7/19/18 Well not impressed. Booked a king bed NON adjoining. Spoke to the GM this AM he confirmed my room would be a KING bed… arrived. Went to our room, walk in doesn't smell fresh, … 2 queen size beds… So I call the desk express my concern the gentleman states nothing I can do. Room is same price. You have to wait till morning… I stated that I confirmed with the GM… & WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE A KING BED! No he says nothing I can do in the morning talk to him… Hung up… thinking Are you kidding me. Sitting down on this hard bed. Walked over turned on the a. C… It sounds like a dann jet! LOUD#! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I loved my stay there. Breakfast needs serious improvement. One cleaning lady was 5 star. Very nice. The older cleaning lady we saw leaving for the day with a purse packef full of beer. Strange. Makes you wonder. She was sitting on the back side walk waiting for a ride as we walked to our car.

The room was lovely, however the front desk clerk working at 7:21 pm on Tuesday the 5th of June, was taking a personal call on his own device, the morning clerk on that same day was very helpful and so kind! I was shocked to find they didn't have complimentary water bottles? To top that off the coffee down stairs isn't labled decaffeinated or regular and isn't replenshied when it runs out an issue I noticed 7:21 pm that very day, house keeping has done an amazing job! Such a clean environment! But being housekeeping leaves at around 5/6pm they can't keep up with the front lobby so I of course figure the front desk being free enough to make a personal call could easily tidy it up? The front desk seems to have no managers which I didn't ask for but I figure they would have some rules or regulations? It's not a job if you don't work right?

Conveniently located to Hurricane Harbor, Six Flags, and Globe Life Park. The room was large and clean with a balcony. The air was really cold and the shower was extra hot. I would stay again.

I am giving 5 stars based on the pricing. For the low price in such a great location it's five stars. Yes it has flaws however my room was clean, room service daily, convenient location! Staff were helpful and we did not have any issues. The negative reviews worried me, I was relieved when I arrived. If they can improve I would say add a warm breakfast, clean the carpets, and new beds. The beds are not horrible however they are ageing and need to be updated.

Great price for a clean and comfortable room. The staff were helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend it to my friends as well.

It was an excellent location for everything we were here to do. We were able to comfortably walk to the rangers game and avoid paying extra for parking. The two times I had to call prior to check in didn't start me off right though, both times I felt like I was being a burden for asking a few simple questions. The rooms are nice enough. They definitely get extra points for accommodating us on the fly: our car broke down on a Sunday and we needed to stay an additional night. They had us switch rooms, but we were able to get into another room and not have to worry about switching hotels at 10:30am and dragging all of our stuff in and out of an uber. For the price, in comparison to other places nearby, I would probably choose somewhere else though.

Location is close to where we needed to be. Walking distance to both stadiums. Service was good. They did their job. The rooms were nice and clean. We had a nice short stay.

The Beds was comfortable. We really enjoyed the patio and the area. However the breakfast was not impressive considering there was no hot breakfast only waffles.

Our stay was fantastic. Rooms were super clean, and although our air conditioner wasn't the best they did get us a fan that helped tremendously! Definitely will be returning when in the area. Keep up the good jobs guys!

I have been a long time Wyndham hotel lover but this is the first time I have had to give a 1 star review to one of their hotels. The staff was unprofessional, unreasonable and very abrupt to say the least. Although the room was nice and the cleaning staff were very good at their jobs but the front desk was all newbies and didn’t know anything and there was never a manager around for some reason. We were on our anniversary vacation and planning to stay 5 days but we had to leave after the 2nd due to they didn’t have a baby crib for our 1 year old baby even though its clearly advertised on their website and were completely uncooperative and in a certain term of words from the owner himself “are able to check out early and just leave” I have never had such a horrible experience with customer satisfaction. We would NEVER recommend this hotel to any friends or family.

Clean enough rooms but the staff was HORRIBLE. Very unprofessional and unwilling to help. They don’t know how to treat customers.

Very comfortable, reasonably priced, continental breakfast needs drastic improvement.

Dirty. The bathroom did not work I instead of Alegrandolo, they sent a plunger for me to cheer him up. The internet is slow. Breakfast uses all old I don't know well.

Great "base of operations" for an extended stay or overnight trip. Staff was friendly, morning breakfast typical "continental-style. " Two restaurants close-by; a fantastic steak-house and a Mexican restaurant. One thing that comes to mind is that my room faced the freeway and was just slightly louder because of this. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. Found good access to and from the property, but traffic was really bad at 6:00 PM.

The person at the desk acted like we were bothering him when we checked in. Then we get in the elevator and it smelled like burning trash. We get to the room and it was nice. I was not expecting nice at this point. Went to bed and slept comfortable. Woke up got in the shower and long black hair was all in it. My hair is short and medium brown. It was so gross. Never again. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

The room was affordable and clean. However, you will be spending most of your time in the room, which is very nice for the price. Love the location. Everything is just next door. Food, water park, six flags for the family fun and pub, bars, movie-grill for adolt time…

Seemed to not be a bad part of town. Room was easy to get to. It had a refrigerator. Not run down, no bugs. Parking lot was tiny and hard to get around in, but restaurants were nearby and easy to access.

Had low hopes but came out surprised. The 4 Cs describe this hotel; its cozy, comfortable, clean, and CHEAP! It’s worth it and looks on the outside may deceive you but the rooms won’t. Worth every penny.

Terrible hotel and staff. Flight was delayed next day so I requested late checkout at 1, they said no, noon is all we can do. Whatever. Go to my room with a patio that was so littered with cigarettes I could have puked. Carpets and linens all stained. I was exhausted so I closed curtain and went to sleep looking forward to sleeping in. I was woken at 9 AM by hammers pounding in a room above me. I called the front desk twice asking them to cease and desist. This accomplished nothing. I then had to call the GM 3 more times to get the hammering to stop. I barely got back to sleep when housekeeping was beating on my door despite the do not disturb sign and late checkout approval. I then got a call from GM saying it's checkout time and I tell him I was approved for late checkout. He said he had no record of that. I immediately went to the front desk where the woman who took my reservation and late checkout was. She said she forgot and the GM took aggressive tone with me because I was upset for being rudely awakened and unsatisfied with my experience. This is a filthy hotel with no customer service and a level of incompetence that is absolutely staggering. There are many hotels in this area. Do yourself a favor and avoid this sorry excuse for a hotel.

I stayed here for black Friday. And the room is super cozy, kinda small but nice. Bed was super comfy. Guy on front was friendly. Restroom are nice and clean. Love that the rooms have private balconies. Clean sheets. Will definitely stay here again.

The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast can be improved by increasing couple more selections. What make me put as 3 stars is the insulation of the room very poorly. I can hear people talking in the corridor very clear. If you are light sleep person, you are not going to sleep very well specially Friday and Saturday nights.

Staying here for the game, so I gave the extra star for the proximity to the stadium. The restroom smells like wet dog and the beds are hard. I woke up stiff as if I slept under an overpass. The sheets smell used from a previous stay, not washed and the mattress is horrible. When I stay at these places I don't care about design concepts etc. Just a good sleep experience. I can now say that I know what it's like to sleep on a rock. The restroom is gross as if they didn't use cleaners, smelled rank. I was afraid to walk around barefoot and the towels are nasty. I don't know how anyone can give this place 5 stars.

I loved this sweet little hotel! The staff was so nice & sometimes that's hard to find in a hotel! My room was small but super nice! The bed & pillows were so comfortable! When I come back for any event or travel, this is where I will stay!

You are definitely paying for the location because the room was not worth it. The TV didn't turn on, but the nice guy at front desk fixed it. We went the the Rangers baseball game shuttle service was nice. Got ready to get in bed and yes, there it is. The 1st crack pipe I've seen in real life! I only say crack because of what ive seen in movies but had powder substance so not weed. I was so upset and I called the front desk to tell him. He said he will make a note for his manager. I don't feel comfortable now. Never again.

Stinky hallways, had to spray my own air freshener. Nice view on balcony, large pool with 9ft deep end. Clean and up to date rooms, and clean…

Had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean, and great location. It's in the middle of everything. You can literally walk to all the them parks and game stadiums. With is great cause you don't have to pay for parking. Beds not as comfortable as I would like but OK. Continental breakfast was good. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Good room, great location. The hotel was not well prepared for breakfast as by 9am there was only cereal and waffle batter left and a bunch of people were left wondering what to have for breakfast.

The room was ok. It was clean but small. I was a little disappointed that the beds were full instead of queen. The pool was dirty. There wasn't much of a selection for breakfast. The person working the desk neglected to tell us that we needed passes for the trolley. Definitely not a classy place to stay but if you're poor you'll probably be fine with the accommodations.

Seriously nothing special, but its close to 6 Flags an very reasonably priced. This was just a place to sleep for us, so we weren't looking for 5 star accommodations. I feel like most people rate hotels on Google along side all other hotels. Thats not fair to places like this. Its not a Ritz Carlton, so if you rate it along side one, of course the ratings are low. You have to rate apple to apples, and for a place to sleep that's clean and cheap, this place gets a 4 star review.

The room isn't bad. Older hotel right on top of the interstate. Really close to Six Flags, water park and convention center. The WORSE customer service. Check in was easy, but had she looked up and spoke to me or maybe attempted to look some what happy that would have been nice. I had arranged for a late check out on Friday. Nope check out is at noon. Period. Not to worry, I will be checking out by 7am. Will be interesting to see what offerings they have for breakfast.

Other hotels I have stayed at have a couch in the room with a king bed. This location says they do not have such a room, which we discovered once we had arrived. I asked for a roll away bed for my son and was told that the front desk couldn't provide that since Maintenance was not there. We were checking in at 10pm. So I asked for extra bedding for my son to sleep on the floor and got the same response of the front desk did not have access to the items. So we made do with what we had provided and what we brought. First thing in the morning I went to the front desk and asked for extra towels and for a roll away bed which I had to pay for right then. I had to give my credit card information again despite the evening clerk when checking us in took our cc info for accidental. The front desk told me if I want extra towels I need to tell the maid myself. After explaining that I was leaving and unsure of my return she then says that she can tell housekeeping. At 2pm we went back to the room to find room was cleaned but no roll away bed or extra towels. I had to call front desk to inquire about them and she thought it was done already. She said she would have it taken care of right now and within 10 min. We had extra towels and a rollaway bed. The rooms are nice and functional. The bed is hard though and is almost like sleeping on the floor.

Price is reasonable. Close to Rangers ballpark and other attractions. Low water pressure, but at least it was hot. Elevator was slow, mainly used stairs since other one was out of order. Would stay again if just for a night.

We had a decent stay. My boyfriend and I traveled from Mississippi to go to Six Flags. This hotel was the cheapest in the area that we could find. And it's in such a convenient area to pretty much all the main attractions in the area. I read over reviews before booking here and many people said it was pretty clean which they were right. They rooms were really nice for only being a 2 star hotel. I have a fear of bed bugs, but we looked and none were found in our room. The king size bed was nice and comfy. The blanket on the bed was really thin, but it was a cotton type material so it kept you really warm. The air conditioner in the room worked well, also. I like to keep it pretty cold during the night. We had no problems with that. The lampshades in our room had tears, though. The lobby was nice too. It was just small and dirty. The floor was also sticky with big dirty spots everywhere all throughout the day. The tables were cleaned regularly though. At breakfast everyone was cramped in the small area and all the tables were dirty. There were only two waffle makers, cereal, and bagels for breakfast. Pretty much what you'd expect from a 2 star hotel so no complaints. The halls were decent. They looked updated. The elevator worked, but we used the stairs mainly. It was always pretty warm in the halls and stair wells like they didn't have air conditioning. The halls and elevator didn't smell any different to me than regular hotels and elevators.

Good hotel for an overnight stay for a Rangers game. Free trolley ride saves you the cost of parking, or only a 13 min walk. The breakfast was disappointing only cereal and 2 waffle makers. There was a line all around the lobby of people just trying to get a waffle, other than that a good, cheap hotel that served it's purpose for a late night Rangers game.

Not good at all. We booked the room for three nights and had to leave a day early, we checked out Saturday night expecting a refund of 91 dollars for Sunday according to their policy and I spoke to the manager and an employee and they made it clear that I would be refunded. I called them today to see what the deal was and why I haven't been refunded and they told me I didn't check out. Plus they took a 95 dollar deposit out of my card and it hasn't been refunded either. I payed in full with cashupon arrival for the hotel room. So watch out people this hotel just took me for 200 bucks.

Had this hotel last month for the Rangers and Angels game and it was great! About a 7 minute walk to the stadium. They have a small fitness center, breakfast, patio, and the room was nice. Was kinda thinking twice about it because of the reviews but so glad we got it. No issues or anything. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience for the price. I am still in awe. The outside of the building gives the inside no justice. The lobby, front desk, halls, and rooms seemed updated while the outside looks questionable. First impression, the room appeared remodeled — — updated/modern carpeting, curtains and furniture all in great condition. The room came with so much to offer considering it being classified a "two star" hotel. Imagine the price of a Motel 6 without the cold, hard atmosphere, and the comfort of a La Quinta at a MUCH better deal. Notice, we did not stay during football season and the Rangers were not home. I think the price may go up around those times, as expected. The room included: Fridge, Microwave, Iron and large ironing board, a safe (there is a small, less than $2 charge), a few hangers and plenty of lighting. What shocked me was the coffee options: A small coffee maker that offered more than a single serving, your choice of decaf or regular, and the coffee was not bad at all. For extra sugar and cream, as well as tea, the lobby keeps the condiments stocked. Can I mention, great customer service. Customer service is not necessarily a fake smile and an upbeat attitude, its being accommodating, efficient, and able to solve problems. The staff was pleasant, but what I found fantastic was the option for EARLY check in! I called that morning to see if there was any way I could check in earlier than 2PM.

IF YOU SMOKE, BEWARE! IT IS ANTI-SMOKING, SO YOU *** CANNOT SMOKE ANYWHERE *** ON THE PROPERTY, EVEN ON YOUR BALCONY! I gave 5 stars based on the price: one room with king bed was only $70 after tax on a Friday night (almost as much as a nice Motel 6). VERY NICE but not the Ritz Carlton. I was confused by the recent reviews that were negative. One guy said one of the two elevators was broken, so he had to use 5 flights of stairs? That doesn't even make sense. During my stay, one of the two elevators was broken, so I just used the working elevator. And the other guy that said they charge a deposit must have had something weird happen and shouldn't have paid a deposit. And whoever said it was a little ghetto must've been some place else, because this part of Arlington is pretty nice for Arlington. It's near the Cowboys and Rangers stadium, and Six Flags. Good restaraunts all around. Anyway, this hotel is just a little more expensive than a nice Motel 6, but considerably nicer. Very nice color scheme, comfortable bed, has TV, fast and reliable Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, a good-sized desk, dresser with drawers, two night stands with drawers, and a safe. And a pretty big private balcony (you can hear people screaming on the rides at Six Flags if you are outside and listen really close — — but they are a quarter mile away). Bathroom is big and nice and clean. Almost wished I could live here.

Stayed here for Wrestlemania week. After 1 night 1 of the 2 elevators broke, staying on the 5th floor and walking stairs is not fun. Staff was good, room was clean.

Cheap, but far better than other comparably priced options. Most of all, it's clean, which is much more than I can say for other places in this price range.

Up untill my last night here my stay was good up until the point of check out the manager/owner which is hindu (estabbishment not owned by corporate) called me a lier said I had not put a deposit down which I most definately did. He than proceeded to yel at me saying they do not collect deposit When they clearly have a sign at the front desk that states that they do. He than said that it depends on the person up front. He speaks over you, has bad customer service and doesnt care to explain anything to the customer. He ended up calling the police and they basically just la7fhed at him. Point is no one should contribute to this mans pay check. He is a fraud and they do not display correct info.

So far everything is going good. Zero issues with the stay.

Unimpressed by customer service. Room was fine, clean and affordable, but the blankets on the beds are rather thin. I called down to the front desk to request an extra one be brought up. "Um, yeah, you can have an extra blanket but you have to come down and get it. " Maybe it's a little thing, but it would've made a big difference to me.

The rooms were nice and it was pretty clean. Includes fridge, microwave and safe. Nothing went wrong and the price is definitely fair for what it is.

We stayed 3 nights, our room was never cleaned. Every time we complained, they pretty much accused us of lying.

Stayed 3 nights for the cowboys game. Price was reasonable, place was clean and had free breakfast in the lobby from 6am to 10am. Plenty of parking. Two restaurants with in walking distance. Can't ask for more then that.

For a cheap stay it is in a great location (6 flags) and felt safe and clean. I would stay again.

Cheap and reasonable price for what we were needing. Can't complain too much because we asked for a room way too early than check in time and they registered us early. Got a room next to the elevator and heard everything through the thin wall. Room and bath were really clean! Faced the highway, but can't do much about traffic. Besides the weird smell in the lobby, elevator, and halls I would recommend staying here if you're going to a game or 6 Flags which is in walking distances, or take their shuttle.

We stayed here 3 nights on the off season. It was a reasonable place to stay for the money. Some areas were lacking in light maintenance, but everything was functional. Continental breakfast was a little light, staff was pleasant. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance of the back door.

We stayed 3 nights, 4 days. Checked out this morning. It was a nice stay. The rooms were clean, the workers were attentive. I'm sure it stays booked up during certain seasons, but if the opportunity presents itself we would stay at this hotel again.

This was a wonderful stay. Location is awesome it's in the middle of everything. Nice room clean and up to date Wi-Fi works great.

For the price I paid we should have stayed somewhere else, $67/night! The location is good but the rooms are not. The hotel has some kind of weird odor. The shower in our room didn't work at first; extremely slow to drain to the point of you're standing ankle deep in dirty water; and the fridge barely cooled anything in it. And don't forget to request to have the safe fee refunded when you check out since they automatically charge it unless you request to have it removed when you check out at the desk, which most hotels don't have you do because it's a waste of time and they purposely neglect to mention that you have to checkout at the desk to receive the refund, otherwise they are literally ripping people off daily. I absolutely will not stay at this hotel again and would recommend no one else to stay there either! You can get better for the money! BUYER BEWARE.

I cannot even give this a low enough rating. I read the reviews on this place and even though the were horrible I still went and got a room using my Wyndham rewards points. I wouldn't even recommend this place as a free room. It was 1 am and we were traveling from Florida to California. Looks good from far and far from good. It didn't look too bad at night! Til we checked in. We were place in room 304 top floor with unworking elevator with two small sleeping children. There was hardly anyone at this place dont know why the put me at top go r knowing we had children with us soon as we got upstairs there was a used condom near the stairs as I walked to the door I smelled funk (cigarette smoke marijuana smell body oder and dog all mixed together). I had sandals on wen I took em off and walked from front door to bathroom and feet were immediately filthy the carpet has a gross film on it like its never been cleaned. We then heard a loud banging on the floor the man downstairs was screaming and hitting his ceiling I guess we were not allowed to walk around in our room. This room has a kitchenette in which shouldn't even be in there for one its wayyyyyy to small and two because nothing in the kitchen works. The curtains were not fitted for the windows. They were too small and didn't even open correctly or cover the windows. They blankets were filthy and outdated and faded. The TV was a piece of. Well you know what?! One garbage can not even lined with a bag.

This is a great hotel with a great view of Six Flags over Texas.

Close to everything. Very friendly. Trolley drivers very pleasant and helpful.

Motel smelled dusty and packed down like it needed aired out. Which is a problem for people with asthma and allergies. Very limited breakfast selections. Pillowcases had stains on it and not enough towels though they were hard and stiff.
