It was disgusting! The night that I checked in my room it was filthy dirty and nasty. The last 9 years that I have been traveling on vacation as a group I have never experienced anything like what I experienced! Try checking into a room with a big dirty ring around the tub, the microwave filthy dirty, the refrigerator filthy dirty and a big blood stain in the sheets of the bed After making the report to the front desk. I was told that there was only one worker that evening. He came to bring me sheets to Change the bloody sheets on my own! Instead of him doing it. He came to attempt to clean the areas that was filthy and still, let me not forget to mention he used the same towel and solution to clean every area. After that I had to go behind him and clean the room myself. My lights and the TV went out in the living area. I reported it and didn’t get no assistance until 2 days later. I asked for amenities and didn’t receive them until a day later after begging for them. Let me not forget to mention there was dog hair throughout the hallways in the hotel. After that complaint. I was told that the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working properly. Dissatisfied isn’t word! That hotel needs to be shut down! My Kids face is broken out due to the chlorine that was added to the pool after we made staff aware that the pool water was cloudy and nasty! The stay was traumatizing! I also have the pictures to prove what I stated.

Highly recommend this hotel if your visiting Sea World. The rooms are very spacious and the hotel offered a hot breakfast buffet.

Had a great stay last week at this hotel. The staff was great, hotel clean and the food was good. My only complaint is that your pool is in great need of a cleaning. There is mold growing on every side of the pool.

Our family stayed for spring break week. The hotel was amazing, with a great staff, complimentary breakfast and a complimentary evening social. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only thing that I personally didn’t like were the beds, the mattress was to firm for me and not having a actual shower in the bathroom (a shower without the bathtub).

Very clean, reasonably priced, very large rooms. During the week they offer complimentary dinner featuring something different every night (flatbread pizza, full salad bar, soup, fruit cheese and crackers) and bonus complimentary wine and beer! I think from 5-7. They also have complimentary breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay here again!

Great hotel with Good amenities. The only problem I had was the have that the utensils and cutlery were not really in the best shape. Also there is lack of food restaurants around for vegetarians.

The rooms were fairly priced, the staff were very kind and delightful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable but the few that I had was not so great due to the electrical pole right in front of the window. The carpets were cleaned the hallways were nice the bathroom was very spacious along and welcoming. I would definitely go back and I definitely would recommend anyone to stay a night or more at this hotel. Didn't get a chance to look at restaurants nearby for delivery but I'm sure they would have had some nice recommendations. There's a Chili's nearby along with a Walmart and there was several other restaurants and stores, the only thing I don't like about it is the highway being so necessary and your travels throughout that area but other than that it's a definite 5 out of 5 for me.

Hotel is very clean. Location is great. Close to stores, restaurants and sea world. The rooms are really big and spacious. GM was super helpful. Staff was great.

Clean and Friendly staff. Rooms were adequate and the beds we're comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good and filling. Would stay again in the future.

Great location! Close to Sea World, 20 mins to the Alamo, Target around the corner, lots of restaurants near by. The breakfast is okay, good coffee, has a laundry room which is nice, and its a pet friendly place. Only downfall was one day they didn't service our room at all and one of the ladies at breakfast wasn't too friendly, it was a Monday. Overall nice stay.

The staff was amazing, very friendly, the room was very clean. The social hour was great. We really enjoyed our time there. I would stay there again and recommend to all my friends.

The hotel is nice. Everyone is friendly but I didnt like that the room had the smoke aroma in the air. The restroom is big and great for people who are in need of wheelchair services but the fact that water gets everywhere and risks of slipping needs to be revamped. Otherwise the place is good. Also breakfast is the standard affair.

The room was large and comfortable and fairly newly furnished. Free breakfast was good and there was a good variety of options available,

We stayed April 27 — 29 2018 for my wife's birthday trip to SeaWorld and the San Antonio aquarium this place was awesome great rooms fun pool nice gym and great free breakfast the staff was very friendly and helpful we will definitely stay here again only recommendation would be to have full size cups for breakfast instead of the tiny little once there good for little kids but not for grown-up's.

Nice size rooms and very clean. The staff was friendly. This is a very convenient location if you're going to Sea World.

Lobby, business center, gym, Landry room (NEEDS MAINTENANCE! ) Breakfast bar, grills, patio, pool, basketball area, nook to watch TV by lobby The reason for the 3 stars: we arrived and checked in at 9pm our room that we confirmed online that morning was still "being cleaned" at 9pm. It had no towels, there was the last guest dirty clothes on the floor, nothing had been wiped clean. I'm not convinced the sheets were cleaned either. Why give guest the choice of picking the floor or room they want if it will not be ready or up to a clean standard?

The staff was great. Especially housekeeper Vida. They have complimentary breakfast every morning and complimentary dinner M-Thu. The kids had a lot of fun. Close to shopping center, and about 7 min drive to Sea World.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. They could charge less for drinks far as soda. But he what do I know. I would still come back.

Good location and friendly staff. That said there were a few things about our stay that made this a 2 instead of a 5. First off house keeping doesn’t restock towels and daily essentials regularly and see photo for how they make beds. Also there is a basketball court on the premise which is nice except when it’s 12am and you’re trying to get some sleep but can’t cuz some Steph Curry wannabe is dribbling incessantly outside your window.

We spent all day at Fiesta Texas. Had a booked room, verified my confirmation, was told when we arrived that our reservation was for the next night. The desk clerk did not do anything at all to help. She was like oh well, it’s spring break. After me refusing to leave she found us a room with one bed, 20 minutes away with one bed for 2 adults and 3 kids. Wtf. Her reply was “I understand, that’s all I can do. ” Did not even offer to comp the room. Had to cancel our plans for the next day and drive home since there were no rooms to be found anywhere by the time (midnight) when we were doing dealing with them.

Pool was great! Bed was firm and asked for extra pillows. Staff was friendly. Strip center nearby has great food selection, especially Tiagos.

Room was nice, pool is outside, gym is roomy, guest laundry room is on the first floor by the gym. Business center is by the front desk. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

First time here! What a great stay! So many convenient places nearby. Our room was so comfortable. Will definitely come back. Just one recommendation, some USB charger plugs would be great, like on the lamp bases at Hampton Inns.

Hilton hotels are for the most part, high standard in quality hotels. This hotel is no different from that caliber. Fantastic experience with all you'd expect. Thank you, Homewood suites staff.

It's a lovely hotel, staff is very friendly and kind, the room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was clean and stocked with glasses and dishes. I think the only thing I didn't love about the place was that the continental breakfast wasn't great, but for a free meal in a lovely place like this hotel I wouldn't count it against them.

Received our key cards for the room I selected via the Hilton Honors app. The front desk clerk is friendly. The room is clean. Even has a sofa bed. Never used the kitchenette. King bed is comfortable. The shower sliding door is broken. Didn't notify the hotel as we only stayed one night. Breakfast was okay. They have Oatmeal, baked potato fingers, bagels, coffee, juices, fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, and self serve waffles. The breakfast is complimentary.

The rooms were nice and clean, the food was okay for hotel food. Overall pleasant experience.

Stayed here during our son's BMT graduation week. Very nice all around, room, breakfast, staff. Would stay here again. It's less than 15 minutes from the security gates at Lackland AFB.

Centralized location in the west side of San Antonio. Customer Service is what make this hotel stand out above all others around it. Restrooms are always clean and conveniently located. The food service in the lobby is great with always staff to help if you need anything or have any questions.

Probably the least impressive Homewood Suites I’ve ever stayed at. Nothing huge, but a definite lack of attention to details that added up to a sub par experience. Keys for the room didn’t work except for one. Rekeyed them 3 times and finally gave up. 2 towels for 3 people, no washcloths. Called to get more and they brought one. No trash bags after day 1. Kitchen staff so busy talking to each other that food ran out. Coffee lukewarm. Microwave in room didn’t work, and their solution the next day was that we could switch rooms, which we didn’t do because we were already unpacked. Beer for dinner was warm and flat… looked like apple juice in a pitcher sitting in a pan. Last day of our 5 day stay, our only working key was disabled. No bathtub in room, shower only. Also, living room was not separate from bedroom. I didn’t even know that was an option. Now I’ll ask before booking. Room was not vacuumed once in 5 Days… a chip was crushed on the floor, and it was still there every day we returned to the room. Again, just a lot of little things that are not expected at a Hilton. Staff always seemed bothered by any requests. We will never stay here again. We’ve always been fans of Homewood Suites, but this one was so disappointing.

No issues and no complaints. Everything was nice and clean. The bathroom was very small and dated though. Needed a repaint and work on the caulking, etc…

We stayed the night in San Antonio recently for a trip to Sea World. Homewood Suites was a very short drive within five miles of Sea World. The room was a perfect size for our entire family to sleep comfortably. I loved having the seperate bedroom from the livingroom and kitchen. The kids were able to hang out watching TV in one room while the adults were in the other room. The breakfast was a nice hot meal the next morning. They had eggs, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, fruit, cereal, etc. Another thing that I love about Homewood Suites is that they have children's books and board games available to checkout. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Staff was great. Bathtub had not been deep cleaned. There was hair in and on the sides of the tub. We had to rinse it out before we used it. Carpet was frayed in places. Our kitchen outlets had been plugged up with what looked like caulk. Our coffee pot was too short for the coffee maker so I had to hold it up to allow the coffee to come out. I guess no one had figured this out for a long time before us, because the coffee items, like powder creamer, were so old they had become rock hard. Again, the staff were wonderful. The rooms just might need a little TLC on the details.

To be honest I'm not super picky when it comes to hotels as long as they do what they need to do. Overall the hotel was very clean with some dings and Nick's on the walls in the hallway and the carpet that was connected to the tile and the kitchen area was frayed. Good customer service so far decent breakfast.

Great place to have a little longer stay. Decent little kitchen. Decent space in the room. Only reason for 4 stars is the pool was not always the cleanest and there was hardly ever towels out there as advertised.

The place is very centrally located for those who need access to Lackland AFB and Sea World. It's clean, hospitable staff, and complimentary breakfast and dinner is pretty good. Also close to a major shopping center (right across the parking lot) with plenty of places to eat.

Stayed here over the weekend. The staff were nice. The room was very nice and spacious for the price.

I love staying here when I'm working in town. I love that I can grill and have a full kitchen to work with. The rooms are great and and the staff is super friendly.

Stayed here for 10+ days. Breakfast was fine but I've had better at other Homewood Suites properties. The laundry room had one working dryer with two working washing machines for most of my stay which caused a backlog with other guests on completing laundry. Toward the end of my stay the other dryer failed which left no on-site options for laundry unless I wanted to hang all my clothes which is frustrating from a hotel brand geared toward extended stays.

Needs some TLC. The pool has a dangerous top step, the pool lounge chairs are ripped, the pillows are past their life span. Wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable beds. There is an echo from the bathroom of one room to the bathroom of another room, and you can hear the next door guests. This won't disturb your sleep, because there's plenty of insulation between the bedrooms.

This hotel is lovely. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast is full of choices and the rooms are great. Especially if you have a larger family. The price is a bit more than I would normally pay, but it is worth every dollar.

The hotel was nice had feet good in the mornings and night, but if you called down to get towles for the next day or you need them that night they wouldn't being them up. You would have to call 3-4 times to get towels.

I have to give this hotel a poor rating! My family and I stayed there and there was something's that was great, like breakfast or after noon snack. My rooms beds was poorly made every day and it seems like because we where staying a week or to, the maids didn't think we wanted services, like clean wash towels etc. They would start to come by early like 730am when we complained. It was a few times I asked for afternoon service since I was staying a longer period. At the time of my stay at this hotel… I believe they had bed mice. Alot of noise was coming from upstairs above us and we complained again, and the staff said it was kids playing in the hallways and in fact … It was an exterminator cleaning the room. I wouldnt stay at this hotel if it was the only room available in San Antonio area! The staff there, some of them lie with a bold face! ;;!

Amazing stay. Had literally everything you can think of. They did a very good job of providing the necessities. Great service and great employees also. Possibly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

The hotel is clean and the cleaning staff is very nice and accommodating, but the real issue I have is the front desk staff and their inability to be able to handle situations. My wife and I are currently finishing up our 1st week of a 4 week stay, and the guests who are staying above us are ridiculous. They let their kids run and jump around all hours of the day and night, and at times they jump hard enough where it shakes the walls. We have a 10 month old that gets woken up from them and I have complained four times already and it has not made a difference. The staff could have either had them move rooms or even had us move, I really don't care either way, but I do know I can't take being woken up at 130 in the morning to people running and jumping. Anyways we are going to check out 3 weeks early and go stay at another hotel.

Great hotel. Only 2 years old. It has grills, an outdoor eating area, an outdoor pool and a half court for basketball. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

Great hotel. Would come back. Breakfast in the lobby at 6 every morning, 7 on week-ends. Slept very very well in the bed. Bathroom was clean. Would have been nicer if there were a hand-held sprayer connected to the shower head. Nothing else to talk about.

It was a phenomenal experience staying at Homewood Suites; from the efficient and friendly team members (Erika, Adam, Sara, Jimmy & Dawn to name a few), the superior service, the delicious breakfast buffet to the light dinners served, it was a vacation to remember. This was our first family vacation traveling from Oahu (3 kids and 2 adults) to see our oldest boy graduate from Lackland AFB, TX and wanted to shout out to everyone who is looking for an AWESOME hotel to stay at. Look no further, this is it! All of the accommodations such as free parking, free breakfast buffet every morning, free light dinners Mon thru Thur and free access on the computer/printer was a HUGE SAVINGS and an absolute PLUS!. Other great pluses is that it has a beautiful heated pool with a BBQ station, a good size gym to workout, a laundry room, an area to buy general products and/or snacks and. It is a pet friendly hotel too! The front desk team members know San Antonio well and provided helpful tips on road directions and made great suggestions regarding attractions to see and delicious restaurants to eat at. Again, you will surely love your stay at Homewood Suites and will definitely make wonderful memories there! Aloha … & Bblessed!

I travel for work and Hilton is normally my first choice for hotels. This hotel is clean but the staff is not friendly. I asked for additional hangers for my clothes due to my extended stay and the front desk rep told me she was the only one available and she could not leave the front desk area. I then asked if I could come down to get them and she said she didn't know where they were. I was there for 12 nights and never got additional hangers for my clothes and I didn't want to argue with her so I didn't ask again. I called the front desk again on day 7 because of the smoke alarm and she answered the phone like she was upset. She said another guest burned popcorn and there was no need to evacuate. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL! This is not what you need when you are aware from home trying to find a clean and comfortable place to stay. My family came to stay with me for the weekend and they experience the same UNFRIENDLY ATTITUDE. I was disappointed and will not choose this hotel in the future.

This particular Homewood Suite was obviously built on a tight budget as there appears to be NO soundproofing I am easily able to hear peoples conversations doors slamming, tv"s, and all other noises coming from rooms on both sides of my room as well as stomping and considerable noise from above. This reminds me of some of the OLD motel built in the 50's I have had to stay in. This is a Real disappointment as I am a frequent Hilton honors member and have never had this kind of problem with any other Hilton I have stayed in. This is a relatively new hotel. To bad the building materials budget was shorted making this a very low quality hotel. If you want a reasonably quite room DO NOT stay here. The staff are courteous and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was adequate evening reception was for the most part very good.

Great hotel and very friendly staff! Pool, rooms and breakfast areas are very clean. The outdoor grills are a very nice bonus. We were in from out of town for our son's Air Force BMT graduation and would stay there again.
