Went to the restaurant attacks to the and very neat very clean food was excellent very home feel Chinese food was very authentic.

The staff is amazing and friendly I would give them a 5 if it was possible to rate separately. The room leaves a lot to be desired. I understand that it's a cheap room but they could take the time to repair holes in the wall and remove graffiti. Microwaves should be cleaned after each guest leaves, from the odor and pieces of food inside I'm guessing that doesn't happen here. You get what you pay for, it's not the worst place I've ever stayed but I recommend packing bug spray because the cockroaches are huge and EVERYWHERE.

My visit was to the restaurant for a take out order. I was there to pick up the order maybe 10 minutes past the time they quoted, as I had an errand to run on the way. When I arrived the order was not ready. I paid at that point and waited at least another 5 minutes. Once I got my order and went to my car I noticed they had given me the wrong soup. I went back in to get the correct soup, which is already prepared, took another 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was not impressed with the service this particular visit. As for the motel, the appearance of the property looks clean and kept up. They have a nice pool area in the central part of the property.

Absolutely disgusting. Our room had a broken mirror, exposed wiring for the outlets, m&ms on the floor, tissues in the drawer, and mold in the bathroom. Not to mention the light switch was broken so we had to turn on every light manually, and the bathroom door didn’t close. We heard a kid screaming in pain in the room over, and we’re very freaked out by it. Also the room had no smoke alarm which I’m pretty sure is a safety hazard. I would never stay at one of these Econo Lodges ever again. I have photos of each issue I described and will be sending them to Econo Lodge’s management to be sure they are dealt with.

Well the first room they put me in had a bed bug and a spider. Under the pillow. I went to the front deck when I spotted them the and. The gentmen place me in a another room he was very nice. I well be going back.

As charming and beautiful as downtown Columbus, GA is, is the level of disgust that the Econolodge is. The sign claimed the rooms were recently renovated, however, the front doors would not close, the walls had filth sliding down it. The showers were disgusting. The fridge looked liked a crime scene. The microwave looked as if it lost a fight with a bear. There was not a single working ice machine in the premises. And to make matters worst there is a roach infestation in the room. Oh and the A/C didn't work. Warning!

Such a cute little motel, feels like going back in time, very clean and owners seem very proud of it and take good care of their guests. We'll keep this place in mind if we are on the area and need a rest, was very impressed by how well kept everything was!

Bed bug bedbugs bedbugs. Have stayed there 5 or 6 times last two time bedbugs. This last time I received 17 bites. I travel all over the country and have stayed in some dumps but never had bedbugs. Don't take children there.

Bad experience here. Check in person was very nice but not well trained. She tried very hard to work out our check in issue. The room had a detached bathroom sink, hair in the tub and the bathroom light and 2 other lights were not working. Check out was difficult but the manager was called and over the phone he and I came to an agreement on upcharges. Breakfast was simple but good with a clean dining room. Would not stay here again.

They will screw you if you pay for two nights and tell you that you paid for one night… a ghetto nasty hotel with drugs.

Internet said they had 20 rooms available. I walked up to the window after checking there was no one there parking lot only 1/3 full and after knocking at the window the receptionist comes up and says sorry were full through the glass and walks off.

We stay here every time we come to Columbus which us usually 5-6 times a year. It's a hidden Gem, looks older on the outside but newer on the inside. Rooms have refrigerator and microwave!

It's was a great room, clean and comfortable, very friendly staff, especially the cleaning lady with the red hair. I wish I got her name.

When we first got in the room we kept getting glasses in our feet so we asked for a broom & the man said they didnt have one so we used a folder to sweap the glass up and Found a crack pipe behind the dresser we told him he said we probably put it in there, fridge makes sounds, roaches, shower broke, phone broke, holes in walls, ice machine don't work, drink machine don't work, barley any breakfast one day only had muffins, & rude employees.

Terrible experence, bad service, smoking room & they had no ashtrays, no courtesy cups, couldn't find remote for TV, only one towel, etc. Stay at Baymont Inn &Suites instead or Motel 6 on Veterans across from Waffle House.

If you stay here a week its $45.00 a night.

This nasty place doesnt desrve a star! My girl and I had a room booked: well we waited an hour past midnight for room. So we get to room 210 damn door wont open cuz no maintence man hired just some idiot that lies in early a. M. Anyways we get another room that turns out head board onff wall, used soap n drawer, black mold in fridge and a microwave so rusted it looked like it was found at the landfill! The dick had the audacity to ask why we didnt report it last night! If I aasnt so dog tired and passed out as soon as we got in I woulda! My girl didnt sleep she was so disgusted! When I woke she made me leave immediately! Dude puts out stall used pastrys! This guy thinks he has everyone fooled but he doesnt! I sent pics to "corporate" each pic I emailed got a reply saying same exact B. S. Apparently they know there hotels are dumpsters and dont care. I wouldnt pay more than $20 to stay in such filth id rather sleep in my vehicle! DONT GO THERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR $ on this prick!

Food is good for the value. Did not stay at the Inn.

It's a old hotel but the staff was wonderfully nice. The rooms were run down and the breakfast they had was nothing but two kinds of cereal.

Mini fridge made obnoxious noises. Sheets had dirt in them. No thick blankets, just sheets. One pillow case was stained, had 2 stained towels and shower curtain had stains. Paint on bathroom door was chipping. Customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. If you want a cheap hotel and dont mind a sketchy area this is the place for you, however was not the place for me. Wifi didnt work.

My stay was awful. It was in Columbus, Ga. First we couldn't get in our room the staff on duty had to let us in everytime we left the room. We had 2 rooms, both rooms only had 1 lamp and the bargroom light. Very poor lightning, one had no telephone, or microwave and the t. V. Don't work. The other one which the door didnt work, the telephone didnt work. We had to ask several times for fresh towels. And at end of our stay. We talk to the manager on duty and all he did was took $15 off each room which was awful… I do not recommend thus location to any one.

Average accommodations but very affordable.

Very poor service, towels not replaced when or if room was cleaned. Not properly billed, only charged for 2 nights instead of 3 had to ask why this wasn't done. Bed pillows with dirty pillow covers, had to be replaced. Cable exposed at door entrance. And not secured. Faulty lamp on desk with a short. Door had to be fixed to be secured. Night shift at desk busy playing with phone and not helpful regarding info in area. Better service at a animal shelter. !

The location was in Columbus GA and they where great clean rooms very nice and had a really good breakfast.

This place was terrible. The interior and exterior are in bad disrepair. The bathroom was falling apart and I am pretty sure the stains on the walls were blood. Find a better place to stay and avoid Econo Lodge in Columbus, Ga.

The office people tell you one thing and it does not happen I will never stay there again.

Wasnt a 5 star hotel but it did have bed. Air felt like it was never workin. Room never got cool. : (wouldnt come back.

Its not unusual for me to arrive at hotels late ai did here. So I didnt find out the shower didn't work until the next morning. The night clerk couldnt do anything so check out without showering. Had to pass back the same way so stop to discuss with manager not having an operating shower. He offered me $15 or open a room so I can shower. I shower at truck stops all thd time but not when i've paid for a room. Appear to have no concept of what customer service is.

General old Hotel, Clean, just a little musty, seriously they should just put hardwood in and solve that problem. Otherwise decent place for a one night quick stop like we needed.

We made an impromptu decision to stay here following a night wedding we attended that was an hour and a half from home. It was late as neither of us felt like driving, but didn't want to spend a lot of money since we would only be there a few hours. Mission accomplished. The mattress feels like you're sleeping on springs. The place is completely dated in both design and decor, and reeks of cigarette smoke (even after being moved to another "non-smoking" room). It was clean, but questionable. In the future I'll pay the extra money for comfort (and peace of mind).

I wish they had a spot for no stars. We had a check in but we weren't going to be in until 4am the next day. We called ahead of time to make sure the hotel processed our payment and knew that we would be late, the first woman we spoke with was very helpful. However, when we arrived there was no one here. No one was working. I was traveling with two very small children, who had been in the car for over 13 hours. 25 minutes after we arrived and had been calling and calling with my husband knocking on the door, an old beat up truck comes flying into the parking lot and a young blonde woman runs inside to check us in. I am so upset and disgusted with this kind of behavior from a professional establishment. I will never use them again.

The room was clean and fine. Walls are super thin, though, and there were people outside of our room talking at 2:30 am. Kept us up for a while. Also, breakfast bar is just cereal, stale coffee, and dollar store prepackaged danishes. We ate elsewhere… however, the room was decent for the rate we paid.

Awful! The rooms are disgusting. Paint had been scraped from the wall. Bathroom had feces on the wall. Sockets were open and not safe for anyone. Drawer was missing from dresser. Room smelled like smoke. … Made it through the night, my friend had to request a new room because there was a roach running around inside his. People were talking and yelling right outside our door until 3:00am. Honestly, I don't think this place should even be open. I'm sorry but it's not worth the $50 per night.

Very clean and updated hotel the staff here is super friendly, and made sure my family and I had everything we needed on a daily basis housekeeping and front desk personnel I give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you all for the awesome stay.

Reasonable prices given the season, but room is in poor condition. Cigarette burns on the bedsheets and shower head was filthy.

I've been in worse conditions. The staff is great. Always a hello, how are you, good morning, ectetera. There is coffee 24/7, but not in the rooms. The rooms look like something from the early 90s. The bathroom was always clean. The beds made up and trash emptied daily. There was graffiti in the bathroom. Evidently someone named PeaDub wants y'all to know he was there. Also the number 13 must be someone's favorite number, as it was carved into the sitting chair. By the way, that chair is as hard as the beds. Like I said, I've been in worse. I've been in better too. My stay here will be a few months long. I never had to worry about my stuff being stolen. The staff are very courteous and clean around my personal belongings. That brings me to mention the sticky surfaces. It's like years of built up human oils on the wood surfaces. I ruined a wash cloth scrubbing my room down. The bathroom vent had years of dust build up on it. The fridge is rusty but works. The microwave kinda works. After I leave this room, it will be cleaner than it has ever been. The next review if they get my room will be great. My neck just popped. That reminded me about the pillows. Bring your own or go to Walmart if you plan on staying a while. The front office people are very helpful in directing to local places to eat and laundromats. Remember, you get what you pay for. The calibor people that are here are not the same as at a $100/night place.

There were a few flies that kept bugging. Didn't know where they came from. There were no towels except the small towels that I normally use as a rug. There were spider webs above the corners of the walls (inside the room) and the beds were stiff. But other than that, you get what you pay for but I do have to say that the service was good. Very nice people.

For $50ish it's probably the best place you can be. Kinda hard to find the entrance from the main street. The rooms arn't terrible for the coast, there's a TV with cable as well. All in all it's not bad if you're on a budget.

From the exterior the Columbus Inn looks like something from the late 1960s, but inside our room had been recently updated and was in good condition. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

This has got to be the worst cum piece of trash I ever seen in my life. I found weed in the room, they were probably trapping it out. All the rooms smell like smoke whether it non smoking or not. I found ashes all over the floor but it's supposed to be clean, yea that was a lie. The towels had stains on them like they were not cleaned properly. The door to the room was messed up to I thought someone was going to rob us at anytime. It is a ghetto hole in the wall hotel if you like ratchet ghetto unprofessional business the encono lodge is the place for you. Read this review and still decide to. This place is equivalent to setting your money on fire and watching it burn.

The people are really nice, however the rooms are extremely dirty. I realize that it is probably the cheapest hotel in Columbus (around 60 for a night… and check out is at noon with the ability to pay 15 dollars more to check out at 3), but they do not clean the room. The walls are caked with nasty. Of all the hotels I've stayed at… cheap ones include… this was the dirtiest. At least wipe down the walls!

As a last resort was ok. Staff at front desk is nice. The hotel needs a serious upgrade.

I KNOW SQUATS AND HOMELESS shelters that are cleaner than this over priced cumotel! take a black light check your room before you LAY touch then put your fingers in your MOUTH. Location isn't worth the India price gouge. Turn this STD cumdump into an hourly motel would be best BYOH (HAS MAT SUIT)

When I tried to check in, they said their system was down. They needed to know the rate at which I booked the room thru travelosity for some fun reason. Travelosity was 'experiencing high volume' so they couldn't confirm the rate at which I was booked. Logistical nightmare. I've not yet got into the room I booked. It's been over 2 hours. They suggested I pay for my room with them and get a refund from travelosity. I said No. And finally convinced them to give me the room I paid for and asked they work out their paperwork problems on their own time.

Two thin pillows hard beds I got scabies from here after 1 month of out of town work tub didnt drain walkway in back smells like piss construction workers honk at six in the morning my coworker had to throw the phone book at the TV to get the picture back the fridges dont have shelfs no coffee makers sucky breakfast.

Horrible conditions, full time residents with pets in rooms, no modern updates, will not stay again.
