So glad we found this hotel, it will be a permanent place to book when we go to DFW. Comfortably sits between Ft. Worth and Dallas, easy to get to off the hwy. Friendly staff, and rooms were super clean amd cozy! Great continental breakfast as well!

One of the best LaQuinta's I've stayed in. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good hot breakfast. Nice and quiet even though just off I30.

This La Quinta location is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and competent. Rooms look what should I expect from a typical LaQuinta. It is conveniently located right off the highway and near plenty of places to eat and go shopping.

Overall very good stay, staff was friendly and one gentleman held our luggage for us while we were out for the day. Great breakfast and clean and spacious rooms.

Immaculate room and entire hotel. Extremely friendly staff. We stay in hotels quite often and my wife and I both agreed… this was the best we have found in this area and at $169 for a suite it was a good value.

Had to check in last minute due to delayed home renovation work. The hotel parking lot is nicely lit. The front desk staff was so so kind not only to my family but also my dogs. The rooms were very clean, thermostats worked well, bathrooms were clean. Nice modern decor, appears very new. Could hear some walking around the room above but minimally, not enough to disturb us. Very pleased with this last minute booking.

I visited to view accommodations for out of town guests that will be in town for a funeral. The management and staff were very friendly and accommodating so far. We viewed a King Jr suite, a double standard room and a two room suite. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Prices were reasonable for comparable hotels and they have a fantastic member reward plan.

2nd visit to this location and it was great again. The front desk staff was nice. Also, I was really impressed because when we got on the elevator the first time there was a wet spot and some kid socks from people using the pool but when we returned only a couple of hours later and used the same elevator, it had been taken care of. Beds are comfy, love fridge and microwave in room. Overall good experience.

Showed up on a Monday at 4 pm and was given a room that someone was already in. Second room had no sheets, third went in set everything down and looked around and there was blood on the pillows. I started to leave and was given a up grade which was ok for the next 3 nights. The breakfast is exactly that breakfast (breaking the fast from dinner). Not much at all to speak of. I will say the employees that I spoke with were great and tried to help a really bad situation.

If I could give ZERO stars I would! The manager is horrible! First of all, I have been calling for a week and he has yet to respond to a single message! Secondly, there were HAIRS in my bed! Yes, multiple hairs! SEE PIC! Lastly, my toilet would not flush and started to back up so the young man at the counter handed me a plunger! Seriously?! That’s gross! It still didn’t help and it ran ALL night! All the while, they could have easily given me another room as they were not full per Savannah the next day. She was the best one of this whole experience! I’m contacting corporate as well because I’m beside myself! The lack of cleanliness, communication and laziness is absurd!

La Quinta must do quality assurance training. Some may be a little older than others, but they are all well-kept. Enjoyed every stay in various locations.

Mother had just passed. Came in with bag Needed good night's sleep. Was wonderful to relax. Sheets felt great.

I love this day every time I come here awesome place to stay you would love to sleep and wine and dine yourself here stop by anytime is always a great place to stay serve breakfast every morning great place to be and rinse your head with no worries at night have a nice night sleep great staff.

Room is spacious and clean with a fridge. Staff is polite and assisted us with anything we asked for. The breakfast was more than just cereal and milk. It had sausage, eggs, hasbrowns, fruit tarts and a variety of drink options. A good way to start off the day.

Great stay at the hotel. Had a small problem with my original room but was given an upgrade. Very professional and great service.

New facility? Great location. Lovely front desk staff. Dirty sheets. Dirty floor. Smelly rooms. It just does not add up. What is the problem?

This is the second time we have stayed here. Nice hotel. Clean rooms. There only issue was a noisy elevator or ice machine, couldn't tell which.

Semi modern design. New building feel. Great key card system. Would expect a lot less for the price.

Very clean place, the staff were very nice and respectful. They made sure we were comfortable. Anything you needed the receptionist would do their best to help you. Mrs. Susan and the other receptionist were so nice and polite. Excellent place to stay.

Nice rooms, decent atmosphere. Did not partake of a service otherwise I'd have more to say. Pretty quick off of I30, and close to a grocery store it's conveniently located.

My family stayed here 3 nights while in town for a Cowboys game. All of the staff were very friendly. The entire place was always clean and the free breakfast was good with plenty of options. The beds were comfortable. The girl who checked us both in and out was super, even went out of her way to get my autistic grandson a bowl of cereal even though we had slept past breakfast hours. The snack shop was nice to have available at all times and having walmart within walking distance was an added bonus. I can't recommend this place enough! This will be our hotel from now on every time we visit the area. Don't waste your money anywhere else, stay here and relax.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in and out was very friendly kind and personable… on the day of check out we missed breakfast by 30 min and my son asked if he could get a little cereal and she got a bowl for him… Hotel was very well kept and nicely decorated.

Nice room. Breakfast was not great but it's free. Maids never came to clean the room.

Here again great place to stay. It is like being on vacation. This place reminds me of the resorts I stay at when I go to the islands. Everything is great the bathroom, bed, big TV, inside and outside decor, and the staff is also great. And thank you for the snack and food bar downstairs. I need my snacks, lol.

I stayed at this location because the last time I was there, the breakfast was good. That was not the case this trip. The choices were awful and it was empty on some selections. It was not maintained and I never saw anybody attend to the breakfast area. Also, was very uncomfortable with some of the guest. On one day, there were 7 police cars outside of the hotel. People were smoking outside of the entrance and in the pool area. I will never come back to this location. Very disappointed.

Average low priced hotel. Outstanding shortcoming was a very weak shower stream… it was warm enough but a lot like being peed on. The AC was positively frigid… nice after a long 95 degree day.

The room was nice. The staff was polite. I wish they provided more than just one little bottle of a shampoo/conditioner combo. The pool water was murky. Overall it was an okay place to stay.

The rooms were spacious. In house DIY laundry was very convenient. Also their breakfast buffet was amazing!

Convenient location next to 30. Room was very clean. Service was great at the desk, very friendly. Room was quiet and clean. Everything was in order. Wifi was terrible but free and I have 4g so it didn't matter that much. Breakfast was great.

I 'd just moved to Arlington and my place wasn't ready so I stayed there in January 2016 for one week. What I like about La Quinta is the nice and kind staff. All of them were very helpful and care. I enjoyed specially from very tasty breakfast every morning, and evening complimentary food and drink which was really delicious and memorable. Breakfast and hospitable environment made my morning enjoyable and happy during that time. I would like to thank Sanora the chef for that. My room was nice although furniture were old still comfortable. place was close to Walmart which was very handy and I usually made my salad with fresh vegi from Walmart (2min walk) every day. the only weakness that I can say is cleaning which wasn't as good as I'd expected.

Super nice hotel. You'd think you were at a much more expensive hotel. Hot tub, fabulous rooms, shower with glass doors, really upgraded look and new.

My friend came to town and stayed here the only problem we had was that one of the elevators made some sketchy noises. Other than that it was a great stay and when my family comes to town for my graduation I will recommend for them to stay there.

Friendly front desk. Walked in with no reservations on a last minute business trip. The staff was great. Even house keeping was friendly. Typical soso free breakfast. Rooms were very clean. Safe parking. I've stayed in a hotel 126 nights this year and I would come back to this hotel. Actually joined the La Quinta Returns as a result. Good Job Staff.

I am very happy with my stay at the La Qunita Eastchase! Before arrival I received an email letting me know my room was ready, as I requested an early check in and was able to do so. The management was excellent honoring my request at the time of reservation for a quiet room on an upper floor. When my deadbolt did not lock I went back to the front desk to report the problem and by the time I returned the maintenance person was already at my door. He fixed the problem within minutes, so I was fine staying in the room. I was impressed that the manager followed up a few minutes later by coming personally to my room to ask if I was satisfied with the fix and she offered me another room just in case; I declined switching rooms but appreciated the effort to accommodate. The hotel was very clean, no stray hairs on the beds or in the bathroom and everything felt new and well taken care of. The property was safe and conveniently located. Breakfast was good, but please add some fresh fruit. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The hotel itself was not bad, and most of the staff was okay… but the guy named Greg working the night shift was more than enough to wipe out all the decent things about this hotel. Two nights in a row he called our room to tell us to "quiet down". We weren't making any more noise than what a normal family does. He even called my 65 year-old mother down the hall and told her to keep the noise down. She was asleep. He said the hotel had thin walls. So we had to spend our last two nights tip-toeing and whispering to avoid being harassed by "Greg at the front desk". To top it off… the last night we spent there was Saturday, July 4th. We were out by the pool watching the fireworks shows going on around us. At 10:15 pm "Greg" comes out to the pool and tells us that we need to leave the pool area because we are being too loud and the pool closes at 10 pm. Keep in mind that I-30 is about 100 ft from the pool and a lot louder than 3 kids swimming. "Greg" informs us that he will call his manager and the cops if we don't leave the pool area immediately. So we tip-toe back up to our room, passing 4 or 5 screaming, running kids in the hall. A few minutes later we look out the window and there are 2 other families down at the pool enjoying a Saturday night swim, unbothered. Meanwhile, my 4 year-old and 8 year-old went to bed with tears in their eyes because they thought the cops were coming to get them. Unacceptable.

Really a great place to stay! Beds comfy, clean, superb breakfast and friendly staff. Place is fairly new and a walmart just down the street.

Very clean. Smells good. Nice art. Friendly staff. Thin walls. Bed and pillows just ok. Will stay again. Check alarm clock; went off at 5:30 without setting it.

Made me appreciate Holiday Inn Express even more. When we arrived we had to look up someone to check us in. We asked for a wakeup call for 6:00 a. M. And with the time change on November 2nd they called us at 5:00 a. M. Despite the fact that they had signs in the room and in the lobby reminding people of the time change. We have stayed at other La Quintas and had good experiences but this one was not up to La Quinta standards for some reasopn.

Great la quinta very clean and inviting still so new and nice Frt desk staff was great and accommodating One of the best la quintas we have ever stayed in.

I LOVE the decor, the cleanliness (even though it's still fairly new) hope it remains that way! :) Most importantly, I can't say ENOUGH about the customer service, but I CAN name those that I've interacted with (Janet, Deidre, Greg, and Rashad) and NEVER out of approximately 8 or so visits, have I EVER felt the need to question their level of customer service! Thank EACH of you for your tireless efforts to keep us (your guest) feeling comfortable while being home away from home. I pray that this continues! ;) To Management, you definitely selected a KICK ASS TEAM! ;) Kudos to you too.

Fabulous is the only term that comes to mind. I stayed here 4 nights while visiting family in the area. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked without a hitch. Breakfast was great and a good variety each morning. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. I will differently stay here next time I'm in the area.

I attended the Grand Opening and I was so pleasantly surprised at the decor it was modern and very well put together. The staff that run this hotel was so very polite and gave great info about it. I do plan on having my family stay there when coming into town. Thank you for opening this hotel up. We have been waiting along time.
