Our first flight to NY got canceled, then so did our second one, and we got sent to Dallas on a connecting flight next. We got stuck there and had to stay overnight. The woman at the front desk, Jodi, was so kind and helpful after a long and difficult day. She offered some complimentary refreshments and snacks and helped to hook us up with a reliable personal driver back to the airport the next morning. The room was nice, surprisingly so for the price. The hotel is next to a six flags, but we got there late at night and left the next morning so I'm not sure about noise or traffic. Breakfast was basic but good.

I give this hotel 5 stars because we had a wonderful 3 — night stay there. This La Quinta is newly renovated and looks nice! And comfy outdoor furniture Lots of parking space Kind helpful front desk staff and shuttle service CONS: toilet seat wrong size for toilet bowl. I don't know if this was the case in every room or just mine. But with all these pros, this hotel still gets 5 stars from me.

Great location next to Six Flags. Shuttle service was very convenient and fast. Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. AC unit in room didn't do well at night.

Clean, nice place, very close to Six Flags. Once surrounding construction is complete area will be even nicer. Staff was attentive and caring. Room was well maintained and clean.

A pleasant surprise that a economy Hotel could be so nice and clean and I'm full of amenities. Great breakfast. Great location.

Very disappointing! The rooms are very small (the pictures on the website are very deceiving). We were on the 4th floor and the elevator only worked about 25% of the time! There were actually pubic hairs on the wall of the shower! Disgusting! The shower (which had beautiful glass doors) had thick mineral buildup all along the bottom as though it had not been cleaned in months. The air conditioner controls did not work! We had to plug or unplug it to control temperature! Very frustrating when your trying to sleep… we went from freezing to sweating! The breakfast actually made me sick to my stomach (I had the eggs and sausage)! My husband had biscuits and gravy and said that was good. The decor was very nice and modern. They had a shuttle to local attractions which was nice. Overall, would NEVER stay there again, especially for that price!

UPDATED TO 3 STARS: The manager on duty was kind and listened to our concerns and complaints. He assured us he would be looking into all matters to ensure the hotel meets LaQuinta's standards. **The maid service is totally lacking! During my first stay, I was in 3 different rooms to find a suitable one — which we found out wasn't even up to standards (first room had dried vomit on dust ruffle and side of nightstand; second had trash on floor plus beds that looked like someone had already relaxed on them; third had dirty towel under sink vanity and greasy fingerprints on nightstands, but we were too tired to switch again). A week later when we stayed for our return trip, a member of my family had to request a new room after the one she was assigned had a dirty tissue on the floor and a bed that didn't look fresh. Poor housekeeping is going to bring this hotel down FAST!

Me & friend Came in for A few nights stay but then our trip turned into just a one night stay. Jodi at the counter was VERY nice to us. The kids were so amazed at 6 flags being right next door so she got us a room up high and in the back corner so they could see the park. Came with 2teenage girls and my sister. So she upgraded us for free to a bigger room with sleeper sofa to provide more comfort to us. The girls started arguing at the counter over the room key so she kindly (with out me asking) made everyone their own key. Very nice place. Rooms were spotless and the renovations are beautiful. Customer service is A big plus for me & Jodi went above & beyond to treat us right. I will definitely be back this summer.

No issues with my room. The hotel was exactly as expected. However the staff here went above and beyond. I will always use this hotel when coming to rangers games or 6 flags. The shuttle is convenient fast and friendly. Im completely satisfied with my visit and will be back very soon. Thanks again.

3 day weekend and this place gave us an excellent stay! From the accommodations, the condition and cleanliness of our room, the super friendly staff including the front desk, housekeeping all the way to the bartender. We couldn’t have asked for a better location, walking distance to Six FlagS (and we did walk) and the BEST part, they HAVE a free shuttle to the AT&T stadium. Highly recommend.

I paid weeks ahead of time. Called this morning to make sure we could and would have a cat and was told yes. Spend our day at Six Flags and check in @ 9-9:30pm. Was told no more cots. Then when we get to the room, we can turn on the AC unit. I've called 2 times, about a good hour between & the front desk lady said she would send someone up here immediately. The last time I called was 30 minutes ago. So we are tired and sleeping on top of the bed sheets.

Okay high class. No smoking rooms. Stayed here for orientation for Trucking company. For 3 days. Other than non smoking. Right next to six flags over Texas. Unless someone else foots the bill, I won't book a room here. Because im a smoker.

Excellent three-star hotel, located near the Six flags Park. Recent structure.

Rooms are nice. Staff is wind wonderful. Only issue I had was shuttle was slow if you need a ride to the airport make it at least a half hour early. I'm writing this while I'm sitting here waiting on it and it is already 15 minutes late.

The staff is AWESOME! SPECTACULAR! The breakfast is great. Our stay was wonderful. Now if the owners can get rid of that ring in the tub, we all would be on point. I have never heard of refinishing materials that leave a ring around the tub. It looks unclean. Nope, did not bathe in that. Showers with slippers.

Perfect place to stay with your dog (s) when going to a Cowboy or Ranger game. Newly remodeled, very pet friendly. Nice big green space for pets. Good breakfast, nice bar. Shuttle to the game and back. It's great for people without pets too. Very friendly staff!

This was probably the best La Quinta I've stayed at yet. Great service, Clean, Bar and Grill service. Rooms are comfortable modern and very clean. Right next to Six Flags. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel. Friendly staff, good breakfast options, convenient little bar in the lobby. And free shuttle to the cowboys game. Update : stayed again this year. And overall the hotel was good. But I must warn people not to order thanksgiving dinner. It was disgusting. Hardly even edible. Made us all sick. We paid $17 a plate for it and I would have been disappointed even if it was free. I expected much better from a place we paid $260 a night for.

Love this place. The hotel is awesome. Pool and hot tub. Right across from Six Flags. The people are great there. Housekeeping and front desk are very nice. Awesome stay.

Initially we were disgusted. Room we got was dirty. Hair, trash, sheets, trash in fold out couch, stuff in sinks. As if they completely forgot to clean a room. So we were moved to another room. We were downgraded to a lower level room because they didn't have another one clean like we had requested and still charged us the other rooms price. Not cool! In dispute with them right now since being charged higher price for other room but put in a lower level room which is cheaper.

This hotel is amazing! Rooms are awesome, staff is great, and there is a bar located downstairs in the dining area. If you looking for a great place to stay, close to all kinds of cool things to do!

This place is beautiful. Easy to get to. Recently remodeled. The pool and hot tub we're clean. There is a splash pad for kids. Easy to walk to Six Flags. They run a free shuttle to the games. Staff was so friendly.

We loved our stay here and will stay again for sure! the only thing that unsettling was the fact that we went out so room service could clean and many hours later when we returned our door was ajar… the housekeeping staff never closed it tight to make sure it was locked. I immediately called down to the front desk… they asked if anything was missing, thankfully nothing was and we said this. It could have been very bad tho and we could have lost everything. The housecleaning staff needs to double check if they have to but those doors to rooms need to be locked … this really made me angry. (we're from canada and this trip was amazing)

Very nice place. Nice rooms. I was not happy with the customer service. We checked in around 2 pm and after we got to our room I called the front desk for 2 extra pillows. I called again at 5 pm. Then went to the front desk at 7 pm then they told me they do not have any extra pillows. So I never recieved extra pillows.

It is a beautiful hotel. We were treated like we were royalty. The rooms, the view the service is beyond the 5 stars I gave them. It was like staying in a 10 star hotel for the rich and famous. I would go back and stay again.

LET ME TELL YOU WHY NOT TO STAY HERE! My wife and I stayed here for six nights, they failed to inform us about renovations being performed when we made the reservations. During our stay our room was only cleaned twice once because I complained, I had to call the office three nights in a row because of excessive noise after midnight. We also requested a suite that didn't happen either we were informed that they took out all the couches and replaced them with a full size bed, that would have been great to know when we reserved the room or checked in we could have just got a regular room if we wanted two beds I don't order a suite for no reason. If you stay more than one night the breakfast is the exact same everyday, they don't even try to mix it up a little. I made all these complaints when we checked out the guy checking us out just smiled, so I filled out the survey the response was great. We payed for six nights with less than par service and they give one night back. As if our stay wasn't bad enough let me give just one night free as a slap in the face because we don't think you matter all that much! I've attached the response as well. S.

I had book a family reunion maybe 8 months in advance for 150 dollars and 20 rooms there for 2 nights the lady I was working with Ginger gave us a flat price of the banquet hall. I asked to see larger the ballroom that I paid for and I could not due to it being occupied. Trying to communicate with Ginger became non existent she was never available and rushed through everything. She never had her paperwork in place and never could remember anything. So had I not went up to the hotel to pay the rest of the deposit I would not have known she was quitting. To the new lady Crystal credits she did get thrown in with little to none training, however she had little customer service skills and not available much. I could never see the ballroom I paid for it was never available per Crystal plus we paid for monitors and on the day of the event the room was not all the way prepared. I paid for monitor I have the whole ballroom in the ballroom there are 3 monitors and they claimed I only bought one monitor in the room how did I know that I was supposed to buy 3 when I purchased the whole room. Not informative, service not great and to top everything else my car got broken into. I will never recommend this place ever!

Everything was pretty good, but one of the things I'd change would be to extend the hours of the continental breakfast. The hours here only go till 9 on the weekdays which is earlier than most hotels.

You can't compare this hotel with the great band name hotels however the La Quinta in Arlington is quite nice. The room is clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and have no squeaky noise. Bathroom is in great shape. Free hot breakfast is not bad. Free shuttle to/from the DFW airport and surrounding area is very convenient. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The only minor annoyance is that there is not enough power outlets near the computer desk and night stand in the room. For the money I paid the overall experience was excellent.

At first I thought the hotel was wonderful. The rooms looked very neat and tidy, the view was amazing and they were very nice. But then I ordered room service and was very disappointed. It was expensive and we couldn't even eat it. Then in the morning when we woke up me and my sister had bug bites on our arms. After checking the bed we found tiny black bugs. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I will start by saying "La Quinta Inn, thank you for the Rescue! " We had the most horrific nightmare of an experience with a Motel 6 right up the road from there and at 1:30am in the morning we were able to work with the reservation life at La Quinta in to get a room with a reasonable rate. Thank you thank you thank you cannot be said enough! The staff were amazing especially at 1:30 in the morning and very helpful during a very stressful situation we had just come out of not to mention, the rooms very clean. I highly recommend a stay here!
