Beautiful room… amazing lobby and I loved the hot tub in the bed room!

Always clean and the staff is so sweet. They are keeping everything extremely clean during everything going on and they don’t walk by you without a smile and asking how everything is, very nice people ❤️

Items were stolen by housekeeping from our room. No one could talk to them about it because they didn't speak English is what we were told by the front desk.

Stayed due to auto emergency auto repairs needed while on my journey to Mothers Memorial in Chicago.
Nice friendly very quiet place to stay… Just needs chair for handicap bathroom and yo serve hot breakfast.

Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Easy to find off the Interstate.

Front Desk employees are super friendly. New management are making alot of changes for the better.

Wish they had vending machines, but everything else was great! Liked the breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor of the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rates were very reasonable. Plenty of parking. Motorcycle friendly.

I'm always satisfied when I stay here. The prices are great, rooms are clean, and they have free breakfast in the morning.

We stay at a lot of Red Roof Inns, this property was horrible. To mention a few, the attendant who checked us in had no uniform, was not front desk material. The room had numerous hairs, bed, towels, toilet, shower, everywhere. The TP and toilet had blood on them. There were wet spots on the carpets, the fridge was grossly smelly, pillows and beds were rocks. The lobby was the only nicely decorated/refurbished area. The carpeting throughout the building was linked up, smelly, dirty and quite unsafe for walking. The pool had many people that didn’t appear to have actual guests but visitors. It was also severely dirty. It appeared the owners (2) were house keeping, kinda. The coffee was great.

After a very long drive we were happy to go to the Red Roof Inn in Manchester, Tn. We quickly realized this is not the same quality of RR as we have ALWAYS experienced. The hotel said ‘Under New Management’ & that was the first red flag… There was blood on the toilet paper & down the toilet, hair on the toilet seat, outlets didn’t work, non secure doors, peep hole on the door can be removed from outside in the hall, soaking wet carpet next to one of the beds, hair under the sheets and pool isn’t cleaned — a ridiculous amount of bugs floating, not to mention the pool lights were not on for safety. The coffee was good.

Plenty of parking available at the time of stay. Check in and front desk service was excellent with no issue. Room was clean and in order, though I don't understand why some hotels put their coffee makers in the bathroom. Hotel is in WALKING distance of several restaurants and stores which is great. Free fast Wi-Fi. Didn't utilize the pool or fitness room. Vending machine was soda only and no snacks.

Staff was friendly. Could never get the TV to work. Had to unplug it to get it off. They did offer a new room but was too tired to change rooms. Very dirty around the floor boards. Had we not been tired, I might have asked for my money back and gone elsewhere.

Room and common areas were clean as well as pool being taken care of. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Unkept rooms, lamp shades covered in dust. Carpet outdated and had stains on it. Room was marked non-smoking but entered it and they had an ashtray. It smelled like it had been a smoking room once ago The beds were very flat and hard. The decor was very dated. The parking was always good and the area lit good. I have been going here for several years, enough for them to see I am a regular. Once I checked in after twelve and asked for late check out. Saw the lady put it in computer myself. At eleven they must have called the room six times and tried knocking and entering the room. Each time I stated I have a late check-out because I came in after midnight. Wow I was pissed and told them. Never went back. I gave the hotel down the road my business.

Accommodated my dog over their 50 lb limit and it was much appreciated. One of the nicer 10+ Red Roof Inns I've ever stayed at. Well lit parking lot that was able to accommodate my flat deck car hauler.

Water gets good and hot and gets pretty cold to. The remote that they have with the TV or anyways the room I was in didn't have an input button on it so if your hooking up a gaming system, movie player, Vudu spark, ect you'll need to use the input button on the side of the TV. It should be on the left side or it was with the TV in my room. You could also get a universal remote that has it on it as well.

Nicest place I’ve stayed in. I’ve stayed at several RedRoofInns. Hot coffee 24/7. Great staff. Breakfast was a lot more then expected. It was great also. My room was clean. Over all very pleased with my stay.

Very nice place for a very good price! People were helpful and friendly. Our pet was free. Breakfast was hot and tasty — eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, cold options.

I stayed at this location (February 2018) for 3 nights. I was very pleased. The bed was comfortable, it was pretty clean — not perfect, but priced on the lower end for a hotel. There was coffee 24 hours a day and a nice hot breakfast every morning. The staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of places to eat & shop nearby. Most importantly — I felt safe there and had restful sleep. I gave 4 stars only because the Wi-Fi in my room was off and on.

Courteous employees, good clean rooms. Best sleeping bed I've had in a hotel/motel that I can remember. When the clerk checked us in, he changed us to a first floor room close to an outside door to accommodate my dog AND my dog stayed for free.

Great clean rooms. Good value. Dogs are free. Huge full breakfast in am. $58 AAA or AARP. Staff was wonderful. Even had toothbrush for us.

The staff was nice, the rooms were well maintained, restaurants are close by, the only issues that I had were minor. My room was located in the rear of the establishment on the second floor which meant I had to walk up a flight of stairs and down 3 different hallways to get there, and the vending machines were removed. Other than that I had an enjoyable experience.

Red roof of Manchester, TN is awesome. The rooms are being remodeled, but still are good. Bed frames creak a little, but not unbearable. The service is above and beyond, very friendly at all times of the day or night. The price is great, and hot breakfast too!

It is filthy nothing like the pictures almost like burger kings hamburger pictures. My TV has a tumor on the back probably from the black mold I seen in the hallway. Would not suggest for heath reasons. Staffing was the best part of the experience but a little hard to understand (accent). A. C. And heat was old unit but worked better than most other hotels.

It was ok, not worth what we paid a night. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, people were nice. Hotel itself is in need of a remodel and a good scrubdown.

Shelley is the best! So helpful and nice and always has a smile when we check in. We usually stay at the Red Roof every other weekend, always a good stay!

The staff was very kind and helpful especially when they ran out of regular rooms. We were able to get a suite for minimal upcharge! The bed was extremely comfy and it was quiet throughout the evening allowing for us to relax and rest. You can't even tell that you're right beside the interstate. We will definitely stay here again!

I've definitely stayed in worse they are trying to update, but still needs some work. Everything is clean but outdated and some minor disrepair, like crack in outer tub surround near kick plate, and caulking, faded coutertops, dressers etc.

I stayed here because I was traveling with my dog and too sleepy to continue driving, and they allowed pets without an extra fee. Everyone I encountered was extremely kind and very professional. The breakfast was tasty and the room provided everything I needed for the night. The reason for the 3 stars is the smell of the room. The room smelled strongly of animals. I thought the body spray I used and the AC being turned on made it better, but I had just grown accustomed to the scent over time. When I returned to the room after breakfast, the scent hit me again. This is really my only complaint and I'm extremely grateful that I was able to sleep somewhere besides my vehicle with my dog, but it's important for a hotel to be equipped to rid their room of any foul smells caused by accidents and such.

Thank you Thank you Thank you Red Roof Inn! This hotel was clean! The food was standard for breakfast bars but constantly attended to and restocked! You have been inundated with us weary Florida and still smile at us and attend to our needs! The town is quaint, with some interesting things for the kids! Thank you for tolerating our pet without batting an eye! Yes the bed squeaks but when you are afraid you will not have a bed at home to return to, we will NEVER complain! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

They charged me twice, but fixed it quickly enough. They put my family in a smoking room but none of us smoke. The room smelled so bad of cigarettes, I couldn't sleep. When I asked to move to a non smoking room, they accommodated immediately. Service was very understanding and helpful about the request. 2nd room was much better. Pool was decent as well.

We stayed in Manchester TN. With a reservation. The price was under $70 and it looked new. The clerk was pleasant and gave us an upgrade to a bigger non — smoking King room! It was big! It didn't smell like smoke either! Had a great night sleep. Would recommend!

Pet friendly! My family always brings out two dogs, and there is no pet fee. Love this Red Roof, stayed here a lot last summer. They have an outdoor pool and a pretty good free breakfast with sausage, eggs, biscuits and gracy, bagels a a few other things. The owners are also very nice. It's funny, last year I left a notebook, and an attendant actually remembered me and asked if I left it. It had some important stuff, too. So if you happen ti leave something, they'll return it to the front desk. I recommend if you're traveling through Manchester and need to stop for the night, or if you're visiting the area and want to bring your dogs.

Decent one night stay for the price. Obviously not a three star hotel but it was good enough for an overnight stay while traveling through. Could use more attention to vacuuming and cleaning the corners in the bathroom. Sheets were fresh though and beds weren't bad to sleep on.

Definitely not perfect, but very worth the price! Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and wonderful hot breakfast. Was perfect for us. Definitely would stay again.

The hotel in Pooler GA left a lot to be desired. The bathrooms didn't have any ventilation and the walls looked like moisture has been building up on them for a long time. The breakfast was mediocre as well. Bagels and english muffins with cereal. The staff was nice at least.

I love the Manchester Red Roof! I stay with my two dogs. They allow pets at no additional charge, so that's great. They have biscuits and gravy, eggs, yogurt and all the rest. It's not the very best, but it's hot and there at 6:30 every morning. I can't complain. The owner/manager, Vick Patel is bike and always very accommodating. If you have a request for extra towels, pillows etc, no problem. From what I can tell he stays in top of managing his business. Overall, a great place to stay in Manchester!

The hotel looks nice from the outside but the room was old, the carpet was dirty, the lighting was very dim. The bedding was ripped and lumpy. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The room was not as clean as it could or should have been. The window dressings were broken, there was cereal crushed into the carpet in the entrance, the tub was dirty and the comforter appeared to have biological stains on it.

Room was clean, but needed vacuuming. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Very disappointed and won't stay at another RRI. Our experience was THAT bad. Room was filthy. Let me first say, it was a smoking room but odor was FAR from the only problem here. Carpet was filthy. To the side and back of bedside stand, dust, lint, cobwebs and heaven knows what else has collected here. Walls splattered with heaven knows what and even the framed picture had "streaks" of something on it. Window would not stay open, toilet seat either lose or broken. Although the sink and tub appeared "clean", ceiling in bathroom was disgusting. There are two other hotels within close proximity and following our experience here, checked those as well. They too have very poor ratings and guest concerns. Perhaps this area is best avoided by travelors? We are not real particular and generally just want a place to lay our heads down for a few hours, this hotel left my fearful of doing so.

The hotel is older but the employees are super friendly and helpful and willing to go an extra mile for their guests. Breakfast was super yummy. Beds are super squeaky and even the non smoking hall smelled of fresh smoke : (But the service more than made up for that :D.

We just stopped to sleep on our way to Fl. But the room was nice clean and comfy.

I was robbed here! My vehicle was broken into! Beware there is a royal inn directly behind this place and the cops told me more drug busts come from it than anywhere in manchester. Owners need to put cameras up immediately. The same day I was robbed they found a crack head in the bathroom shooting up. I'm not kidding they have had wheels stolen from vehicles. One person had laptops stolen. Just not worth it. Stay away from the royal crap hole inn.

Took a chance on a smoking room because that's all that was available in the town of Manchester, TN on a Friday night with 2 adults and 3 children. Room reeked of smoke smell and old mop water smell. We were given air freshener for the room. Outside of the entrance is an old, maybe broken, large air conditioner and boxes. The inside of the room had brownish water stations on the walls in the bathroom by the toilet floor that seemed to be able to be removed by a good wiping down. There is a reddish pink stain that looks like a splattered red soda and little black smudges on walls throughout room. The mirror outside of the bathroom door had a nice sized crack starting at the top of the mirror and going to the middle. I couldn't get in touch with front desk via phone (hotel phone nor my personal phone). The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was descent, of which I didn't expect much. I informed the front desk of my unpleasant stay and was offered coupons for another stay at a red roof inn of which I declined because I will not stay at another red roof inn based on my first experience in Manchester. Even though we got a discounted price online, it still wasn't worth the money.

From the very moment I stepped foot on this property I fell in love. From the scenery to the pleasant faces upon check-in I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I was able to relax and exhale in a clean environment while spending time with my family. The employees were very helpful and professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend the Red Roof for anyone traveling in the Manchester, TN area. It is absolutely beautiful and more than breath taking.
