Stayed while attending conference locally. Thought I drove, would have been close enough to walk to convention center. Restaurants also within walking distance. Hotels room allowed me to cook and store food over course of stay. Also has a small pantry (at cost) and self laundry area. May be a good place for a family coming for ball game or other amusements in area.

Great stay. Clean. Excellent speedy service.

It was a place to stay, that's it! The air conditioning unit was in the living area, which DID NOT reach to the bedroom. Therefore, it was very hot in the bedroom. The bathroom toilet flushed super slow and you had to hold the handle as it was flushing. The sofa bed mattress was so thin you can feel the springs. And I swear I felt stuff crawling on me. So, I would not recommend this particular hotel, unless you are in Dyer need of a place to stay like we were. But we've stayed at Candlewood before on base in San Antonio. It was sooooo much nicer. Maybe that's the difference. It was on base.

Location is great. Six flags, baseball stadium and football stadium are close. Lots of near by places to eat too.

Very impressed. W the home like Decor the client I visited was given all their privacy for him and his offspring I was very Amazed w the Accommodations!

The hotel room was nice! they have a lot of things you can get from the front desk to make your stay easy and convenient!

Difficulty checking in. Rates were different than what we booked online. Only room like we reserved was a smoking room. Smells awful. Room itself was okay and clean however but will likely find somewhere else the next time. Stayed in candlewood suites before and this one is probably closer to the bottom of the list.

Very Clean, I am a seasoned traveler and I would have never guessed that a Candle Wood Suites would be this nice. More than I expected. I have stayed at Hilton and Marriott properties and this hotel is on the same level or better. The only difference is the price is much cheaper and don't service breakfast or complimentary drinks in the evening.

Nice, well equipped, updated suites, great exercise room and laundry room. They even have a little grocery store. Parking is great as well. Facility is close to restaurants and easy access to highway.

We came at the same time as many other events in town and we had 13 in our group. Keep that in mind as I give you the pros and cons of our experience. Whatever website we used gave us a one bed room when in the past, in the same process, we had one one and a pull out bed from a couch. With three people to a room, this caused issue. They couldn't do anything to help because they were booked. Whomever we spoke to was very sorry and kind but her hands were tied. Later, a parent went to ask for extra blankets and was met with a rude response that she could try but she didn't think she could give us more than 3 (and with three to a room extra blankets were important). When checking out we had a kind staff who asked about our stay and made the process easy.

I needed a place for my and my dog to go during christmas during a divorce, reserved a room for Dec 23rd — 27th. But then the kennel and a friend said I could stay with them! I called and tried to cancel the reservation which was still 10 days away and the manager told me tno that I booked a non-refundable room, if I cancel I lose the whole rate for 4 nights stay. I honestly thought during the booking that he meant the entire stay would be paid upon checkin. Still, WHY would a cancelled reservation cost the entire rate unless you are just about money and not customer service? So now I am committed to spend over 500 dollars on a room I no longer need in 10 days from now, but will stay in for no reason other than the "policy" made is making me pay for it whether I stay there or cancel. And I pleaded with the manager for any resolution, and this candlewood suites manager did not care at all. Why? I could understand it if I called last minute. But yall could still rent the room. You choose not to. You choose to have a policy based on greed, not customer service.

Great service and very friendly staff. Great location for Six Flags, Rangers and Cowboys games. Rooms were clean however the beds were horrible.

Have stayed here multiple times, staff is always friendly and very helpful. Rooms are great and always clean. Location is near all the downtown attraction. Couldn't ask for more at a better price.

Nice hotel, close to the freeway and six flags. All rooms had small kitchens.

Great place to stay, have kitchen big freezer and is clean. The service is gentle and great attention. Made the mistake to forget my wallet and cellphone at the reception, immediately got a call giving me safely instructions to get my wallet back. I recommend this place.

Room was fantastic, and service is terrific. Location kind of stinks to get in and out of, but that's just because of traffic.

Comfortable and clean are the biggest reasons I liked this. The kitchen in our room saved us a good amount of money by not eating out and actually cooking our meals. Our room layout was very nice as well.

Oh my gosh they are so great! Every time we stay here the front desk remembers us! ' They are so wonderful! They have plenty of house hold Items like blenders games cooking supply. The rooms have been updated. We love the staff.

Fabulous We stayed at the Suites for work. Our first impression was fabulous. The employees were welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and spacious. We really liked the the kitchen space which are allowed us to eat in, instead of eating out every night. It was a good value for our money.

Front desk night lady was very rude and not helpful at all will never recommend anyone to stay here!

I booked this hotel because it was close to AT&T Stadium and Six Flags. I was there for Wrestlemania 32 and figured if traffic got too bad we could just walk back. Well, the hotel surprised me! It's a 2-star hotel, but it was very nice! My only complaint is that the night staff wasn't very friendly. Every night when I returned, 2 different females, neither of which spoke back to me when I greeted them upon entry. Other than that I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Very clean, and accommodating.

Just like home … very comfortable, take note: Add 20 dollars for the mandated snack room fee that has an open bar, with no Beer or Wine. The host talks fast and I hear real slow.

I called jus to check on the rate… today… the lady rushed me off the phn… acted like it was a prob to answer questions when we have 10 employees comin in and we all wldve needed atleast a 3 mnth stay… that's alot of business they jus lost!

Love everything about this place. Location, right next to amusement park, AT&T Stadium, Ranger baseball stadium. Everything is so convenient. Especially Arlington Highland. Service was so awesome the front desk ladies were so nice and welcoming. Definitely me and my husband's spot in Arlington.

Room want ready at check-in, loud hvac unit, noisy hallways and uncomfortable bed. Go elsewhere.

Just coming to the end of a three month stay here. I've been living in hotels for 75% of the last 3.5 years and have to say that I've never been as happy in a hotel as at the Candlewood in Arlington. Nice clean room, great bathroom, bed and TV. Excellent laundry, easy parking and overall pretty quiet. I've stayed in fancier places (you can tell by the number of useless pointless provided :-), but for me the Candlewood is tops. Oh and excellent web access, which for me is a must.

After having a Horrible experience the night before at another hotel, we stopped in and spoke with Freida at Candlewood. She was very sweet and since the only room available to accomodate us was a smoking room, she allowed us to go into the room to make sure that the smoke wasn't too bothersome since I have a son with asthma. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and the room was extremely nice and the bed very comfortable. The room had a pretty well stocked kitchen with everything we could have possibly needed for the weekend. The hotel was nice, but Freida is the reason we will continue to stay here everytime we go to Six Flags.

I stayed two weeks in this hotel. It is very clean. It has everything you need in the little kitchen, plates, pots and pans, etc. The hotel was just renovated. The fitness center is small but it has 2 trademill, 1 eliptical, 2 weight machines. I think it is a very complete hotel. Like every extended stay, they clean once a week, but you can get towels and sheet whenever you want. I was very happy with my stay :).
