Reviews of Sheraton Arlington Hotel 3*
We forgot two dresses and a shirt in closet. I called as soon as we got home. The lady at desk asked housekeeping and that nothing was left. We just paid 1200 for our stay. Your housekeeper stole my clothes to either wear or sell. Your have rats working for you. What customer service is this?
Good location. Easy access.
We had a great time staying at the Sheraton. Spacious clean rooms. Movies by the pool and the pool 😍😍. Bethany was great at the front desk and helped us with the trolley and anything else we needed, she was very friendly. We will stay again.
Horrible experience. Dirty room and dirty pool. We had stuff stolen from our room and the management was not understanding nor helpful with the situation.
Everyone there was great, the servers, bar keep, all the staff at the wedding.
Reasonably priced full service hotel near AT&T Stadium. The staff is both accommodating and friendly and the hotel has always been clean. I come here at least once per year and have not had an issue yet.
We celebrated my grandmothers 80th birthday here and the accommodations were impeccable! Service was great and they never missed a beat on food or anything! Thank you Sheraton for making this day for my grandmother more than she could ever hope for! Your staff and service was amazing! ❤️
Full bar & restaurant waitress is good not real friendly.
Big beautiful spacious lobby, friendly staff.
The person who greeted us was very despot, but the others are. A Mor. The lady of the piece a whole lady, cute, hergentirlmosa,
Nice hotel & friendly staff. Neice was married there. Beautiful ceremony & reception.
Very clean. Professional staff. Great breakfast. Awesome pool.
Great service and clean room.
Great location, the staff was incredibly friendly, went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable in such a time as this.
Very beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay.
We attended an event! Plaza on the Hill party room. Excellent locale for dancing and eating!
Excellent place to sleep, the mattress is perfect.
From the moment in step into the lobby the staff was helpful, friendly, and smiling. I was joking with one of the servers regarding lunch since it was deli. It was better than I thought it would be. They served not only deli meats, they served pasta salad, chicken salad, and my favorite potato salad.
Awesome place, close to all the parks in Arlington. Very professional and friendly staff.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff.
We stayed last weekend for the Aggie game. One bed had a huge urine stain on the mattress… **photo in comments**. The other bed had smaller urine stains. We could also hear everything going on in the neighbor’s room through the adjoining door. We will never use this hotel again!
Great place. Excellent food. Very clean. Great service.
Love love this hotel. It was so relaxing and everyone made our stay here very accommodating. The bed and pillows were ERU comfy. ❤️❤️❤️
Excellent hotel, great service!
Great service great food great games.
The employees are amazing! Rooms are very comfortable. However, I want to brag about the housekeeping staff — not only did they take care of a VERY large company taking over the hotel for several days, they were VERY detailed in cleaning the rooms. I left an iPad Pro and a handheld gaming system in my room (along with multiple charging cables) these items were quickly located and shipped to me. I plan on staying here EVERY time I come to the Dallas/Fort Worth area for work in the future. Thank you for the exemplary service and for going above and beyond to make my stay wonderful.
The hotel has upgraded the rooms, extended the bar and refreshed the restaurant. All great moves to the customer.
Amazing employees. I left my iPad. I called from the airport. They already found it and had emailed me. They had it sent FedX for arrival Monday. Who does that?!?!? There aren’t enough spaces to explain how awesome that is or how many things I’ve left behind only to be told they were not found. Thank you Sheraton employees you are fantastic.
The room was overpriced and dirty. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust and who knows whatever else. The lamps had VERY visible dust on them. … The towels had been bleached into oblivion and were scratchy at best. When we arrived to our first room the door was propped open and not secure at all. This room was also not very clean upon entering. There was a mix up with the reservation. My sister clearly marked two double beds and the hotel gave us 1 king bed. Then we had to wait about 10 minutes while a staff member came with new room keys. For almost 200 for the night and the name Sheraton I would have expected a lot more.
It was a nice hotel overall. Tge bathroom could have been cleaner. I forgot my toothbrush and called the front desk for one. The positive is they had a long list of free things they provide if you forget something. It took a while to get it though. However overall I was very happy with our experience there. Nice hotel.
What a beautiful hotel. Wish I could have stayed a bit longer to enjoy it fully. But I was on a business trip. The staff were lovely and the pool area are amazing. Rooms were so cozy too.
You would think this being a high class hotel everything would be perfect but it wasn't. Room was nice but this place is definitely showing its age. Biggest issue was that the shower was extremely nasty and had not been cleaned well obviously, this is unacceptable. The hot tub didn't work in the pool area and the pool was kinda dirty. Cool looking pool areas though.
This Hotel is only for them will put you in anything they will put you on the floor I had a room with no bed frame mattress on the floor all they where concerned with it was a room with a bed they said they were heavy booked but that didn't have anything to do with room they knew what was in it and using them all the time or they might be saving the rooms for certain people because I don't think they would spend their money and be put in anything like this it looked good from the road and the lobby it's like they said you can't judge a book by it's cover because the content stinks in this one.
This may be the friendliest, most courteous hotel staff I have ever seen. The room was clean, as was the lobby, pool, and other public areas. The pool is very large, but I never had a chance to use it. The hotel looked like it needed some minor updates, but was in overall good condition and properly maintained. There were a couple of in-house eating options, all overpriced but good. I would stay here again.
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were on the 18th floor with a view of the city. That night we were able to see the fireworks from the ball park. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We eat at the restaurant in the hotel and the prices were very reasonable. The food was good. The hotel was in a good location close to six flags and the convention center. The best thing about this hotel is that it is pet friendly with two areas to walk your dog. I would recommend this up scale hotel to family and friends.
Very clean, spacious rooms. Plenty of pillows and the goose down comforters were wonderful! The pool area was exquisite! Enormous pool, the hot tub could have been bigger though. Nice to billions, plenty of towels, and even a movie on a big screen for the kids! Everything was clean and the service was wonderful!
We really enjoyed our stay there Sheraton Arlington. After a long hottttt day at Six Flags the pool and "Dive In Movie night" was just what we needed to unwind. The beds were absolute heaven. The lobby was beautiful and business center allowed us to check in for our flight early and print our boarding passes. The staff were courteous, friend, and professional. Our only negative we encountered was neither of the shower/tubs drained well in our 2 rooms. We would stay again without hesitation.
This hotel has the WOW factor! Even though it was in the middle of being renovated, it was wonderful! The views alone are worth the stay. The rooms are immaculate. The pool fantastic. Although I did not use the room service, I did look over the menu and had I not already eaten, there were many things that I would have loved to order. I got a special price online but the room was easily worth double. I would love to stay here again after the renovation is complete. Next time I stay here, I know that I will be able to look forward to a relaxing comfortable stay.
They did a great job with the rooms for the Dallas Congress of esthetics show. The price was good, the shuttle was so helpful, plus the room was amazing! The R Bar and grill is a very nice touch to the place also. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance.
Very, very quiet hotel. Pretty sure every last room was occupied with families and we never heard a peep while in our room. Air conditioner worked great, beautiful large pool area. Close to just about everything in Arlington.
Some of the most helpful people work here. I love good customer service and the employes that works here give great customer service. Rooms are nice and the business center had everything I need. I have to say I will go back. Loved it.
Hotel is in close proximity to many attractions. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall was a good place to stay overnight. Things I did not like included the quality of the room service food and not having a their market place open 24x7 when most other Sheraton's do.
Everything went well at check, the hotel has a few small construction projects going on but overall nice room. We were rudely awoken at 8:52am which we mistake for our breakfast without having checked the time. The hotel attendant asked when would we be leaving, which was altogether unnecessary. We called down to the front desk asking if there was a mix up with room numbers or why they would wake us. Our breakfast came 30 minutes after, which we set down on the table only to have room service come back to say they switched our order with someone else’s. We opened up to find it was the incorrect order, so they quickly brought us the correct food. We asked for late checkout which is 1pm, yet at 11:27 another room attendant came into the room to ask if we were leaving. Clearly they are in a hurry to turn this room but it truly ruins the relaxation experience of a hotel. Needless to say based off today’s experience I wouldn’t stay here again.
Excellent hotel. Very much enjoyed my stay while I was there for a work conference. The facilities were very nice, the food was outstanding, and the staff really helped to make the experience memorable. The location is also very convenient to attractions in the Arlington area (AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, Globe Life Park, etc. ).
Sheraton Arlington is a well kept facility. The reception facility is beautiful. The outdoor cold water pool and jucuzzi are seasonal. Food and hotel are good but pricey. Nice athletic facility. Walking parks, convention center and Rangers / Cowboys stadiums nearby (walking distance) …
Clean, friendly service. Comfortable rooms, spacious, very adequate for business travel. Reasonable prices in the restaurant, relaxing bar, great exercise gym, big pool, plenty of free parking. Easy walk to Rangers ballpark, and a not quite so easy but doable walk to the Cowboys stadium. Pretty convenient to Six Flags too, without having to drive and pay parking. Will definitely be trying to stay here again over the summer.
As a pageant coach I go to hotels very often sometimes two to three times in a month. The Sheraton was definitely not my favorite. Although they were very accommodating for the event I felt that the room was not up to the right that we got. There was one communal microwave on each floor but not each room had a microwave. For parents that are traveling with a family and kids especially myself we had multiple kids with us and a baby who needed warm food. It was a huge inconvenience to have to walk and find a microwave. The room service was below-par clean towels will left on top of the towel toilet and dirty towels will not taken away until after we checked out. We also got hassled for a late check-out even though at the same time we requested it someone else in our group requested the same thing and was granted it. I understand how hotels work but it should not be fair when one person gets it in front of you and the other one does not it just does not such a good present for hotels. Is there again I will think twice about staying there and possibly stay somewhere else.
Not impressed. Old, slow elevators, tight hallways, uncomfortable beds and high prices. Great location, clean, and nice staff. They screwed up our reservation and gave us a king bed instead of 2 full beds. They could not change rooms because they had no other rooms available. They did give us a free roll away after complaining for a few minutes. This hotel does not have to try hard due to there location and they know it. Not bad overall just not good for the price. If you are going to stay here just come with low expectations and you'll love it.
Great locale, right in the middle of everything. The concierge was the most helpful I have ever had the privilege of dealing with. He was professional and super friendly. Great conversation and knowledge of Arlington's attractions. In fact, on his recommendation I will be bring my family next year for an extended vacation.
Friendly, clean, beautiful grounds, a convenient location (9 minute walk to the stadium), and a good value for your money. Our bellhop, Abraham, promptly greeted us with a sincere smile soon as we arrived from our many hours on the road. He efficiently gathered our luggage & showed us the way to our room, offering useful information along the way. Our second day there, he noticed we were heading to the stadium and, anticipating our needs, gave us help that saved us time and energy in getting there.
The rooms are nice and the view is amazing. Fitness center rocks and food was acceptable. I had a problem during my stay and I felt the staff handled it poorly. I request feather free rooms due to allergies, I travel frequently and have never had an issue with a Sheraton honoring this request, until now. One staff member was extremely apologetic and promised a manager would contact me. Upon checkout I mentioned it again to a different from the desk person and he said I must not have it on my profile but he would be happy to put it on for next time. Moral of my story is if you have dust or feather allergies look elsewhere. It was a nice hotel, but I will not be able to stay there again.
The rooms here are really clean and modern for the price. The proximity to the Ranger's and Cowboy's stadium is a plus too. The perfect hotel if you are going to a game or other event. Within walking distance too. The hotel shuttle from DFW was slow to arrive but I might have not timed it well. Overall, a great hotel.
I enjoyed this hotel. My room had a bed and a refrigerator and a window. There was a bathroom attached to the general bedroom space that featured towels, a toilet, a sink, a shower for humans, toilet paper and a ceiling. I slept in the bed and when I awoke I was not dead or penetrated by weapons or parts of people so I was in a pretty good mood, relaxed and happy to drink hotel room coffee. I put the coffee in my mouth. The room also had a TV and a door.
The room was excellent, but I wanted to share another story. I was there for a conference and at the banquet, I asked the server if they had any gluten free options. They didn't have anything already made, so the chef made me a special plate. I assumed dessert was not an option, but when dessert time came around they brought me a plate of very good watermelon. They were so professional and accomodating about everything.
The room is nice, the bed is amazing. The bathroom has taken some abuse. The bottom of tub has scratches in the plastic so sharp on the feet. Scratches on toilet seat as well. Faucet coming away from wall in tub. Buffet food was mediocre at best but others dinner entrees were very good. Great service at every turn.
We chose the hotel because we were attending the Pinners Conference. It was very close (across the street) from the Arlington Convention Cry so we could easily go back to our room to rest during the day. The beds were only double sized not queen as we had expected & we were 4 people with a couple of Big girls, so it was a little cramped. Otherwise it was nice & quiet.
Dirty and poor service. I've had to stay here a few time for business and every time I make a request, even as simple as another pillow, I have to call 2-3 times to get the request met. The mattresses always smell unwashed. The maid was changing my sheets and just left them half-made. Would absolutely not recommend.
This hotel/brand was recommended by a co worker but this experience reminded me of why I prefer Residence Inn chains. The hotel was clean and conveniently located in walking distance of the football and baseball stadium as well as Six Flags. However, customer service was horrible. You have to earn points to enjoy simple amenities that are free to all when staying at Residence Inns, such as free breakfast. The coworker who recommended this hotel, had to beg for breakfast vouchers and was turned away from concierge when she is a platinum rewards member. I'd prefer to stay somewhere where I'm treated like a loyalty customer regardless of a level.
Great room! Very comfortable and spacious. Daytime bell hop was a little curt and rude but otherwise loved my stay.
Definitely some age can be seen in the rooms and hotel. Location wise it's right next to the stadiums and six flags so definitely convenient if that's where you're going.
Beautiful Hotel… fast check in and out! Starbucks is a plus. We couldn't enjoy the swimming pool but it look great. But he gave us the room next to the elevator… and we couldn't sleep… I regret it so much… spend the night here.
Stayed here four nights to attend the N. Texas quilt and sew expo. Amenities and service was great. Will definitely being going back!
Went for a work class/training. Nice facility. Really good food. Amazing service.
Loved our stay and the view from the 19th floor was awesome! Very Clean, Very Comfortable! Our stay was outstanding with very friendly service. WE highly recommend this Hotel! Great Location for The Baseball Game! WE had NO problems with parking it was NEVER an issue! 10 Stars…
First I was given one room with a king bed for three guests. Later they changed the room to one that had two bed. When entering the room smelled funny, the sheets on the bed were wrinkled and had stains. The bathroom tiles were dirty. After complaining got moved to another floor where finally the room was decent. Bath tiles where still dirty but better than the other room. I was reading reviews online of people complaining that after 9AM room service would knock on doors even when one had the 'Do not disturb sign'. Effectively the next day even though the majority of guest and my room had the 'Do not disturb sign' on the doors, house keeping knocked on all doors asking when they could pass to clean. One guest got mad and made a scene because they were woken up. I would not recommend. Of all the Sheraton I've stayed this is the worse I've stayed. Didn't feel welcoming at all. Only giving 3 starts because the location is perfect and the facilities (Gym and Pool) are good.
My husband and I travel a lot and with that said have stayed in a wide spectrum of hotels. The hotel was clean and staff were all great but the weekend we were there apparently a large group of kids and preteens were in town for a sports and music/dance conference. The noise and trash in the hotel room hallways was to much. It probably did not help that the hotel was completely booked. Loud screaming, yelling, hollering well past 2 am. We Notified the hotel staff and they had to make calls and a few visits to the floor/room to talk to the teens. I do not understand why the coach or guardian/ chaperone was not notified and brought to the room to address the continued bad behavior of the teens in the room next to us. I'm sure it's a nice place during a less congested stay.
The hotel has a lovely lobby and the staff both pleasant and helpful. The room was well appointed and very quiet. It's location was excellent as it was within walking distance of AT&T stadium and the Rangers ballpark, among other attractions (although taxis and ride sharing services were readily available, as well)
Sooooo I wouldn't say we are hotel snobs. But for the price we paid for the hotel room I do expect the sheets to not have blood stains, the tub faucet not to be hanging by a thread of caulk, the window not to have some sort of gross substance on it, when we order burgers from bar not to be told an hour later they stopped serving burgers an hour ago and then we order room service for 2 sandwiches and 2 bottles of water, only one sandwich arrives, 45 minutes later the second arrives along with waters but the sandwich isn't the sandwich we ordered! It's 105am. We are calling it quits! Would not recommend nor would we stay here again.
We had a conference to attend at the Sheraton. The place was clean, people were nice, and food was great. We had a break and walked around the hotel by the pool. The pool looked really nice and not to deep. They had a nice event center behind the hotel as week. Would definitely visit again!
Very good experience at this location. It's refreshing being treated as a valued guest when redeeming reward nights… Unlike the airlines that give you the worst flight paths and days to fly. The staff is extremely polite and accommodating. I stayed in a newly renovated room that was clean and modern.
This is a great place to stay. Close to the ball parks and the University. Great decor inside and the outside grounds have walking paths which are beautiful. A full service hotel with friendly helpful staff.
I was there for a convention and had an amazing time. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and for everything on it a great price. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I look forward to going back.
We didn't check in until late and they'd already charged the company card, but they wouldn't give us a key to the room. When we finally got a key 6 hours later, they charged my personal card after they'd already charged the company card the full total of my 2 night stay. This included the first night in which they'd already charged the company card, but wouldn't give me a key. My room was hot. I had the air set to 60 and it was still hot. The pool had ducks swimming in it. The maids I came in contact with were rude. They beat on the door like cops and just seemed nosy as they looked around the room. I finally talked to a sane person at the front desk who refunded the money to my personal credit card and was really nice. Room service seems to have hidden charges. We ordered 2 steaks ($26 each) a caesar salad to share ($10), and a milk (not sure) and our total ended up being $103. I'm not sure why milk would be that expensive. It's within walking distance to the Rangers Stadium and the Conference Center so it's a plus if you have business there. However, when there's a game, they will sell parking spots for $20. A guy will literally make you stop your car and question whether you are a hotel guest or not. This also limits the parking spaces available. Overall, unless you're going to a Rangers game or have business at the Conference Center, I recommend finding another place to stay.
Stayed here due to the fact of an awards ceremony that took place at the convention center. My husband and I used this night as a date night. When we arrived Friday evening, we were greeted with a pleasant smile and shuttle service was excellent. The hotel appears a bit dated and could use some renovations. The reason for the 1 star is as follows. A knock on our room door began at 8:45am and my husband and I laying in bed yelled out that we were in the room. We could hear the housekeepers talking amongst themselves and so they knocked again. We yelled out once more and the housekeeping attempted to open the door while my husband and I are laying together clothes-less. We screamed once more! They closed the door all the while continuing to talk amongst themselves. Approximately 45 minutes later, another knock on the door and again we yelled out that we were still in the room. I swear not even 5 minutes later another knock! At this point, my husband just about lost it! At checkout Saturday morning, the front desk asked how our stay was. We explained how what was supposed to be a romantic morning between my husband I turned into an interruption X3, the front desk gentleman asked if we had our "do not disturb" sign on our door. After telling him that we didn't see a do not disturb sign in our room, he proceeded to tell us how it was standard policy to have housekeeping knock and try to enter from the beginning of the morning.
The Sheraton in Arlington provides appropriate accomodations with curteous and kind staff. I also would like to note, they keep you hydrated with complimentary bottles of Dasani… Every little bit counts along with the never ceasing and genuine smiles of the staff.
Was here for a trade show. Did not spend much time in the facilities but they are nice and the staff is friendly. Rooms are a little tired but clean. Renovations are in the works in the coming year. Easy access to freeway. Will be back next year.
First off no microwaves or fridges in the room, one complimentary bottle of water and the other three were 3.50 each, jacuzzi was disgusting spent most of my time splashing leaves out of it along with God only knows what other nastiness was in there, no towels in the clean towel area, no continental breakfast, and every one of the front desk clerks were rude and pretentious. On our second day there, I went down to the pool area to get some sun, and when I came back in my card key did not work. So I went to the front desk to get it remagnetised the clerk asked for my id which of course was in the room because I was at the pool… I told her that I could show her as soon as I get in the room… she asked a couple of security questions and I failed miserably but she sent another employee up with me to the room… on the way up there we make small talk and he proceeds to the room we were in… opens the door and I go in to get my id out of my purse… as I am doing that he asked me if we were smoking in our room (even though we do smoke cigarettes) we went outside for every cigarette… he said … well it smells like marijuana… I was appalled literally appalled and offended… I said well no one is smoking that for sure and my brother and I smoke outside. He proceeds to lecture me about how it is illegal and on and on… for the record I am 50 years old… I think I would know the law.
Not impressed at all, actually very disappointed if anything. The hotel floor was had an odd smell on the entire floor. The location of the hotel is very convenient for Six Flags, Rangers Ballpark, and the AT&T Stadium. The room didn't live up to the photos as all. The room was very dated and the carpets have seen better days, I don't know why they don't just Rug Doctor that bad boy or replace it. There were stains on there everywhere. The same goes for the chairs, there were stains all over the chairs as well. The bathroom is super tiny and the door gets in the way of the shower. The shower did't drain that well. The bed has definitely seen better days! There was a huge indention on either side of the bed. It was terrible. The worse part of this hotel was the customer service. I had called for extra towels, shower gel, and a loofa. After waiting an hour, I never got anything. I called the next day (I was only staying for the one night) to get the same things I requested the day before. And the lady on the phone told me that well Housekeeping is coming today. After I check out of course… which would be no use to me. So I continue to request the same items. After about 20 or so minutes. I get the a knock on the door with a man holding Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion, and Toothpaste. So not anything I requested. I told him what I had called for. He tells me there are towels on a table at the end of the hallway… WTH?!
Staying at the Sheraton was great. Located next to six flags and the AT&T stadium, there's ever thing you need nearby. The room was clean and comfortable.
Very Nice Accommodations. Nice Grounds and facilities. Not too enthused with the price of Internet should you want a good experience and $3.50 for a bottle of water in your room, sorry I'll refill my cup out of the sink.
Ok this is Ian again. Sheraton Hotel I have stayed at for a total of 16 nights all together in a span of 4 years and will be staying at it again in June of 2016. Sheraton Hotel in Arlington is a great hotel if you were to ask me. It is very clean, has great room service, has nice and respectful employees. It has a private room you can rent, an excellent salt water pool and wonderful hot tub that is actually hot, not cold like some places. The pool has built in colorful lights that shine at night. The Hotel is wonderful and would be a great place to stay for a couple of nights. I'm giving it 4 stars over all because from all the nights I've stayed there I haven't been disappointed. Showers are actually warm, water works great, and plus every room (no matter what floor your on) gets an awesome view of either Six Flags or Hurricane Harbor. Enjoy your stay there folks! Questions or comments? Respond back or check them out on the web!
We were there for a work Christmas party in one of the conference rooms and it was nicely set up. Staff were very friendly that we saw and interacted with.
We had a very nice suite and as a preferred guest we had a lovely bottle of red and a snack waiting for us to relax and enjoy our evening. We also had dinner at the restaurant which was very nice and the staff was very polite and helpful.
I had a good night of quiet sleep in this hotel. However, I paid for a junior suite and was appalled a the state of the carpet. There were stains from one end of the room to the other. I'm not crazy about walking around barefoot in hotel rooms in general, but this looked like the floor of a college frat house. Extremely unimpressive for supposedly one of the nicer rooms, and it gave me the creeps during my whole stay.
Just want say I stayed here for a week. The lady in the Club lounge I believe her name is Carla the most niecest outgoing perfessional employee their. Taylor also was a sweetie. Please let them kmow they are doing a great job. My kids absolutely loved carla she spoiled them with kindess and snacks. I will definitely be back again for holiday in the park. Hopefully carla and Taylor will be their. Thanks again.
The pool, the room, evening snacks, just about everything. Coming again July 24 bringing my kids this time as well.
Dogs barked all night. It smelled like wet dog. I'm a pet person and it was too much. Called the front desk they said there was nothing they could do. Horrible stay for a Sheraton. I've had nicer rooms and service at motels. Won't come back.
It looks better from the outside. Room decor was rather dated, but it slept well.
If you will be mad about paying a lot of money for a hotel only to find out its not so nice then do not stay here! I had to change rooms because the first room was disgusting. The bathtub had a terrible mess in in upon checkin and it came back overnight. I was told this is due to waste coming from other plumbing or something gross like that. The coffee cups were full of dust and lint. There is no complimentary coffee for guests in the lobby, for real. There is no shuttle to the airport I flew into which is only 20 miles away. Breakfast buffet was legit but should be for almost twenty bucks, yup, for breakfast buffet. There is nothing walking distance from here so there is no reason to stay here. Why do you think there isn't a good review in the past year and a half. Shame on you sheraton.
Hotel room was dirty and had a funny smell. Pillows, bed skirt, towels had stains the bathroom was not very clean and wall was cracked. Went to the grill downstairs service was horrible and food was very expensive and didn't taste very good at all. People at the front desk are not friendly have no personality they seem like they didn't want to be there. I will not be coming back to this hotel ever.
Very nice hotel with great staff! And free shuttle is a plus.
Filthy rooms! Desk was gracious but that didn't make rooms cleaner. Dated, stained, mildew smell. Went elsewhere.
Not worth $200 per night, bar didnt open til 2pm. No musice in the bar. No shuttle to the concert at at&t stadium. Room sucked. No fridge, no micro. Never staying there again! five star staff.
I decided to stay at this hotel recently to attend a friend's wedding. Alot of the wedding party suggested this hotel so I didn't see any reason not to. I was first disappointed that a standard room cost 160 dollars. Having stayed at nice hotels in Hawaii and Vegas though I didn't mind since I expected even a standard room to be nice. The hotel lobby itself is fine but everything else about this hotel is just meh. The room's were boring and ugly and the "bar" has 2 dasani waters, nothing else. If you want anything whatsoever in this hotel, get ready to fork over even more money. There's 0 internet in the rooms so if you want to start the frustration of paying 15.00 just to use internet that should already be provided then choose this place. On top of that, the store in the lobby charges over 5 dollars for a small red bull and everything is overpriced as you'd imagine. This is easily the worst hotel I've stayed at and what's worse is you're paying a premium price. I highly recommend if anyone is going to stay in the area you avoid this hotel.
I would not stay there again. You are charged for parking, internet in the room, no complimentary breakfast, no fridge and no microwave. The carpet is in desperate need of being changed as there were stains all over it. Only good thing was the view of the pentagon.
