The location to Six Flags was awesome. The room was nice but the floor was filthy. My kids feet were literally black from walking around bare foot in the room. They didn't have enough clean towels for the eight people in my group. The pool was nice and welcomed in the heat. There were quite a few people hanging around outside drinking. At one point there was a heated argument happening on the balcony above us. All of that being said, I would stay there again based on its proximity to Six Flags and it was relatively inexpensive compared to others I priced but I would bring towels and clean the floor myself.

It's very inexpensive for the location, close to Six Flags. It "appears" clean, but doesn't feel like it is. We found a few dead bugs and the floor was filthy and made my feet dirty. They are VERY stingy with an extra towel to take to the pool, and wanted my room number and why I wanted it. In the room there were exactly bare minimum. 2 towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels. The rooms are very small with only enough room around the bed to walk. But if you are sitting in the desk chair, you cannot walk by at all. The bed was fairly comfortable though.

Actually a good, no — very good location. Didn't look appealing at first but I was very happy with the condition and feel of the room rented. Bathroom was immaculate, linen superb, no insects or rodents, staff awesome and price was a steal. Impressed! If you're visiting Arlington for a football or baseball game, or maybe the local amusement parks — RENT A ROOM HERE! lol, you won't be let down.

I went cheap and I got cheap. The lamp shade was cracked, the lamp bases were crusty, and the bed was hard. However, those were ignorable. Everything else was fine. I slept well, it wasn't noisy, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and, dare I say, new. I'd stop by again if I ever needed to.

For the area, and price the Red roof Inn is spectacular. For business use the Wi-Fi is quite good. And while not all the staff are as kind as I would like, everyone was polite. I was not told how to gain access to the pool, but I also did not ask. Everything appeared well kept and the security systems all appeared to be in good working order. My room was clean, and the gas station and restraunt on either side of the motel are excellent, and filled to the brim with kind people. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, it isn't. But for a two star hotel I'll give it a solid 4 stars.

Newly remodeled and great new ownership. The staff is very friendly and the prices are awesome $45-50 a night. No breakfast though! But they do have coffee. I highly recommend, if they had some sort of breakfast it would be 5

Stayed here for a weekend to go to Six Flags. The park was very close by. Nearly 5 minutes. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and caring. It's a good stay for a good price.

Have stayed twice over a year period. Place is always very clean with friendly staff. They offer a shuttle service to Texas stadium & surrounding venues. Rooms were newly renovated and look fantastic for a very reasonable price. Would recommend and will stay again.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Red Roof. The lady at the front desk was fabulous and quick to check me in & out. A few hours after I checked in, she called my room for a courtesy call. I've got to admit, I was so pleasantly surprised by this. I've stayed at Days Inn, Hampton, and Comfort in the past… but never once received a courtesy call from their staff. As for the room itself, everything was perfect. The rooms are so nice and modern, squeaky clean too. I loved that I had a wall mounted flat screen TV, a full-sized refrigerator, a couple of bright lamps, and a microwave. I just also could not believe how insanely clean the bathroom was! I had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights. I was almost sad when I had to check out. I certainly received more value than what I had payed for. I just want to say thank you to Red Roof for relieving this worried traveler's mind.

Room was clean, TV, fridge, microwave, blow dryer. Wud have been nicer with coffee pot and a picture or two on the walls. And maybe a larger tv. But shuttle service to and from the AT&T stadium was good. Prepare for a little walking though. I would probably not stay here again unless all other hotels were booked.

The rooms are clean, the service is pleasant, near many cafes and restaurants. There is a swimming pool.

We have been coming annually for the last 7 years to watch a Cowboys game and have stayed here each time. Kenny, Leeza, and the staff are extremely kind and hospitable. They shuttle us to our tailgate and back. The rooms have been updated and look good. We will see them next year!

We came to watch The Dallas Cowboys, perfect location! They provided a shuttle service to an from the game. Our room had a large fridge and microwave however there wasn’t a coffee pot. Our stay was great. My favorite thing about this motel is it’s cleanleness. Top to bottom even the corners were clean. We have stayed in several high end motels that could learn from the Red Coach Inn.

The staff is very rude, disrespectful and racist. I get to the hotel at 2:53 pm and they told me I couldn’t check in at 3:00pm on the dot. Okay, fine. I come back at 3:00pm exactly and they told me I had to pay a cash deposit. I didn’t have cash on me so I had to drive 20 minutes to go get cash. When I came back to check in their machine some how “declined” all of my card and the receptionist made a rude, side comment. Funny how I went to another hotel, Quality Inn, and had no issues getting a room and paying. Glad I didn’t stay there anyways they were under construction and jack hammers were everywhere making noise and it looked totally disgusting. Even behind the desk was nothing but clutter so I can only imagine how bad the rooms were.

Super clean room. Loved the full size refrigerator. Very friendly and efficient staff. A 1 housekeeping.

We stayed there on September 15, 2017 just to have some alone time. This is the worst place ever! We had stayed there one time previously and it was just okay but we didn't complain because of the price. However, this time was different. We got a room in back of the property, mildew in the shower/tub combo. We itched all night long as if something was biting us and the odor was strong to the point of burning our nostrils. Very disappointing experience! When we left the next morning (with barely any sleep) we were still itching. Horrible!

Me and my family stayed here for a week. Office and house keeping were nice. Weekly price was decent, hotel room was nice. Room service came and picked up everyday. Also pet friendly with no fee.

Horrible experience I called and reserved room and paid for it, next day wanna check in and the receptionist was like we don’t have any rooms available, she was rude and she had very bad attitude. She didn’t even say sorry at all. I had to get my refund and go somewhere else, don’t recommend this place.

5 stars all around. The price was very reasonable and affordable. Nothing but helpful staff. I even got a call the moment I went to my room from the front desk just checking that my room was okay. There was a full size refrigerator and microwave. The room was spotless and didn't have that grimy hotel room to it. I liked it so much that I even booked the next day. Definitely recommend.

The worst place to stay. This hotel is a old hospital are n Old nursing home. It smells bad. There are flying roaches. Roaches in the bed sleeping with you. Spiders in the corners of the room. This whole place need to b demolished. House keeping is also very rude. Check out time is noon and they are waking you up and trying to get u out at 11am.

Used to be the Knights Inm. Red Roof took over the location — fantastic upgrades — modern rooms. Great for family stay at Six Parks. Cowboys, or Rangers. Free shuttle to sports events. No complimentary breakfast though.

We pulled in to this place off the side of the freeway thinking "oh no. What did we get ourselves into. " I'm so glad we didn't turn away. 4 stars because for being so cheap, it was very clean. Very quiet for being next to the freeway. The tub had some problems draining but nothing to cry over. We got a recently remodeled room; wood floors, flat screen, mid-size fridge, and you could tell the bed was new. The general manager is amazing; she helped us out a lot! There's a free trolley to take you to the games, and Six Flags. Don't turn your back! This place is a lot of bang for your buck! Downside, no breakfast. But you do get a fridge and microwave so you can make do! Definitely will be staying again.

My room smelled like mold. Checked in and out didn't stay. The cops came while we were checking out, they seemed really comfortable with the clerk like it was the norm. Didn't like the location. Haven't received my refund for my room.

If there was a way to give no stars I would! Long story short PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ESTABLISHMENT! The service was TERRIBLE, the room was TERRIBLE, the location was SKETCHY. Ended up cancelling after the first night, for an original 5 day stay! Then the cherry on top was when I called their corporate office and sent a detailed email of my horrific experience along with pictures, their response was "sorry. " While we both were shared an understanding that their establishment and service was just that, "sorry, " still did not resolve the issue of my TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Looks recently remodeled. Much nicer than I expected and the front desk staff was VERY nice. Wish they had window coverings that kept it private and still allowed light in though. Overall, we had a clean room that didnt smell like smoke. Would stay again.

Very good experience. Great customer service. Well kept rooms. Full size fridge clean bathrooms. Pool very clean. & good location & let me keep my 2 small dogs for free. Enjoyed my stay!

It was horrible. I left my Fitbit Charge plugged in charging in our room. No assistance in getting it back. They found it and stated that had it and that I would have drive to come get it. Paid for a postage paid envelope and manager still wouldn't send back. Horrible experience. Not going back.

The property is clean but dated. Renovations do appear to be under way as of this posting so overall quality will be better soon. Those guests with limited means of transportation will find that there isn't much around the imediate area.

No issues, polite and courteous staff. Not the Ritz, but basic inexpensive rooms that have been upgraded. New bedding, painted walls, marble siding with new bathtub. Floors redone with wood plank tiles, fridge and microwave, definitely remodeled. Great breakfast 7-10. The waffle maker was definitely the highlight. Awesome thanks! :-)

The hotel was great, especially for the price. We stayed two nights and basically only slept in the room. The room was clean and had a microwave and fridge which was a big surprise! No complaints! Thanks!

Rooms are cheap and not bad for the price. It isn't a fancy place but the staff was plenty friendly and helpful. If you are needing something with a lot of bells and whistles, look elsewhere. If you want something close to Six Flags and Hurricane Harbor, this place will do just fine.

Rooms are decent enough to stay in at night while doing other things during the day. For $70, you can't ask for much more. The pool is nice, but slightly dirty and the water was too cold even on memorial day. Breakfast is typical, plus waffles, but the room is crowded and hard to get to everything you need to make breakfast. Overall, we are satisfied at this price and would stay again.

Very poorly upkept. I just went to pick up a friend, but I DEFINITELY would never pay to stay there… didnt even have numbers on all of the rooms.

The Price is a lie. $48.00 — $55.00 has $20.00 in tax? Whatever. There are nice places to stay for that price.

The rooms are nice and clean. There's a full fridge in the room and a microwave. Cons: no coffee pot in the rooms, and while they did have free breakfast, it was kind of bare.

Very comfortable beds, a few minutes from Six Flags (our destination), great Mexican restaurant (Mariano's) right next door. "Hot breakfast" was disappointing, as it only included hot do-it-yourself waffles, cereal, and bread.

The room was good for the price. We were crashing after a long fun day at Six Flags, so the comfortable beds were exactly what we needed.

I really enjoyed my customer service here And not to mention Nik who was amazing As soon as I walked in he knew my first and last name :-) The only thing I would like to see change is the complimentary breakfast hours extended to11:Am instead of 7:30-10

Clean simple rooms. What was excellent is the shuttle to local games and the staff is very friendly.

Everything I'd expect from a $54 room. Came from Houston, went to the Rangers game and needed a place to sleep. Perfect spot if you just need a bed, and coffee in the morning for pocket change.

Roaches, mouse crawled in my bathroom in the middle of the night. Smells horrible, front desk service is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Don't stay there. Run run run away.

For the cost and just needing a bed for one night, it was fine.

I travel to Arlington often for work. I have stayed at many hotels in the area. I usually book through priceline and did so this trip as well. I am very impressed! The room I have has a microwave and a full size refrigerator. It is clean, the sheets are Crisp and what a comfortable bed! The rate I paid for this room was very reasonable. Infact, I can think of multiple hotels I have spend more on that were not nearly as nice. I will be staying at Knights Inn from now on.

Outdated, but inexpensive and convenient.

The rooms were ok. Certain things that didn't effect my stay, but if buying or renting a house with these problems would have been an issue kinds of things. Several of the sockets didn't work, with myself a toddler and 2 teenagers, all with electronics that need charged that wasn't the greatest. Tried to book two rooms online, and something happened where only one was booked, so I called, to make sure it was necessary to book the second room, that it wasn't some strange typo, and I was told on the phone, go back online and book another one. And when arriving at 4 am, my toddler woke up asking for food and I tried to go see if there was a snack machine, looking for trail mix or a honey bun, there is a soda machine, and some stuff at the front counter. Cup o Noodles, chips, cookies and candy bars. Not at all good options. But, all things aside, the Wi-Fi works great, the water is HOT, the rooms are clean, and six flags is really close.

Don't book online (priceline, orbitz, etc), you WILL pay less if you book over phone or in person. My grandmother always said you can please some of the people some of the time but not all of the people all of the time. The property is dated and I'm sure the current owners aren't the originals. You can only do so much to the property and still be able to make a profit or living. People coming in with high expectations will definitely be disappointed. The room (s) I stayed in were clean and the AC ice cold. The mattress was comfortable enough and you don't feel the inner coil springs in your back. I question some of the furnishings/decor put in here but I definitely feel I got what I paid for. People wanting more should stay at place like Hampton or a Hilton franchise.

I stayed at Knights Inn on 820 North Watson Road, Arlington, TX 76011 for three nights. I wanted a basic room and I was disappointed with the room and not satisfied with the service. I did not like that I had to pay for the rooms at check-in. I have never paid for rooms before check-in, only after and I prefer it that way. When I entered the room there was a big sump in the floor. It was so big that at that level it is a health hazard. The couch was nasty. The chair in the room was a low quality, partly broken, and dirty chair. The shower would not fully engage; half of the water was coming out of the faucet. This place needs renovations. One of the exterior lights was flickering. When I checked-out the person at the counter did not state anything such as “Thank you for your stay, ” “How was your stay, ” “Hello, ” “Bye, ” etc. When I stated that I was ready to check out he said “That’s it. ” I will not visit Knights Inn, again.

Very good price. With shuttle service to and from the airport, internet, refrigerator and microwave. Budget/Avis car rental is 5min and Whole Foods is 10-15 min away, all I needed for a week's stay for training. Breakfast consists of juices/coffee/tea, muffins, pancake and cereal. My room was always clean. I am impressed with customer service, excellent, always inquiring if there is anything else they can do, respectful and polite front desk. One of them, Dhiraj, even helped me resolve issue with a computer program I need to use. Thanks a lot. I felt comfortable and safe away from home.
