We had a good time there, the staff is friendly and helpful, plus the hotel is in walking distance of 6 Flags Dallas/Arlington and a 15 minute ride to the AT&T stadium.

The rooms were updated and clean, breakfast had a good variety and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

A reservation booked a month in advance was not available upon arrival…. Was told the day of arrival it was due to the people not leaving when originally scheduled, the general manager says a water leak today. Sounds like they need to get their lies in order. If it was a water leak why not call who has the reservation to give them time to find another room, not wait for them to arrive? Only one elevator halfway working, every time someone got stuck they were told it was “fixed”, today the general manager says they were waiting on a part and it was out of his control…. Sounds like management is not so good at making people feel comfortable and is more worried about making bogus excuses that make no sense!

Our team along with several others for the Triple A World Series are staying here. No rooms available so it’s completely full and only 1 elevator has worked the entire stay and a few of our parents have been stuck on the 1st floor twice. It stopped passed our floor and my wife had to step up to get out on our floor.
They told me yesterday it was going be fixed but 🤷🏻‍♂️

Our stay was comfortable. Very close to Six Flags. Breakfast was good. The employees were all very friendly. The only complaint I have was a broken elevator. The wait to get up and down was inconvenient.

This company is the most unprofessional hotel company I have ever visited. Although our booking confirmation stated the Hyatt Place Dallas/North Arlington/Grand Prairie provides breakfast, they failed to do so yet this change was not reflected in our balance (see photo attached). When we arrived to the property garbage was literally overflowing at the front door leading to the check in desk. We arrived to our room and things did not get any better. The refrigerator didn’t work, there were no linens available for the pull out couch, the phone on the room didn’t work, and the a/c only (barely) worked when you put the “fan on” option. It was so miserably hot, one of my children with eczema had a flare up. I asked the front desk staff if we could move rooms, they did not honor this request. Around 1217 a. M. The toilet in the room overflowed and poured urine and feces all over the bathroom floor and bled onto the carpet. The manager arrived at our door with a bucket and plunger and stated “he was the only one on staff and needed to get back to the front desk. ” He acted as if Hepatitis isn’t a thing and like we were certified plumbers or employees of Hyatt. I immediately called customer service. George called the manager to have him move our rooms. It took him 3+ calls to get the ma shart and he asked if I could walk downstairs to “see if he was there”.

They were renovating, we were put in one of the renovated rooms and the air did not work it still was a pretty bad looking room 4 a Hyatt it just was not up to Hyatt standard. I guess I'm used to a higher quality, they did bring us a box fan, it didn't help in our room. Then we had to move to a different room at 10pm.
we were just uncomfortable, the room was large is the only thing good I can say, and it had a sink for the fridge-coffee counter area. Needs deep clean, shower bathroom etc. Won't stay at that location again.

We loved our stay here. The location is far enough away from the main roads so it's not overrun by traffic. There's a few restaurants nearby within walking distance. The room layout is a bit strange, but is a really nice large layout. The breakfast is the best we've had in any hotel chain, bar none. Showers are great, water pressure top notch and temperature is hot! Staff was very nice & helpful. Pet friendly too for those with FURKIDS out there. If we are in Dallas again this would be our booked hotel, no questions asked.

Had blood spots on our sheets, had to ask 3 times over an hour time period to have them change the sheets. No one apologized and when they finally came with sheets the lady tried to argue with me and tell me to put the sheets on because she needed to clean a room upstairs. I'm shocked that our request was not alarming to them. I normally wouldn't say anything, but while I'm at it, the plumbing gargled so loudly that it actually woke me up in the middle of the night. I was not impressed with our stay.

The Hyatt Place Dallas/Arlington has always treated me with respect. The rooms are very nice. The amenities are very good. The staff is great and the location is next to the Bowling ITRC.

Nice room. Decent view. Right near the park so got to see surprise fireworks in comfort and they have a shuttle there (didn't use it ourselves). Had to follow up a few times for a broken fan — wasn't critical but also wasn't fixed. Very family friendly (can be both good and exhausting). Decent breakfast. Most staff are nice. Parking fairly limited so take care around major events or holidays.

Great experience. Danni picked me up at the airport and was amazingly pleasant and informative. The hotel was up to the Hyatt Place standard of excellence. The room was clean and very cool with the Dallas heat. Comfortable bedding. Plenty of hot water. Excellent customer service. There is a reason why I search out Hyatt Place when available where I travel. Consistency and quality. Hyatt place Dallas/Arlington is highly recommend.

Great customer service, everyone was so nice and very accommodating. I stayed here during Hurricane Harvey and all staff made sure my stay was extremely comfortable and that I had everything I needed. This is definitely my new home away from home.

We came to stay a couple of nights for my niece’s birthday. It was rainy, so we didn’t have a lot to do. The kids loved going down to the lobby and playing cards. All of the employees were so very sweet! They even left a cute birthday surprise for my niece. The staff went above and beyond to make sure it was a special stay!

Absolutely amazing! Staff is extraordinary. Went above and beyond to make my daughter's birthday trip over the top. Rooms are fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Had a little difficulty with one of the 4 rooms I had reserved but the manager and the staff fixed this problem immediately. Crystal, that works the graveyard shift was super friendly and was always assisting all the guest with a smile. The trolley to six flags was great! The breakfast was tasty, and I just loved the location of this hotel with plenty of parking available. I will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Six Flags!

Very close to six flags, shuttle to the park everyday, great complimentary breakfast, great showers, clean rooms, friendly staff! We will definitely be staying here again!

Nice, modern room. Very friendly, helpful hotel staff. Good variety of options for breakfast. We were able to walk to Rangers game from hotel. Happy with stay and will stay here in the future.

Our stay was good. We tend to stay at The Hyatt Place on a lot of our trips and they've always exceeded our expectations. But this one… hmm… The bathroom definitely needed some cleaning, the curtains in our room had a lot of stains on them. Just little things that caught our eye. But the cons are that the hotel is so close to Globe Life Park and Six Flags!

My stay here started out rocky, there was a mix up with my debit card. I had paid already when the front desk girl swiped my card but sadly I was told I couldn’t get the room because I was not in their system. The manager was rude to me but fixed the problem that the front desk girl couldn’t handle. I was starting to dislike this place a lot until I met this wonderful young women named Crystal who worked at the front desk. She was sooo nice and caring about us when we met her! She was so friendly and helpful and has a great personality and knowledgeable about her job! She has made my stay here sooo much better. I would recommend this place friends and family all because of Crystal and her great personality!

It's decent. The rooms look nice. Sadly our bathroom door didn't actually shut and there were stains on a lot of the furniture.

This hotel provides you with so much space for the cost. We brought a group of high school kids and the pull out couch, that appears to be standard in every room, added an unexpected bed. How great!

Nice rooms. Does not have a full service restaurant. I assumed it would have, being a Hyatt in a popular location — but that was my mistake. Nice staff and clean. Price is reasonable.

Arrived at the hotel Friday night, check in for two nights was great! The second day when we arrived back to the hotel for the night the elevators where "broken. " We then get to our room and it reeks of marijuana! When we checked out Sunday morning the elevators were still down, we had to take our luggage and baby down by stairs (mind you we are on the sixth floor). I check out and mention to the receptionist that our room reeked of marijuana, and it was inconvenient to walk a baby and luggage down from the sixth floor. She never apologized for the inconvenience but goes on to mention that someone smoked out the hotel and that was also the reason the elevators were down. After leaving the hotel I realized I left my sons blanket, I call the hotel and they say they can mail it at my cost. Of course I don't mind paying for my baby's blanket as it was my fault it was left, but after paying 700$ in hotel fees and having to come home with my belongings smelling like marijuana the least I could have gotten was an apology or my postage fee covered! I am a loyal guest to Hyatt downtown Dallas, we were looking to stay in Arlington this time. I was not impressed!

Read before booking this hotel. I have found Hyatts including Hyatt Place locations to be reliably high quality/good value for many years of business and personal travel but our one night stay at this particular Hyatt Place was exceptionally bad (March 15 — 2018). One of the two elevators was broken and therefore the wait to get upstairs with lots of luggage was too long. Once we got to our floor, it was clear that heavy smoking was going on in the hotel. A male Hyatt employee was standing in the hallway. We asked him about the smoking and he shrugged and said “Yes, someone is smoking. ” The smell was not the faint aroma of someone sneaking a cig or two in a bathroom. It was Welcome to the Smoking Floor. We had two rooms for two adults and two children. My son and I got a room with no AC. Two of the staff came at a little before midnight to try to fix it but couldn’t. We were already lights out but at least the staff eventually responded. The noise from other rooms was ongoing for the whole night. The management certainly could have kept things more quiet but the biggest noise problem is the ‘self closing’ doors. If you just let go of any hotel room door at this Hyatt Place, the door shuts on its own quickly and loudly. It sounds like a small gun going off. Corporate management at Hyatt should go to one the their rooms at this Hyatt Place and hear exactly what the self closing doors, allowed to shut freely, sound like at 5am.

Friendly staff, great 5 star breakfast. Kinda modern styling. Very clean. What lowered it to a 3 star. Bed are full size in the double bed rooms. Like a motel. Mattress are saggy in the middle, noisy and linens could be alittle fresher. I travel all and stay in alot of hotels. Beds and linens are big deal. If I would give a 4.5 or 5.

Staff is friendly and helpful but the room could use some maintenance. Accommodations were modern feeling and better than average. For the money it was ok.

I liked the hotel. It’s a really good place to stay if you are going to watch a football game, because it’s really close to the AT&T stadium so it’s a really good location for that and for six flags. It has free breakfast. And It’s pet friendly too. I would have put 5 stars, but my toilet was dirty and the bathroom it’s a little weird.

We stay here once a year in December for the past five years, and it is usually great however this year it was not a good experience. First off, we always ask for a room facing Six Flags for our three children. The front desk confirmed the room was on that side when we checked in and it wasn't. When we asked to move they said their systems were messed up and they couldn't figure out what rooms were taken due to the system being messed up which is ridiculous. She said she would work on it and call us, however when we went down for dinner she was sitting around laughing with other employees. She never called. The room was filthy. There was spilt stuff on the mirror, food crumbs all over the floor, and tape on the walls in six different spots from where the previous guests obviously hung up some sort of banners. The walls clearly hadn't been cleaned because there was spilt stuff in multiple places. Breakfast was great though.

This has the best breakfast we've had in the United States. The rooms are clean and roomy and the hot water is plentiful. I only wish the beds were a little larger, and you have to ask to get lotion.

First of all if your going to a At&T Stadium this is not the place to stay. It's a long walk back they took us to the Wal-Mart before the game but would not come pick us up after the game The Manger tells me that they disclose this on there web site well I don't know where at because I am reading it right now. And it states they have a Free Shuttle service. We walked back at night in the cold with just a hoodie on it was great. We could of got a taxi but 100 bucks for 4 miles was a little high in my book. When we get back after our brisk walk the guy working the front desk wanted to argue the situation out I gave up. We will never stay at Hyatt Hotels Again work or vacation.

The staff here was very friendly and provided anything extra we needed promptly. The beds are uncomfortable and hard and bouncy. The pillows provided are pointless, they were very small and using all 3 just made it worse because they all just ended up clumped together. Showers actually had good water pressure and had good hot water. The hotel is very close to Six Flags and made a trip there very convenient.

Staff was nice and understanding when my grandmother and I were getting her set up there after Hurricane Harvey. They knew what they had to do, and the whole ordeal went quick and smoothly. The room was nice and tidy. Great experience.

This place had lots of potential but just didn't live up to it. First off, there were some good things. The breakfast was fantastic. Also, the shower head had fantastic pressure and felt great. The room was spacious but had a terrible layout. The closet was so small you couldn't even roll in a suitcase. The worst part was the status of our room. Most of the electrical outlets didn't work. Plus our AC wasn't working. The fan wouldn't blow correctly. If you were right by the AC it was cold. But the other side of the room was warm and stuffy. I informed the front desk and was told they fixed it. Unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved. Needless to say the value of this place wasn't there. When you consider the price paid for the room, your expect a little more.

Here for the Cowboy-Giant game. Other than jacking up the price, everything has been wonderful. Complimentary pick-up and drop off at DFW and lots of great local transportation options allowed us the option of not renting a car. Food was surprisingly good and exceeded our expectations despite a limited lunch menu (standard breakfast buffet). Staff has been very friendly.

The room was great, we got in late (Midnight) and they were very accommodating. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we asked for additional blanket because we we had 5 people in the room and they told us they would bring one up but they never showed. Other than that, it was a nice room.

Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Very convenient to Globe Life Park & Six Flags (Six Flags is walkable, and there is a free trolley to both). Breakfast is good although it has a very small selection. The biggest problem is that breakfast is extremely crowded & not well organized (15 minute line out in the lobby just to get to the food area, very crowded space to get food, not much seating). This was Saturday morning after a Friday night Rangers game, so I'm not sure if breakfast is always that way.

Our 2 Day stay at the Hyatt Place was great. The service upon arrival was nothing more than professional. The representatives were very polite and knowledgeable. The room was modern, with a sitting area, it was very clean and comfortable. The location was close to UTA which was our destination. Six Flags was in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We checked in in June 29th in room 208 & that night it was hot as hell. The air conditioner wasn't working properly. The next am we were transferred to room 407, which was much better. In the process of moving to the new room, my daughter forgot her black dress & her diamond tennis bracelet on a towel in the room. When we realized it, we went to talk to the manager name Lacy & she contacted the black guy that cleaned the room that night & he said all he found was the black dress. Lacy got our contact info & stated she'd call me if it's found in laundry. Otherwise our stay was pleasant after we changed rooms. I'm just praying my daughter bracelet is found & returned.

Hayyat Road to Six Flags. The rooms were clean and very spacious, very clean bathroom, comfortable beds and pillows. Conveniently very close to six flags and several restaurants. Use Uber for very economical transportation too.

The rooms are spacious and very clean. The location of Hyatt Place is convenient for anyone visiting Six Flags Over Texas due to how close it is. The only complaint I have would be that my roommate was double charged for her drinks from the front station because the woman who checked her out wasn't paying close enough attention.

Great location near Six Flags and many local restaurants, comfortably spacious rooms (though not the most comfortable of beds), and top-notch service (there's a free breakfast program, free Wi-Fi, etc…) were all great parts of our stay.

The guest services there were terrible. They build no rapport. They bareley attempted to make eye contct with me. They did not make me feel welcome at all. The room was great as well as the amenities. They should really work on their people skills.

Great place! Rooms are amazing and super nice. Our view from the room was the theme park (Six flags over Texas), pretty cool. Free breakfast is always a plus and free shuttles to and from the baseball game.

This is my 2nd stay at this location. The staff are very friendly, the room very clean and well-appointed, and the location very convenient to the concert venue that brought us to the area (Verizon Theater). Breakfast offerings were fresh and delicious and the hostess allowed me to check-in quite early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!

The room is clean, but I'm here for work and need reliable internet. Nope. It's a joke. Can't get a consistent signal in the room and even in the "work room" next to the noisy bar. Don't stay here if you need consistent Wi-Fi. I've asked for help many times and gotten none. Oh, except to send me to their tech support which isn't available at night. Also, the bathroom was weird; you have to climb over the toilet to turn on the shower!
