We love this place clean pool 🏊‍♂️ and hot tub 🛀 and great breakfast 🍳

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will be back again. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is very reasonable especially considering their “kickback”evening meal and breakfast that are included. They are pet and kid friendly, but if you ask, they will place you in a room away from the pets and kids. Rooms were very nice and comfortable and quiet. Excellent experience again. Thank you so much!

Always a pleasure to stay, they serve a buffet style meal in the evening from 5:30 to 7:00 then breakfast bar in morning, also pet friendly.

Drury Hotels has it figured out! Give guests a nice hotel with nice rooms, pool, & fitness center. Then sink the hook by providing a free breakfast and a happy hour with 3 free drinks each and heavy hors d’oeuvres that suffices for dinner! What’s not to like!

My husband and I stayed here on our way passing through. The lady at the front desk was so nice. We loved how they gave us each 3 complimentary alcoholic drinks a night plus a dinner. Our room was spacious, very clean & the beds were super comfy! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Amarillo.

They were accommodating when requesting ground floor near exit for our dog going in and out. Love love the 3 adult drinks and evening meal and breakfast. You pay more but get more. I love not having to go out for food after checking in. Staff was great. Highly recommend Drury.

Absolutely will not be back over charged us for 2 nights tried to resolve the issue before we checked out they were supposed to issue a refund instead we got charged more money I have tried calling several times and nothing has been done…

The Concierge went out of her way to help me. She was super friendly, kind, and was willing to take the extra step. She hooked me up with a fan when I couldn't sleep, recommended local running trails, and was full of sunshine. 10/10

This is our first experience with Drury and it definitely won’t be be the last! Great room and amenities plus an evening snack buffet that included salad, soups, tacos, rice, beans, nachos, hotdogs, popcorn, free soda, and 3 complimentary adult beverages per guest! I can only imagine what the breakfast buffet will be like! Oh, and it’s also pet and kid friendly!

Friendly people, the kick back (actually supper) and three free drink coupons, are great to relax with, after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable.

Always nice to come here, The staff here Are so helpful and friendly, and this hotel is very clean which is such a plus. Nice breakfast and dinner complementary. Love that they have that here.

So far I have stayed at this facility 8 times this year and muple times before this. The staff is always impressive. The rooms are comfortable and clean. I especially enjoy the meals in the evening and a full hot breakfast in the morning. Lo.

I just want to thank the friendly and compassionate staff. Our vehicle was broken into last night/early morning. We woke up to one of our windows being shattered. The staff was so caring and compassionate. Me and my husband were under a lot of stress as it is. We are a military family moving across the country. So this just added more to the stress. The staff was quick to help. From the front desk to the maintenance guy helping us clean the glass. Kudos to the staff We ended up staying an extra night because our window was fixed till late in afternoon. They were able to accommodate us.

This was such a lovely place at which to stay! All of the hotel staff were so friendly, breakfast was good (no powdered eggs or nasty biscuits), the rooms were nice, beds and chairs were comfy, and everything was so clean! It looks like this was quite a pet-friendly, kid-friendly, fancy, business-friendly, and traveller-friendly place. I will probably drive a ways out of my way to stay here in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Free meals and drinks were so convenient. The kids liked having a suite so they could have their own little space. After my AAA discount, I only paid a few dollars more for that option. The kids wanted to stay forever. Lol We will be back!

This hotel is very nice. It was very clean. The staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the pool and spa. This is a nice hotel for families with children. Staff went above and beyond Duties. Our truck broke down, turned out it was a dead battery they let us have a late check out and helped us jump start our battery I am very thankful for their help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

Absolutely the most amazing place. Get 3 free drinks from the bar, free appetizers 530-730pm. Beds are amazing, king suite is gorgeous. Water pressure was ok, could be better but overall 5 stars. Would live here if I could.

I was very happy with my stay at this hotel. I had just had a very bad experience with another local inn, that I chose to leave and hopefully find another room available at 12:30 at night. I was happy to find a room here and the accommodations were great! The breakfast was fantastic! I decided to stay another night, and asked to change to a two bed room from a king size one bed, no problem, they even held my luggage as it was early morning and had to wait for a room to become available. I did not return until 6:30 pm, and no problem at all! My room was held for me and it all worked out beautifully. Got there in time to have the evening buffet. Very good in my opinion, saved me from having to go buy dinner out! Not sure if I will be back in Amarillo, but I know this would be my choice of places to stay! Also in the future, I would give all other Drury Inns a try! Happy Camper as the saying goes! Thanks to the wonderful staff at this inn.

I don't usually give 5 stats unless a place is exceptional, so let's give this hotel a 4.5. Clean, comfortable, nice amenities. Hallway wasn't too loud, although you could hear the doors slam from inconsiderate guests. Breakfast was good as far as free buffet goes. Neat, eggs, biscuits, oatmeal, waffles, fruit, yogurt and bread products. Evening there's free popcorn and soda. Staff was great. Will definitely stay again. Oh, and I loved the no waste shampoo and soap dispenser.

This was the last stop on our 8 day road trip and the 5th hotel we stayed in. The front desk was so kind and welcoming. The pool area was clean and has plenty of towels. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and again, we were greeted by kind and welcoming staff. There was also free soda and popcorn and the internet was an easy connect. The room had clean microwave and mini-fridge. Out of all the hotels we stayed in throughout Texas, this was by far the best priced and overall the best stay we had. We will be back. Thank you.

Very nice rooms. Good breakfast. It's not the typical where they make your omelette the way you want. But it was all fresh and hot. Security in the parking lot. We are traveling across country on bikes. It was nice to know the parking lot was patrolled.

Stayed 2. Nights room clean, bed comfortable. Everything in room workeg well good breakfast. Only complaint maid dumped trash and made bed. Didn't pickup dirty towels or leave new. Other than everything was great. Would stay there again.

This place is beautiful and clean. They have a great pool area and free breakfast. They have AMAZINGLY comfortable beds! That was the reason we stayed!

Nice, clean, comfortable hotel with cheerful and helpful staff, and a nice selection of hot and cold breakfast items, even at 9am. My main concern is with the public safety situation in Amarillo and the hotel's lack of response. My husband was confronted by a rather aggressive homeless man in their front parking lot as he went to move our car to a location that was visible from the front door (we'd heard of cars being broken into within the last 2 weeks at another hotel). He told the front desk about the gent And got no reaction. The next morning we found hotel staff vacuuming glass and the city police investigating a broken out window in a truck in our same parking lot. The hotel has no security cameras outside and no security guards for the lot. The city has a problem.

Great customer service. We decided to stay the night during a LONG road trip. Such a great choice. There was a division so that my husband could get on a conference call while my dog and I slept in some more. We were able to get a late checkout at the last moment. Everyone was so kind. Bed was super comfy too.

Clean, cheery accommodations. Staff is friendly and helpful. Very easy access from I-40! Close to a good variety of restaurants & some shopping (strip mall, Target) if you find you need something or forgot to pack everything.

This is a pretty new hotel and it's pretty nice. We liked the room a lot and the bed was nice and comfortable. They offer a lot of little extras like free popcorn, free soda, a light dinner and a complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was not the best I've had at a hotel but it was ok. The indoor pool was too cold to really swim in and the hot tub was not very hot. But it was clean and had strong jets so it sufficed. I would consider staying here again for sure.

Awesome breakfast and staff. Pool was cold but it was great other than that. Love the suite with a door between sleeping area and living room. We have an early riser 2 year old and it helped keep him happy and let his sister sleep past 5 am!

Me and my lovely wife stayed here day before Valentine's Day. Loved everything about the hotel. Lobby is very nice. Super clean room. 2 perfect queen beds. Room had a microwave and fridge. Bathroom was top notch clean. Just loved the room. Breakfast was very satisfying! Many options and kept being refilled by the chef. Drove in from dallas arrived around 9:30pm and the front desk staff lady was awesome. Very friendly staff. Would highly recommend staying here while in Amarillo!

Saturday in a two bed suite with a pullout couch. Living area was separated by a door. Worked great for our little one who is up early, let the other one sleep in. All that for a price that was equivalent to a single room elsewhere. Pool and hot tub not as warm/got as I would like. Breakfast was good and included. They give drinks though I don't drink.

It was so loud there. You can hear everything going on in the hallways and all the doors slamming. I expected a better quality hotel for $115. So I was moving to Denver from Dallas and I stopped halfway in Amarillo to break up the drive and get some rest. I tried sleeping but the noise in the hallway was so bad (I even had a white noise machine on) I couldn’t take it so close to 11pm I just left the hotel and drove to Denver overnight. It was exhausting but I knew I wasn’t going to get any sleep in that hotel. You should pay a little more money for a better hotel or you can probably get a better quality hotel for the same or less price.

As a mid-class hotel, it is a great experience so long as you understand it is not trying to be a top tier hotel. After two separate stays, I can honestly say the staff are super friendly and helpful. The 5:30 kickback with free drinks and free food are a fabulous addition. The pool and hot tub are not the best you'll ever see but were adequate for us and our two littles. Breakfast (also free) was good, especially the biscuits and sausage gravy. This will become our mainstay when in Amarillo.

From a pure stay point of view: 3/5. For taking care of our grievances: 5/5. Hence, 4/5 overall. Check-in was smooth but some glaring issues manifested when we went to our floor and room: The entire hallway smelled foul. No one seemed to be aware until we spoke to the manager personally. Apparently, it was a bad diaper. Then, our window blinds did not work; we could not close them. It took 7 redirects on the phone to finally get someone to take a look. The shower in the bathroom was less than ideal. However, we were promptly moved to another floor and a better room at no additional cost. The staff was instrumental and courteous about that process. The shower was better as well. From the point, our stay was pleasant. Although, given the high ratings, I was slightly bemused with the overall experience, I hope it was just an off day and not representative of Drury Inn. The elevator is painfully slow during normal hours and the staircases are located at the ends of the hallways which make getting to the lobby and back a task. Other than these, the location is convenient. It's a good option for a short stay in Amarillo.

Great service and love the amenities. Free breakfast and dinner. Hands down a place to stop with kids. Only thing is the lack of elevators. Only two elevators and one is. Currently out of order. Rough trying to leave with only one elevator working. Took 20 minutes waiting for an empty elevator.

Good price and well kept. Our rooms were clean, the beds were comfy and the hotel is very pet friendly. Lots of people with dogs when we were there. Good breakfast buffet included in the room as well.

Had a great 3 day weekend here. Great location, great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast and evening buffet free of charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone, because they were kid and pet friendly. Close to several restaurants across the parking lot, but we only paid for 1 meal while we were there because the buffet was good and convenient. Very nice decor and really comfy bed. We had a king suite, and it was nice. Will definitely check for Drury Inn on my next outing.

Beautiful, pet friendly hotel. Accomadated us and our cats last minute after an awful experience at a neighboring hotel. Room was beautiful and quiet. Provide you with three free drinks per person and access to their happy hour food for no additional cost. Would stay with Drury Inn again in a heartbeat.

I love Drury Inns! They always have free popcorn & pop at night, happy hour, and an awesome FREE breakfast in the morning. This is the best Drury yet! They think of everything like replenishing the pool towels to the max just before the pool closes. The staff was so watchful and caring too. 5 stars at least!

Very nice with large comfy rooms that are very clean. Pet friendly with lots of places to give pets relief! Love the evening food option amd breakfasts are great. Staff are super friendly and really want to be sure your stay is great. Would highly recommend!

Drury hotels are all very good, but this one raises the bar. Everything is immaculate, beautiful, spacious decor. The beds are super comfortable, and the breakfast is as good as it gets for a free hotel meal: eggs, sausage, fresh tortillas, salsas, hot oatmeal with toppings, waffles, pastries, and more. We missed the free evening happy hour, but I'm sure it was just as good. And the staff were like Starbucks employee s: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

I loved the fact that they made you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. The room was exceptional, the staff was helpful and kind. The breakfast was a full on breakfast, then from three to five they provided free popcorn and soft drinks, and then from 5:30 to 7:00pm. They have what is called, kickback. They had a full variety of different dinner foods and drink. I don't know if other Drury's do all of this but the one in Amarillo, Texas does. And I loved seeing all the dogs. It was great. So thank you Drury in Amarillo for all you do for your guests.

The Drury Inn and Suites was a BEAUTIFUL hotel! The staff was top notch in taking care of their customers. And the buffet dinner was casual, but delicious! They even offered wine for no extra charge. We will book Drury Inn and Suites again without hesitation!

After a long day moving and driving the staff was more than patient with us and accomodated our needs. The hotel has great restaurants surrounding, rooms were clean and quiet, best thing being my pets were happy. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel is one of the nicest hotels in Amarillo. The bed was comfortable, which is a plus when staying in a hotel. The room we were in was next to the highway, so a bit noisy but not bad. The only complaint was the shower. The water took FOREVER to get hot.

Great place to stay! Clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds, large bathroom. They offer "snacks" from 5-7pm… things like nachos, chicken nuggets & tortilla soup. They even have a "kick back" card that can be used for 3 free adult drinks. Easy access to I-40 and shopping as it sits on the corner or I — 40 and Soncy. Very nice hotel!

We called the hotel around 10 pm to reserve a room. After giving the credit card information and receiving a confirmation number we supposedly had our room booked. We arrived a hour later and they had no record of the reservation. We booked a different room and went to sleep. At 9 a. M. The sounds of a grinder and hammer started just outside of our room. We booked a room to sleep in before continuing our trip to North Carolina. I called the front desk and asked what the noise was and if they could stop it and the representative replied with "We our renovating the top two floors, did they not tell you that when you booked the room? " I told her they didn't and she said there was nothing that could be done but they weren't supposed to start until 10 a. M. We chose this hotel because we thought it was the nicer one of the town, we were mistaken. I will never stay in a Drury again.

The best thing about this hotel was leaving it. Hotel staff was not very welcoming. The breakfast had basically run out of most of the things and they were waiting on a truck. There was jackhammering at 8:15 in the morning. Right above our heads we could hear the workers remodeling. All in all it was not the best day at the Drury this hotel has gone way downhill from previous days and for the amount that we paid full price you would think that they would put us on a different floor.

Not good at all. Put us on dog floor without telling us. My lady is highly allergic to dogs but is still a dog lover. We have one dog and are looking for a new one now. But why but us on a dog floor when we didn't request it? Now she is headed to doctors to get allergy meds. Front desk responded " that never happened before, have a nice day, please give me $147 for the dirty room. ". And one more rant please" every door in he entire hotel slams shut. Why spend the money on all those door dampers if you don't adjust them? All night slamming doors and early morning was even worse.

We were not planning on stopping in Amarillo but at 3 am we needed to find a place to get some rest. First of all they didn't have any rooms available only a suite. The "suite" had a balcony over looking the roof and nothing else extra, with a hefty price tag of $150. We checked in at 4am and went straight to bed, walked in tossed our bag and crashed. We woke up and my wife had red bumps all over. We thought nothing of it but after doing more research and speaking with our dermetoligist we determine they were bed bug bites. We spoke with the manager after leaving several messages and she informed me that they hadn't had any other complaints and she would "look into it". Well still nothing after 2 weeks. On top of that the shower was awful. Two choices extremely hot or freezing cold. Not a fun time especially for only being there a short time. Would not recommend this specific hotel to anyone. I have had much better luck at other Drury Inns, and much better customer service.

Seemed like every hotel was booked the night I stayed. Drury had rooms available albeit only suites it was a very nice suit. Clean rooms although the toilet was a little dirty. The bed was clean and the room smelled normal. Not to much on items in room just the soaps and towels. Decent TV service and options although I am biased as I install DirecTV in hotels like these. There TV system could definitely use an upgrade. Hot breakfast was good and plentiful just the usual items nothing special. 4/5 stars I would come back but I would not pay the rate I payed last night again.

Probably one of my favorite hotel experiences. The free appetizers and drink time was great to just get a little snack, although the beer/wine line was massive. Wifi was fast, pool was fun.

This place is awesome. Free popcorn and soda, free drinks and snacks, free breakfast, and at a reasonable price. I was very impressed with the staff, size of room and quality. The only complaint I have is the shower. Our shower didn't work properly and was really only one temperature setting once the water was going. Everything else about this hotel is fantastic.

The staff at the Drury Inn & Suites were very welcoming and quick to help us. The room was very clean as was the lobby and designated dining area. We loved the complimentray hot snacks, cocktails, and breakfast! The room did have a few issues such as a broken heater and toilet that made obnoxious noises, but overall it was a very nice stay. We will definitely be staying at more Drury Inn and Suites in the future!

This was our first time at a Drury and we were very impressed! Dalton at the front desk checked us in with a sunny and helpful disposition despite it being very busy! We arrived in time for the "Kickback" which is a free little dinner/snack from 5:30-7p. There was a nacho bar, pasta and meatballs, soup and salad. It was all pretty good! With our room we also got 3 free alcoholic beverages! Score! The room was clean and the beds were comfy! Weekday breakfast starts at 6a. When we got downstairs at about 6:10a people were waiting for it to open. Apparently there had been a water leak. The staff was bustling around trying to get it open as fast as possible. We were eating by 6:30a. Not sure we could have asked for more! Will stay at this hotel again for sure next time we're in town!

This is a wonderful place with amazing staff. They made every attempt to make our stay as nice as possible. The rooms are clean, the food buffet is very nice and the staff is wonderful. If you are traveling through Amarillo I would HIGHLY suggest staying here. We stayed two nights at the Country Inn and Suites and then moved to the Drury after a terrible experience at the Country Inn and Suites and the facilities and staff at the Drury are hands and feet better. Highly suggest staying at the Drury.
