If you don’t look the part they will charge you 2x. I check in via Hilton Honor Rewards App and was charged there, charged when I checked in and charged again. Because I didn’t look like I could possibly have a credit card (or possibly afford their rate) I was even charged the debit card surcharge. What a sad day. I used to stay here multiple times a month.

VERY clean place staff is really informant, house keeping staff are reall good at accommodating guest needs and the manager is really a very nice man. If you are in the Arlington Tx area this would be the place to stay. BREAKFAST is really good a full breakfast at that.

This place is a 5 ⭐️ hotel. Staff is awesome, they made us feel at home and welcomed us with a bottle of water and warm cookies.
If you are attending any tourneys in Dallas and need a great place right now I recommend any Hilton Garden Inn.
Honestly we only stay for the BREAKFAST.

Room was very clean and nice, nice location to multiple attractions. Checking in was easy, but they need to work on their customer service after checking in. I called 3 different services from my room and none of them answered except the front desk, after being transferred from the operator twice and the front desk immediately put me on hold for 20 mins and then hung up. I just wanted some more towels and half and half! I even went looking for a maid cart and found none.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work a this is the best I've stayed in for the money. Very sleek and modern design. Sliding bathroom door and sliding shower door are very cool. Also it was very clean and smells great. Thank you.

This Hilton garden inn is very close to lots of good restaurants, some shopping and the freeway. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great but service at breakfast was acceptable, but not exceptional. Everyone was friendly. There was always fruit infused water in the lobby that I loved. The morning I checked out I stayed until the last minute and had 4 different people knock on my door, so it might have been nice if they would have communicated better so I didn't have to answer the door so much. All in all a great stay.

Emergency one-night stay, so I didn't get to experience their various guest amenities. Room was clean and comfortable. The location is in the Arlington Highlands shopping center and just a few minutes from The Parks Mall, and about 15-20 minutes drive from the Arlington Entertainment District. (Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Park, etc. )

Very rude costumer service on multiple occasions. After a long day traveling across the south east my school booked a room for me and a class mate. I was told by the school that the room was paid for. When I checked in and showed the lady at the front desk the credit card conformation she said there was nothing on file. After explaining to her that we had stayed at 5 other hotels and had not had this problem with getting the room paid. My class mate and I split the room with the hope of getting reimbursed by the school. I waited a couple of days to wait and see if maybe the payment from the school came through I’d didn’t so I called and asked if it had. I was treated poorly after explaining the situation and before I could ask for another copy of the receipt she hung up on me. I called back and was told I would receive a receipt immediately and still have not received it. For a guy who is already paying an arm and a leg for school with the promise of my tuition paying for this room and have to pay it twice was frustrating but to be treated poorly when asking about a simple receipt is unfortunate. Step up your customer service game.

This hotel was over priced. The room was so small for $160. The continental breakfast cost $7 almost $8 per person, when for that price it definitely should be free. Then they have a $25 fee that they don't tell you about, that takes 3 days to get it back. Out of the 3 hotel's my wife and I stayed at on our vacation this one was the most for so little, very disappointing.

This hotel is really clean. All of the staff I encountered were helpful and friendly. Jennifer was very helpful with resolving an issue I had. The breakfast was good, it is cooked to order and buffet style. The hotel is minutes away from the mall, many shopping areas, and restaurants. Navigating around to these places was very easy.

I only visited the lobby, but I was highly impressed with the setup and amenities. Wide open with multiple seating areas to accomadate small or large groups. There were also several large screen televisions with the remote handy. My phone detected a Vizio-cast model for streaming from a cellphone. All in all a nice place to gather before or after an excursion into the nearby surroundings.

I stayed the night recently and was impressed on how professional the staff and crew at this hotel. I was impressed on how clean my room was. It was immaculate! Ana and Lucia provided me with exceptional service! The front desk was very warm and caring.

The staff here is great, the morning servers for breakfast Julie and Courtney are amazing! The front desk is on point! I am here on business and pretty much living here for a month!

The place was totally a feel good place. We loved every moment of it and hope to get back there again. Highly recommend the hotel.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception yesterday 3/24/18 and the staff did an excellent job! Macy helped coordinator and plan our wedding. She did an excellent job and was always available whenever we needed her! The rooms were super clean and nice! They were also spacious! The head chef, Heather Skagen Watkins, did an EXCELLENT job with our reception dinner! It was all delicious! She rocked the night! We heard it many times over that the food was delicious and savory! Thank you to the Hilton Staff and management!

This place is great. Very clean and has a awesome parking lot with plenty of room. The lobby has very nice decor and a nice bar. Our company uses it for meetings about every month and the staff is always kind and considerate. The food is great as well.

This lovely hotel looks and feels new. The location is excellent, especially if you want to walk for dinner and/or drinks. Though many restaurant choices are chains, they are quite plentiful and very walkable.

I liked this hotel. It's new and modernly elegant with nice size rooms. Also, the pool area is nice and welcoming.

Clean, contemporary, restaurant, indoor pool, exercise room, no jacuzzi, outside seating, bar and pantry; all the amenities I enjoyed.

At first I wondered how this was going to work out. They did their very best and fixed the complications we were having with the sound system. So our experience turned out to be great.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The atmosphere is very calm and serene feeling. The customer service is excellent and if you have read my other reviews you know I am very big on customer service. Every employee you run into speaks and ask you about your day. Janis at the front desk just brightens your day she is so bubbly. (The others are awesome also her name just stands out because of her personality. ) For those that enjoy a cigarette this is a non smoking hotel but they have several areas outside for you to smoke that also embraced the serenity atmosphere this hotel seems to present. There is a gym to workout and a nice sized indoor heated pool. My only complaint there is that it closes at 10. There is breakfast, lunch and dinner available and a bar that opens for a few hours during the evening however across the parking lot you have plenty of drinking, eating and shopping choices. Loved it!

My stay was for 2 nights and it was so wonderful. Every employee that I came into contact with was engaging and polite. This location is very clean and that alone goes a long way in my book. I also want to say a special thank you to a gentleman that works at the front desk. He made sure that I had everything I could possibly need and made my stay as relaxing as it could have been. It was going to be a very stressful weekend coming up due to a loss in my family and because of him going the extra mile for me it definitely made all the difference. He lifted my spirits and I am very grateful. I highly recommend this hotel and will continue to spread the word.

Just please, as a guess. Doesn't let this people to choose the rooms 210 to 220 (even numbers) for you, this rooms has a terrible window view, a big wall and a hotel kitchen roof is all you will see (jail room-window style) no view to any street to sky or any parking lot, may be the same problem at the third floor room310 to 320 (even numbers) Im not sure at third floor check yourself.

The service from check in to check out was great! Check in was fast and easy. The rooms were beautiful and comfy. Check out was just as fast and front desk always had a smile.

Rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was not worth the cost. Indoor pool was OK for a quick kids swim. Gym had good equipment. 5.5 miles from the stadiums.

My employer held a work meeting there. The hotel was very nice and modern on the inside. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I am sure we will have another meeting there.

My experiences at any Garden Inn location have always been amazing, this location was no exception. Hotel is amazing. Rooms are wonderful. Only cons: the walls weren't any thicker than usual, and if you want to use your phone as your room key (which is very cool; I never had to go to the front desk) you need to use some kind of card, such as a credit card, to stick in the "master power switch" slot to turn on lights (this was meant for the room key). It was a very nice "green" idea, but not practical for those of us willing to try the cell phone room key.

I'm here with my family from CHI-TOWN, for my cousin's wedding reception. I'm so blown away by the exceptional staff here at HILTON garden inn. Yvette, jessica, and charwonda. They were so helpful, attentive to our needs. Theses three QUEENS services were above and beyond. Thanks ladies I pray your day is full of joy.

Great place to bring the family. They have a indoor pool that is really nice and fun. I recommend this hotel.

This place is brand new and it already sucks. Had bed bugs in our room and the manager tried to pretend like it wasn't a big deal. Deanna Hendrix suggested we go to another room or find another hotel. Since it was my spouses birthday we agreed to another room. The second room was gross with paper clip, bobby pin and chips on floor. That broke the straw and we left. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Loved the modern decor of this new hotel. The room and amenities were all perfect. Pool and workout rooms well maintained. The breakfast was good and servers friendly and attentive. Will use again as my 1/2 point home to Texas.

Right off of a major highway. Easy access Checkin is fast Staff friendly. Rooms have a living room separated by a bathroom. Refrigerator and coffee maker in each room. Full bar off of the lobby. Great variety of beer. Decent food menu. Small workout room and indoor pool. Enjoy your stay. 1 or 2 nights here is good.
