Investing and getting positive returns is all I ever wanted and am glad I found it. Thanks Mrs Hendrick Jennifer for your great skills of mining and trading in my account, very diligent in her work. All I did was to invest $500 and within 7days she made $6, 500 profit for me. Contact MRS Jennifer via Email: hendrickjennifer550@gmail. Com whatsApp number: +13523402962
Such beautiful scenery and very accommodating to our party!
Excellent service from all staff especially bianca, very nice atmosphere this long week. Very nice experience.
This place is a dump! At check in my card kept declining. Turns out it was something wrong with the machine but how embarrassing as there was a line of people behind me. Finally get my tired, crying kids to the room and the guy gave us wrong room number so key wouldn’t work. Pools are gross. Rooms aren’t clean. Air vents have dust hanging out of them, rust around sinks, bathtubs. There is a hole in our bathroom wall. Coffee maker didn’t work, brought another one up and it didn’t work either. I let my son crawl on the room floor for just a few minutes while I was getting dressed and his legs were black. (I attached pic) They don’t shuttle to Sea World anymore so you have to pay to park here, plus pay to park at Sea World. I will never ever stay here again. I expect more from a Hilton.
Extremely rude staff, bad internet service, food is terrible and it's HOT — a/c does not work throughout the hotel. When report was made to the manager, his response was that HE was comfortable. Very disappointed.
"We love the location being so close to sea world, and the property is absolutely beautiful inside. We also liked the ambiance inside and sitting by the fire at the Hill Country Cafe having an awesome breakfast! " Lisa and Chris R.
Great customer service … awesome personal.
Great venue and event staff.
This location is very nice. The staff was helpful and polite. I stayed for business but it felt like a vacation. This is definitely a place I would revisit in the future.
My small child brought me a handful of mystery unmarked pills during our stay here. She found them spread all over our hotel floor. No one at the hotel was able to help us. I was told multiple times a manager would call me, they never did. Finally after multiple follow ups on my part I was able to speak to someone that assured me I would be refunded. Month later still haven’t seen that refund. Have followed up twice since that phone call. Nothing. Extremely disappointing. Don’t stay here if you expect any sort of cleanliness, safety, or customer service.
We loved our stay. I'm so grateful for the hospitalityover the holidays. Staff are always willing to help and greet and were awesome. We requested a refrigerator and microwave =brought up promptly. No wait. I feel the staff here go out of their way to accommodate within reason. The pools are a bit chilly (winter time btw-lol), but hey, kiddos love the pools. Hot tub was perfect. Out door movies on the weekends, toasty smore kits cheap at the front desk for the many fire pits out back. Less than 5 minutes to seaworld. Breakfast was awesome 👌-best breakfast staff. Bartenders and food great too! great service is hard to find. We'll be back!
Housecleaning never came to clean our room even though we asked several times at the front desk. We finally had to ask for clean towels from a staff member. We have been going for the last 11yrs and has never seen the hotel sooo unorganized or unprepared for the holiday weekend.
This was my first time staying here and I have to stay I was pretty disappointed. Arrived and it was a very long line to check in (with staffing issues — I understood). Kids wanted s’mores (advertised), they ran out (waited in long line for nothing). Kids wanted to swim (advertised heated pool), NOT heated (ice cold). Got to room, no hand soap and short towels. Swung by front desk and they said they would send some, never happened. Woke up and called again and asked for hand soap, said they would send some — nothing. Called again 30 minutes later and said they would bring some up, brought up two body washes. Called again and they finally brought up some face soap. Later that night came back and asked for s’mores, they were out again — shocker. So bummed kids, again. Pool still freezing cold. Kids used hot-tub and got out and no clean towels (dirty ones everywhere) and had a long walk to the room with no towels. Total waste of $.
Amazing experience. Best customer service.
Very nice and clean. Large pool areas, 3 if them. Good customer service.
This place has great potential. It has the space for Hilton to do something like Hilton Anatole in Dallas. But as it is now, it’s snooze fest. The whole pool area needs a revamp. There is NO SHUTTLE to sea world despite the multiple travel websites that list that as an amenity. There should be a shuttle. Workers are nice. Rooms were clean. But don’t expect more than a Hampton Inn.
As much as I want to like the place, it’s overpriced for what you get. No hot breakfast, no restaurant, no bar. But you pay as if those things still exist. I feel they should offer more than they give.
Do not stay here. You will be better off staying in one up the street! Horrible customer service among many other problems like dirty sheets being left in our room even tho they just cleaned it. Got there at 4 check — in time but yet wasn't aloud to get a room till 7 because they didn't have any clean rooms. The ladies at the front are rude. Seems that's a common issue that's not going to be address. Yes it's a hop skip and jump away from sea world but not worth it. Worst experience hotel wise for our kids first family vacation!
We had rooms reserved for well over 2 weeks. Check in time 4pm. We got here and were told that they did not have any clean rooms. Got all 3 rooms at about 730pm then when we got to one of the rooms it had dirty sheets and dirty laundry left in the room. For the price they want for the room, they need to do alot better with their services.
I can't say enough about how wonderful the management and employees have been here. They have been calm and empathetic with a difficult group of people during this Texas ice crisis. Most of all the kindness to elderly and young families. I work at the airport and would be blessed to have such an amazing staff. One of the few hotels who did not price gouge in San Antonio. Thank you Hilton family and maintenance staff from Nancyleah.
I wouldn’t recommend giving your business to the property. Booked a room for a family friend and due to icy road conditions they weren’t able to make the trip. The property would not let us cancel the room and were not helpful at all.
Very clean place with awesome staff.
We stayed for 3 nights and overall was a decent experience. Hotel is relatively nice and clean and we felt safe walking around and sleeping in our rooms which is my top priority. A/C was a little weird, didn’t seem to work properly. We also brought our 2 dogs which was nice to be in a pet friendly hotel except for the high pet deposit. Checking out I was also charged double which the receptionist let me just walk out without a question, luckily my wife caught it on the receipt and eventually we were able to fix it. (I will still be checking my bank account just in case. ) I felt like there was an absurd amount of random charges that added up to a lot. Especially the fact you have to pay $10 a day for parking. While you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. Receptionists are nice but don’t really explain every charge well. And lastly as we were packing up and leaving my wife found a baby roach on her suitcase in our room. Not cool. Guess I was expecting a little better from a Hilton, wasn’t a terrible experience but next time we visit I’ll spend my money for a nicer hotel.
Good experience, friendly staff.
Funny story, aside from all of the other issues we had during our stay. We asked the night of check in and the next day if a microwave was available for use and were told “no” on both occasions. My husband and I finally caved in and purchased a $40 microwave for our hotel room because we needed it to heat bottles and food for our baby. Upon checkout we took OUR microwave home with us. I thought it was off when the front desk attendant came out to our car as we were packing and asked what room we were in. I told my husband he should go back in to find out why, because she probably assumed we took one of their microwaves. He went back in and asked why she inquired and was told “oh we are just double checking due to COVID, because our guests forget to tell us when they leave”. No mention or question about OUR microwave. Well low and behold we check our card statement today to find out we were charged $275 for OUR microwave that the attendant assumed was Hilton’s yet never once asked. Oh and they never delivered one to us because “it wasn’t available”, we have the receipt from the San Antonio Target, left the box for housekeeping to dispose of AND came into the hotel with an unopened microwave, which they can gladly look back at any camera footage for. To tell you that we are livid is an understatement. These diamond members will no longer be staying at Hilton hotels or resorts!
It's a nice quiet hotel. Loved my stay there.
Yes. Definitely. Good customer service, friendly staff and great pool environment for adults and the kiddos.
5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Out of all the Hotels & Hilton locations I've stayed this one is the Best by Far. This location has moved to the top of my list. I stayed in the 1 bedroom suite w/balcony & my view of the courtyard was amazing
The room was so spaci6i felt like I was in a full upscale apartment. Now all the other properties will have to step up their game when I travel again.
We simply stayed with great hotel hospitality the only bad thing is that it doesn't include breakfast.
Great services
Me and my family had a great time.
One night stay for a wedding and everything was perfect! Ladies at check-in were great and help guide me to Helotes Gardens at Old Town:) ) Richard was super at the bar! Room perfectly clean. Thank you all for a GREAT memory!
Nice spacious rooms. Had an event there and had some issues with staff. Took alot of time to come to a helpful solution. Many workers unable to communicate in english and continuously entered our event space filled with thousands of dollars of prizes. Being a military group we felt this lack of security and supervision of individuals unable to communicate was not thought out.
Very nice staff. Of course we did carry our own bags up to our room. I thought being a nice hotel like this they would fo that for you, but other than that it's been good.
Nice, clean, personal friendly & attentive.
Immaculately clean, Staff are very courteous and accommodating. We had fun and will sure be back.
Very courteous staff and beautiful grounds.
Visiting Seaworld for the first time. Like that the hotel is close and there is a complementary shuttle back and forth. Also kid friendly pool, free movie in courtyard and fire pits to make s’mores.
This is an awesome place to stay! The people are super friendly and helpful!
It’s not a five star hotel but the value for the room rate is five star. Huge suites, tubs not just showers for the kids, friendly staff. Pool bar for dad. What more do you need? Free ride to sea world to save parking $ is icing on the cake. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.
Great customer service at the front desk. There was a gentleman there and helped me with a fan that I bought and gave me some batteries so it would operate. I'm so sorry I cannot remember his name but he was excellent and customer quality assurance. I will be back!
The rooms are very comfortable, staff is very friendly. We sat at the bar for a quick bite and a beer for lunch, had the pepperoni flat bread and it was really good. Joey the bartender was a delight to talk to, especially after several stressful hours traveling to get here.
Rude staff, lack of response for repairs, housekeeping asked what we needed, we said towels they never came back. There is no parking for hotel guests because there are 2 events going on and instead of planning for event parking to be across the street; hotel guests have to park across the street. Staff and manager argued with us in the lobby about the cost of breakfast buffet after we were told by staff our room included breakfast then told it wasn’t after we ate. This could have been handled differently. And who decides who pays $19 each for breakfast and who gets it included. Very unprofessional all the way around!
We had such a great time over Spring Break! The staff was amazing. The outdoor games were so fun. And we loved the outdoor movie and s’mores. Can’t wait to come back.
Breakfast was amazing. Staff are great and very welcoming. Melissa Oblach was great! She was great with her customer service and she is multi-lingual. She can converse with people in multiple languages which made me feel at home. Highly recommend!
We stayed 2 nights, it was a beautiful very clean room but one if the bad thingd was the Wi-Fi it didn't work for our son to play his ps4. The other thing was the no complimentary breakfast. We called the receptionist never answered!
Excellent service from everyone I encountered. Fantastic breakfast, and our king bed was not hard as a rock! For those who complained about the rate, the amenities, or some other nonsense, wake up and take responsibility for your own actions! You don't have to book there if you don't like the rate! Look at the website if you want to see what is available as far as amenities! Who do you think would have correct info? Expedia? Stay here and enjoy it!
Wonderful hotel and staff! The amenities were awesome, the pool is so well staffed and maintained! They had a whole schedule of evening activities for the fam including a dive-in movie and delicious BBQ hot dogs/hamburgers prepared in the courtyard by super friendly staff. The location was ideal for our sea world visit and we were given tons of discounts to use at the park! They also offer shuttle service to the theme parks. The beds were comfy and the shower and jet tub in our suite were incredible. I am a Nurse and it is very rare that I feel like hotels are clean enough but this one exceeded my expectations by far! We even managed to upgrade our standard room to a suite for only $25 more. The only thing I felt could use improvement was the morning breakfast buffet. Although we recieved ours complimentary, it was not very tasty and seemed very understaffed (which was very surprising). The staff that was working in dining were so hardworking, I felt really bad for them, they definitely needed more support but it seemed to me that it was situational and probably had some call-ins or something. Overall, the value cant be beat and if you are visiting any of the theme parks, let the front desk know, they are the best!
The hotel was amazing. The location was perfect for the weekend. Loved the fire pits and outdoor theater and the beds were comfortable. We were going to Sea world and the shuttle took us and saved us 20 dollars in parking and the hassle, a nice surprise. The shuttle drivers were knowledgeable, professional and VERY friendly! This is our new hotel each time we come to town.
The hotel was very clean and had a helpful and friendly staff. They had a nightly interinary for families that included, games, movies, sea world fireworks, etc. We were given a room at the very end of the long hallway on our floor. Normally this wouldn't be an issue what so ever. However, I feel like at 32 weeks pregnant with twins it is very obvious that I'd rather not do any more activity than is necessary. The beds weren't the most comfortable in our opinion. We have never had an issue with hotel beds at embassy suites but at this Hilton they were kind of terrible. We both woke up with sore backs and it really made me miss my bed. (We are in our 30s for reference) Rooms have no mini refrigerator which we didn't like as we like to store cold water, etc. I think they could easily improve their services by offering things like free popcorn during the movie hours/activities. Overall our feelings with our stay were just okay. We didn't feel cheated out of anything but definitely felt like this Hilton fell short and has room for improvements.
After a grueling drive along I-10, I was greeted by Anna the front desk supervisor. In a single word, she was outstanding. She is the picture and model of hospitality. Anna alone is the reason why me and my family will be staying at this property again in the near future. There may be other properties with more amenities buy their service can't compare!
Booked a room with a courtyard view. The only thing we could see was a tree in front of the window. We stayed two nights. Both mornings there was no hot water.
The food was good. Mainly we where there for the pool. Just to relax and get away for the weekend. The pool was dirty by the way.
I travel a lot and use points for free stays. I will not be picking this hotel again to go back to. The room with the tree view did it for me.
My reservation through a third party wasn’t right. I called en route and a nice man helped me get started. But I had 3 reservations for a 4 day stay. The next morning Marji the front manager took care of so many things. Kept my luggage and got it to new room while we were out. Cut down to one reservation. She made everything so easy. Thank you so much! Our spur of the moment trip was great.
The courtyard and the pools look nice. The rooms were also nice but they don’t have a mini fridge or microwave in the room. They do have mini fridges on request. When we booked we requested connecting rooms. When we arrived we found out our rooms were not on the same floor and to switch to connecting rooms would cost $60 per room. The doors to the connecting rooms only open 90 degrees so it’s awkward to go through. We took the shuttle to Sea World 2 days which was nice not having to worry about parking, but both days we had to call the hotel to come pick us up at the end of the day because the driver did not follow the schedule he gave us.
We stayed 3 nights here for a family vacation to sea world. We had 2 adjoining rooms that each had 2 queen size beds. The rooms were very nice with plenty of room for our 4 year old to run around. Also there wasn't a problem with noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms which was nice considering we have an infant. So we didn't have a problem with her being wolken up or her disturbing anyone else. I also really enjoyed the extra plug ins located in the base of the table lamp. The customer service was amazing to. When we arrived we realized there was not a fridge or microwave in the room. We were okay without the microwave but since I my youngest is nursing I needed to be able to store milk for her, and when we asked the front desk they had a large mini fridge delivered to the room 10 minutes later. Also they provided a shuttle to SeaWorld and back which saved us a fortune on parking and saved us the long walk from the parking lot as it dropped us off right by the park entrance. We would definitely come back.
Did not have a very good stay. Although they did do cute flower pedels since we were staying on our wedding night. The bathroom had clumps of hair in it, the bathroom floor was filthy and the shower handle fell off because it was loose and hit my husband's foot. We called for house keeping, after about an hour we decided to just clean it ourselves because they didn't show. Appreciate the cute flowers and towel geese but would have appreciated a clean room more. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.
We loved the Hilton resort we stayed there 3 days while they finished building our new home. Except on our 3rd day there we moved rooms when I finally got to the hotel that night from a long day at work I went to our room and our key did not work, I went back to the front desk and told the young lady at the counter she says " oh I'm sorry you checked out today" I said "No we extended our stay and moved rooms" she says "are you Williams? " I said no we are Vela she says "you are not in room *** you are in room *** I said well all our stuff is in the 1st room you gave us! " She said "you can go get your things out and move them" I walk up there again at 10pm pack up a cart full of luggage and move everything to another room, by now it's almost 11pm and I still have yet to settle into my room. Needless to say I was very upset. My husband works nights and he was not happy that I had so much trouble getting settled in after a long day. Other than this incident which was handled very poorly by the girl at the counter I would have given them a 5!
Went to Sea World for the weekend. Three minutes from the main gate. Room was nice, if a little tight. Breakfast was good, and the employees were very helpful and super courteous. Back porch fire pits were great on a cool spring evening.
I had a wonderful customer service encounter with Ernest. When I called and asked if I could arrange something special for my daughter's Birthday because she was there for a work event, he told me no problem and arranged to give her and upgrade on her room and a nice surprise of a balloons, cake and a signed card. She was very impressed with her surprise. The rooms look beautiful and the staff is the best.
We had a great stay here — we wanted something close to Sea World and hill country and this was perfect. We got a suite so our toddler could sleep on the fold-out couch. There was a rain shower and jetted tub that were really nice, and the beds were soft and comfy. We liked the balcony but it doesn’t look like many people use it because our first night there was a glass left by a previous hotel guest that was missed. Hotel was quiet, never had issues with hearing other guests. This hotel has an easy and quick drive to lots of local restaurants as well as into downtown San Antonio. Our toddler really loved the kids walk-in pool. They also had two other pools, and the landscaping was really pretty. There was an issue with getting our room cleaned one evening but the hotel resolved it after we talked with the front desk. The staff was very responsive to any requests we had and the downstairs bar restaurant was pretty good.
The customer service here was great. Very professional. The pools and hot tub were nice. Rooms were comfortable. I did not hear a peep from anyone, the walls are sound proof!
Stayed there for a weekend. About 15-20 minutes from downtown San Antonio. Has a very nice courtyard to hangout in and a pool.
I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. I took my family for our first family vacation in 3 years to this hotel to enjoy Spring Break, Seaworld and had high expectations due to the brand being a Hilton. I arrived to unexpected construction. I actually get that this sometimes happens, so that was not the deal breaker. After a long day at Seaworld, my family and I arrived back to our hotel room. After my daughter used the restroom in our room, we noticed that there was something wrong with the toilet. We ended up calling the front desk, and they said they would send someone up in the 10 minutes. After 30 minutes again, they let us know it would be 10 more minutes. After 1 hour, they sent someone up, and to our shock, we noticed that the flooring of the entire room was soaked in water. We asked if there was another room or a neighboring hotel in which they told us "no. " They had no solutions for us, and the hotel room was not a livable situation for our kids. We ultimately had to drive back to Austin at 10:30 p. M. At night. The manager on duty said she would comp our stay. When arriving back, I called Expedia to make sure that we got the credit. They said they did not get any info from the hotel and could not reach the hotel manager. It has now been over a week and no one has followed up from the hotel or Expedia.
Very nice clean. Staff wonderful! Stayed hospitality floor. It is closed on the weekend but you eat free in restaurant. THE place to stay for Sea World — They have a free shuttle to take you! Would definitely stay there again!
Over all I guess it was a good stay. The hotel was under construction, pools closed, only got 3 towels every day, even though we booked the room for a family of four. Make sure not to bring outside food to their courtyard. We were asked to take our food to the room. You can only eat food in their courtyard that was purchased (way overpriced) at the hotel restaurant. Even though it was already closed when we were trying to peacefully eat our dinner!
Newly replaced carpet really refreshed the experience. A church meets in their conference room on Sundays. Check them out Alamo Community Church.
The location is convient to Sea World, the outside looks nice but once walking in we notice renovations which was fine, however when we go to the room whomever cleaned the room did a poor job. The carpet felt crummy and dusty, the food was over prices and high and after leaving and coming home the next night I notice what I thought was a masquito bite, but realized my son and husband started to get the same bites after a couple of days. We experienced being bite by BED BUGS. Stayed on floor 2 room tried to call to advise hotel not even to get money back which I deserve but for the next person that stays there.
Incredible customer service, especially by the front desk staff and the banquet staff. The hotel is also very pretty, and did a good job of making our large group feel at home. There were some inconveniences with rooms, which is why it gets a 4/5, but the staff dud try to respond as fast as possible to our issues.
This is a beautiful hotel with tons of amenities. The grounds were well maintained and I love the sea world theme. From the moment we stepped through the doors to the time we left the customer service was top notch. We didn't get her last name but Anna that works at the front desk was the biggest help during our stay, she was awesome. We definitely want to come back soon.
This place is really great. I would like to come back soon from Burkina Faso West Africa.
Wonderful experience for my family if 3! They have fire pits and supply makings for smores, they have movie night out at the pool my boys personal favorite, they have food and beverages sold at the pool, they have 3 different pools one for toddlers, one geared more for adults, and one for all ages. The service was friendly and professional. Their breakfast buffet was yummy.
Purchased from Hotwire. 2 Nights. Room was dusty. Swear I heard a washing machine or dryer the first night. Could hear all conversions in the hall. Wall paper was torn in a few spots. No kitchen in room as advertised. If I hadn't had paid what I did, I would be upset about the standards of this place. I won't be going back.
The only thing good about this hotel is the front desk staff. Resevered a room with 2 queens and a courtyard view. I made the reservations 6 weeks out. Got there and they had given given my room to someone else. I ended up with a king with a view of nothing. The next day we had to change rooms. Such a hassle. The next day we asked for our room to be cleaned while we were out. Came back and room wasn't cleaned. Someone on the cleaning staff had said we had a dod sign on our door. No true. We had even stopped at the front desk and told them. Then the room heater didn't work. After 3 trips of people trying to fix it one gentleman flushed the filters and it worked. The filters were black with gunk on them. Will never stay there again. And will not recommend to anyone!
Upon check-in we had a shower with clumps of hair in it. On night two after being gone all day we came back to the hotel with blood stains on our sheets. Completely unacceptable. The mattresses are spring filled in your back and the pillows are five years old and completely flat.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The only good things: sound isolation between rooms, strong A/C, no weird smells. Front desk person most unhelpful. First kept messing up my name. She thought we had one room reserved when we actually had 2. Lied that rooms in other floors were full and stuck us in the basement. She didn't even know where the other entrances of the hotel were. The key cards are terrible, lots of people seem to have ones that don't work. Beds are old, got bruised by a broken spring on one side of the bed. Carpet looked like it was never vacuumed. Ice bucket had stains from tea or coffee, like it is never cleaned or sanitized. Corners of the tables and TV with dust, indicated poor room cleaning.
Couldn't ask for a better place to stay when visiting Sea World. Staff is very gracious and took wonderful care of our little family! Margie at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

RespondGreat hotel. Needed a microwave to warm up my food and they brought one to my room. This hotel is clean and has plenty of amenities.
Really beautiful grounds. Love the relaxing atmosphere and feel. Really does seem like you've gone a million miles away.
The rooms were dirty as well as the hallways. The staff was nice and welcoming. It is not a well kept up hotel.
I went there for a job fair event. The conference rooms were large and spacious. The staff was very friendly directing me to the correct location.
Excellent place to relax, excellent rooms very comfortable and spacious, very close to d Is Word, the staff Excellent, they speak in your language they are very friendly and are always on the lookout for guests and very affordable prices.

We stayed here during hurricane Harvey. We had a family emergency and drove from Indiana to this hotel. We arrived late due to going to the hospital first. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We ordered room service because we were exhausted and the staff was terrific. The food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to everyone that is looking to stay in the area.
Bad start but perfect ending! James was awesome! It's a great place for families going to Sea World! Movie nights and S'mores where great for my Grandsons! Need to provide more update beverages at the bar pool area! I did not find 3 pools! Needs a gift shop so you can purchase snacks and personal needs! Primo the shuffle driver was an awesome addition to the Sea World ride! Make sure you get a room 4 th floor or higher and pay for a balcony it's worth the monies! Hilton needs to update this Hotel! Thanks James for all your help!
We really enjoyed ourselves. I only had 3 little complaints. 1. There was not a fridge or microwave in the room. 2. When we looked under the bed for a show we found a half eaten rotten apple and 3. When they cleaned the room, they didn't leave new soaps in the bathroom. We were a family a 4 and we used almost all the soap the first night we were there. Other than that the staff was friendly and the manager helped us make my baby girl's birthday special by having cheesecake waiting for us in the room.
Very nice hotel. Great service with excellent staff. Eric was a huge help when we lost our folder with all out tickets. He came through in a big way! Best guy ever! We will stay here again. And swimming pools, outdoor movies, and roasted marshmallows are fantastic.
Overall it was a decent hotel. The room was clean, but we had issues with the shower and water pressure, and the AC unit would make a very distracting noise. If you want a microwave or fridge, you actually have to rent it. That was a bit ridiculous to me. I went to all of the floors and checked the vending machines to find they were all sold out. The front desk had no answer to why that was the case. Luckily they do sell snacks/drinks at the front desk. They do have 3 pools, but they were very small. The outdoor area with fire pits were nice though. Customer service was hot and miss, but overall not a bad experience.
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I liked the hotel. They could have used more/ better light fixtures in rooms. It seems all the lighting is at the main lobby. The carpet in our room was dirty. I don't mean there were debris, I mean that I walked with socks on only that turned black minutes after that. We requested a crib and a small fridge and they were delivered promptly (there is no fridge in rooms). Also breakfast was not on par with Hilton I am used to in Washington DC.

If you are with children and going to Seaworld or amusements in that area fine! This hotel needs lots of work. The property is old and in need of refurbishing, although clean. The room we received was in serious need of bathroom remodel and repair. The toilet hardware was not working and kept constant flush unless we jiggled the handle. The spa tub was filthy and using the old water jet system which is not very hygienic. There was mold on the jets. The shower was about the size of a coffin (3'X3') and hard to move within and bend down to soap down. Because of that the floor outside was flooded every time a shower was taken.
The staff is apparently new and recent turnovers. Leadership is lacking as we experienced in the restaurant with new staff not being interested, attentive or knowing how to serve and attend to customers. We needed to talk to the manager, Kathy who tried her best to meet needs. The buffet was pretty poor with hard scrambled eggs, cold cut potatoes and terrible coffee.
On top of all of that the front desk staff wasn't too interested in knowing how our stay worked out. On checkout the front desk staff who was training a new person asked how was our stay? … We proceeded to tell her and identify all of the issues. She didn't acknowledge our issues and comments and just proceeded to give me a receipt… I hope this isn't the Hilton model for employee training. For us being Hilton diamond members I would have expected immediate attention and concern.
Very disappointing! As a diamond member of Hilton we were given a view of a roof top after paying $300 a night for a suite. We assumed the suite would have a better view so we paid extra for the upgrade. When we sat on the balcony my wife and I could not even have a conversation because the HVac units on the roof below were so loud. The room itself had musty smell. The wallpaper in the bedroom and the bathroom is not even glued to the wall all the way. The shower floor was stained and appeared dirty. The tub had functioning jets but also appeared dated and stained. The "executive lounge" was under construction that they advertised as a privilege for diamond members. It is very close to Sea World and offers a shuttle service to the park and the common areas are pretty nice but I really expected more for what we paid. I will not come back to this location!
Let's start with check-in. We added an extra day to our stay, and paid upfront for the extra night. We proceeded to unpack, and went to the restaurant to grab a bite to eat. I had a burger, my wife a chicken sandwich, and my little girls, 3 and 5 yrs. Old had mac and cheese. I had a glass of tea, my wife a glass of chardonnay, and 2 kids lemonades. The bill was $94.94 total after I tipped 15%. I was unaware of a mandatory gratuity, and and we will address that shortly. The next debacle happened with the phone system, I and my wife made 6 calls to Guest services from our room between 7:00 pm and 7:45 pm to request they fix the toilet, finally resorted to turning water off myself and going downstairs myself to get assistance. The 2nd day we go downstairs for breakfast and have the buffet, 2 adults and 1 kid. Kids under 5 eat free. The buffet was nothing more than a choice of eggs, sausage, potatoes, corn flakes, and yogurt. The coffee was decent, but that was it. Total bill $46.97. After a long day at Seaworld we decided to order room service for kids and wife only, same issue. 2 orders of kids macaroni, and chicken sandwich, told by food services, was $30.00. Get the bill when food is brought to room totals $50.44. Apparently they charge a order delivery fee to take it to your room and the mandatory gratuity. Needless to say, that was the last meal we had with this hotel, for the price it was completely "Outrageous".
As a diamond level member I didn't even get member floor. No upgrade offered. In fact check in was not memorable at all. Barely even looked at me. Ice machine was broken on my floor. Toilet kept flushing until I fixed it. Lots of lack of detail in this place. Oh yeah when I took a shower the water drained out really slow.
Awful. Gone totally downhill. Original room, checked in, dropped my stuff off, left to go downstairs for dinner, got back to room… bathroom was flooded. Leaking from The RECESSED light, of all places. Had to move my stuff to a new room… although the new one is DRY, the recessed light in the new one, is hanging out of the ceiling. As a Hilton Honors member, I Will not stay here anymore. Courtyard/Marriott down the street is way better surprisingly. As many Hilton rooms I have booked, wasn't offered an upgrade, nothing. Never again.
Everything is very nice, except the shower… Ironic for a spa hotel. Mine didn't drain, which seems like something you should be aware of from the last guest, or at the very least have noticed during cleaning. Also one of my lamps didn't turn on. Seems like the room turnover isn't handled great. That said, everything else has been great.
Hotel was mediocre. The restaurant and bar downstairs would get my highest rankings as we ate in house and ordered room service and both were stellar, in addition to friendly waitstaff. The spa was the biggest disappointment. Tiny area, poor amenities and super unprofessional massage therapists. Staff continued to trudge through the quiet waiting area several times making loud noises. The male massage therapist for me and my hubby's couple massage was running 10 min late (meaning he couldn't make it to work on time). After being talked into the couples massage bc of the wonderful ambiance, the room was way too tiny to create anything of a relaxing ambiance. I had the male therapist bc my husband was uncomfortable with a male and I didn't have a problem with it. Let me say, he definitely crossed the line and rubbed areas that made me uncomfortable where I had to put my leg down so he would stop. I get massages regularly so I know what is appropriate for a male or woman and he crossed the line. Apparently my husband said he had never been rubbed so much on his booty either. To top it all off, when I checked out the receptionist tried to get me to leave gratuity when I was told over the phone that was included in a couples massage. Thank goodness I was paying attention! Not that I would have left a tip at all. Such a disappointment. Will not be returning and hope others will be warned.
This place is horrible. First I get there & the suit we asked for air wasn't working. So we had to get a smaller room. She gave us a lower price & said we can move to the suit the next night. But while stAying my first night the air is barely working, the smoke detector is missing, no ice on my floor, soda machine doesn't take cash & im sick of looking at pets.
Asked to be on executive level and was willing to pay for it. On the phone for 20 minutes and someone finally told me I could do it. When I got to the hotel we were on the executive level but doesn't get any of the perks the others had. I was frustrated because I was willing to PAY for the perks. Other than that. Room was nice. Location wad perfect for our family Sea World trip.
Pluses: This place is great for families. Pool area and jacuzzi are great. Negatives: I requested a balcony and got a lower level room, which means I had a sliding door in my room that led directly to the parking lot. It was next to the pool entrance, so doors slammed until midnight. Also, our neighbors had at least 10 people per room and would take their screaming babies out in the hallways throughout the night. We had the breakfast buffet in SunSpot, $40 for an omelette and waffle. Everything else on the buffet was gone or cold and hard. Overall, if you're looking for rest and relaxation this Hilton is NOT IT AT ALL.
Off season is ridiculously "off". No patio or pool drink or food service. Lobby fireplace notoriously "unlit" on very cool evenings. One restaurant. Very slow service. Hotel empty and I was given a room on 1st floor with parking lot view in "hill country".
Here for three nights in January for a couple get away for my birthday. Amenities look beautiful and the staff is very kind. The lobby is dirty and very cold. Hotel has a fire place and wont turn it on. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. The restaurant food is really bad. Overall shocked that this is part of Hilton.
On the noisiest night of the year, I didn't hear a thing in our room. Win, win, win. Very quiet even with the New Years Eve Party going on below. Denise and Aubrey, at the front desk, were the most competent, friendly and helpful customer care representatives I've ever met in all my 50 years. They seriously make that Hotel look good. Beds were comfortable, room was beautiful. Pet friendly with no hassles at all. I will go out of my way to stay at this hotel again.
I booked two nights as a traveling get away for my wife and I before Christmas and after reading some reviews was apprehensive. We had the best time — great staff, lovely grounds, fire pits, hot tub and location! The accommodations were great and we had the steak special in the bar. Breakfast was a little week but they made it right. We will definitely return — thanks for a great Christmas gift!
I only gave this hotel a 2ND star as I did not stay in a room to know what they were like. I was there for a company Christmas party and was terribly disappointed. Our organization was charged an additional 23% surcharge over what was originally quoted. Then, they would not allow outside food to be brought in for the children. Several of the food dishes were run out of before everyone was able to eat. What was available was a poor excuse for a "holiday meal". Many of the tea/water glasses either had things floating in them or were visibly dirty. The only positive I saw about this hotel was the outdoor seating area where there were several fire pits and a movie was projected on a wall. I will NEVER return to this hotel for any reason.
They allow dogs, which pee on everything. This whole place stinks of dog piss. Staff is kind of friendly but not very helpfull, at all. Mostly this place Stinks really really bad! The room was dirty, we had clean sheets and fresh towels but carpet was dirty with questionable brown streaks…, mold in the shower, I don't recommend anyone without dogs stay here. Anyone giving this place a good review recently is NOT being honest. As for a hotel that boards dogs, probably not to bad. I would leave to critters at home and stay somewhere else.
For the hotel and property alone, I would say it's very nice. I've stayed here before a few times, and always enjoyed it, but this stay I am disappointed in their customer service. I'm a business traveler, and got in late last night. I threw my stuff in my room and headed to the hotel bar for some food. The bartender was not very friendly, not rude, just not friendly at all. Ok, no biggie. Had to wait an extra ten minutes to order "the special", because their system clock was ten minutes slow. (yes, I'm sure) Again, meh… not worth getting upset over. When I did get my "to go" steak, they gave me plastic wear… to cut a 1 1/2" thick over cooked sirloin. Not easy to do. I then go to turn on the game in my room, and there was no remote. Then I realize, it wouldn't matter, the TV is not connected, and does not even have the power cable to plug it in. I call downstairs, and they get someone up who it seems was already aware the issue existed. He said, "oh ya, that one. " Finally start eating my steak, and it was not great, again, not awful, just not great. Left for my meetings the next morning, gone all day, and did not get back until after 5pm. My room had not been serviced. The DND sign was not out. When I called the front desk about it, he just asked me if I needed some fresh towels sent up. Again, with no sense of customer service. Finally when I got back to the hotel tonight, I went back downstairs to ask if they had some non-dairy creamer for my coffee in the morning.
This was a great location to stay. It's a short ride to a lot of great area attractions, and the amenities at the hotel are such that you don't need to leave if you'd rather stay in. The rooms were clean, and fairly modern, and services was great as well.
I stay here at least one weekend per month when I'm in town. I keep coming back because the beds are amazing. I have eaten in the restaurant about 4 times now and the food is really not that great. The only reason I continue to eat it is because I don't have to leave. I always have margaritas with my meals and they are very weak on the alcohol content. If you call room service tbey won't answer and it will be awhile before they call you back. The courtyard is really nice and they light fires each night in the fire pits. The pools are nice as well. The staff is always very friendly. I am usually satisfied with my stay here but this time I am disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. There was hair in my bathtub on arrival and the tub stopper was broken so I took it out and laid it on the side of the tub and it pulled out a gob of hair with it. The next day after they cleaned my room it was still on the aide of the tub, hair and all. They didn't even take my dirty washcloths. The desk lamp didn't work and there was something sticky on the counter top by the tv. The phone by the bed was dirty and had obviously had something spilled on it. When the lamp between the beds was shining up on the wall I could see dust stuck all over the wall. I will continue to come back here because the beds are really that comfortable but I do plan to address the cleanliness issues before I leave.
Dirty and old. I Mean the bathrooms look like they have never been cleaned. Carpets in halls never been vacuumed! Save your money and stay elsewhere. Overpriced for what is offered.
The lobby is really nice and the pool area is great. Lots of places to hangout with family and love the firepits. As for the rooms I expected more. The A/C takes forever to cool down cellular signal is really weak. Wi-Fi signal is slow or doesn't connect at all. The beds are so comfortable and pillows and the balcony has great views around. Just a few things that need fix but in all its a good hotel.
Just got here and well… No fridge and microwave when requested, there was a Spider in my phone head set when I tried to use it, Room service would not answer when called Guest service hotline would not answer when called The Only vending machine in the building was out of order yet employees machine was working and guests machine would be good in a week? Coke machine said CC cards only yet digital display said cash only… Verizon and ATT service at lower level is Crap! There is no lighting in the kids pool at night I tried calling the manager and he failed to answer on July 15, his name is Alex Tetrollini… This place needs help!
If you are a business traveler to this end of town, stay downtown and try to schedule later. I am sadly locked into 8 am meetings in the boonies at the west end of town. Almost an hour to get someome to fix the desklamp charger station during which time I was afraid ro unpack or order dinner for fear they would end up moving me. Room service is an answering machine until they can get back tp you. But there are pizza flyers under the door. This is mid-tier Disney for Sea World. There are kid's movies om a big screen outside my window. Demanding a late checkout as late as 6 (after meeting) if my company's agency can get me moved. This morning they missed picking up my in room breakfast card overnight. Worst. Hilton, Ever.
We had a terrific experience here. It's not the Hyatt hill country or JW Marriott Hill Country, but it's probably the next best thing and has a lot of the amenities of those hotels on a smaller scale. Proximity and shuttles to Sea world make it a great stay for Sea World Tourists looking for a nice fun place to stay without the budget of the resort style properties.
Great place with a wonderful staff of real pros! Pool is pretty darn awesome also.
I was extremely disappointed with the total lack of house cleaning and the dated rooms. We were able to book quickly, but everything else after that was a total let down. I wanted to try room service for the first time in my life and I could not get through. Every. Single. Time. I called during the hours they should have been open and the phone would just ring and ring. I tried calling the front desk several times and they didn't answer either. When I finally did get a hold on the enth try, they called the room service kitchen and couldn't get through either. All I wanted to do was order a grossly over priced dessert and have it delivered to my room. Just one time. After waiting nearly 4 hours, I got through and ordered one of their desserts. When I received it 1hr and 45 mins minutes later, it was cold and clearly pre-made at a crappy grocery store. If you can't provide good room service, just don't offer it. The house keeping and maintenance in the room was abysmal. The water jet tub had mildew/mold in it. I am very allergic to both. I informed the front desk who said it would be cleaned. I came back after housekeeping went through and they had not even touched it. There were broken knobs that came off the tub, and limescale covering EVERYTHING. The bed was large but the mattress was really old and springs stuck in my back while I slept, the pillows were in desperate need of replacement, they did not support ANYTHING.
I really liked this hotel. We were there for a seminar and I hope to return soon. Nice rooms with tremendous views. Ours was on the corner so we got an especially good look at the area. The spa was a nice treat after a day in class.
I stay at this property all the time to my visits to Sea World. The hotel is extremely kid friendly and priced just right! The general Manager Alex is very visible and engaged with his hotel staff. I want thank you for the excellent service I receive time and time again. My staff and I appreciate this hotel making it a home away from home.
Its been awhile since I was there. But the place was wonderful. The staff was very nice. I would diffidently go back as well as recommend it to others. The price is a little high. But its worth it.
So bad, not sure where to begin. There was 1 service elevator out of three that was also being used for the public and it was awkward when I had to share it with two cleaners and their oversized carts. Why even let us use that elevator? So dumb. The rooms were dusty in the nooks and crannys, like detail decor, and it looks like they hadn't been cleaned. The sink had a slow clog and wasn't fixed after calling them and having someone come to the room. This guy was so weird too, just wouldn't stop talking to my wife and held me up like a robber when I came into the room with a temperature laser reader. And he kept the "joke" going for a full minute, 55 seconds longer than it needed to. The toilet wouldn't flush more than 0.1 gallons so anything that was put in there wouldn't flush. No one came to fix this either after asking them to. Their restaurant is overpriced bar food and their breakfast buffet is way subpar with abysmal waitstaff. I have seen more alive people in the cemetery. They charge $5 for a hot dog outside by the pool and $8 for a hamburger. Completely price gouging. They don't allow outside food or drink either. Oh, they do offer smores packets that make 2 smores. For $5 each. Their entryway is uneven rocks that make pushing the luggage cart through there so much fun. Their bathrooms are way out of the way from the front desk.
Hilton does nothing but the best in our experience. We are very picky about the Hotel stay and takes us a while to commit to something. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights with a Balcony and Courtyard view for a room of 3. The room was so spacious (it almost looked like a small apartment) and up to date with the amenities. The staff was awesome and responded to our requests instantly. My daughter left a stuff animal in the room after we checked out and had left an hour in to our ride back. Housekeeping stopped everything and found it under the bed for us. We loved the pool and the fire pits in the courtyard and the movie at night for the kiddos was excellent. My wife noticed that the staff was constantly smiling and keeping the Hotel clean and took the time to ask you how you were doing. I would not think of anyplace else to stay. Love the location to Sea World and the Shuttle driver Randi was prompt and polite.
Watch your wallet! When I checked in they told me they would have to charge an additional $25 for incidentals. They said it would be reimbursed immediately once I check out. Three days later and it's still not reimbursed. When I called them they said to have the bank call them directly. My bank called them and they still wouldn't release the hold. Also, they charge $15.95 for Wi-Fi! The facilities are nice but these nickel and dime charges are not worth the aggravation when there are PLENTY of other choices close by.

From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out, we were highly impressed with staff and the hotel’s atmosphere.
