots will stick to policy. Moving my Diamond business elsewhere where I'm treated better. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

The front desk staff were very courteous and the room was super clean!

So we walk in to the lobby and ask receptionists if there are any rooms available. The receptionist says yes but we have to call in to make a reservation. So I ask her again "you are telling me there are rooms available right now but you can't reserve it for us and we must call it in on my phone to make? " Both receptionist said yes. My answer "but I'm already here. " Their answer: "you must still call to stay with us. It is company policy. " We walk out.

Nice hotel but there isn't much around it within walking distance, so be prepared to drive or taxi everywhere.

It worked well. My only regret was not booking longer at the weekend/special rate I got to potentially keep it at such. Monday I had to check out because the rates went to over 239 (! ) a night and the immediate/surrounding hotels were booked out for most of the week. GSA rates only cover up to about 150, so had to go a few miles away to continue my stay in town. The "premium" Wi-Fi was not enabled for my room based on the rate I picked, but the free "standard" worked well enough. I did get an accidental snack-bar charge as I had a credit for it, but an honest mistake that was taken care of at checkout (always check your final receipt before leaving! ). Snackbar had a nice selection, but the prices are a bit high on some items. There is a 24/7 Shell gas station right next door with a big convenience store for lots more choices, including alcohol. Whataburger is just over the overpass that's 24/7, or delivery also works for other food. You could walk to the shopping center/mall as it's roughly a mile away. Continental breakfast food is good and goes until 10AM which is nice for later-risers. King-size bed was VERY comfortable; I slept great each night. Mini-fridge was nice and cold, microwave there if needed and the room was nice and spacious. Pool was clean and water was cooler given the hot weather at the time of visit. Staff overall was very pleasant and no issues there.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms are very nice with extremely comfortable beds. The pool was nice, but a little cold for my wife's taste. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice and staff was very courteous. Only problem was the air conditioner wasn't strong enough to cool the room.

Made a reservation from July 21-24 in the hotel for an event. When the reservation was made, there was a rate plan which covered the first 2 nights and not the last (July 23) night which was quoted at the regular rate. Eventually the person that reserved the rooms with the rate plan called the hotel to apply the rate plan to the last night which you they did. After my stay, I was billed for the 3 nights which is fine with the discounted rate. I later found out that I was also billed for the last night (July 23) at the regular rate for a “no show” which does not make sense. Apparently, the person that entered the reservation in the system did not make the necessary adjustments to correct the reservation for the last night so I was billed twice. I called the hotel and and explained the issue with them but they said were not going to revert the charges. They messed up my reservation and I had to pay for their incompetence.

The nicest hampton inn that I've stayed at. Definitely my go to place when in town.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms. My room had a kitchen with table; living room with couch, desk, and TV; and bedroom with TV and attached bathroom. The room also had two separately controlled AC units, one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom.

Amazing service, with excellent orginize rooms (cleaned and organized). The lobby is a very tidy and magnificent sight, and for the price it's unbeatable compared to other locations, I would definitely recommend staying there.

The room was very nice… the pool area was ok. No hot tub also not much walk area and very slick when wet. We had no shampoo in our room only conditioner. And there was a bottle of water beside one of the beds that wasn't ours… the people at the front desk on the early morning shift were very rude… the only reason I did give it a three is because the rooms were very nice. Most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in!

The lobby looks great as well as the treatment of the staff, the rooms are a little neglected but currently, we are remodeling.

Very nice Hampton. While I had no problems the rooms are starting to get outdated. Lobby is beautiful. You can hear planes land from time to time. Priced higher then most Hamptons, mostly due to location.

Convenient location, fairly quiet.

First night was ok other than the fact the person next door decided to smoke a pack of cigarettes in their room or the hallway and the only people who didn't notice were employees. Was woken up at 8:20am with maid knocking on door. Usual no big deal however I just got back from overseas and still dealing with jet lag and intentionally planned meetings for the afternoon knowing I'd have trouble sleeping. I'd been asleep for 2 hours when she knocked. Decided to take a shower and get up since everyone was slamming their doors (not employees fault, when did people become so inconsiderate in the south?! Learn how to close a Damon door folks! ) went into shower and there were ants in the bath tub. I've stayed here before and try to stay at Hampton Inns whenever possible, and this location had always been great but this time they fell very short. I will be rethinking my loyalty to Hampton Inn's in the future. But I'm also cranky since I haven't slept much the last two days.

Stayed at this hotel for a number of years, and have NEVER ONCE had a bad experience. Some of the more comfortable beds I have ever had in a hotel.

Great hotel for the price. Excellent food, staff was friendly, and shuttle was very convenient for our convention at the Gaylord Texan in Grapevine.

I love Hampton Inn. This is the absolute best one I have ever stayed at! I needed a hotel fast when my plane was delayed and I got bumped to a 7am flight. Shuttle driver was fast and friendly. Desk staff amazing! I have never seen such a lavishly decorated lobby in a Hampton. I really wish I could have stayed a few days. Bed was very comfortable. View was amazing!

Expected better from a Hampton. Hampton is our first choice for hotels, but this one was far below our experiences with this chain. The entry way way, the employees, and the overall feel of the hotel was great. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete and the breakfast was dismal to say the least. The eggs were like powdered goo, Even with a lot of salt, pepper and salsa the were inedible, no sausage, no bacon, over ripe fruit, the best part of breakfast was the coffee. Will not stay at this particular Hampton again, next time will go to the Embassy across the street.

Location is good, but that's where the good ends. Furnishings are extremely out-of-date. We had to change rooms due to the very loud noise the A/C unit made when shutting off (sounded like dropping a bowling ball on the floor every 10 minutes). In the next room, the bathroom sink made a similar noise each time the guest upstairs shut off their water. Worst of all, when I woke up the next morning, I had dozens of bed bug bites all over my right leg. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel until they 1) make major renovations and 2) resolve their bed bug issue.

Great experience, will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dallas. Customer service seems to be a lost concept at many places these days, but not here. Very customer minded staff, everyone was so kind and helpful-from the front desk to the breakfast staff to the maintenance guy in the hallway. Nice room, comfortable bed, great breakfast with a good variety. Shuttle service to take you to/from airport and Gaylord convention center, so what more can you ask for? Was a nice home away from home.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their hotel shuttle was pretty much at our beck and call plus their free breakfast had many choices to choose from-even healthy options.
