I love this place. This is where I stay when I come here for work. Love the staff. There actually sociable. The rooms are nice. I enjoy my time here.

A place to stay tucked to the back the usual bunch of hotels. Staff were amazing, Cleo was a wonderful host. The room was comfortable and very clean. An actual full breakfast menu not just the complimentary carbohydrate bar. Will definitely stay again.

So far so good. Friendly staff. Clean through out the whole building. Beds and pillows are so comfortable. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi internet. Very cheap compared to other places. Highly recommend.

Good rooms and service for the price point. Would have liked a paid laundry service. Apart from that, very comfortable stay.

Nice room. First night the air conditioning is not working right. We did tell the person at the front desk but they started to kind of brush it off because it was a cooler night, however it was hot in our room. They said they would have maintenance look at it. We will see!

Staff was nice. Room was clean but a bit dated. Good for a place to rest your head for the night.

After reading reviews I was skeptical about staying here but it wasn't as bad as some people claim. There were some stains on window seat but all in all room was very clean. Never heard anyone in other rooms it was quite and I slept well. Breakfast was good for free.

Rooms was nice but the walls were paper thin. Heard conversations from the next room until almost midnight. Then in the morning when the upstairs room shower ran, the pipes in the wall were knocking loudly. Would have been nice if the Heating-A/C fan could have been set to run continuously.

This hotel is decent for its price. Relatively clean. Beds not real comfortable. Free breakfast.

We are paticular about our motel room but we stayed at the Microtel in Manchester, Tn. And we were treated well at the front counter, I was personally shown and given the option of 2 different rooms. (I had reserved a room at a nearby motel online and was extremely dissapointed at the filth and smoking in a non-smoking pet friendly area). But this Microtel motel was very clean, friendly, accommodating, good breakfast and pet friendly as well! I would not hesitate to stay at the Microtel again! Thank you for a great experience all around!

Clean room, happy stay. I think location was nicer than some other Microtels. Check in was a nice experience. Would stay again.

From the road, we rented a room In Manchester, Tn. The website, Expedia, offered prices $60 & up. We chose a room indicated as dog friendly/allowed for $65. Knowing we couldn't get a refund on Expedia buy done half an hour ago, the microtel upcharged us $30 for the dog. Almost 50%! No mention of this on Expedia. I consider "Incidentals" may be addl charge to be something from the mini bar. Looks like intentionally set up scam to me.

It gets the job done. Quiet, not too expensive, and clean. I stay here about 4 times a year and I have no complaints.

Honestly, it was not a good hotel. First room was gross. Switched rooms and it was more clean. Did not disclose a $30 fee for having a dog despite saying they are pet friendly. Nice staff though.

Clean and good internet. The stuff is friendly and takes the time to remember you. The town of Manchester is small so not much to do there. Breakfast isnt anything to great but there is some fast restaurants not to far away.

Quiet place but pricey. Wish they had weekly rates under $200

I booked a reservation directly at the hotel's website. My girlfriend and I were travelling with two cats. The website divides rooms by regular and pet friendly. There was no indication that there were any additional fees during the entire reservation process, nor was there any in the reservation confirmation. But, upon arrival, were were slapped with a $25 fee for the two cats, over and above the quoted price for the room. I complained to the desk clerk to no avail. There was no manager available on a Sunday. I called Microtel Customer Service and received nothing but an apology. The rep indicated that Microtel and Wyndham have no say over fees charged by the local management. Will NOT use a Wyndham property again. Should have stayed at the Red Roof across the street. We stayed at one of those on the way to our destination, and I decided on Microtel for the "deal" that I was getting. No deal in the end.

Excellent hotel, especially for a $55/night rate. Clean. Comfortable. Wifi. Good shampoo and soaps. Good towels. Decent beds. Quiet. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone.

Parking lot is very small. The hotel was crowded and I had to park over a block away. Easy access to Highway.

Have been here multiple times in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, the place is starting to show it's wear and tear. The blankets and sheets were not clean and the carpet in the room is looking dirty. At least in our room, one of the family members woke up to multiple bites (draw your own conclusions). Final deal breaker was breakfast. While the menu is bigger, it was unnerving to watch the staff place buckets on the floor to stir up gravy and waffle mix. Seems like there is a better and more sanitary way. Disappointing as this was always a welcome stop on the way home. Details are being missed (screws missing in elevator panels for instance). Hope it improves.

Even though the room was non-smoking, there was a lingering cigarette smell when I walked in. I suppose that's because the room was a smoking room years ago, and the smell will always be in the walls. The facility was nice and the people were friendly. The breakfast was better than most because it had eggs and sausage.

The hotel is super convenient to the 24. I like that it's pet friendly which is why I have stayed there twice now on my journey from Georgia to Indiana. My problem is with the paper thin walls and large gap under the doors which allows you to hear absolutely everything happening in the hallway at all hours of the night. I travel with my dog who in turn heard everything all night and wants to growl and bark resulting in me getting little sleep. Also the room could have been cleaner and the breakfast is pitiful.

I'm a employee for Wyndham. Every Wyndham I have been to has been super nice! This Wyndham when we checked in when walking into the room the lights were burned out, the bathroom toilet paper roll was almost empty, the tub was extremely dirty. The sheets and the curtains were both stained. The pillows were thrown on the bed. The front desk employee would not even send someone up to clean the room. When I tried to sit on the bench in front of the window the bench fell out where it was not glued in. Everything in the room had dust covering it. We were also told we would have a couch and a mini fridge neither one were in our room. Then the counter had sticky all over it. Do not stay here! Even the lobby the chairs were not taken off the sitting area tables.

Excellent choice. Awesome staff, great price and wonderful accomdations. Spoke with front desk attendant and housekeeping staff during stay. Very accommodating. Secure location. Patrolled by local PD. Staff very observant. A+ pick.

Made a reservation for two rooms in my name and added my husband as the name for my guest. We have 4 children and live down in south Texas. I had reserved the rooms with my paycheck card. We arrived a couple of hours early and he pulled up our reservation and said we could not book in for a few more hours because the rooms were waiting to be cleaned. So we drove around and explores around for a bit. Finally 3 o'clock arrived and we went back to finally check in. He pulled up our rooms I went to pay and he said he could not take my card because it did not have my name on it… We drive around Manchester and The Red Roof Inn accomadated is with no problems with my card. The next morning I awaken to the microtel inn had charged my card $192.00 twice. (The same card that he could not accept to let us check into the hotel. ) We drove over there and the same man who turns out is manager said I was a no show! And refused to refund me my all my money he had stolen off my card. I will NEVER stay at a microtel or wyndham.

Modern basic rooms that get the job done. Shower curtain was a little nasty but beds were fine and clean.

Clean hotel, nice staff, decent breakfast. Suits my needs just fine.

Dirty, stained carpets. Blood smear on side of mattress. Blood stains on 2 of the 4 pillows. Sheets so worn they were see through and ripped in some spots. Absolutely filthy room!

Unprofessionalism up n down got excited when I asked for the simplest of things kind of scary DO NOT GO HERE! front desk is trailer park material!

The front desk attendant/ housekeeper who checked us in was fantastic, she was very welcoming and was especially great since we didn't get in until 3:30 in the morning. The beds were clean, but the carpets need a steam clean and shower curtains need to be replaced. The reason it's getting 3 instead of 1.5 is because of the great check in experience. Otherwise wouldn't not pay more than $65 for that room, we paid more but again didn't mind due to exhaustion/good check in experience.

The gentleman working the desk — Paul — was extremely helpful. We were experiencing a death in the family and Paul was very understanding and sympathetic to our needs. He was able to get us a clean, comfortable, room for a great price. He truly was a bright spot on our day and our trip. We really appreciate all his hospitality.

Unprofessional staff at front desk talking negatively about other customers. When we got to the room, there was a bug infestation. Huge beetle crawling along floor, and further inspection found dead bugs along walls and corners. We turned right around and went to desk, they seemed unsurprised and said I would need to call manager couple days later for refund. They provided contact info on scrap paper with confidential patient information from hospital on back (? ). When I called back at time requested, manager was not available and told to call back another day. Unbelievable experience!

We booked this hotel as a quick stopover for our basketball team trip to Nationals. We faxed a rooming list 2 days before. It included specific instructions to have keys ready and rooms assigned prior to our arrival. We NEVER have an issue with Fairfield or Hampton. But this place was not ready for our 8:30pm arrival (which was also listed on the rooming list). The desk clerk said the manager did not leave her the rooming list. An F for the manager! We stood and waited as the lone desk clerk tried to figure out which rooms were clean and available. She was very nice and did her best, but it was still an annoyance. The hotel itself is in decent shape. The carpet in the hallways and rooms looks new. The bed linens were clean and the beds were comfortable enough. The bathroom was NOT clean. There were leftover hairs in the tub and on the floor. The computer work station in he lobby is broken.
