Heavily under construction! Heavily! So strange it would even be rentable. No breakfast or pool of course since this is the case. My mom is disabled and this was in NO way accessable with the existing construction. We left and didn't stay. However it was late and spent an hour finding another one! The check in desk was a 8ft folding table with a computer and printer on it. The lady was nice. That's the only good thing I could say. I've noticed they changed their name to just say Arlington Express and added themselves as a new hotel on all other sites, probably because of reviews. Kinda snaky if you ask me. Wasted our time and trip we planned completely!

I have always loved staying at a Holiday Inn but when I got here I could not believe the amount of construction that was going on. First, the entrance was completely covered in freshly set cement so our shoes left imprints. There was no way I could find the front desk without the help of the construction worker because no one was there. I even asked him if I was at the right place and he said “yes, they shouldn’t be allowing guests to stay here in these conditions but they are. ” There is destroyed walls, wires hanging, wood, dust EVERYWHERE! Even my door handle had tape on it because they’re painting. When I walked into my room there was dust everywhere and it smelled like cigarettes. I would have rather paid way more money else where! In the morning when I went to go tell the “manager on duty” Stacy she said that she couldn’t help me and I couldn’t leave a complaint because we decided to stay in those conditions. I told her when I called to book a room or when I called to check if my room was ready at 4:00pm, I was never told they were under major reconstruction. She said that I couldn’t leave a complaint. Also, when I mentioned to her the cigarette smell, she said “well we can find out if it was your or the guest before you! ” I don’t even smoke so I thought that was rude of her. I understand if there is construction but let me know so I can decide beforehand. I don’t have time to come into town, cancel a reservation, and find another hotel room.

I'm sure it's better normally, but there was construction going on while we were there. There were times when I had to hold my breath in the lobby because there was sawdust (? ) Flying everywhere and I couldn't even seen. There wasn't flooring down or walls in lol. The rooms were finished and we're pretty much good but the sheets just made me nervous. Not that I found anything to make me feel that way, I'm just paranoid. They had the essentials, and breakfast. But the thing I'm most upset about is that the Wi-Fi didn't work AT ALL. 2.5/5 (can't blame them though, we got rooms when we knew what state the hotel was in. I'm sure whoever reads this review, renovation probably is over. )

When I got there I thought I was in the wrong place. There were construction workers and utility vehicles everywhere, giant dumpsters full of demolished materials, and absolutely no signage to indicate this was a hotel. But my GPS kept saying "you have arrived, " so I finally called the hotel. I was in the right place. Huh. Okay. I walked in past construction workers. The lobby area was completely torn up with exposed wires, bare walls, and junk everywhere. The good news? The construction workers were done for the day so there wouldn't be any noise. Also, the room was decent, the AC and TV worked, and the bed was comfortable enough. I just wish I there was some sort of indication on the website about the massive construction job currently underway. That's not the kind of thing any traveler expects to encounter.

The worst IHG experience of my life. Paper thin walls, terrible breakfast, no security and I saw a cockroach every night. I kept my mouth shut and went through with it but I stayed here for two weeks and was expecting rewards, I even double checked to verify my account. Come to find out they never credited my account.

Not very tidy. Remodeling will hopefully make it better. This was my least favorite holiday in I've every stayed at.

Absolutely terrible. Do not stay there. Did not feel safe at all. Lots of construction going on. They had removed a door to the outside and left it completely open overnight. Did not have proper security watching it and random people were standing around the opening at very late hours. The whole bottom floor smelled horribly of smoke. The rooms were not great either and were still trying to charge full price for the room. We knew there was going to be some construction but didn't think it was going to be anything like that.

Walls are paper thin. Guy next door was snoring loud and the other room next door heard a couple having loud sex. Manager told me he will switch out my rooms and not to worry and never did. This is the worst IHG property I’ve ever been to as a Spire Elite ambassador member. Spend the extra few dollars for another property people!

If ur going to a Texas Rangers game, this hotel is very convenient bc a free trolley picks u up & drops u off at the gates!

Very neat and clean suites despite the ongoing renovation. A block or two away from Six Flags, Ranger Field and the Cowboys At&t Stadium. Good size rooms slightly bigger then other roons.

A gracious staff and a nice hotel. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good pressure and temperature.

Great location next to the Ranger stadium and Six Flags great service clean beds clean rooms in general.

There was some construction going on in the lobby area but it did not impact our stay in any way. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The staff is friendly and professional. The bed in my suite was to die for… The most comfortable bed I've slept in at any hotel. The hotel is close to shopping, dining and to Six Flags. Loved it!

Givem the experience at Extended Stay around the corner, this place was heaven. But they didn't even clean our room or refresh our free coffee in the room or anything. A little much for 154.99. That was the king bed but still had me feelin like a peasant.

Decent breakfast. Better coffee than La Quinta. Good bed. Nice pool. Cheap! Walk to the stadiums or ride the shuttle.

The staff here made us feel like we were staying in a 5 star hotel. The service at this location was some of the best I have ever received from a hospitality (including actual 5-star hotels! ). The beds were very comfortable. The included FREE breakfast was great with oatmeal, omelets, biscuits & gravy, sausage, bacon & fresh made to order pancakes! There was an included FREE trolley ride to Six Flags that saved us the $20 parking fee. Booked a two day special in a suite and the next time I go to Six Flags, I will be returning to this location! I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that is staying over in Arlington and going to Six Flags!

Real clean, real friendly service from front desk 1rst shift. Totaly recomend it!

Construction going on currently. Our sink wouldnt drain right. We have stayed here several times & like the location, once construction is complete it will be improved.

Typical Holiday Inn, overpriced and outdated. Horrible smells in the hallway, the beds are uncomfortable and the bedding is sub par. The shower curtain has holes in it. A large wad of facial tissues were jammed back into the box. I hope this wasn't an attempt at art but wouldn't surprise me. And I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. Old school thermostat on the wall unit, nice little fridge /microwave combo… kind of reminds me of a Motel 6 but 3 times the price. Cost me $150 per night and I had to deal with the construction? This will be the last time I stay at a Holiday Inn.

I am planning on telling everyone who will listen not to reside at Holiday Inn! The last two stays I have had with them have been horrible experiences. From them double charging me and taking forever to refund my money to this current ordeal saying that I cant use my discount at this particular Holiday Inn location! The only reason why I am keeping my future reservation is because of them saying it's non refundable. Customer service and the manager I talked to were without a clue and then had the nerve to try and be rude. I just want what's fair but if that's how you're going to continue to do business that is perfectly fine. Just know there will be No more Holiday Inn for me and my family.

Stayed here for a few months because we were working in Arlington. Several guys including myself were bit by bed bugs and the Wi-Fi was horribly slow and will go in and out on you.

We arrived late to a very clean room. The staff was nice. The only downside was the early morning construction.

We booked our hotel through Priceline as an Express Deal, and our room was clearly set aside as a discounted rate. The hotel is remodeling, and our room was at the far end of the "under construction" section. I understand the lack of trim and taped off walls, but our room was to be desired. The carpet was sticky and had massive stains on it, no decor on the walls, we didn't have coffee (but had a maker), no hotel info (like the binders they normally have in the rooms), and had very thin walls. The breakfast was not good, everything was either cheaply made or fake. Because of the construction, they roped off a portion of the parking lot leaving no parking spots available. We moved comes to be able to park and the front desk attendant was not pleased with that, like we had an option. We have stayed at ther Holiday Inn Express' and have always been impressed but with this hotel we probably will not return.

Clean hotel with average amenities. I like the extra pillows marked with their firmness (4 per queen bed). Breakfast is good with enough variety. Would stay here again.

Greatly service! All staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a charge card issue that was my fault and the general manager took care of it immediately and kept me informed until it was resolved. Very impressed with the facility!
