Tried calling several times to get a room — no answer, ended up booking online. It’s a nice place, walking distance to a gas station/Taco Bell. Rooms were clean and modern, comfortable bed and good cable. Nice bathroom too. Also they were pet and truck friendly which was a huge reason for staying.

My experience here was wonderful, the maids were very sweet comforting inn and as well as I want to start off by saying Amber the front desk clerk was so sweet she accompanied me awhile I talked to her daily and anything I needed help with she was more than happy to assist me. She I noticed awhile I stayed in the lobby was genuinely above and beyond a hard worker. She is the best customer service I have EVER had and I greatly appreciate the kindness she provided. The breakfast she cooked she was almost a server in itself. It was 5 am this morning and she waited on me and others as a wine and dine offering any condiments and she is a true person she smiles all that I have seen her. The hotel beds are super comfortable and the a. C. Works great varying any temperatures. The bathroom have big mirror and most of all I favored in the room was body mirrors. They even provide ironing board and iron and was fully loaded. They provided a great treadmill aux import and fan this was a blast. One thing I would recommend for this hotel to bring more service with clients and companies would be to upgrade and get a pool and Jacuzzi but overall this place was awesome. Once again to mention Amber really made my stay very interesting and proactive; wish there could be more people like her in this world.

Receptionist triples as bartender and cook after 5 p. M. Ridiculous how understaffed this place was!

Very clean and comfortable, lots of night shift oilfield hands which sometimes makes for a lot of noisy commotion at night.

Our room TV not working, a light out in our room, when call staff the two girls working the hotel that night was house keeping, no manager, no front desk, breakfast was empty and their was 10 guys drink beer at 7am in lobby with staff.

Good place but they will charge you anything they want if you extend your stay. I stayed for 109 a night and extended twice and the up charged without telling me. I have a bill for $246.38 FOR ONE NIGHT! make sure you ask how much before accepting it!

Great place to stay. Excellent staff, very clean and it also has a really cool bar downstairs. Slept like a baby. ;)

Has good conference room for meetings. The rooms look clean but I have never stayed in them.

Great people who take care of you. They have one of the few bars in town. And they buy your first one! Or at least at the moment. My room smelled musty so they offered me a new room and a extra beer! Again great people. Side note there is not much in that town.

I stayed here for close to a week for work in early June of 2016, and it was ok. The rooms were comfortable and cool and clean, as was the hotel. I think it's fairly new. It's kinda well located for Big Lake, being next to a big truck stop/travel center with a Taco Bell, so convenient for food and fuel. However, the "Free High Speed Internet", is abysmal. I got speeds of under 1mbps almost all the time, and it slowed down even more in the evenings when everyone staying there was on it. Also, the security doors for the hallways weren't working, so there was no preventing anyone from walking in the hotel after hours. Lastly, the included hot breakfast was pretty poor. They had one hot pan and a waffle maker for hot food, which might as well be called just continental. However, for Big Lake, there aren't very many options, and this is probably the best of all of them, at least until the new hotel across the road is finished.

Breakfast is horrible need to learn how to cook how do u meas up bacon and eggs.

I booked one of my crews to stay in 2 rooms and 6 days later after they check out I am charged one more night for both rooms. When I called I was told only the manager could do a refund. 2 days later she finally said she processed the return. 4 business days pass and I had been told that in 2-3 business days I should receive it. I called upset but without cursing at the lady manager and in the middle of the conversation she said that if it happened to her she wouldn't be calling b*tch*ng about it everyday. The worst motel or hotel manager I have ever encountered.
