They are liars and are stealing money from my brothers they were charged $200 because they supposedly found cigarettes in the toilet which my brothers do not smoke nor did the room smell like smoke they even agreed the room didn’t smell like smoke but still went ahead and charged them $200 and again today they took out another $200 they are LIARS worse place to ever go.

Not at all what We were expecting. All we got was a room. Nothing special. Thought it would of had the same items in the room as the description. Also stop advertising a hot breakfast when you are handing out frozen food. We could of received the same room type and breakfast down hwy 51 for $30 less.

Free Wi-Fi great breakfast in the mornings and it's free.

So friendly and everything is always perfect here.

Excellent location, easy to find with plenty of eating and shopping available. The rooms and staff are always great. The also have excellent breakfast. This is one of my favorite hotels. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was clean, comfortable, had a great hot breakfast and even two nights a week had snacks! The staff upon check in to check out where professional, welcoming and always a pleasure to speak with, even at 4:00am while I was working out! Free good coffee all the time, big rooms, and very nice. We never stay in anything less than three and a half Stars and this was really good but for about $100/ night. First ever five star review for a hotel that we have stayed at.

I booked a hotel yesterday for tomorrow and over night I got sick. I was going to visit my very sick grandmother with my mom. We dont have a lot of money and bearly had money to do this. I cant be around my grandmaw sick because it could kill ker. I thought they would understand and let me re book. I offered a doctors note from my doctor and hampton said they cannot help me. If I dont show they take my money anyway and I wont have enough to come back when im better. Looks like I have to stay in the hotel sick while everyone else sees my grandmother that I havnt seen in years because if I go see her I could kill her. I would stay home because I feel terrible but I have to drive my mom 10 hours there. Looks like I have to fight through it all and hope I dont get other hotel guests sick. Terrible first experience will never return.

Good, clean room. Everything worked as it should. There was a faint smell of deodorant spray used to mask some odor. Overall a good night.

Stayed there for a week while on business in Millington. Let's just say that the hotel exceeded expectations and was an enjoyable stay. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and were willing to assist with any of our needs. The check in process was easy which was nice after a day of flying. The rooms were large, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The Internet service in the room was fast enough to where I was able to connect securely to my company's network remotely. The cable TV service at the hotel was Direct TV so the picture/sound was excellent. The hotel itself is clean throughout and the staff does offer an evening social hour of chips and drinks in the breakfast area. Breakfast in the morning is from 6 to 10 and offers an excellent variety of choices. It was too cold outside to use the outdoor pool but the fitness center was used. Found the fitness center to exceed the standards of fitness room that are at other hotels. Had choices of either a treadmill, eliplitical or bike for cardio. Plus they had a weight machine that several different weightlifting options. The hotel is located a few minutes north of the main shopping area with several restaurants options of Chick FIL A, Chili's, Buffalo Wild Wings. Someone in my work group suggested Smokin D's BBQ. There are two restaurants located within a short walk but they aren't that great. At the Japanese steakhouse, we saw a field mouse running around as we were finishing up.

Loved it. Good atmosphere, good service, especially for first week being open. Parking lot is a little small for the booming crowd they had tonight.

Where this hotel lacks in accommodations the service was incredible. Breakfast is your standard hotel breakfast and rooms are good not great.

Coming from dc I was extremely tired. I was able to call the hotel and the manager David made my booking seamless and allowed me to get the much needed rest that was due. The breakfast was icing on the cake! Will visit again!

Good location. Room was clean and comfortable. They have satellite tv, so if it is raining there is a good chance you will lose reception. The service was excellent. Very friendly employees.

Good place to hold a small event. It was a little tight on space for 50, but all-in-all pretty good.

Nice and clean hotel. Unfortunately I got sick (NOT due to the hotel), the bed was nice and comfy. The staff at the front desk as very nice and tended to me to help me feel better. They definitely care about their guest.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised! I had never stayed at a Hampton before so I didn't know what to expect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and scent free. Giant LG T. V was fantastic and the HBO channels were nice too. Free breakfast was standard quality/selection. The hotel was situated between mostly bean fields. Quiet location apart from the busy road out front. Food selection was good within 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Japanese Grill and Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Would stay here again!

I was with a reunion and the hotel treats me extremely well and the manager, I think his name was David, was really fun. Thanks guys.

We were guest for 3 months. During our stay the hotel experienced the smoke alarm going off. I told Dave that they almost gave me a heart attack. Dave and another gentleman laughed. I told him I was being serious. I went to the dr which led me to the ER due to an inverted T wave on my ekg. Luckily I've had no more health scares since. They book the banquet room quite a bit. When the guest leave the banquet room as late as 3 am they weren't very quite. I called the front desk to complain I was told nothing could be done. Dave was just rude at times. You know it's bad when the employees beg you to complain. When we checked out I asked Ciara for a copy of the fax from our insurance company where they declined to pay. She wouldn't give it to me. Our insurance company that handled our reservations and payment stated the hotel has had their credit card information and could have billed at anytime. Instead they charged my credit card $1, 300. This is the second time the put the charges on my card. The first time they kept adding charges until they found my limit. Then all charges were removed. Their sales manager would follow us to our car twice. This hotel falls way below Hampton standards. We are now at another Hampton Inn. It's exactly what you would expect from Hampton.

Stay was great and room was nice. Two big problems I had was the card reader to our room was broken and it took me and my wife about Ten minute to get into our room and then there was a left over bear bottle that didn't get clean from under the bed from the last guest. I was disappointed with these two things but other than that it was an enjoyable stay and the continental breakfast was also better than average.

We drove the whole way from NYC to Memphis got in late 10:30 PM. I pulled back the sheets and there was one major CRUSTY spot with a line of several smaller CRUSTY spots that smelled! And my pillows cases looked USED! I called front desk to get the sheets changed. I could only get sheets if I came to the desk at 10:50 PM after driving for three days! I ask for a different room but the place was full. Exhausted I'm making a bed so I can sleep. The only reason we stay in hotels is to sleep and them to have fresh beds and rooms. What I went through defeats the purpose of us coming to the Hampton Inn!

Great rooms for a great price! The rooms come with a microwave and fridge, which you can't get at a fancy hotel these days. Was a nice touch!

Great staff. Very clean. My kids LOVE the breakfast. We stayed here twice. On our way to our vacation destination and on our way back home. Service, prices and cleanliness was consistant.

We were in town for races at the Memphis speedway where my husband had been working security for 12 hours, arrived at the hotel exhausted after such a long day to find out our room had been rebooked due to us getting into town a day later than expected (The room had already been paid for and no courtesy call was made letting us know that our reservation would be completely canceled for the entire weekend! ) By this time it is midnight and we have to be back at the track early that morning. To make matters worse… the NCAA tournament was being played in Memphis the same weekend so literally every hotel was completely booked. One of our good friends ended up giving us his room and he stayed at the track in another friends camper. One of the front desk attendants informed my 11 year old that his dad wasn't the only one that was tired while we are standing in the front lobby like zombies… WOW. If I could give this hotel less than one star I would.

The staff are all so friendly and very accommodating for our wedding. All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay! Hopefully we will be back again next year!

Nice hotel that still seems very new. The hoisekeepimg staff however seems to have forgottem some cleanimg as there was hair all over the bathroom floor when I arrived.

Outstanding value. Excellent room, comfortable beds, nearly new facility. Only downside was the A/C was a bit oversized (all or nothing temp) but tolerable.

This is one of the nicest, cleanest hotels that I have ever stayed in. I have stayed at many Hampton Inns, Hiltons, Marriotts, Embassy Suites, etc. And this one took the cake. Hamptons are known for their cleanliness but this one looked brand new. I actually saw the cleaning crew in action and they are outstanding. The queen beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and very nice and the staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. If I could find one complaint, I would say that it was off I-40 a little ways in a very small town area. The hotel almost looked like it didn't belong. It is beautiful. Safe hotel. Police all around. We were a little worried as we were driving to it but it was the best hotel yet. There are many speed traps on the way to the hotel so beware and drive the speed limit. We saw 2 people get pulled over by the cops. We picked this hotel because it is halfway between San Antonio, TX and Cleveland, OH. We were told not to stay right inside of Memphis. This is a pretty good area but not much around it. Perfect to just spend the night and keep driving. We missed the free breakfast because we overslept but the staff was nice enough to give us a couple of breakfast bags for our ride back home. If you value cleanliness, comfort, space and safety, this is the place for you. It is also a great value for the price. Free Wi-Fi, plenty of towels, washcloths, nice size fridge, microwave, etc.

Absolutely the best thought out hotel ever! Extra plugs for electronics, big shower, comfortable bed nit facing the door, personnel that is nice and courteous! Not to mention beautiful decor.

The staff here is what makes this place special. They are very courteous and accommodating. If I need something done it gets done quickly. Whenever I am in the area, I make sure to stay here.

The staff here is the best I have encountered anywhere. Great breakfast in the morning. Nice extras the hotel includes in your stay. The staff even knows me by name upon arrival! This is the best hotel in Millington and the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The quality of a higher priced hotel.
