So clean & restful. Sets off highway. 4th floor had no traffic noise. Room wasn’t large but certainly adequate for our needs. Bed & bedding just right for my taste. It’s located near one of our favorite restaurants, Chuy’s, with Dave and Buster’s in same shopping center as Chuy’s. Easy to find. Staff very friendly as well as professional. 💯 ✅

Had to stay here while Plumbing was getting fixed at my house… the staffers were very friendly breakfast every morning was good, fresh cookies and infused water in the afternoon, hotel and rooms were clean, they offer free shuttle service to nearby places. Only recommendation is to have handicap accessible shuttle with wheelchairs accessibility.

Excellent hotel. This hotel has above average breakfast, great amenities, fantastic customer service, and hot coffee all day. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel. Clean room and quiet ac. Only complaint is pool closes at 10 and after that there is no place to sit outside and enjoy yourself.

Checked in at 4 pm, no rooms ready. Took 10 minutes to decide that room 229 was ready. Got keys, went to room, and it was still being cleaned. Mistakes happen, but it took 15 minutes to check in with a reservation. Room is really nice, with great layout and design. Air conditioner is ridiculously loud. Had to turn TV up to 30 on volume and down to 15 as air conditioner cycled.

Great Hotel! It was nothing fancy but it was nice and clean. It was worth every dollar spent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was on the lower end of “worth the money”, but is was acceptable. (On a side note, why do hotels always have paper thin bacon? ). I really like that our room had a picture of Judge Roy Scream. I have to think that there were picture of local attractions in other rooms. The only real problem, we got an accessible room and the electronic curtain was messed up and wouldn’t go up/open… sorry owner/management, we forgot to let you guys know. That being said, if were are back in the area, we will DEFINITELY consider staying here again! We will also recommend it to others.

I was previously employed at this location. Didn’t last long due to the fact roaches and bed bugs was found and not handled correctly. Besides the bugs the Trainers didn’t speak English and was rude.

Kids have been up here running around on the 3rd floor unsupervised for the past two days making noises and laughing even touching on the doors during the middle of the night! My friend paid for me to stay here to sleep while I'm in town and this experience hs been TERRIBLE. My friend complained to the front desk and all they had to say was, "Ok". Even the lady next door opened up to complain when we opened up our door to see what was going on. These rooms are too expensive to be having such a ghetto experience! We are going to complain to management since front desk seems totally indifferent. It's not their fault that kids are here unsupervised, but there should be action, or least a sympathetic reaction or response, when complaints like this are made. For the money, I hardly got any sleep! The actual room itself was lovely, especially enjoyed the big flat floor shower. Had a fridge, microwave, nice size T. V. Free cable, self controlled A/C, heater. They may need to install cameras and have security check the activity in the hallways.

Nice rooms. Very clean and well taken care of location. Staff were all great. Nearby restaurants and other things to do. Nice location.

Put my dad up there for a night at Thanksgiving. He's 85 and the staff were wonderful and the arranging a handicap accessible room and everything. Great Hilton experience.

This hotel was great! Was in a good location with nearby restaurants. The front desk staff, Amber, Pam and Mary were so wonderful and friendly! The first night we had loud neighbors upstairs and they moved us with no problem. Breakfast was good as well but the breakfast crew were a little rude. They recommend a 3rd party shuttle for transportation that was absolutely amazing no problem at all getting to and from AT&T Stadium! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

This hotel was very nice and clean. Great customer service. It exceeded my expectations. It's new and the rooms were very spacious. I would definitely stay again. I will also recommend this hotel to friends and family. Great job Hampton Inn.

This is a great hotel, great service, friendly staff and good breakfast. Coffee is great too. Gave four stars because I didn't really care for the bed but it could just be me. I'm pretty picky about beds so take that into consideration. Otherwise, great place to stay as most Hampton Inns are.

Rooms are clean overall. Could use some touching up of paint and carpet. It has been a nice stay so far.

This hotel is garbage. My family and I stayed in a room for one night and the day we checked out, we left our laundry bag in the room. I called the hotel and they said they'll check later. So the next day we called and they said all they found ONE shirt. How is that even possible. The housekeeping is stupid they most likely threw away the bag or stole it. Don't go here it's the worst.

Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff. Located near restaurants and entertainment. Pool was clean. Would go back.

1 night stop for travel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly, and the breakfast was OK. One criticism I have is that the hotel was warm. It's to be expected in the summer in Texas, but it was a bit warm in the common areas. The air-conditioning units in the room we're also super loud. Otherwise, good stay.

It's roomy. And I am only here for a night. The bed is clean and made; (as expected) and it's kind of a nice bathroom. Haven't tried the breakfast. Be willing to edit this if it is bad.

Please note my history of leaving nothing but 5 star reviews, this place deserves the 1 star rating. I go out of my way to leave good reviews. My family and I recently had a house fire. We were placed at this hotel. The staff are as friendly as they can be. Our family was greeted with smiles during every interaction. I noticed after the first night the sheets weren't being changed between clients. We were originally supposed to be moved to a different room as it had been booked previously. The room we were moved to was a closet and we requested any available larger room as I have 2 small children. We were moved back to our original room that had been "flipped" for new clients. My daughter had dropped her pizza on the sheets the night before. I noticed the same crusty pizza stain on the sheets. I dismissed it, never even addressed it with them. I justified it as I typically do. However, our family got bed bugs during our 2 week visit. I was civil about the ordeal, tried to be low key about it. My 4 person family was moved from a 2 bed suite into a 1 bed/ no bathtub/ no microwave room. Keep in mind, we are basically "living" here temporarily. Other than the move to a tiny room, nothing was ever done about it. They didn't offer to sterilize our clothing/bags. They literally offered nothing except tiny trial size Neosporin to address the very visible bites all over my arms and the rest of my family.

Great place! Quite. Really comfortable beds. Bathroom's could use exhaust fans, but other than that we were really happy with our stay!

It's 6:30 am night auditor in back office guests including myself are made wait till he notices us. When I asked if he got my laundry because he was not there earlier, he gets an attitude, people are laying keys on desk because he's not out at the desk. Not good, all other staff great.

Room service is very good. Very spacious and quiet location.

Quite location, the service was good. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are nice.

Hotel room is great, very clean, plenty of parking and room for parking with trailer. The staff doesn't seem to be the brightest as they were vacuuming the entire hall at 8pm. I can understand cleaning up a mess, but they were doing the entire hall. With a little common sense from the staff, this could be a great place to stay. Hopefully management can make some changes.

Well kept, nothing over the top great but they did a good job. Clean and just what I was looking for.
