Review of InTown Suites Extended Stay San Antonio TX - Seaworld 2*

Note: this location HAS NOT been remodeled yet like the other locations is what front desk told me. So be prepared to walk into a room with carpet that is no longer plush but matted down due to long overdue needed replacement and heavy usage from all the foot traffic, spilled food/drinks, and who knows whatever else is in it. Beds are of the cheapest mattresses EVER. You feel every single bed spring within and it bottoms out when you sit on due to springs being so worn. I don't get QUALITY SLEEP on this mattress, but I do get sleep. Appliances, furniture, and TV's and A/C's are outdated in these rooms. TVs are flatscreens but picture/cable quality is poor. There is room cleaning service once a week, but apparently the vacuums they use must not work too well, because my carpet shows an attempt was made but was not successful at being cleaned. Roaches spotted on days 1 thru 3 of my getting a room here. Told front desk — — they came and sprayed and so did I with my own can of Raid. Haven't seen any more roaches since. Maintenance was very quick at replacing my AC unit that wasn't cooling too well. Took him only 5 mins. To replace the unit, now it's super cool in my room. Walls are very thin — — so thin that I hear my neighbors normal conversations without them having to talk loud… which means they probably can hear mines too. There's a "no-pets" policy but you still see people having their dogs in their rooms — — dogs of all sizes. Laundry area on site which you pay for. Not too satisfied with the place in all, but I'm glad I'm only here for 2 weeks only.
