I was charged for a room after calling to cancel the reservation and being told that there was no reservation under my name. I have attempted to contact the hotel numerous times, but the front desk hangs up before answering or cannot answer my question, then hangs up before transferring me.

We stayed here during Hurricane Laura. The room was big and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. If I had to evacuate or went to San Antonio for a vacation, I would want to stay here for sure.

Paint is bright on the outside and dull on the inside of the rooms. It’s like slapping a bandaid on something. I feel dirty sleeping here. Bodily fluids dried up on the picture frames. Bed sheets that don’t appear to be changed. Dusty floors. One word. Dingy. I definitely don’t recommend.

Quite stay. Extremely clean.

Excellent Service. The Best!

Our truck was stolen 90 minutes after check in on the night of December 28, 2019. We got no apology or contact from management until we requested a refund for our stay. The cameras only record the front door. Multiple vehicles are broken in to every week here.

Handicap suites were very, very nice.

Sad I heard a pregnant woman had a flat tire and she couldn't stay in lobby until tow truck/ AAA came. Very bad customer service for that I won't say here.

Parking is good, breakfast is good, clean, but pulling out of drive onto 1604 access road can be a challenge.

Pros:
— Close to where we needed to be.
— Continental breakfast available in the mornings.
— Easy check in process. … Cons:
— They charge you for a queen bed in the room, but you're only getting a full size mattress. (We used a tape measure to be sure. Yes I am that kind of person. Mattress was 75"x54" and not 80"x60" like it should have been to be a queen size. )
— The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. Especially above you.
— The rooms are not cleaned adequately. Ours had hair in the shower, gravel around the bed, and dusty fixtures.

Everything was excellent. The only complaint I have is the fact that the hotel was not completely booked YET no parking available I had to park in a fire zone area Thank God no fire Cause someone would have to pay for the towing. I was told to park there by the night audit person.

Very pleased… clean and updated. Staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Have nothing to complain about. The breakfast was amazing and delicious.

Great location for Sea World and Fiesta Texas. Clean, dog friendly and very friendly staff.

Good location next to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. About 10 minutes away from sea world. Either it was renovated or it's new, the hotel was clean. Great value too.

Hotel located near Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Free continental breakfast. Nice rooms. Decent price. I found the staff to be friendlier than what you would typically find.

First and foremost, Jose D. Has been nothing short of outstanding! He's been very professional with all our interactions, as well as those with other customers we've seen. He's prompt with inquiries, and super knowledgeable about the local area with regards to my family's needs. Otherwise, all staff moves with a sense of purpose; the gym meets all Athlean-X and Pop Sugar workout requirements; pool and hot tub are spot on; the rooms are white-glove clean; the free breakfast satisfies my healthy self AND my sweet tooth.

Rude staff at night, called them, reception was bad, since the beginning the staff was rude when I asked to repeat (my phone is normally used with no issues), before even mentioned my problem, they were with bad tone, this was go to hotel, not anymore.

Very nice, clean hotel. The staff we're VERY friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. The area was very nice with a lot of restaurants and shops all around. Will certainly stay here again.

I love this property. I didn't care for being on the floor that was undergoing redecorating, but my room was gorgeous and huge. And the night time clerk, they will loose a 5 star employee if he ever leaves. He was class above most any other clerk l can remember.

My husband, my 3 year old, and myself stayed in this hotel a few days ago and I had to log in just to leave a review because they deserve it! The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and very modern. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel had many amenities that my family enjoyed. We slept great in a king sized bed and the shower pressure was awesome. Haha. Thats a big deal to us lol. There are many places to go nearby but it is secluded enough to get some rest! I have made this our go to hotel for when we visit San Antonio from now on. I couldnt say anything negative.

Staff is always nice. Rooms are clean. The ac could work better, takes a while for rooms to cool.

Great staff, very clean lobby. For the price, the room smelled like a dirty gym sock, and the heater was broken. Not worth what we paid for it, disappointing.

Had a nice 3 night stay. Front desk people were friendly and always accommodating. My room was very nice and clean. Nothing negative at all about my experience and would recommend to anyone.

This is your standard budget hotel. There's a daily breakfast with biscuits, sausage, eggs, cereals, muffins, oatmeal, and a waffle maker. It offers a small fitness center with some dumbbells and cardio equipment. There's also an outdoor pool, although we stayed in December so it wasn't open. The hotel is probably 15-20 minutes from downtown San Antonio but is relatively close to Sea World. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here next time we visit.

Had a great stay here. They are very dog friendly which made them a winner with me. They also do a meticulous job cleaning rooms where dogs stay.

First time it was great 10 days later, kids running all around upstairs, no air, got so hot couldn't sleep, told front desk he was like oh that's bad, didn't know what to do, colder outside than in. I could have that at home, I like it cold when I sleep, air on 54 and nothing, didn't even come on. Fixing tomorrow doesn't help today. Very disappointed, in room 308. Love I can bring my dog and it was just a huge change from last stay.

Great place to stay. Staff was great. Nice clean rooms and breakfast was amazing. Couldn't ask for anything else Maybe just bigger entrance signs so you don't miss it from highway.

The bad: the Internet access was extremely slow at less than 100 Kb/s up and down. Matress was soft and lumpy. The good: room was clean and our location was quiet.

The rooms are gorgeous. The Managers at the front desk are phenomenal. My husband and I stay here every time we are in town. The service is fantastic and breakfast is wonderful. This hotel deserves every bit of it's five stars. We are never disappointed here. If you are looking for a great quality in a hotel and a relaxing stay this is where to be.

We were a mandatory evacuation from our home near Houston and we came here. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. We have two daughters, two cats, and a dog. After a stressful week and an even more stressful drive through flooded roads, they made the stay here a peaceful and relaxing time. Thank you so much!

We made reservations to stay here while on the road leaving Sienna Plantation after a madatory evacuation. We were able to secure two rooms for the five of us and our the cats. Awesome service so far.

This is the nicest La Quinta I have stayed at. The staff was amazing, the room superb, and the breakfast was delicious! The fitness room really helped me stay active on this stay and it's hard to beat the location and price!

Pet friendly, rooms were clean. Had a pool, but we did not use. Convienient location for Sea world and six flags. Above average continental breakfast. Service was friendly.

The lady on the night shift was polite and courteous. She even borrowed me a charger, which I've returned on my check out in the morning. But sadly it didn't fit my phone. I forgot my black polo shirt in the room. Called to inform them and I was told that I would get a call back. That didn't happen yet.

Very nice place, rooms were good. Staff was a little hidden but friendly when seen. Steps in the pool were really steep. Not good for people with bad hips or knees.

Satff great and rooms clean. Complaint is pics of rooms on la Quinta website don't match actual executive suite. No spa tub as pictured.

This particular La Quinta was ok. The room was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was not that good but at least there was a variety. Pool was decent. They are pet friendly so there was some dogs barking as you walk down the hall.

Clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and gave good advice on where to eat and what to do in the area. This is a fairly new hotel and it's has a nice modern contemporary look. Good place if your staying in the west side of San Antonio.

I live around the corner but had to stay here due to an extended power outage. Love that it is so close and pet friendly. We were able to take our dog and guinea pig! The clerk even gave us a discount. So nice to know that all members of our family had lodging. The room was very clean and a card was left by Lupe the housekeeper.

For the money, this place is great. With any coupons or discounts you can muster, we got a double queen room for $89/night. It's a fairly new construction and modern. The beds actually feel nice and comfortable. Bathrooms are big and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty standard, but still good. This location lets you get Texas shaped waffles. I would stay here again.

The room was not clean… Dirty coffee pot and left over cheese from previous guest on night stand. Barking dogs all night long right outside our 2 nd story window. Other guests slamming doors all through the night. Lastly we did not get the room we originally reserved.

Very comfortable clean hotel. Randy was wonderful, as was the rest of the staff. I love that it is newly remodeled. If I am ever in San Antonio I will stay there again.

Good place if you want a quiet area that's not too far from northern San antonio attractions.

Good size rooms, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, close to sea world and other attractions. The only con is that it's currently being remodeled and there's moderate noise and debris on some parts of the hotel.

Very cleaned rooms and the stuff are really nice and always cleaning and making sure you have everything clean and breakfast is good they always have eaverthing clean I love it here.

Worst customer service ever when it comes to trying to get a free night using their points. They took all my points and never gave me the free night! It takes forever to earn the point too. They will give you the run around and never get through a general manager for an issue the staff should have fixed. Called over 20 times and I always get told I will have a call back. Customer service has no idea what they are doing. Never coming here again and still have yet to fix the issue.

Manager on duty was very accommodating. Clean rooms and comfortable bed. Shower was clean and water was hot.

Good room, decent continental breakfast, but lots of people moaning very loudly, could be heard from 5 doors down.

The room was very large and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful and the beds were fairly comfortable. The location is easy to miss and the hot tub was full of leaves and not hot at all, though. But all in all, a very good hotel experience especially for the price point.

First clue was the elevator had not been cleaned in a long time with piles of dirt and crumbs in all four corners. Second there was no hair dryer. After two calls to the front desk, we got one which was not installed, but instead left on the bathroom counter. We have stayed in many La Quinta hotels, but never one that was as dirty and poorly run as this one. Never again!

Rooms were clean and a comfortable temperature maintained. Staff was amicable and easy to work with.

This is not a three stars hotel. No cribs available, breakfast is mostly cereals and waffles. Room is not clean and toilet was not flushing.

Wonderful new host at the front desk!

The staff here has made our stay a little more relaxing, after having our back window busted out. (They took a $15 road side kit) The general mgr allowed us to park right in front of the office area, waived our snacks.

Wow I was looking into reserving a room here, but with the low reviews and bad comments I do not want to anymore. I guess paying a little more money is worth if it means actually getting some rest and getting better service.

Typical modern trashy construction means you will hear the people above you. A decent hotel should be quiet enough to let you sleep, and this hotel fails to provide this.

Very disappointing. Room was dirty and even the next day, room wasn't cleaned to what I would expect. The bathroom floor as well as the toilet were not cleaned. The breakfast was not very good either.

The two ratings given here must have been paid reviews! This is BY FAR the WORST hotel experience we have EVER had. I do not recommend this to anyone. The staff was rude, the food terrible, a fight in the hall and room next door kept us (and our 1 year old) up all night and the room phones didn't work to call for help! I had to dress and run to the desk for help at 3:15 in the morning. No maid service the next day, toilet stopped up for US to fix, hotel full and not enough parking for guests. I was promised that first night would be comped and when I checked out they only gave me a $53 credit and was told I should be glad I got that! That just made me madder. There is not enough room to write about our horrible experience! DO NOT STAY HERE! IT DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR! BUT THIS WILL NOT POST WITHOUT IT.

I called the number and this is a corporate office. Not a hotel.
